Dinuclear Palladium(II), Platinum(II), and Iridium(III) Complexes of Bis[imidazol‐4‐yl]alkanes The reaction of bis(1,1′‐triphenylmethyl‐imidazol‐4‐yl) alkanes ((CH2)n bridged imidazoles L(CH2)nL, n = 3–6) with chloro bridged complexes [R3P(Cl)M(μ‐Cl)M(Cl)PR3] (M = Pd, Pt; R = Et, Pr, Bu) affords the dinuclear compounds [Cl2(R3P)M–L(CH2)nL–M(PR3)Cl2] 1 – 17 . The structures of [Cl2(Et3P)Pd–L(CH2)3L–Pd(PEt3)Cl2] ( 1 ), [Cl2(Bu3P)Pd–L(CH2)4L–Pd(PBu3)Cl2] ( 10 ), [Cl2(Et3P)Pd–L(CH2)5L–Pd(PEt3)Cl2] ( 3 ), [Cl2(Et3P)Pt–L(CH2)3L–Pt(PEt3)Cl2] ( 13 ) with trans Cl–M–Cl groups were determined by X‐ray diffraction. Similarly the complexes [Cl2(Cp*)Ir–L(CH2)nL–Ir(Cp*)Cl2] (n = 4–6) are obtained from [Cp*(Cl)Ir(μ‐Cl)2Ir(Cl)Cp*] and the methylene bridged bis(imidazoles).  相似文献

Reaction of dichloro‐ and dibromodimethyltin(IV) with 2‐(pyrazol‐1‐ylmethyl)pyridine (PMP) afforded [SnMe2Cl2(PMP)] and [SnMe2Br2(PMP)] respectively. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and mass spectrometry and by IR, Raman and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopies. Structural studies by X‐ray diffraction techniques show that the compounds consist of discrete units with the tin atom octahedrally coordinated to the carbon atoms of the two methyl groups in a trans disposition (Sn? C = 2.097(5), 2.120(5) Å and 2.110(6), 2.121(6) Å in the chloro and in the bromo compounds respectively), two cis halogen atoms (Sn? Cl = 2.4908(16), 2.5447(17) Å; Sn? Br = 2.6875(11), 2.7464(9) Å) and the two donor atoms of the ligand (Sn? N = 2.407(4), 2.471(4) Å and 2.360(5), 2.455(5) Å). In both cases, the Sn? N(pyridine) bond length is markedly longer than the Sn? N(pyrazole) distance. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Metal Complexes of Biologically Important Ligands. CXXVI. Palladium(II) and Platinum(II) Complexes with the Antimalarial Drug Mefloquine as Ligand The coordination sites of the antimalarial drug mefloquine (L) were studied. Reactions of the chloro bridged complexes (allyl)Pd(μ‐Cl)2Pd(allyl) and (R3P)(Cl)M(μ‐Cl)2M(Cl)(PR3) (M = Pd, Pt) with racemic mefloquine give the compounds (allyl)(Cl)Pd(L) ( 1 ), Cl2(Et3P)Pt(L) ( 2 ) and Cl2(Et3P)Pd(L) ( 3 ) with coordination of the piperidine N atom of mefloquine. In the presence of NaOMe the N,O‐chelate complexes Cl(Et3P)Pt(L–H+) ( 4 ) and Cl(R3P)Pd(L–H+) ( 5 , 6 , R = Et, nBu) were obtained. Protection of the piperidine N atom of mefloquine by protonation allows the synthesis of the complexes Cl2(Et3P)Pt(L + H+) ( 7 ) in which mefloquine is coordinated via the quinoline N atom. The structures of 2 , 3 and 4 were determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. In the crystal of 4 pairs of enantiomers are found which are linked by two hydrogen bridges between the amine group and the chloro ligand.  相似文献

