The preparation and characterization of a series of octahedral complexes [SnF4L2] (L = (Me2N)3PO (1), L = (R2N)2P(O)F; R = Me (2); Et (3) or L = R2NP(O)F2; R = Me (4); Et (5)) are described. These new adducts have been characterised by multinuclear (19F, 31P and 119Sn) NMR, IR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The NMR data particularly the 19F NMR spectra showed that the complexes exist in solution as mixtures of cis and trans isomers. The solution behaviour of the complexes studied by variable temperature NMR in the presence of excess ligand indicated that, unlike in the SnCl4 analogues, the ligand exchange at room temperature is slow for 13 and fast only for 4 and 5. The metal–ligand exchange barriers in [SnF4L2] and [SnCl4L2] systems were estimated and compared. The results indicate that in addition to the difference in the Lewis acidity between SnF4 and SnCl4 the nature of the substituents (fluorine atoms) on the phosphorus atom of the ligand can contribute considerably to the lability of the complex obtained.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of 7-aryl-1,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-3(2H)-indolizinones was studied by1H and13C NMR. Complete assignment of1H NMR signals and analysis of1H-1H coupling constants were performed using the iterative PANIC program. Values of3 J 6,7,3 J 7,8endo, and4 J 5,7 allow one to unambiguously identify the correspondingexo- andendo-stereoisomers. For stereoisomers with exo-orientation of H(7), complete assignment of13C NMR signals was performed on the basis of analysis of the13C-1H coupling constants using two dimensional heteronuclear shift-correlating spectroscopy.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. Mercury cyanide complexes of alkyldiamines (16), [Hg(L)(CN)2] (where L?=?en (1,2-diaminoethane), pn (1,3-diaminopropane), N-Me-en, N, N′-Me2-en, N, N′-Et2-en, and N, N′-ipr2-en), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 13C, and 15N solution NMR in DMSO-d6, as well as 13C, 15N, and 199Hg solid-state NMR spectroscopy. Complexes 1 and 2 have been studied computationally, built and optimized by GAUSSIAN03 using DFT at B3LYP level with LanL2DZ basis set. Binding modes of en and bn (where bn?=?1,4-diaminobutane) toward Hg(CN)2 are completely different. Complexes with en and pn show chelating binding to Hg(II), while bn behaves as a bridging ligand to form a polymeric structure, [Hg(CN)2-bn] [B.A. Al-Maythalony, M. Fettouhi, M.I.M. Wazeer, A.A. Isab. Inorg. Chem. Commun., 12, 540 (2009).]. The solution 13C NMR of the complexes demonstrates a slight shift of the ?C≡N (0.9 to 2?ppm) and ?C–NH2 (0.25 to 6?ppm) carbon resonances, while the other resonances are relatively unaffected. 15N labeling studies have shown involvement of alkyldiamine ligands in coordination to the metal. The principal components of the 13C, 15N, and 199Hg shielding tensors have been determined from solid-state NMR data. Antimicrobial activity studies show that the complexes exhibit higher antibacterial activities toward various microorganisms than Hg(CN)2.  相似文献

The13C and19F NMR spectra ofZ- andE-isomers of β-X-substituted α,β-difluorostyrenes (X=F, Cl, CpFe(CO)2, Re(CO)5, Re2(CO)9Na) were studied. Direct and long-range (across 1–5 bonds) spin-spin coupling constants and the (13C−12C) isotope shifts in the19F NMR spectra were determined. The study of the13C satellites in the19F NMR spectra of substituted difluorostyrenes permitted assignment of the13C NMR signals of the vinylic carbon atoms. Similarly, the signals in19F NMR spectra were assigned based on coupling constants of fluorine withipso-carbon. These assignments were found to be in good agreement with the data available from the literature (X=F, Cl). The developed approach was applied to the elucidation of the structure ofZ−PhCF=CClFe(CO)2Cp. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk, Seriya Khimicheskaya. The complexes CdL4(ClO4)2 (1), CdL2(NO3)2 (2), and CdL2Cl2 (3) (L = (Me2N)3P(Se)) have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, IR, and multinuclear (31P, 77Se, and 113Cd) NMR spectroscopy. 31P and 77Se NMR data were informative of changes associated with complex formation. The structure of the prepared complexes was further confirmed in solution by their 113Cd NMR spectra, which show a quintuplet for the perchlorate complex and a triplet for each of the nitrate and chloride complexes due, respectively, to coupling with four and two equivalent phosphorus atoms, consistent with a four coordinate tetrahedral geometry for the cadmium center. The NMR data are discussed and compared with those reported for related complexes.  相似文献

