Two new epoxy steroids, 5α,8α-epidioxy-22β,23β-epoxyergosta-6-en-3β-ol (1) and 5α,8α-epidioxy-22α,23α-epoxyergosta-6-en-3β-ol (2), and ten known steroids including (24R)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6-en-3β-ol (3), (22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (4), (22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (5), β-sitosterol (6), sitost-5-en-3β-ol acetate (7), 7α-hydroxysitosterol (8), schleicheol 2 (9), (24R)-24-ethyl-5α-cholestane-3β,5α,6β-triol (10), 7α-hydroxystigmasterol (11), and stigmasterol (12) were isolated from Helianthus tuberosus grown in Laizhou salinized land of coastal zone of Bohai Sea, China. The structures of these compounds were unambiguously established by 1D, 2D NMR and mass spectroscopic techniques. The new compounds 1 and 2 exhibited weak antibacterial activity and no antifungal activity.  相似文献

One new chalcone, 4,6-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-3-methyldihydrochalcone (4), together with four known compounds, dammaradienol (1), (-)-5-methoxyflavan-7-ol (2), 5-methoxy-6-methyl-2-phenyl-7H-chromen-7-one (3), and dracorhodin (5), were isolated from Draconis Resina. The structures of these compounds were determined by spectral methods. Among these five compounds, compounds 1, 2, and 3 exhibited cytotoxicity against KB and HepG2 cells.  相似文献

A new oleanane-type triterpenoid saponin, named platycoside N (1), together with six known saponins, was isolated from the roots of Platycodon grandiflorum. On the basis of acid hydrolysis, comprehensive spectroscopic data analyses and comparison with the spectral data of the known compounds, its structure was elucidated as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2β,3β,16α,23-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside. The six known compounds were platycodin D (2), deapioplatycodin D (3), platycodin D3 (4), deapioplatycodin D3 (5), platycoside E (6) and deapioplatycoside E (7).  相似文献

Reaction of 3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one ( 1 ) and formaldehyde with the presence of calcium hydroxide in aqueous dioxane gave 7,7-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3-methoxy-17-methyl-5-methylenemorphinan-6β-ol ( 2a ). Catalytic reduction of 2a yielded the 5α-methyl compound, 2b . Tosylation of 2a,b followed by lithium triethylborohydride reduction gave either 7α-methyl-6β,7β-oxetanes 4a,b or 7,7-dimethyl-6β-ols 5a,b , depending on reaction conditions. The C-6 ketones 6a,b were prepared by oxidation of 5a,b . One compound in this series, 6a , had antinociceptive activity.  相似文献

From the black coral Antipathies dichotoma, a sphingolipid (2S*,3S*,4E,8E)-2N-[tetradecanoyl]-4(E),8(E)-icosadiene-1,3-diol (1) and a steroid (22E)-methylcholesta-5,22-diene-1α,3β,7α-triol (2) were isolated. Other known compounds, 3β,7α-dihydroxy-cholest-5-ene (3), (22E,24S),5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methylcholesta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (4) and (22E,24S),5α,8α-epidioxy-24-methylcholesta-6,9(11),22-trien-3β-ol (5). The structures were established on the basis of NMR spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature. The antibacterial activity of five compounds was evaluated.  相似文献

Two new cucurbitane-type triterpenoids,(23E)-5β,19-epoxycucurbita-6,23,25-triene-3β-ol(1) and(19R,23E)-5/β,19-epoxy- 19-ethoxycucurbita-6,23-diene~3β,25-diol(2),together with three known compounds,have been isolated from the fruit of Momordica charantia L.Their structures were determined on the basis of spectral analysis.Their cytotoxic activity was tested on 5 cancer cell lines,MCF-7,HepG2,Dul45,Colon205 and HL-60 by MTT assay.Compounds 1,3 and 4 showed weak cytotoxicity.  相似文献