A series of Zn (II), Pd (II) and Cd (II) complexes, [(L) n MX 2 ] m (L = L‐a–L‐c; M = Zn, Pd; X = Cl; M = Cd; X = Br; n, m = 1 or 2), containing 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethylene) aniline ( L‐a ), 4‐methoxy‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐b ) and 4‐methoxy‐N‐methyl‐N‐(pyridin‐2‐ylmethyl) aniline ( L‐c ) have been synthesized and characterized. The X‐ray crystal structures of Pd (II) complexes [L 1 PdCl 2 ] (L = L‐b and L‐c) revealed distorted square planar geometries obtained via coordinative interaction of the nitrogen atoms of pyridine and amine moieties and two chloro ligands. The geometry around Zn (II) center in [(L‐a)ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐c)ZnCl 2 ] can be best described as distorted tetrahedral, whereas [(L‐b) 2 ZnCl 2 ] and [(L‐b) 2 CdBr 2 ] achieved 6‐coordinated octahedral geometries around Zn and Cd centers through 2‐equivalent ligands, respectively. In addition, a dimeric [(L‐c)Cd(μ ‐ Br)Br] 2 complex exhibited typical 5‐coordinated trigonal bipyramidal geometry around Cd center. The polymerization of methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane was evaluated by all the synthesized complexes at 60°C. Among these complexes, [(L‐b)PdCl 2 ] showed the highest catalytic activity [3.80 × 104 g poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA)/mol Pd hr?1], yielding high molecular weight (9.12 × 105 g mol?1) PMMA. Syndio‐enriched PMMA (characterized using 1H‐NMR spectroscopy) of about 0.68 was obtained with Tg in the range 120–128°C. Unlike imine and amine moieties, the introduction of N‐methyl moiety has an adverse effect on the catalytic activity, but the syndiotacticity remained unaffected.  相似文献

Reactions of pyrimidine‐2‐thione (HpymS) with PdII/PtIV salts in the presence of triphenyl phosphine and bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes, Ph2P‐(CH2)m‐PPh2 (m = 1, 2) have yielded two types of complexes, viz. a) [M(η2‐N, S‐ pymS)(η1‐S‐ pymS)(PPh3)] (M = Pd, 1 ; Pt, 2 ), and (b) [M(η1‐S‐pymS)2(L‐L)] {L‐L, M = dppm (m = 1) Pd, 3 ; Pt, 4 ; dppe (m = 2), Pd, 5 ; Pt, 6 }. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), NMR spectroscopy (1H, 13C, 31P), and single crystal X‐ray crystallography ( 1 , 2 , 4 , and 5 ). Complexes 1 and 2 have terminal η1‐S and chelating η2‐N, S‐modes of pymS, while other Pd/Pt complexes have only terminal η1‐S modes. The solution state 31P NMR spectral data reveal dynamic equilibrium for the complexes 3 , 5 and 6 , whereas the complexes 1 , 2 and 4 are static in solution state.  相似文献

Several palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes of tripropylarsanes (AsR3; R = Pr, iPr) with the formulae, [MCl2(AsR3)2], [M2Cl2(μ‐Cl)2(AsR3)2], [Pd2Me2(μ‐Cl)2(AsR3)2], [Pd2X2(μ‐Pz)2(AsR3)2] (X = Cl or Me, Pz = pyrazolate), [Pd2Cl2(μ‐Y)2(AsR3)2] (Y = OAc or SPh), [MCl(S2CNEt2)(AsR3)] and [PdCp(Cl)(AsiPr3)] (M = Pd or Pt) have been prepared. All the complexes have been characterised by elemental analyses, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The stereochemistry of the complexes has been deduced from the spectroscopic data. The structures of [Pd2Me2(μ‐X)2(AsiPr3)2] (X = Cl or Pz) have been established by single crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. Both of the complexes have sym‐trans configuration. Strong trans influence of the methyl group is reflected on the Pd—X bond distances.  相似文献

