Cr(III) and/or Cr(VI) determinations based on light emission produced by luminol oxidation by hydrogen peroxide in basic aqueous solution catalyzed by Cr(III) were studied in order to diagnose and/or avoid method bias. The calibration step was optimized, and the usefulness of the method for speciating chromium was tested. The use of the standard addition method in the linear interval concentration range made it possible to diagnose the accuracy of the method for real samples. Good results were obtained for several real water samples containing chromium at different concentrations. The proposed protocol made the method traceable with an appropriate certified reference material and with the reference method.  相似文献

A cerium(IV) hydroxide coprecipitation method was developed for the determination of some trace elements (Cu, Co, Pb, Cd, Ni) in aqueous solutions, water and sediment samples by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Several parameters governing the efficiency of the coprecipitation method were evaluated including pH of sample solution, amount of carrier element, volume of sample solution and the effect of possible matrix ions The procedure was validated by the analysis of GBW 07309 standard reference material sediment and by use of a method based on a solid phase extraction.  相似文献

We found that bis(thiophenal) pyridine‐2,6‐diamine (BPD) can be used as an excellent ion carrier to prepare a gadolinium‐selective PVC‐based membrane sensor. The use of oleic acid (OA) and potassium tetrakis(p‐chlorophenyl borate)(KTKpClPB), as anionic additives, and dibutyl phthalate (DBP), acetophenone (AP) and nitrobenzene (NB), as plasticizing solvent mediators was investigated. The best performance was observed with a membrane having the composition of 30% PVC; 62% BA; 5% BPD; and 3% KTKpClPB. The resulting sensor works well over a relatively wide concentration range (1.0×10?6–1.0×10?1 M) with a Nernstian slope of 19.4±0.4 mV per decade of gadolinium activity over a wide pH range (3.5–8.0). The limit of detection of the sensor is 7.0×10?7 M (ca. 110 ng mL?1). The proposed electrode shows excellent discriminating ability toward gadolinium ions with regard to common alkali, alkaline earth, transition, heavy metal ions, and specially, lanthanide ions. The proposed sensor was applied as an indicator electrode for titration of gadolinium ions with EDTA.  相似文献

A liquid-liquid extraction study has been conducted to separate hafnium from zirconium, using Cyanex 301 in kerosene. Noticeably, it is the first time that Cyanex 301 is utilized to separate Hf(IV) from Zr(IV). In this series of experiments, several parameters influencing the separation have been investigated, such as the initial pH, the extractant concentration, the metal ion concentration, the temperature, the type of the diluents and the salt addition. Regarding the aging of the Zr(IV) and Hf(IV) solutions, the solutions with a maximum 3 d aging time could be used with no difficulties. It was observed that the initial pH increase caused an increase in the Zr(IV)/Hf(IV) separation factor. Moreover, the distribution decreased with the temperature increase, suggesting that the reaction is exothermic. In agreement with the resulting data, the optimum separation factor illustrates the value of 7 at a pH of 4.00 in the presence of NaCl as an added salt. The attractive characteristics of the presently designed method are the use of low acidic nitrate solutions, the lack of using thiocyanate and a higher extractability of hafnium-Cyanex 301 relative to zirconium-Cyanex 301 complexes.  相似文献

The complexes [M(CO)4(pyridyl‐CH=N‐CHRCO2R′)] (M = Cr, Mo; R = H, CH3, CH(CH3)2, CH2CH(CH3)2) were obtained by reaction of the Schiff bases from pyridine‐2‐carboxaldehyde and glycine, L‐alanine, L‐valine or L‐leucine esters with the norbornadiene complexes [M(CO)4(nbd)] and were characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR and UV‐vis spectra. Abstract

The formation of blue perchromic acid represents one of the most sensitive and selective tests for the identification of chromium. The sorption of perchromic acid on TBP loaded foam has been investigated for the detection, semiquantitative and quantitative determinations of chromium (VI). In foam batch method, it was possible to detect as los as 0.6, 0.4 and 0.2 ppm of chromium (VI) with unloaded or tricaprylylamine loaded foams, TBP-amine-loaded foams and TBP loaded foams, respectively.  相似文献

