近年来,单片集成的多波长激光器阵列作为波分复用(WDM)系统的理想光源而成为研究热点。通过重构-等效啁啾(REC)技术实现了一种低成本的分布反馈式(DFB)激光器阵列光源模块,采用掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)对该激光器阵列的输出进行了光学放大,并通过PID控制程序对光源输出进行稳定化调节。光源模块中各通道激光器的中心波长间隔均匀,平均间隔为1.64 nm,波长间隔的误差小于0.2 nm。光源所输出的总光功率大于50 mW,输出光功率变化小于0.02 dBm。 相似文献

本文提出一个新的对分布反馈(DBF)半导体激光器进行数值分析的模型,并对DFB激光器在阈值以上时的稳定性进行了分析,该模型考虑了空间烧孔效应和非线性增益效应,提出用向量法解决DFB激光器矩阵模型的数值方法,与牛顿-拉斐森(NR)法相比,向量法避免了复杂的自洽运算,节省了运算时间。文章还分析了非激光射模型存在时DFB的单模稳定性问题。本文提出的数值模型适用于各种结构的DFB激光器的特性分析。 相似文献

Owing to the oblique angle,four sin-gle-mode lasing wavelengths around 1.55μm were obtained simultaneously. Stable Dual-Wavelength DFB Fiber Laser With Separate Resonant Cavities and Its Application in Tunable Microwave Generation 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
A single-longitudinal-mode dual-wavelength distributed feedback fiber laser with a wavelength spacing of 0.312 nm is proposed and demonstrated. Based on two spatially separated resonant cavities in a single fiber Bragg grating made by a simple method, stable dual-wavelength lasing is established. Then, a 38.67-GHz microwave signal generated by beating the two lasing wavelengths is obtained with a 3-dB bandwidth of ~6 kHz and a frequency drift <5 MHz without any feedback mechanism. As a potential application of this device, a tunable microwave source ranging from 18.67 to 58.67 GHz (with a small discontinuity) is proposed and partially demonstrated 相似文献
