Analytical pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) was employed to achieve fast pyrolysis of cellulose and on-line analysis of the pyrolysis vapors. Experiments were performed to reveal the effects of pyrolysis temperature and time on the distribution of the pyrolytic products, especially the formation characteristics of eighteen important products. During the fast pyrolysis process, the cellulose started decomposition to form organic volatile products at the set pyrolysis temperature of 400 °C. The pyrolytic products included various anhydrosugars (dominated by the levoglucosan (LG)), anhydrosugar derivatives (mainly the levoglucosenone (LGO), 1,4:3,6-dianhydro-α-d-glucopyranose (DGP), 1,5-anhydro-4-deoxy-d-glycero-hex-1-en-3-ulose (APP) and 1-hydroxy-3,6-dioxabicyclo[3.2.1]octan-2-one (LAC)), furan compounds (typically the 5-hydroxymethyl-furfural (HMF), furfural (FF) and furan (F)), as well as light linear carbonyls (mainly the hydroxyacetaldehyde (HAA) and 1-hydroxy-2-propanone (HA)). These products were generated with different characteristics. The LG was the most important product, it was thermally stable, and its formation was favored at elevated pyrolysis temperature and time. Most of the other products were also enhanced at elevated pyrolytic conditions. However, some products, such as the LGO, were favorable to be produced at low temperatures. Based on these characteristics, discussion was performed on the possible pyrolytic pathways for the formation of the important products.  相似文献

Analytical pyrolysis combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was used to analyse the structure and quantity of aromatic components, mainly guaiacyl and hydroxyphenyl derivatives, directly from chemical pulps. The quantity of aromatic degradation products was determined using a new external calibration method. The external standard was analyzed similarly to the pulp sample, and the combined area of the degradation products formed, normalized to the sample amount, was used for calibration. The method was sensitive enough to detect aromatics from fully bleached softwood pulps at a concentration level of 0.4 wt.%.The effect of bleaching on lignin structures in softwood pulps was studied by following the changes in guaiacyl-type degradation product distribution. The residual lignin structures that had been modified during cooking were removed during the course of bleaching. The residual lignin in fully bleached pulps therefore was found to bear features characteristic of native lignin in addition to increased oxidation. A striking enrichment of hydroxyphenyl-type aromatic pyrolysis products was observed during bleaching. It is suggested that they are derived not only from lignin but also from other pulp components.  相似文献

The amount of corn stover and wheat straw that can be sustainably collected in North Carolina was estimated to be 0.64 and 0.16 million dry t/yr, respectively. More than 80% of these crop residues are located in the coastal area. The bioethanol potential from corn stover and wheat straw was estimated to be about 238 million L (63 million gal/yr) in North Carolina. The future location of ethanol plant in North Carolina was estimated based on feedstock demand and collection radius. It is possible to have four ethanol plants with feedstock demand of 400, 450, 500, and 640 dry t/d. The collection radii for these four ethanol plants are 46, 60, 42, and 67 km (28, 37, 26, and 42 miles), respectively. The best location for a bioethanol plant includes four counties (Beaufort, Hyde, Tyrrell, and Washington) with feedstock demand of 500 t/d and collection radius about 26 mile.  相似文献

以稻壳为原料,采用Py-GC/MS装置对其在不同热解条件下进行快速热解,并对热解气进行在线检测分析,考察了热解温度和时间对生物质热解性质的影响.结果表明,低于450 ℃,随着温度的升高,生物质热解产物种类及其产率均增加,但低温条件下产物种类较少,有利于产物的分离提纯;高于450 ℃,生物质热解产物种类基本稳定,仅在产率上有所变化,当550 ℃时,收率最大.随着热解温度的升高,其对应的最佳热解时间缩短,且生物质低温热解时间延长时热解比高温解热时间缩短时热解更充分.  相似文献

The effect of process stream recirculation on ethanol production from steam- pretreated softwood based on simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF) was investigated for two process configurations. In the first configuration, a part of the stillage stream after distillation was recycled and, in the second configuration, the liquid after SSF was recycled. The aim was to minimize the energy consumption in the distillation of the fermentation broth and in the evaporation of the stillage, as well as the use of fresh water. However, recirculation leads to an increased concentration of nonvolatiles in the first configuration, and of both volatiles and nonvolatiles in the second configuration. These substances might be inhibitory to the enzymes and the yeast in SSF. When 60% of the fresh water was replaced by stillage, the ethanol yield and the productivity were the same as for the configuration without recirculation. The ethanol production cost was reduced by 17%. In the second configuration, up to 40% of the fresh water could be replaced without affecting the final ethanol yield, although the initial ethanol productivity decreased. The ethanol production cost was reduced by 12%. At higher degrees of recirculation, fermentation was clearly inhibited, resulting in a decrease in ethanol yield while hydrolysis seemed unaffected.  相似文献