The platina‐β‐diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(µ‐Cl)2] ( 1 ) was found to react with monodentate phosphines to yield acetyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(PR3)2] (PR3 = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; PMePh2, 2c ; PMe2Ph, 2d ; P(n‐Bu)3, 2e ; P(o‐tol)3, 2f ; P(m‐tol)3, 2g ; P(p‐tol)3, 2h ). In the reaction with P(o‐tol)3 the methyl(carbonyl)platinum(II) complex [Pt(Me)Cl(CO){P(o‐tol)3}] ( 3a ) was found to be an intermediate. On the other hand, treating 1 with P(C6F5)3 led to the formation of [Pt(Me)Cl(CO){P(C6F5)3}] ( 3b ), even in excess of the phosphine. Phosphine ligands with a lower donor capability in complexes 2 and the arsine ligand in trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(AsPh3)2] ( 2i ) proved to be subject to substitution by stronger donating phosphine ligands, thus forming complexes trans‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(L)L′] (L/L′ = AsPh3/PPh3, 4a ; PPh3/P(n‐Bu)3, 4b ) and cis‐[Pt(COMe)Cl(dppe)] ( 4c ). Furthermore, in boiling benzene, complexes 2a – 2c and 2i underwent decarbonylation yielding quantitatively methyl(chloro)platinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(Me)Cl(L)2] (L = PPh3, 5a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 5b ; PMePh2, 5c ; AsPh3, 5d ). The identities of all complexes were confirmed by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses of 2a ·2CHCl3, 2f and 5b showed that the platinum atom is square‐planar coordinated by two phosphine ligands (PPh3, 2a ; P(o‐tol)3, 2f ; P(4F‐C6H4)3, 5b ) in mutual trans position as well as by an acetyl ligand ( 2a, 2f ) and a methyl ligand ( 5b ), respectively, trans to a chloro ligand. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis of 3b exhibited a square‐planar platinum complex with the two π‐acceptor ligands CO and P(C6F5)3 in mutual cis position (configuration index: SP‐4‐3). The Molecular Complex Tris(μ4‐disulfido)‐hexa‐μ2‐chloro‐hexapalladium [Pd6(S2)3Cl6] A new hexameric form of PdSCl have been obtained by reaction of Pd metal with sulfur in SCl2 solution at 180 °C in a closed silica ampoule. The monoclinic crystal structure of β‐PdSCl (space group P21 /m; a = 7.766(2)Å; b = 11.941(2)Å; c = 9.136(3)Å; β = 110.57(3)°; Z =12) is built up by clusters [Pd6(S2)3Cl6] with nearly D3h symmetry. In the molecular units six Pd atoms form a trigonal prism with three S2 disulfide groups in front of the side faces. The fourfold coordination of the Pd atoms is completed by 6 Cl atoms forming μ2 bridges.  相似文献

Syntheses and NMR Spectroscopic Ivestigations of Salts containing the Novel Anions [PtXn(CF3)6‐n]2— (n = 0 ‐ 5, X = F, OH, Cl, CN) and Crystal Structure of K2[(CF3)2F2Pt(μ‐OH)2PtF2(CF3)2]·2H2O The first syntheses of trifluoromethyl‐complexes of platinum through fluorination of cyanoplatinates are reported. The fluorination of tetracyanoplatinates(II), K2[Pt(CN)4], and hexacyanoplatinates(IV), K2[Pt(CN)6], with ClF in anhydrous HF leads after working up of the products to K2[(CF3)2F2Pt(μ‐OH)2PtF2(CF3)2]·2H2O. The structure of the salt is determined by a X‐ray structure analysis, P21/c (Nr. 14), a = 11.391(2), b = 11.565(2), c = 13.391(3)Å, β = 90.32(3)°, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0326 (I > 2σ(I)). The reaction of [Bu4N]2[Pt(CN)4] with ClF in CH2Cl2 generates mainly cis‐[Bu4N]2[PtCl2(CF3)4] and fac‐[Bu4N]2[PtCl3(CF3)3], but in contrast that of [Bu4N]2[Pt(CN)6] with ClF in CH2Cl2 results cis‐[Bu4N]2[PtX2(CF3)4], [Bu4N]2[PtX(CF3)5] (X = F, Cl) and [Bu4N]2[Pt(CF3)6]. In the products [Bu4N]2[PtXn(CF3)6‐n] (X = F, Cl, n = 0—3) it is possibel to exchange the fluoro‐ligands into chloro‐ and cyano‐ligands by treatment with (CH3)3SiCl und (CH3)3SiCN at 50 °C. With continuing warming the trifluoromethyl‐ligands are exchanged by chloro‐ and cyano‐ligands, while as intermediates CF2Cl and CF2CN ligands are formed. The identity of the new trifluoromethyl‐platinates is proved by 195Pt‐ and 19F‐NMR‐spectroscopy.  相似文献