New cadmium(II) complexes with phosphine telluride ligands of the type CdX2(R3PTe)n [X?=?ClO4?, n?=?4: R?=?n-Bu (1), Me2?N (2), C5H10?N (3), C4H8?N (4) or OC4H8?N (5); X?=?Cl, n?=?2: R?=?n-Bu (6), Me2?N (7), C5H10?N (8), C4H8?N (9) or OC4H8?N (10)] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and multinuclear (31P, 125Te, and 113Cd) NMR spectroscopy. In particular, the solution structures of these complexes were confirmed by 113Cd NMR at low temperature, which displays a quintuplet for each of the perchlorate complexes and a triplet for each of the chloride complexes due to coupling with four and two equivalent phosphorus atoms, respectively, indicating a four-coordinate tetrahedral geometry for the metal center. These multiplet features were further accompanied by one bond Te–Cd couplings, clearly showing that the ligand is coordinated to the metal through tellurium. The results are discussed and compared with those obtained for closely related phosphine chalcogenide analogs.  相似文献

Abstract

The fully deprotonated anion of 1,3,5-benzene-triphosphonic acid 1,3,5-C6H3[PO32?]3 gives rise to deceptively simple 1H and 31P NMR spectra due to a corresponding [AX]3 spin system. The 13C{1H} NMR spectrum reveals two 13C isotopomers which are identified via AXX′2 systems. Results from analysis and iteration are described.  相似文献

Lithocholic acid N-(2-aminoethyl)amide (1) and deoxycholic acid N-(2-aminoethyl)amide(2) have been prepared and characterized by1H, 13C and 15N NMR. The accurate molecular masses of 1 and 2 have been determined by ESI MS. The formation of the Cd2+-complexes (1+Cd and 2+Cd) in CD3OD solution have been detected by 1H,13C, 15N and 113Cd NMR. The 13C NMR chemical shift assignments of 1 and 2 and their Cd2+-complexes are based on DEPT-135 and z-GS 1H,13C HMQC experiments as well as comparison with the assignments of the related structures. The 15N NMR chemical shiftassignments of the ligands and theirCd2+-complexes are based on z-GS1H,15N HMBC experiments. 13C NMR chemical shift differences between 1and its 1:1 Cd2+-complex based on ab initiocalculations at Hartree-Fock SCI-PCM level using3-21G(d) basis set are in agreement with theexperimental shift changes observed onCd2+-complexation.  相似文献

The complexation of N-phthaloyl, N-formyl, and N,N-dimethyl derivatives of S-methylcysteine methyl ester (both racemic and optically pure) with three dimeric rhodium(II) salts, acetate Rh2AcO4, trifluoroacetate Rh2TFA4, and (R)-(+)-α-methoxy-α-trifluoromethylphenylacetate Rh2Mosh4 was investigated by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) at room and lower temperatures. The complexation was carried out in situ, in CDCl3 solution using titration procedure; the results were examined by the analysis of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift change (Δδ). The complexation of free S-methyl cysteine and hydrochloride salt of its methyl ester was performed in D2O solution. For comparison, complexation of some derivatives of leucine, phenylalanine, and proline was examined.