For 20 years ending in the 1990s the city of Barcelona discharged the products from a large primary sewage treatment plant directly into the Mediterranean Sea via underwater conduits. About ca. 3 million m3 of relict sewage sludge, rich in organic matter and heavy metals, has spread over an elongated area offshore, due to successive ruptures of the conduits. The use of the discharge pipes ceased, but the sludge deposit remains in place for the time being.To understand the history and present state of the sludge deposit in advance of future remediation, a program of geophysical mapping, sampling, and analytical work was undertaken. Rock Eval pyrolysis, although created for use in petroleum prospecting, can also be applied to environmental contamination studies. It offers a simple means to effectively delineate the sludge deposit, with the S2 parameter and the hydrogen and oxygen indices particularly useful. On the molecular level, the sludge flash pyrolysis products notably include relatively abundant C27 and C29 sterenes and steranes, likely produced from the pyrolysis of fecal and other steroids, including coprostanol, in the sewage sludge. Linear alkylbenzenes and trialkylamines, derived from surfactant residues in the sludge, are also detected. The indoles detected are likely the pyrolysis products of proteins, while the alkylnitriles and alkylamides in the pyrolyzate likely derive from bacterial biomass. Principal components analysis aided the interpretation of the large geochemical dataset and a geographic information system enabled the three-dimensional visualization of the results in their geospatial context. The distinctive pyrolysis products and the trace elements would be geochemical markers useful in planning and assessing a future remediation program. The recognition of a distinctive sewage pyrolysis–GC/MS signature in this deposit would facilitate the use of this method in the detection of sewage-contaminated sediments in urban waterways worldwide.  相似文献

The pretreatment of softwood with sulfuric acid impregnation in the production of ethanol, based on enzymatic hydrolysis, has been investigated. The parameters investigated were: H2SO4 concentration (0.5 – 4.4% w/w liquid), temperature (180 – 240°C), and residence time (1-20 minutes). The combined severity (log Ro-pH) was used to combine the parameters into a single reaction ordinate. The highest yields of fermentable sugars, i.e., glucose and mannose, were obtained at a combined severity of 3. At this severity, however, the fermentability declined and the ethanol yield decreased. In a comparison with previous results, SO2 impregnation was found to be preferable, since it resulted in approximately the same sugar yields, but better fermentability.  相似文献

An analytical method using fractionated pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS) was developed and applied for characterizing the type of interaction between 1-hydroxybenzotriazole (HBT)-mediator and pulp lignin in laccase delignification of pulp. In fractionated pyrolysis, the sample is pyrolyzed at progressively increasing temperatures in order to study particular fractions of the sample and to minimize secondary pyrolysis effects. This makes it possible to determine whether a certain pyrolysis product originates from one chemical moiety or different chemical moieties in one molecule. In the present method, samples were fractionated by thermal desorption at 200 °C followed by pyrolysis at progressively increasing temperatures from 320 to 800 °C. The products formed in each fraction were separated in a capillary GC column and detected and identified using MS. The type of interaction between HBT and pulp lignin was studied by following the formation of nitrogen-containing products during fractionated pyrolysis of a residual lignin isolated from laccase/HBT-treated oxygen-delignified softwood kraft pulp. This residual lignin was found to contain approximately 2% HBT residue. Most (87%) of this residue was covalently linked to the residual lignin. The results also strongly suggest that the HBT residue is present in two chemically different forms.  相似文献

纤维素酶是一种有效的纤维质类物质水解催化剂,工业应用时可通过固定化纤维素酶来降低其成本。本文将烟曲霉原变种JCF产生的纤维素酶固定在MnO2纳米颗粒上。 MnO2可提高纤维素酶的活性,并充当一个更好的载体。采用扫描电镜表征了所制MnO2纳米粒子及其负载纤维素酶的表面性质,以傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了固定在MnO2纳米粒子上纤维素酶的官能团性质。纤维素酶在MnO2纳米粒子上最大的固定化效率为75%。考察了固定化纤维素酶的活性、操作pH值、温度、热稳定性和重复使用性等性质。结果表明,所制固定化酶的稳定性比游离酶更高。固定于MnO2纳米粒子上的纤维素酶可用于纤维质类物质的水解反应,且能在较宽的温度和pH值范围内使用。表征结果证实了该催化剂具有非常高的催化纤维素类物质水解的活性。  相似文献