The series of dinuclear 4,4′‐bis(hexyloxy)azobenzene, [H(Azo‐6)], cyclopalladated complexes of general formula [Azo‐6)Pd(µ‐X)]2, (X = Cl, Br, I, N3, SCN, OAc) and [Azo‐6)2Pd2(µ‐Ox)] (Ox = oxalate) have been synthesized and investigated for mesomorphism and spectroscopic properties. Single‐crystal X‐ray analysis of the dinuclear bromo‐ and iodo‐bridged complexes has been performed. The structural data, compared with those of the known homologous chloro compound, show that all the [Azo‐6)Pd(µ‐X)]2)] (X = Cl, Br, I) molecules crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/c and are isomorphous. They are arranged in slipped pairs with intermolecular non‐bonding Pd–Pd contacts ranging from 3.668(1) Å(X = Cl) to 3.758(3) Å(X = I). The different nature of the bridging group allows variation of the distance between the palladium atoms and the bond environment experienced by the metal centers. Thus, this comparative study reveals that the effectiveness of the bridging group in promoting thermotropic mesophases is greater for chloride, bromide, azide or oxalate than for iodide, thiocyanate or acetate. The greatest range of liquid‐crystal behavior was displayed by [Azo−6)2Pd2(µ−Ox)]. Remarkably, this compound is the first example of a metallomesogen containing the bridging oxalate group. The bimetallic complexes exhibit different absorption spectra (i.e. colors) depending, in general terms, on the nature of the bridge connecting the two cyclometalated [H(Azo‐6)] moieties, which can be varied so as to tune the optical properties. Blocking the azo group in the trans position results in several cases in weakly luminescent complexes, with luminescence efficiencies ϕ ≈10−4 and luminescence lifetimes of the order of nanoseconds. Using the data obtained from the 4,4′‐bis(hexyloxy)azoxybenzene [H(Azoxy‐6)] derivative, [Azoxy‐6)Pd(µ<?tf="ps2b61">‐Cl)]2, from the mononuclear acetylacetonate (acac) complexes [(Azo‐6)Pd(acac)] and [(Azoxy‐6)Pd(acac)], and from the uncomplexed [H(Azo‐6)] and [H(Azoxy‐6)] ligands, the nature of the excited states relevant to the photophysical behavior are discussed. The Reactivity of Dinuclear Platina‐β‐diketones with Phosphines: Diacetylplatinum(II) Complexes and Mononuclear Platina‐β‐diketones Addition of mono‐ and bidentate phosphines or of AsPh3 to the platina‐β‐diketone [Pt2{(COMe)2H}2(μ‐Cl)2] ( 1 ) followed by the addition of NaOMe at ?70 °C resulted in the formation of diacetyl platinum(II) complexes cis‐[Pt(COMe)2L2] (L = PPh3, 2a ; P(4‐FC6H4)3, 2b ; PPh2(4‐py), 2c ; PMePh2, 2d ; AsPh3, 2d ) and [Pt(COMe)2(L??L)] (L??L = dppe, 3b ; dppp, 3c ), respectively. The analogous reaction with dppm afforded the dinuclear complex cis‐[{Pt(COMe)2}2(μ‐dppm)2] ( 4 ) that reacted in boiling acetone yielding [Pt(COMe)2(dppm)] ( 3a ). The reactions 1 → 2 / 3 were found to proceed via thermally highly unstable cationic mononuclear platina‐β‐diketone intermediates [Pt{(COMe)2H}L2]+ and [Pt{(COMe)2H}(L??L)]+, respectively, that could be isolated as chlorides for L??L = dppe ( 5a ) and dppp ( 5b ). The reversibility of the deprotonation of type 5 complexes with NaOMe yielding type 3 complexes was shown by the protonation of the diacetyl complex 3b with HBF4 yielding the platina‐β‐diketone [Pt{(COMe)2H}(dppe)](BF4) ( 5c ). All compounds were fully characterized by means of NMR and IR spectroscopies, and microanalyses. X‐ray diffraction analysis was performed for the complex cis‐[Pt(COMe)2(PPh3)2]·H2O·CHCl3 ( 2a ·H2O·CHCl3).  相似文献