 The complex formation and extraction of chromium(VI) with 2-[2-(4-methoxy-phenylamino)-vinyl]-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium chloride reagent was studied by means of spectrophotometry. The influence of medium acidity, the concentration of chloride ions and dye reagent, the nature of the extractant and some other factors (time of extraction, stability of color, interference, etc.) on the absorbance of colored extracts were studied. The optimum conditions were found to be 0.02–0.1 M H2SO4, 1.0–1.5 M NaCl, (2.0–2.5) × 10−4 M of reagent. The absorbance of the colored extracts obeys Beer’s Law in the range of 0.26–7.28 mg L−1. The procedure of Cr(VI) extraction and spectrophotometric determination was examined. Author for correspondence. The synthesis of a new series of trans and racemic cis isomers of cobalt(III)‐, iron(III)‐, and chromium(III)‐based complexes with the α‐ and γ‐diimine Schiff base ligands, N,N′‐bis(X)‐2,3‐butandiimine and N,N′‐bis(X)‐1,2‐phenyldiimine (X = cyclohexyl, 2‐isopropylphenyl, 1‐naphthyl) is described. To confirm the identity of the complexes prepared in the present study, a variety of techniques including elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, infrared‐, mass‐ (EI), and UV/Vis‐ spectroscopy have been utilized. Some of the isolated complexes have been evaluated as catalysts for the oxidation of L‐cysteine. Preliminary results showed that the metal atoms, geometry of the complexes, auxiliary substituents, and the backbone of the ligand influenced the rate of oxidation reaction.  相似文献

A field oriented and economical method of coprecipitation of trace elements like Al, Au, Bi, Cd, Co, Cu, Fe, Mo, Ni, Pb, Pd, Ti, V, W, Zn and REE has been developed. A novel reductant D-glucose, reduces KMnO4 in solution to form a precipitate of MnO2. Two liters of clear natural water sample is adjusted to pH 3.5–4.0, and is treated with 10 ml of 1% KMnO4 and 20 ml of 0.1% D-glucose. The sample is heated at a temperature of 75–80 °C, MnO2 is formed which coprecipitates the above trace elements. The precipitate is separated by filtration, dissolved in 2 ml of 50% HCl and 2 ml of 30% H2O2 and diluted to 25 ml for analysis using AAS and ICP-AES. The recoveries were found to be 96–105%. The preconcentration factor is 80. Limits of determination by the proposed method in natural waters are 1 μg l−1 for Al, Cd, Mo, V, W, Ti and Zn, 5 μg l−1 for Au, Bi, Co, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb and Pd and 8 μg l−1 for REE. The RSD of the present procedure (n=5) is 8% at 5 μg l−1 level. Twenty water samples can be analyzed by an analyst in an 8-h day.  相似文献

Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) technique was applied to detecting chromium in ink with ZnO as adsorbent, and the LIBS spectra were preprocessed by wavelet denoising. The laser energy and delay time were optimized depending on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and intensity of three analysis atomic lines(Cr 425.43 nm, Cr 427.48 nm and Cr 428.97 nm). Compared with other analysis lines, atomic line of Cr 427.48 nm was selected as the analysis line for the quantitative analysis of Cr in ink as the calibration curve of it showed a better linear relationship (correlation coefficient R2=0.9778), and the relative error of Cr in the measured ink was 52.96%. Since the single spectral line used for calibration curve method is often influenced by matrix effect and other factors, partial least squares regression(PLS) as multivariate calibration method has been applied to predicting the concentration of Cr in ink, and the relative error of Cr in the measured ink was 10.48%. The result obtained from the PLS method was better than that from the calibration curve when comparing the relative error, demonstrating that, based on adsorbent, LIBS combined with PLS provides an effective, practical and convenient technique for the determination of trace element in aqueous solution.  相似文献

