基于计划行为理论的个人网上银行使用研究

首先介绍了网上银行发展的现状,以及计划行为理论和其他学者对网上银行使用的研究,然后以计划行为理论为基础,建立了个人网上银行的使用模型.通过问卷调查收集数据,运用统计软件对数据的信度和效度进行检验,在此基础上,对测量模型和结构方程模型的拟合优度,各系数的显著性水平,运用Lisrel8.7进行检验,并对初始模型进行了修正,根据计算出的路径系数,提出促进个人网上银行业务发展的建议,最后指出研究的不足和今后的研究方向.     

Gender Aspects of Participation,Support, and Success in a State Science Fair

This study of students competing in the 2009 Massachusetts State Science & Engineering Fair investigates the role gender played in students' participation, choice of science field, award of prizes, and mentioning inspiring teachers. Females made up 62% of the participants and were more likely to enter projects in biology and in earth/space/environmental sciences, whereas males were more heavily represented in engineering. Girls and boys were equally likely to receive an award. Nearly half of both the girls and the boys reported having an inspiring teacher, but this was not associated with greater student success. Furthermore, for girls, the gender of the inspiring teacher did not influence the chances of winning an award.

基于计划行为理论研究顾客与服务商之间购买意向达成的影响因素及关系。通过分析顾客的”心理反映”以及商家“责任或义务”的承诺对购买意向达成的影响,提出了顾客与商家购买意向达成的模型及假设;采取情景实验及过程跟踪方法,以服务关系为背景验证模型及假设。研究结果表明:顾客的行为控制认知、价值观/态度、主观规范、知识及经验、商家承诺及传递对顾客的购买意向及达成均呈现不同程度的影响。结论为服务商有侧重地采取措施与顾客达成购买意向及行为具有一定参考作用,并为服务商与顾客之间建立长期稳定的关系奠定基础。     

Promoting Participation in the Health Science Professions: Summer Programs for Talented,Underrepresented Students in Science

Across the nation, there remains a critical shortage of health professionals and of students choosing to pursue health-related careers. This problem is particularly pervasive in the state of Oklahoma. In response to this need, faculty, administrators, and health professionals on two campuses of the University of Oklahoma have, collaborated over the past 9 years to develop and deliver summer academy programs in the health sciences professions for talented students and primarily for students who are underrepresented in science. These summer academy programs feature classroom and hands-on clinical practicum experiences to introduce students to the rigors of academic preparation required for the health profession careers and the opportunity to be involved in direct patient care and laboratory research experiences. The academies have the goal of ensuring that bright, talented young students are aware of career options in health care delivery, health care education, and health care research arenas. A secondary objective is to spark student interest in pursuing higher education in the health sciences and in pursuing health-related careers. The academy goals complement the state and national ongoing efforts to attract top scholars and meet health work force needs.     

基于UTAUT视角的众包物流大众参与行为影响因素研究

众包物流作为一种新兴的终端物流配送模式,为有效解决当下火爆的本地化电商带来的“物流瓶颈”提供了全新的思路。本文以整合的技术接受和使用理论(UTAUT)为背景,提出了众包物流大众参与行为影响因素研究模型,采用调查问卷的形式搜集数据,并使用结构方程模型(SEM)的方法对收集到的296份有效样本进行分析。研究发现对众包物流大众参与行为的影响因素按总影响力从大到小排列依次为:便利条件、参与意愿、获益期望、社会影响、感知风险。最后,结合研究结果对众包物流的发展提出了针对性的对策和建议。     

公众参与下中央与地方政府环保行为演化博弈研究

在公众参与背景下,构建有限理性条件下中央政府与地方政府的环境保护演化博弈模型,分析公众参与下双方环境保护策略选择。结果表明,中央政府严格监管的成本和收益、环保不作为对地方政府声誉的负面影响、地方环保投入和收益、被公众揭发的可能性等是影响双方行为的重要因素。中央监管收益的增加、成本的下降,有助于提高中央政府监管的积极性;地方不作为对地方声誉影响越大、收入分成越少,是提升地方政府努力的有效手段;公众的积极参与,是破解信息不对称,督促央-地政府采取积极环保措施的重要手段。最后,结合理论分析和实际,提出保障地方政府努力开展环保工作的措施。

Development of a Community of Science Teachers: Participation in a Collaborative Action Research Project

This article presents a study exploring the beliefs, knowledge, and practices of four middle and secondary science teachers participating in a collaborative curriculum action research project. Using a case study methodology, the views and practices of these teachers were described and analyzed as they investigated novel ideas about scientific inquiry and nature of science, critically examined their practice, and implemented and reflected upon modified curricular practices. Findings indicated that by the end of the study, all participants had enhanced their views of scientific inquiry and nature of science, and the collaborative group evolved as a community of teachers. Wenger's (1998a) community of practice theory provided a useful framework to describe and analyze the experiences of these science teachers. Implications for the professional development of science teachers and the compatibility between a community of practice and collaborative action research projects are presented.

Applications of Category Theory to the Area of Algebraic Specification in Computer Science

The theory of algebraic specifications – one of the most important mathematical approaches to the specification of abstract data types and software systems – is reviewed from a mathematical and a computer science point of view. The important role of category theory in this area is discussed and it is shown how the following selected problems are treated using category theory: First, a unified framework for specification logics, second compositional semantics, third partial algebras and their specification, and fourth specifications and models for concurrent systems. For the solution of two of the problems classifying categories are used. They allow to present categories of algebras as functor categories and to derive a number of important properties from well known results for functor categories.     

基于强互惠理论的企业合作创新行为演化研究

基于强互惠理论构建了企业合作创新行为演化模型,将企业分成投机、纯合作与强互惠三种类型,对基本的演化博弈模型进行了分析,利用复制动态方程求出基本模型的两个演化稳定均衡解,并通过仿真方法对放松约束后的演化模型做进一步分析,发现了新的系统均衡状态并给出解释。研究结果表明:强互惠行为可以通过演化生成,并抑制企业合作创新中的投机行为,与其他两种类型企业共同发展,并形成企业合作创新系统的演化稳定均衡。研究结果为企业合作创新组织的管理提供了决策依据,同时有助于推动企业合作创新理论的深入发展。