Planar nickel(II) complexes involving N‐(2‐Hydroxyethyl)‐N‐methyldithiocarbamate, such as [NiX(nmedtc)(PPh3)] (X = Cl, NCS; PPh3 = triphenylphosphine), and [Ni(nmedtc)(P‐P)]ClO4(P‐P = 1,1‐bis(diphenylphosphino)methane(dppm); 1,3‐bis(diphenylphosphino)propane (1,3‐dppp); 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphino)butane(1,4‐dppb) have been synthesized. The complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electronic spectroscopies. The increased νC–N value in all the complexes is due to the mesomeric drift of electrons from the dithiocarbamate ligands to the metal atom. Single crystal X‐ray structure of [Ni(nmedtc)(1,3‐dppp)]ClO4·H2O is reported. In the present 1,3‐dppp chelate, the P–Ni–P angle is higher than that found in 1,2‐bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane‐nickel chelates and lower than 1,4‐bis(diphenylphosphino)butane‐nickel chelates, as a result of presence of the flexible propyl back bone connecting the two phosphorus atoms of the complex.  相似文献

Ligand Behaviour of P‐functional Organotin Halides: Nickel(II), Palladium(II), and Platinum(II) Complexes with Me2(Cl)SnCH2CH2PPh2 Me2(Cl)SnCH2CH2PPh2 ( 1 ) reacts with NiII, PdII, and PtII halides in molar ratio 2 : 1 forming the complexes [MX2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] (M = Ni, Pd, Pt; X = Cl, Br) ( 3 – 6 , 9 , 10 ) ( 7 , 8 : M = Ni; Br instead of Cl). The nickel complexes were isolated and characterized both as the planar ( 3 , 5 , 7 ) and the tetrahedral ( 4 , 6 , 8 ) isomer. Crystal structure analyses and NMR data indicate for the planar nickel complexes 3 , 5 , 7 and [MCl2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] ( 9 : M = Pd; 10 : M = Pt) the existence of intra and intermolecular M–Hal…Sn bridges. In a ligand : metal molar ratio of 3 : 1 the complexes [MéCl{PPh2CH2CH2SnCl2Me2}{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] ( 11 : M = Pd; 12 : M = Pt) are formed which represent intramolecular ion pairs. By dehalogenation of [PdCl2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}2] ( 9 ) with sodium amalgam and graphite potassium (C8K), respectively, the palladacycles cis‐[Pd{PPh2CH2CH2SnMe2}2] ( 13 ) and trans‐[Pd(Cl)PPh2CH2CH2SnMe2{PPh2CH2CH2Sn(Cl)Me2}] ( 14 ) are formed. From the compounds 1 , 3 , 9 , 11 , and 12 the crystal structures are determined. All compounds are characterized by 1H, 31P, and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Two palladium(II) complexes, [Pd(bipy)(BzPhe‐N,O)] and [Pd(phen)(BzPhe‐N,O)]·4H2O were synthesized by reactions between Pd(bipy)Cl2 and BzPheH2 (N‐benzoyl‐β‐phenylalanine), Pd(phen) Cl2 and BzPheH2 in water at pH‐9, with their structures determined by X‐ray diffraction analysis. The Pd atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of bipy (or phen), the deprotonated amido type nitrogen atom and one of the carboxylic oxygens of BzPhe (BzPhe = N‐benzoyl‐β‐phenylalaninate dianion). In the complex [Pd(phen) (BzFne‐N,O)] · 4H2O, the side chain of phenylalanine is located above and approximately parallels to the coordination plane. Both the aromatic‐aromatic stacking interaction between the phenyl ring of phenylalanine and phen, and the metal ion‐aromatic interaction between the phenyl ring of phenylalanine and Pd(II) were observed. [Pd(bipy)(BzPhe‐N,O)] has the phenylalanyl side chain oriented outwards from the coordination plane, which is mainly due to the interaction between the carbonyl oxygen atom of the amido group and the phenyl ring of phenylalanine. The reason for the different orientation of phenylalanyl side chain in the complexes was suggested.  相似文献