N-phthaloyl and N-formyl derivatives of cysteine formed 1 : 1 and 1 : 2 axial complexes with all dirhodium salts. Rhodium substrates were bonded via sulfur. In one case, the complexation of Rh2TFA4 by both sulfur and N-formyl oxygen was noted. Similar complexation of Rh2TFA4, via CHO group, was found for N-formyl derivatives of leucine, phenylalanine, and proline. For N,N-dimethyl derivative of cysteine, both N and S atoms were involved in bonding. At room temperature, in all cases, ligand exchange was fast on the NMR timescale.  相似文献

We prepared novel ionic liquid submicron particles (ILSPs) in water by emulsifying the ionic liquid (IL) N-(2-methoxyethyl)-N-methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide (Pyr12O1TFSI), which is immiscible with water, with the nonionic surfactants Tween 20 and Span 80. The mean particle size and zeta potential of the ILSPs were about 580?nm and ?30?mV, respectively. The ILSPs were characterized using 1H and 19F nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic methods. The chemical shifts of the Pyr12O1+ cation and TFSI? anion in the 1H and 19F NMR spectra of the ILSP suspension were consistent with those corresponding to pure Pyr12O1TFSI. This indicated that most of the Pyr12O1TFSI was still in the IL state in the ILSP suspension. In addition, 1H–1H nuclear Overhauser effect correlated spectroscopic measurements showed that the ILSP droplets contained Pyr12O1TFSI in the neat IL steric state even in the ILSP suspension, and Pyr12O1TFSI species localized in the droplet surfaces interacted with the hydrophobic acyl side chains of the surfactants. These NMR spectroscopic results show that the ILSPs formed an IL-in-water microemulsion in which droplets of neat Pyr12O1TFSI were surrounded by the two surfactants, that is, Tween 20 and Span 80.  相似文献

Treatment of 2- and 4-amino-3-(tert-butyl-NNO-azoxy)pyridines with nitrating agents (N2O5or NO2BF4) afforded the first representatives of pyridoannelated 1,2,3,4-tetrazine di-N-oxides, viz., pyrido[2,3-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 1,3-dioxide (9), 7-nitropyrido[2,3-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 1,3-dioxide (10), and pyrido[3,4-e][1,2,3,4]tetrazine 2,4-dioxide (11). These compounds were studied by 1H, 13C, and 14N NMR spectroscopy. The 1:1 complex of compound 10 with benzene was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. trans-[Co(py)4Cl2]Cl·6H2O, mer-[Co(py)3Cl3] and mer-[Co(py)3(CO3)Cl] were studied by UV-Vis, far-IR and 1H, 13C, 15N NMR. The formation of Co-N bonds lead to variable in sign and magnitude changes of 1H NMR chemical shifts, heavily dependent on proton position, coordination sphere geometry and character of auxiliary ligands. 13C nuclei were deshielded upon Co(III) coordination, while 15N NMR studies exhibited ca. 85–110 ppm shielding effects (ca. 15–25 ppm more expressed for nitrogens trans to N than trans to Cl or O). 13C and 15N CPMAS spectra revealed a slight inequivalency of formally identical Co-py bonds in trans-[Co(py)4Cl2]Cl·6H2O and mer-[Co(py)3Cl3], suggesting for the latter complex an existence of distortion isomers. In chloroform, a spontaneous trans-[Co(py)4Cl2]Cl → mer-[Co(py)3Cl3] + py reaction was monitored by 1H NMR and UV-Vis. This process of py → Cl substitution allowed the design of a more convenient and efficient method of mer-[Co(py)3Cl3] preparation.   相似文献

A series of previously unknown unsymmetrical difluoroaromatic compounds, viz., p-fluorobenzoylphenyl(p-fluorophenyl)-substituted imidazoles, pyrazines, and quinoxalines, were synthesized according to multistep procedures with the use of chloral as the key compound. The reactivities of the resulting difluoroaromatic compounds were estimated based on 19F and 13C NMR spectral data and the results of quantum-chemical calculations. The calculated charge densities on the Cipso atoms correlate linearly with the experimental chemical shifts in the 19F and 13C NMR spectra. Difluoroaromatic compounds, which are characterized by F > –110 and C > 163 and by the charge density on the Cipso atom higher than 0.08 e, are sufficiently activated to be used for the preparation of high-molecular-weight polyethers.  相似文献