The catalytic cracking of oil fractions separated from summer food waste leachate was investigated over BEA zeolite and Al-SBA-15 catalysts. In this study, a mixture of food waste oil fractions and catalyst was directly introduced to pyrolysis gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS), with the resulting vapor phase products being simultaneously analyzed. Various acid compounds, including oleic acid, produced by the non-catalytic pyrolysis of food waste leachate were reformed into valuable compounds, such as oxygenates, hydrocarbons, and aromatics. The BEA zeolite catalyst showed higher selectivity for hydrocarbon compounds, especially aromatics, within the gasoline range due to its superior cracking ability originating from its highly acidic sites. Conversely, the cracking performance of the Al-SBA-15 catalyst, possessing mild acidic sites, was lower than that of the BEA zeolite. Increasing the amount of Al-SBA-15 catalyst enhanced the cracking activity and resulted in higher selectivity for hydrocarbons.  相似文献

Two analytical procedures based on gas chromatography and mass spectrometry were used to study the compositions of a wild population and a selected clone (Torviscosa) of giant reed (Arundo donax L.), one of the most promising biomass both in terms of energy and fine chemicals production. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) was used to characterize and quantitatively determine the monosaccharide composition. Pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS), using hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) as a derivatising agent, was used to characterize the lignocellulosic polymers. Analytical pyrolysis was also used to study the composition of residues left after the catalytic hydrolysis used to convert cellulose to levulinic acid and hemicellulose to furfural.GC/MS allowed us to determine the monosaccharide composition and polysaccharide content of the giant reed samples, highlighting that there was no significant difference between the wild population and the selected clone. GC/MS also highlighted that the giant reed leaves have a higher percentage (roughly 60%) of polysaccharide material than the stalks, which contain approximately 50%.Py-GC/MS, following the disappearance of the pyrolysis products of polysaccharides, showed that 150 °C and 190 °C are the best temperatures to obtain the complete catalytic conversion of hemicellulose and cellulose, respectively. Analytical pyrolysis also highlighted that in the course of catalytic hydrothermal conversion a partial depolymerisation of lignin was obtained. In particular, the formation of lignin units containing free phenol groups via the cleavage of the β-aryl ether bonds was demonstrated. The presence of these free phenols in the lignin network suggests the possible exploitation of lignin residues as antioxidant components or in high value biopolymer industries rather than the traditional use as low-value fuel for energy production.  相似文献

The fermentation characteristics of two recombinant strains of Zymomonas mobilis, viz. CP4 (pZB5) and ZM4 (pZB5), capable of converting both glucose and xylose to ethanol, have been characterized in batch and continuous culture studies. The strain ZM4 (pZB5) was found to be capable of converting a mixture of 65 g/L glucose and 65 g/L xylose to 62 g/L ethanol in 48h with a yield of 0.46 g/g. Higher sugar concentrations resulted in incompletexylose utilization (80h) presumably owing to ethanol inhibition of xylose assimilation or metabolism. The fermentation results with ZM4 (pZB5) show a significant improvement over results published previously for recombinant yeasts and other bacteria capable of glucose and xylose utilization.  相似文献

采用浸渍法制备了一系列Ni-Fe/蒙脱土(MMT)催化剂,并应用于乙醇水蒸气重整制氢反应(ESR)。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、N_2吸附脱附分析和H_2-程序升温还原(H_2-TPR)表征手段对催化剂的物理化学性质、还原性能、碳沉积等进行了研究。结果表明,Ni-Fe/MMT催化剂中,Ni、Fe高度分散在载体MMT层间及表面,而且Fe的加入降低了Ni颗粒的粒径,增强了Ni~(2+)与载体的相互作用力。以10Ni5Fe/MMT为催化剂,在反应温度为500℃、水醇比为3∶1、空速为12 h~(-1),反应进行30 h后,乙醇转化率为100%,氢气选择性仍保持72%,副产物CO和CH_4含量明显降低。这是因为催化助剂Fe的引入,一方面,提高了Ni的分散度,使得ESR低温活性较好;另一方面,减小了Ni颗粒粒径,小颗粒的Ni有利于抑制甲烷的生成,并且Fe的加入加强了甲烷重整和水煤气变换反应,提高产物中氢气的选择性。  相似文献

采用热裂解-气相色谱/质谱仪联用技术,研究毛竹酶解/温和酸水解木质素(简称EMAL)的热解特性和热解产物的分布与形成规律.以温度为重要因素,研究其对木质素快速热裂解产物的影响,并通过主要的热解产物推断热解反应途径.研究结果表明,EMAL的热解产物主要是2,3-二氢苯并呋喃、酚类、脂类和少量乙酸.热解温度对热解产物组分的相对含量有显著影响,250~400 ℃时,产物主要是2,3-二氢苯并呋喃,320 ℃时其相对含量最高,达到66.26%;400~800 ℃时,热解产物主要是酚类,600 ℃时其相对含量最高,达到62.58%;800 ℃时出现了少量的乙酸.  相似文献