The platina‐β‐diketones [Pt2{(COR)2H}2(μ‐Cl)2] ( 1 , R = Me a , Et b ) react with phosphines L in a molar ratio of 1 : 4 through cleavage of acetaldehyde to give acylplatinum(II) complexes trans‐[Pt(COR)Cl(L)2] ( 2 ) (R/L = Me/P(p‐FC6H4)3 a , Me/P(p‐CH2=CHC6H4)Ph2 b , Me/P(n‐Bu)3 c , Et/P(p‐MeOC6H4)3 d ). 1 a reacts with Ph2As(CH2)2PPh2 (dadpe) in a molar ratio of 1 : 2 through cleavage of acetaldehyde yielding [Pt(COMe)Cl(dadpe)] ( 3 a ) (configuration index: SP‐4‐4) and [Pt(COMe)Cl(dadpe)] (configuration index: SP‐4‐2) ( 3 b ) in a ratio of about 9 : 1. All acyl complexes were characterized by 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The molecular structures of 2 a and 3 a were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The geometries at the platinum centers are close to square planar. In both complexes the plane of the acyl ligand is nearly perpendicular to the plane of the complex (88(2)° 2 a , 81.2(5)° 3 a ).  相似文献

Twelve coordination polymers with formula {Fe(3‐Xpy)2[MII(CN)4]} (MII: Ni, Pd, Pt; X: F, Cl, Br, I; py: pyridine) have been synthesised, and their crystal structures have been determined by single‐crystal or powder X‐ray analysis. All of the fluoro and iodo compounds, as well as the chloro derivative in which MII is Pt, crystallise in the monoclinic C2/m space group, whereas the rest of the chloro and all of the bromo derivatives crystallise in the orthorhombic Pnc2 space group. In all cases, the iron(II) atom resides in a pseudo‐octahedral [FeN6] coordination core, with similar bond lengths and angles in the various derivatives. The major difference between the two kinds of structure arises from the stacking of consecutive two‐dimensional {Fe(3‐Xpy)2[MII(CN)4]} layers, which allows different dispositions of the X atoms. The fluoro and chloro derivatives undergo cooperative spin crossover (SCO) with significant hysteretic behaviour, whereas the rest are paramagnetic. The thermal hysteresis, if X is F, shifts toward room temperature without changing the cooperativity as the pressure increases in the interval 105 Pa–0.5 GPa. At ambient pressure, the SCO phenomenon has been structurally characterised at different significant temperatures, and the corresponding thermodynamic parameters were obtained from DSC calorimetric measurements. Compound {Fe(3‐Clpy)2[Pd(CN)4]} represents a new example of a “re‐entrant” two‐step spin transition by showing the Pnma space group in the intermediate phase (IP) and the Pnc2 space group in the low‐spin (LS) and high‐spin (HS) phases.  相似文献

Ruthenium(II) Complexes containing pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate (pymS) and bis(diphenylphosphanyl)alkanes [Ph2P–(CH2)m–PPh2, m = 1, dppm; m = 2, dppe; m = 3, dppp; m = 4, dppb] are described. Reactions of [RuCl2L2] (L = dppm, dppp) and [Ru2Cl4L3] (L = dppb) with pyrimidine‐2‐thione (pymSH) in 1:2 molar ratio in dry benzene in the presence of Et3N base yielded the [Ru(pymS)2L] complexes (pymS = pyrimidine‐2‐thiolate; L = dppm ( 1 ); dppp ( 3 ); dppb ( 4 )). The complex [Ru(pymS)2(dppe)] ( 2 ) was indirectly prepared by the reaction of [Ru(pymS)2(PPh3)2] with dppe. These complexes were characterized using analytical data, IR, 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy, and X‐ray crystallography (complex 3 ). The crystal structure of the analogous complex [Ru(pyS)2(dppm)] ( 5 ) with the ligand pyridine‐2‐thiolate (pyS) was also described. X‐ray crystallographic investigation of complex 3 has shown two four‐membered chelate rings (N, S donors) and one six‐membered ring (P, P donors) around the metal atom. Compound 5 provides the first example in which RuII has three four‐membered chelate rings: two made up by N, S donor ligands and one made up by P, P donor ligand. The arrangement around the metal atoms in each complex is distorted octahedral with cis:cis:trans:P, P:N, N:S, S dispositions of the donor atoms. The 31P NMR spectroscopic data revealed that the complexes are static in solution, except 2 , which showed the presence of more than one species.  相似文献

