利用适用于低能电子入射的反应显微成像谱仪,对电子入射He原子近阈值下的双电离过程进行了研究,实验测量了反应后3个粒子的全部动量,获得了出射电子间的关联信息.主要介绍近阈值下的双电离实验装置及实验技术,集中分析反应后出射电子的动量能量关系,对描述近阈值双电离的Wannier理论进行了检验,发现在入射电子能量为106eV时,实验结果具有Wannier理论预言的性质.  相似文献

X-ray spectra from beryllium by proton and helium ion bombardment are studied. A clear peak due to double K-shell ionization is observed at 146.1 eV by helium ion bombardment. For proton bombardment, a peak of double K-shell ionization is not observable.  相似文献

Partial photoionization cross sections sigmaN(Egamma) and photoelectron angular distributions betaN(Egamma) were measured for the final ionic states He+ (N > 4) in the region between the N = 8 and N = 13 thresholds (Egamma > 78.155 eV) using the cold target recoil ion momentum spectroscopy technique (COLTRIMS). Comparison of the experimental data with two independent sets of theoretical predictions reveals disagreement for the branching ratios to the various HeN(+) states. The angular distributions just below the double ionization threshold suggest an excitation process for highly excited N states similar to the Wannier mechanism for double ionization.  相似文献

IR absorption spectra of excess electrons, selflocalized in bubbles in solid hcp4He and bcc3He, are measured. The pressure dependence of the 1s–1p transition energyE 1s1p can be fitted by the values, calculated using spherical rectangular well model and taking surface tension to be pressure independent. The bubble radius obtained varies smoothly from 10.7 Å at 45 atm to 9.4 Å at 100 atm, no dependence on crystalline structure as well as on isotope composition has been observed. The 1s–1p linewidth is 5–6 times smaller thanE 1s1p .The absorption cross section is estimated to be 12 Å2.  相似文献

Brueckner-Goldstone many-body perturbation theory is applied to study the simultaneous photoionization and photoexcitation (SSP) of helium. The results are used to examine the validity and limitations of other approaches to the problem. The oscillator strengths (d??) for the transition 1s2→(2s ?p)1P and 1s2→(2p ?s)1P are compared with the results of Brown. The cross section for SPP at the photoexcitation threshold (65.399 eV) is found to be in agreement with the experimental result of Samson.  相似文献

A model according to which “fast” and “exotic” negative ions in superfluid helium are the localized states of electrons in vortex rings has been presented. The quantization of radial and longitudinal motions of electrons inside the vortex core and the quantization of the vortex motion of liquid helium lead to the existence of a whole family of excited states of electron vortices, in qualitative agreement with the experiments on the mobility of exotic ions. The possibility of the verification of conclusions of the model in optical experiments has been considered.  相似文献
