The substituted triarylimidazole, C24H22N2O3, was prepared from the three-component one-pot condensation reaction and the product was crystallized by using dimethylformamide. The structure of the compound was confirmed by elemental analysis, FT-IR, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV-Visible and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system in the space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 10.509(3) Å, b = 18.748(5) Å, c = 22.016(6) Å, β = 90.844(5)°, and Z = 8. The crystal structure of the compound was stabilized by the inter-molecular interactions of types N–H???N, C–H???O, and C–H???N, and intra-molecular interactions of the type C–H???O. The structure also involves C–H???π interactions.  相似文献

Abstract

The molecule in 4-cyclopropyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,3-triazole (I) is disposed about a mirror plane with the triazole ring lying in the plane and being orthogonal to the cyclopropyl ring. Considerable delocalization of π-electron density within the triazole ring is indicated by the pattern of bond distances in (I). The molecule of methyl 1-benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylate (II) adopts a curved shape with the dihedral angle formed between the triazole and benzene rings being 63.23(8)°. By contrast to (I), localization of π-electron density within the triazole ring in (II) is indicated. Both (I), via N–H···N hydrogen bonding, and (II), via C–H···O and C–H···N interactions, associate in the solid state to form supramolecular chains. In (I), the chain is a zigzag with a flat topology, whereas in (II) the linear chain has a curved topology. Compound (I) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 5.6470(2) ?, b = 7.3359(4) ?, c = 13.4404(7) ?, and Z = 4. Compound (II) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 12.1314(5) ?, b = 5.5951(2) ?, c = 16.4339(7) ?, β = 111.269(2)°, and Z = 4.  相似文献

Abstract

The crystal structure of the title compound, C4H6N2, has been determined using X-ray diffraction at 100 K. The crystal of 2-methylimidazole is in orthorhombic crystal system with space group P212121 (Z = 4), lattice parameters: a = 5.9957(12) ?, b = 8.1574(16) ? and c = 9.7010(19) ?, V = 474.47(16) ?. The molecule of 2-methylimidazole is approximately planar. The maximum deviation from the least-squares imidazole plane, calculated for all non-H atoms is 0.006(2) ?. N–H···N hydrogen bonds link the molecules together, forming infinite chains of hydrogen bond pattern C(4) defined by the graph-set analysis. Two chains, which are almost antiparallel to each other, pass through each unit cell. The dihedral angle between the mean planes of molecules forming these intersecting chains is 76.90(4)°. No evidence was found for disorder of the hydrogen-bonding proton between the atoms N1 and N3. The significance of this study lies in the analysis of the interactions occurring via hydrogen bonds in this structure, as well as, in the comparison drawn between the molecular structure of 2-methylimidazole and those of several of other imidazole derivatives possessing a hydrogen atom in the N1 position.  相似文献

Abstract

1-(2-Chlorobenzyl)-2-methylthio-1H-benzimidazole compound has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H-NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1 with unit cell parameters a = 17.201 ?, b = 5.873 ?, c = 24.791 ?, α = 67.410(10)°, β = 74.083(11)°, γ = 81.858(12)°. In the crystal packing, no classic hydrogen bonds are founded, but C–H···π interactions are being between the molecules. The molecular geometry and vibrational frequencies of (C15H13ClN2S) in the ground state have been calculated by using Hartree–Fock (HF) and Density Functional Method (DFT/B3LYP) with 6-31G(d) basis set. The optimized geometric bond lengths and bond angles obtained by using HF and DFT (B3LYP) show the best agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