Reaction of PdCl2(CH3CN)2 with the sodium salt of 5‐mercapto‐1‐methyltetrazole (MetzSNa) in methanol solution affords an interesting dinuclear palladium complex [Pd2(MetzS)4 ] ( 1 ). However, treatment of PdCl2(CH3CN)2 with neutral MetzSH ligand in methanol solution produces a mononuclear palladium complex [Pd(MetzSH)4]Cl2 ( 2 ). Both complexes were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, UV‐Vis spectroscopy as well as X‐ray crystallography. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses of two complexes lead to the elucidation of the structures and show that 1 possesses an asymmetric structure: one Pd atom is tetracoordinated by three sulfur atoms and one nitrogen atom to form PdS3N coordination sphere, the other Pd atom is tetracoordinated by three nitrogen atoms and one sulfur atom to form PdSN3 coordination sphere. The molecules of 1 are associated to 1‐D infinite linear chain by weak intermolecular Pd···S contacts in the crystal lattice. In 2 , the Pd atom lies on an inversion center and has a square‐planar coordination involving the S atoms from four MetzSH ligands. The two chloride ions are not involved in coordination, but are engaged in hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

Reaction of 3‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐sulfanylpropenoic acid [H2(o‐mpspa)] with SnPh3OH in the presence of di‐isopropylamine resulted in the formation of the complex [HQ][SnPh3(o‐mpspa)] (where HQ = di‐isopropylammonium cation and o‐mpspa = 3‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐sulfanylpropenoato), which was characterized by mass spectrometry and vibrational spectroscopy, as well as by 1H, 13C and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. The single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis of the new complex shows a trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination geometry around the Sn atom where o‐mpspa behaves as a bidentate chelating ligand. Dimeric units arise from the existence of N? H…O hydrogen bonds between the NH2 group of the di‐isopropylammonium cation and the oxygen atoms of the two neighbouring carboxylato groups. Tri(1‐cyclohepta‐2, 4, 6‐trienyl)phosphane, P(C7H7)3 ([P] when coordinated to a metal atom), was used to stabilize complexes of platinum(II) and palladium(II) with chelating dichalcogenolato ligands as [P]M(E∩E) [E = S, ∩ = CH2CH2, M = Pt ( 3a ); E = S, ∩ = 1, 2‐C6H4, M = Pt ( 5a ), Pd ( 6a ); E = S, ∩ = C(O)C(O), M = Pt ( 7a ), Pd ( 8a ); E = S, Se, ∩ = 1, 2‐C2(B10H10), M = Pt ( 9a, 9b ), Pd ( 10a, 10b ); E = S, ∩ = Fe2(CO)6, M = Pt ( 11a ), Pd ( 12a )]. Starting materials in all reactions were [P]MCl2 with M = Pt ( 1 ) and Pd ( 2 ). Attempts at the synthesis of [P]M(ER)2 with non‐chelating chalcogenolato ligands were not successful. All new complexes were characterized by multinuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy in solution (1H, 13C, 31P, 77Se and 195Pt NMR), and the molecular structures of 5a and 12a were determined by X‐ray analysis. Both in the solid state and in solution the ligand [P] is linked to the metal atom by the P‐M bond and by η2‐C=C coordination of the central C=C bond of one of the C7H7 rings. In solution, intramolecular exchange between coordinated and non‐coordinated C7H7 rings is observed, the exchange process being markedly faster in the case of M = Pd than for M = Pt.  相似文献