The signals in the13C NMR spectra of 2,3,4,5-tetraphenyl-1-germacyclopenta-2,4-dienes (R1=R2=H, Me,cyclo-C3H5, SiMe3, SnMe3, R1=Me, R2=H, Cl) were completely assigned using 2D NMR spectroscopy. The pattern of the variation of the chemical shifts in the13C NMR spectra indicates that the effects of substituents R1 and R2 on the heterocycle and on the phenyl groups are of inductive rather than mesomeric origin and include the direct through-space polarization of bonds (field effect). Single-pulse 13C NMR spectra and spin-lattice relaxation times T1(1H), detected indirectly via 13C carbons, and T1(13C) were measured at 31°C for virgin pelletized and annealed polylactic acid (PLA) samples using the magic-angle spinning technique. The structural relaxation resulting in more regular crystals with narrower conformation distribution and increase in the lamellae thickness and crystallinity brought about by annealing at 100°C was deduced from the narrowing of the 13C NMR lines and proton spin-lattice relaxation times T1(1H). The spin-lattice relaxation times T1(13C) related to the respective carbons of the α-polymorph of PLA are also discussed in the study.  相似文献

Complexes of the type [Pt R2 (dppma-PP′)] (R─Me, Et, Ph, CH2Ph, C6H4 Me-p, C6H4OMe-2, CH2CMe3, 1-naphthyl, C6H4Me-o, dppma = Ph2PNMe PPh2) have been prepared from [PtCl2, (dppma-PP′)] and the corresponding alkyl-lithium or Grignard reagents. Equilibrium constants, k, for the conversion of [PtR2 (dppma-PP′)] into cis-[PtR2(dppma-P)2] with dppma were studied using 31P NMR spectroscopy at room temperature. Equilibrium is rapidly established for R─C6H4-Me-o, at 20°C. Complex of the type cis-[PtR2 (dppma-P)2] was isolated R─C6H4 Me-o. The complexes [PtMe2(dppma-P)2] and [Pt(o-methoxyphenyl)2(dppma-P)2] were prepared, but unfortunately decomposed once isolated, the only evidence for its formation being from 31P-{1H} NMZR spectroscopy. The o-tolyl or 1-naphthyl complexes exist as syn-anti mixtures in solution, due to restricted rotation around the platinum aryl bonds. Treatment of several complexes of the type [PtR2(dppma-PP′)] with MeI gives [PtR2Me(I)(dppma-PP′)] with trans addition of MeI. Treatment of [PtR2(dppma-PP′)] with HCl gives [Pt Cl (R) (dppma-PP′)] for R─C6H2Me3-2,4,6, C6H4-CH3-2, C6H4-Me-4, Me, 1-naphthyl. The 1H, 31P NMR parameters for these complexes are discussed. Attempted preparation of complexes of the type [PtR2 (dppma-P)2M] (R─C6H4-Me-2, Me CN-C6H4-Me-4); M─Pd, Pt, Au,) are reported.  相似文献

The two octahedral complexes SnCl4·2(O)PF(NR2)2 (R = Me or Et) were prepared from reaction of SnCl4 with the ligand (R2N)2P(O)F in anhydrous CHCl3. The new adducts have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and multinuclear (119Sn, 31P, 19F, and 1H) NMR spectroscopy. The NMR data show that the adducts exist in solution as a mixture of cis and trans isomers with markedly different proportions. When compared with previously described hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) and trimethylphosphate (TMPA) analogues, our results indicate that the cis isomer is the predominant species in solution. Low temperature 31P and 119Sn NMR spectra show that the compounds partially dissociate in dichloromethane.  相似文献

The sodium salt of [B12H12]2− dianion reacts with carboxylic acid halides to give a mixture of B-acylated product [B12H11COR]2− and an unstable intermediate, the latter undergoing hydrolysis to form [B12H11OH]2−. The ratio of the products formed depends on the nature of the radical R. The reaction mechanism was studied by NMR spectroscopy. A number of novel [B12H11COR]2− compounds were synthesized; their structures were confirmed by NMR and IR spectral data. Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk.