From the MeOH extract of leaves of Combretum quadrangulare, fifteen new cycloartane-type triterpenes, methyl quadrangularates A-D (1-4) and N-P (8, 6, 12), methyl 24-epiquadrangularate C (5), quadrangularic acid E (9), 23-deoxojessic acid (10), 1-O-acetyl-23-deoxojessic acid (11), quadragularols A (7) and B (13) and norquadrangularic acids B (14) and C (15) were isolated together with two known cycloartane-type triterpenes, methyl 23-deoxojessate (16) and 4beta,14alpha-dimethyl-5alpha-ergosta-9beta++ +,19-cyclo-24(31)-en-3beta-hydroxy-4alpha-carboxylic acid (17). Betulinic acid (18), beta-sitosterol (19), kamatakenin (20), isokaempferide (21), 5,7,4'-trihydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxyflavone (22) and 5,4'-dihydroxy-3,7,3'-trimethoxyflavone (23) were also obtained from the same extract. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical conversions. All the isolated compounds were tested for their cytotoxicity towards highly liver metastatic murine colon 26-L5 carcinoma cells, and the cycloartane-type triterpenes showed various degrees of cytotoxicity, whereas all the flavonoids possessed strong cytotoxicity with ED50 values equal to or less than 6 microM.  相似文献

以阿魏酸甲酯为原料,通过氧化偶联构建2-芳基苯并二氢呋喃骨架,再经傅克酰基化和酯缩合反应依次制得(E)-3-[2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-乙酰基)苯基-3-甲氧羰基-7-甲氧基-2,3-二氢苯[b]并呋喃-5-基]丙烯酸甲酯(3)和(E)-3-[2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-甲氧羰基乙酰基)苯基-3-甲氧羰基-7-甲氧基-2,3二氢苯并[b]呋喃-5-基]丙烯酸甲酯(4); 4经水解反应合成3-【2-羟基-3-甲氧基-5-{5-[2-(甲氧基羰基)乙烯基]-7-甲氧基-3-甲氧羰基-2,3-二氢苯并[b]呋喃-2-}基】苯基-3-氧丙酸(5),化合物3~5未见文献报道,其结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR和MS(ESI)表征。采用分子对接软件Autodock vina对化合物2~5与HIV-1整合酶核心部位高度同源的PFV IN(PDB: 3L2V)进行对接,计算结果显示该类化合物能与整合酶形成稳定的复合物,具有1,3-二酮基团的化合物3, 4和5能与整合酶中金属离子产生螯合作用,其中化合物5的结合作用最强。  相似文献

A new triterpenoid glycoside(1) and seven known triterpenoid glycosides, pseudoginsenoside RT2(2), yesanchinoside R2(3), vinaginsenoside R13(4), vinaginsenoside R8(5), notoginsenoside E(6), 6'-O-acetylginsenoside Re(7), 6"-O-acetylginsenoside Rb1(8), were isolated from the rhizomes of Panacis majoris. The new triterpenoid glycoside was elucidated as 3-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-(6'-O-ethyl)-glucuronopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside by extensive spectroscopic and phytochemical methods. Compounds 2-8 were obtained from the plant for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 displayed good activities against adenosine diphosphate (ADP)-induced platelet aggregation, and compounds 1, 5, 6 and 8 showed moderate activities. Compound 6 exhibited moderate antiplatelet aggregation activity induced by arachidonic acid(AA).  相似文献

From the ethanolic extract of the whole plant of Anaphalis aureo-punctata, a new acylated flavonoid glycoside 3-O-kaempferol-3-O-acetyl-6-O-(p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and five known phenolic compounds 3-O-kaempferol-6- O- ( p-coumaroyl )-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ), kaempferol-3- O-β-D-glucopyranoside 3,6-(4′-hydroxystyryl)-4-methoxy-2-pyrone (4), 2H-pyran-2-one, 6-[ 2-( 4-(β-D-glucopyranosyloxy ) phenyl ) ethenyl ]-4-methoxy-( E ) (5) and 4-hydroxy-3-methoxycinnamic hexacosyl ester (6) were isolated. Their structures were established by spectral methods (UV, IR, MS, 1D, 2D-NMR). The flavonoid glycosides, 1, 2 and 3 showed markedly inhibited oxidative DNA strand breaks induced by Fenton reaction and NADH/PMS in a concentration-dependent manner.  相似文献