[(n-Bu)2Sn[{4-ClC6H4C(O)NHO}2] (DBDCT) 是课题组自主设计合成的一种新型芳香异羟肟酸二丁基锡化合物(已获国际国内发明专利),有较高的体内和体外抗肿瘤活性,小鼠急毒实验揭示其具有较低的毒性作用,初步动物实验提示DBDCT还具有升高白细胞的功能,在肿瘤化疗治疗中将产生重要的影响。本文首次建立了HPLC法测定化合物在血浆中的动力学参数。用甲醇直接沉淀血浆蛋白,乙酰苯胺为内标, Diamonsil ODS(4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm)色谱柱,甲醇:0.5%三氟乙酸水溶液(30:70,pH 3.0,v/v)为流动相,检测波长238 nm。方法在0.1~25 µg·mLl-1范围内线性关系良好(r = 0.9992),定量限和检测限分别为50 和10 ng·mL-1。该方法用来测定单次静脉注射不同剂量(2,5,12mg·kg-1) DBDCT后大鼠体内的浓度-时间曲线,并采用3p97软件对动力学参数和房室模型进行估计,结果表明DBDCT在大鼠体内的动力学符合二室模型,方法简便快速,专属性好,其动力学研究中的应用为制剂的质量控制和临床前动物合理用药以及临床研究提供了实验基础。  相似文献

Chalcogenide glass electrode was applied to the detection of mercury(II) activity in the saline bromide buffers and artificial seawater at the activity levels corresponding to the acute toxicity. Mercury(II) toxicity in artificial seawater buffers and estuarine water was assessed using bioassay based on the luminescence of the marine bacterium A. fischeri. Electrode could detect mercury activity in the artificial seawater at the level of acute toxicity, which corresponded to pHg 23.2 (time of exposure 5 min.). Both electrode and bioassay indicated higher Hg2+ activity/toxicity in the estuarine water collected in the contaminated area. Quantification of Hg2+ activity in estuarine water using the mercury‐selective electrode requires calibration procedure to account for matrix effects.  相似文献

The naturally occurring edible biopolymer poly(gamma-glutamic acid) (gamma-PGA) is shown to be an efficient chelating agent of vanadium(IV). The structure of poly(gamma-glutamic acid)oxovanadium(IV) (VO-gamma-PGA) complex in solution has been analyzed by electron spin resonance and UV-visible absorption spectra. The equatorial coordination sphere of vanadium(IV) is proposed to be [2 x carboxylate (2O)-VO-(OH2)2]. The binding isotherm is determined for suspensions of gamma-PGA in vanadium(IV) oxide sulfate (VS) solutions of different concentrations, and the data have been adjusted to fit the modified Langmuir equation. The maximum amount of vanadium bound per gram of gamma-PGA is estimated to be 141 mmol . g(-1) with a binding constant of 22 L . g(-1) at pH 3.  相似文献

The objective of this research work was to develop a simple, highly sensitive and precise method for spectrophotometric determination of osmium(IV). O-Methylphenyl thiourea (OMPT) coordinates with osmium(IV) as a 1:1 (osmium(IV)–OMPT) complex in hydrochloric acid media (0.8 mol l?1). The novelty of the investigated method is instant complex formation at room temperature with no need of heating or standing. The complex is stable for more than 8 days. The method is applicable over a wide linearity range (up to 110 µg ml?1). A low reagent concentration is required (2 ml, 0.009 mol l?1 in ethanol). The complex exhibits maximum absorption in the range of wavelength 510–522 nm and 514 nm was selected for further study. The molar absorptivity was 1.864 × 103 l mol?1 cm?1, Sandell’s sensitivity was 0.102 µg of osmium(IV) cm?2. Proposed method was successfully applied for separation and determination of osmium(IV) from binary and ternary synthetic mixtures containing associated metal ions. A scheme for mutual separation of osmium(IV), rhodium(III) and platinum(IV) is developed.  相似文献

Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are among the most popular techniques for nonlinear multivariate calibration in complicated mixtures using spectrophotometric data. In this study we propose a computer-based method for removing Te(IV) interference in the determination of Se(IV) using artificial neural networks. In this way, an artificial neural network consisting of three layers of nodes was trained by applying a back-propagation learning rule. The resulting RMSE of prediction for selenium was obtained as 0.108.  相似文献