用浸渍-热分解-氢还原法(IHDHR)和浸渍-热分解法(IHD)分别制备了两种纳米尺寸的Ni/Y2O3催化剂,并应用X-光电子能谱、X-射线衍射、BET比表面测试等分析技术对两种催化剂的结构进行了表征和比较。采用固定床反应器对两种催化剂的催化性能进行实验测试。结果表明,氢气预还原与否对该纳米Ni/Y2O3催化剂的催化性能有一定的影响,经过氢气预还原的催化剂对低温乙醇水蒸气重整反应表现出较高的活性和稳定性,250?℃时,乙醇的转化率达到81.9%;320 ℃时,乙醇的转化率达到95.3%,对氢气的选择性为53.6%。对经过氢预还原的Ni/Y2O3催化剂进行了60 h的稳定性测试。  相似文献

采用等体积浸渍的方式,在全硅Beta分子筛载体上担载Cu、Ni活性组分,制备出一系列xCuyNi-ABZ多功能乙醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂。通过XRD、TEM、SEM-EDX以及XPS等多种表征手段,研究催化剂的结构特性、活性组分含量等因素对催化性能的影响,依据反应产物分布,揭示其作用机理。结果表明,以Beta分子筛为载体可促使活性组分以纳米颗粒的形式高度分散于载体表面,并且存在较强的载体-金属作用力。与传统SiO_2为载体催化剂相比,2.5Cu2.5Ni-ABZ催化剂具备良好的乙醇水蒸气重整催化性能,当反应温度为450℃,实现100%的乙醇转化率和67.23%的H_2选择性,且副产物CO(4.14%)、CH_4(5.65%)含量相对较低。这可归因于Cu和Ni活性组分间的高效协同作用,Cu具有良好的乙醇脱氢性能,生成反应中间体乙醛;在反应过程中,乙醛的重整和分解是两个受温度影响的竞争反应,Ni组分利用其较强的C-C键断裂能力,随温度的升高,乙醛重整反应占主导作用,生成目标产物H_2。通过对反应后样品分析表明,2.5Cu2.5Ni-ABZ催化剂具备良好的抗烧结和抗积炭催化性能。  相似文献

采用酶解/温和酸解法提取了棕榈壳和麦秆的木质素(EMALs),利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、裂解器-气相色谱质谱联用(Py-GC/MS)和热重-红外联用(TG-FTIR)技术,对两种EMALs的化学结构和热解特性进行了对比研究,并采用Ozaw a-Flynn-Wall方法计算了其热解反应的活化能。结果表明,棕榈壳EM AL和麦秆EM AL均为HGS型木质素。500℃下,两种EMALs的热解产物主要包括酚类、酸类和少量的醇类、醛酮类等化合物;棕榈壳EMAL热解酚类产物中H、G、S型单体酚类的比例分别为47.61%、25.64%和17.18%,而麦秆EMAL分别为23.66%、51.90%和15.50%。在热解反应主失重区(200-380℃),棕榈壳EM AL的主失重速率(50.80%/min)低于麦秆EM AL(78.63%/min);但棕榈壳EM AL热解同时存在肩状失重峰(265℃,27.40%/min),这与其较多H结构产物的释放相关。H型结构产物释放的放热效应降低了棕榈壳EMAL热解初期的活化能(20%,127.92 k J/mol),同时使其热解过程(20%-80%)的平均活化能(152.32 k J/mol)低于麦秆EMAL(161.75 k J/mol)。  相似文献

采用海泡石(SEP)为载体,通过化学沉淀法制备了Co/SEP和Co-Ce/SEP催化剂,对催化剂进行X射线衍射(XRD)、H2-程序升温还原(H2-TPR)和透射电镜(TEM)等表征。结果表明,Ce的加入显著改善催化剂的分散度和还原性;两种催化剂应用于乙醇重整制氢实验,考察Ce的加入、反应时间、反应温度和水碳比(S/C比)对制氢的影响。结果表明,在WHSV为20.5h-1,水碳比(S/C)为3,反应温度600℃时,Co-Ce/SEP乙醇转化率和氢气产率达到最高,分别为85%和65%。同时Ce的添加能使Co-Ce/SEP拥有更优的活性和稳定性。  相似文献

用水热法制备微米尺寸CeO2花状微球粉体,并通过浸渍/热分解法在该粉体上担载纳米尺寸的NiO颗粒,制得催化剂NiO/CeO2。对催化剂进行了XRD、SEM、XES和BET物性表征。经固定床反应器对催化剂的催化性能进行测试。装载1.0 g催化剂,液体处理量0.05 mL/min。结果表明,该方法合成的催化剂NiO/CeO2对低温乙醇水蒸气重整反应表现出较高的活性和稳定性。同时通过微量Cr、Zn、Cu的加入在低温区抑制了CO、CH4的生成,提高了H2的产率和催化剂的抗积炭能力。该催化剂连续稳定性测试达到2 000 h;进行反复起动稳定性测试12次后,未表现出失活特征。  相似文献