通过人工发酵培养,从南海红树林内源真菌Fusarium sp.ZZF60的培养液中分离得到:1种新蒽醌衍生物,6,8-二甲氧基-1-甲基-2-(3-氧丁基)蒽醌(1),以及5种已知化合物:7-羟基-3-(4-甲氧基苯基)苯并-γ-吡喃酮(2),2,4-二羟基-6-[(1′E,3′E)-1′,3′-戊二烯基]苯甲醛(3),(E)-4-羟基肉桂酸甲酯(4),4-(4-羟基苯基)-2-丁醇(5),4-羟基苯甲酸(6)。它们的结构通过MS、NMR等波谱分析推导确定。初步药理活性显示,化合物1抑制体外培养人喉癌细胞Hep2和人肝癌细胞HepG2的IC50分别为16和23μmol/L。  相似文献

A new arylbenzofuran, 3',5'-dihydroxy-6-methoxy-7-prenyl-2-arylbenzofuran (1), and 25 known compounds, including moracin R (2), moracin C (3), moracin O (4), moracin P (5), artoindonesianin O (6), moracin D (7), alabafuran A (8), mulberrofuran L (9), mulberrofuran Y (10), kuwanon A (11), kuwanon C (12), kuwanon T (13), morusin (14), kuwanon E (15), sanggenon F (16), betulinic acid (17), uvaol (18), ursolic acid (19), β-sitosterol (20), oxyresveratrol 2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (21), mulberroside A (22), mulberroside B (23), 5,7-dihydroxycoumarin 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (24), 5,7-dihydroxycoumarin 7-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (25) and adenosine (26), were isolated from Morus alba var. multicaulis Perro. (Moraceae). Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. The prenyl-flavonoids 11-14, 16, triterpenoids 17,18 and 20 showed significant inhibitory activity towards the differentiation of 3T3-L1 adipocytes. The arylbenzofurans 1-10 and prenyl-flavonoids 11-16 also showed significant nitric oxide (NO) production inhibitory effects in RAW264.7 cells.  相似文献

以1-甲氧羰基-7-甲氧基-β-咔啉为原料经肼解、重氮化反应得1-叠氮酰基-7-甲氧基-β-咔啉(6), 再经Curtius重排、碱解反应得1-氨基-7-甲氧基-β-咔啉(2). 化合物6的Curtius重排产物与各种醇反应得1-烷氧羰基氨基-7-甲氧基-β-咔啉(3). 所得到的10个化合物结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS和元素分析确证. 采用MTT法对合成的化合物进行了体外抗肿瘤活性测定, 结果表明, 在10-5 mol/L浓度下目标化合物具有一定的抗肿瘤活性, 其中化合物3e, 3g和3h对HepG2和SGC-7901抑制率均高于阳性对照物骆驼蓬碱(1).  相似文献

Six new stilbenoids, a (bibenzyldihydrophenanthrene) ether designated phoyunnanin D (1), a bis(dihydrophenanthrene) ether designated phoyunnanin E (2), and four stilbenes designated phoyunbene A-D (3-6), were isolated from the air-dried whole plant of Pholidota yunnanensis ROLFE. The new compounds were identified as 7-[2-(3-hydroxyphenethyl)-4-hydroxy-6-methoxyphenoxy]-4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (1), 1-[(9,10-dihydro-4-hydroxy-2-methoxy-7-phenanthrenyl)oxy]-4,7-dihydroxy-2-methoxy-9,10-dihydrophenanthrene (2), trans-3,3'-dihydroxy-2',4',5-trimethoxystilbene (3), trans-3,4'-dihydroxy-2',3',5-trimethoxystilbene (4), trans-3,3'-dihydroxy-2',5-dimethoxystilbene (5), and trans-3-hydroxy-2',3',5-trimethoxystilbene (6) based on spectroscopic evidence. Furthermore, the inhibitory effects of compounds 1-6 on nitric oxide production in a murine macrophage-like cell line (RAW 264.7) activated by lipopolysaccharide and interferon-gamma were examined.  相似文献