Abstract

A new crystal of 4,5-bis(cyclohexanecarbonylthio)-1,3-dithiolane-2-thione has been prepared at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis, UV–Vis–NIR absorption spectrum and X-ray single crystal determination. The complex crystallized in triclinic space group P-1 with unit cell dimensions a = 5.37370(10) ?, b = 12.8618(2) ?, c = 15.2481(2) ?, α = 74.8530(10)°, β = 80.6000(10)°, γ = 85.9550(10)°, V = 1003.18(3) ?3, Z = 2, D x = 1.3861(1) g cm−3. The X-ray structure determination revealed that the crystal is centered-symmetrical and the molecules form dimers with a long intermolecular S···S interaction in the crystal.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound C14H12N4OS was determined by the X-ray diffraction method. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic space group $P\bar 1$ with Z = 2. The molecule is not planar: the dihedral angle between the triazole and thiophene rings is 73.98(2)°, and that between the triazole and benzene rings is 4.05(2)°. The thiophene ring is disordered over two positions, which are approximately parallel and oppositely oriented. The major component refined to a site-occupancy factor of 0.573(3). An intramolecular C-H...O hydrogen bond generates an S(6) ring motif. In the crystal, molecules are linked together by two pairs of N-H...O interactions (to the same O atom as acceptor), forming inversion dimers. The crystal packing is also stabilized by π-π interactions [centroid-centroid distance is 3.978 Å].  相似文献

Abstract

The molecule of 4-aminobenzohydrazide is essentially planar and geometric parameters conform to literature precedents. Supramolecular N–H···O and N–H···N interactions combine to link molecules of 4-aminobenzohydrazide into a three-dimensional network. Weaker N–H···N and N–H···π interactions consolidate the structure. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 5.411(2) ?, b = 14.000(6) ?, c = 9.894(4) ?, β = 103.917(7)o, and Z = 4.  相似文献

Using X-ray crystal structure analysis of the title compound the positions of all the atoms (including all H atoms) in the monoclinic unit cell with the parameters a = 13.900 Å, b = 5.138 Å, c = 17.956 Å and β = 91.05° and the space group P 21/n were localized. The existence of an intramolecular N—H(N)…︁ O(1)-bridge was inferred, whose H-bridge acceptor predominantly is the π-electron density of the carbonyl group. At the same time the H(N) atom participates in the intermolecular bridge N H(N)…︁ O′(1) to the symmetry-equivalent neighbouring molecule. H-bridge-like interactions of the two phenyl hydrogen atoms H(6) and H(15) to the carbonyl oxygen O(2) have also been inferred from the torsion angles.  相似文献

The title compound, 10‐(4‐hydroxybenzoylamino)‐3,4,6,7,9,10‐hexahydro‐1,8‐(2H,5H)‐acridinedione monohydrate,C20H22N2O4.H2O, consists of partially hydrogenated acridine moiety with one benzoylamino substituent on the central ring. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system with P21/c space group and the unit cell constants are: a = 11.142(4), b = 12.266(2), c = 13.320(2) Å; β = 91.76(2)° and V = 1819.6(8) Å3.The central ring (B) adopts boat and the outer rings (A and C) adopt sofa conformations. The water molecule takes part in OW‐H...O and N‐H...OW hydrogen bond formation with acridinedione and benzoylamino group. The oxygen atom O1 interacts through O–H...O bond with the hydroxyl group and in a head‐to‐tail link up of molecules that results in the formation of an infinite “supra molecular“ chain.  相似文献

Abstract

2-Chloro-1,3-dioxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-inden-2-yl acetate, C11H7ClO4 (Fig. 1), has been synthesized and the structure has been solved by IR and X-ray diffraction studies. The crystals are triclinic, space group P [`1] \bar{1} , with a = 7.62060(10) ?, b = 11.5944(2) ?, c = 13.0753(3) ?, α = 97.2820(10)°, β = 101.5740(10)°, γ = 101.7930(10)°, Mr = 238.62, V = 1090.82(3) ?3, Z = 4 and R = 0.0557. In the title compound there are two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The molecules are linked via weak C–H···O hydrogen bonds forming R44(28) rings. The intermolecular interactions were analysed by means of the fingerprint plots derived from the Hirshfeld surfaces. The fingerprint plots evidenced subtle differences in the intermolecular contacts for the two independent molecules.   相似文献