A synthesis of (20 R)- and (20 S)-3β-methoxy-5-cholen-24,20-lactones (7a and 7b) from 3β-methoxy-5-androsten-17-one (2) is described. The 17-ketone 2 was treated with isopropenyllithium to give 3β-methoxy-17α-(prop-l'-en-2'-ylo)-5-androsten-17β-ol (3). Compound 3 on reaction with ethyl orthoacetate and Claisen rearrangement of intermediate 17β-orthoester furnished ethyl esters of (E)- and (Z)-3β-methoxy-chol-5,17(20)-diene-24-acids (4b and 4a). Hydrolysis of ester groups in 4a and 4b and phenylselenolactonization afforded stereospecifically and regioselectively unsaturated (20 R)- and (20 S)-3β-methoxy-chol-5,16-diene-24, 20-lactones(6a and 6b), respectively. Reduction of double bond 16-17 in 6a and 6b gave the final products 7a and 7b. The phenylselenolactonization of(E)- and (Z)-3β-methoxy-chol-5,17(20)-diene-24-acids (5b and 5a) and spontaneous elimination of phenylselenyl moiety was investigated and compared with iodolactonization of the same unsaturated acids.  相似文献

A new marine sterol 7β-hydroperoxy-24-methylenecholesterol ( 1 ) along with five known compounds sarcophytol A ( 2 ), (Z)-N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]-3-methyldodec-2-enamide ( 3 ), 5α,7αH-eduesm-11(13)en-4α-ol ( 4 ), 24-methylenecholesterol ( 5 ) and 1β-hydroxy-α-cyperone ( 6 ) have been isolated from a Formosan soft coral Sinularia sp. A new flavonol glycoside together with five known phenolic compounds were isolated from the whole herb of Callianthemum taipaicum. The compounds were identified as isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-arabinoside-7-O-β-D-glucoside (1), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (2), dibutyl phthalate (3), (+)-1-hydroxylpinoresinol-4'-β-D-glucoside (4), pinoresinol-4'-O-β-D-glucoside (5) and 2-phenylethyl-β-primeveroside (6). Compound 1 was identified as a new flavonol glycoside. The compound 6 was isolated for the first time as natural product. All compounds were isolated for the first time from the Callianthemum genus. Furthermore, the 2D-NMR data of the four known compounds 2-5 are given for the first time in this paper. All the structures were identified on the basis of detailed spectral analysis. The compounds 1 and 4 exhibited certain antifungal activity.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigations on the methanolic extract of Melicope ptelefolia Champ ex Benth. resulted in the isolation of three new compounds, identified as 3beta-stigmast-5-en-3-ol butyl tridecanedioate (melicoester) (1), (2Z, 6Z, 10Z, 14Z, 18Z, 22Z, 26E)-3', 7', 11', 15', 19', 23', 27', 31'-octamethyldotriaconta-2, 6, 10, 14, 18, 22, 26, 30-octadecanoate (melicopeprenoate) (2) and p-O-geranyl-7"-acetoxy coumaric acid (3). The compounds were isolated along with twenty-one other known compounds, lupeol (4), oleanolic acid (5), kokusaginine (6) genistein (7), p-O-geranyl coumaric acid (8), 4-stigmasten-3-one (9), 3beta-hydroxystigma-5-en-7-one (10) cis-phytyl palmitate (11), dodecane, dodecan-1-ol, ceryl alcohol, hentriacontanoic acid, eicosane, n-amyl alcohol, caprylic alcohol, octatriacontane, nonatriacontane, hexatriencontan-1-ol, methyl octacosanoate, beta-sitosterol, beta-sitosterol glucoside. Structures of all the compounds were established on the basis of MS and 1D and 2D NMR spectral data, as well as comparison with reported data.  相似文献
