Two known two-dimensional SUSY quantum mechanical constructions—the direct generalization of SUSY with first-order supercharges and higher-order SUSY with second-order supercharges—are combined for a class of 2-dim quantum models, which are not amenable to separation of variables. The appropriate classical limit of quantum systems allows us to construct SUSY-extensions of original classical scalar Hamiltonians. Special emphasis is placed on the symmetry properties of the models thus obtained—the explicit expressions of quantum symmetry operators and of classical integrals of motion are given for all (scalar and matrix) components of SUSY-extensions. Using Grassmanian variables, the symmetry operators and classical integrals of motion are written in a unique form for the whole Superhamiltonian. The links of the approach to the classical Hamilton-Jacobi method for related “flipped” potentials are established.  相似文献

We investigate several Hamiltonians for a free particle in a one-dimensional box, in the context of supersymmetric quantum mechanics. Specifically, we study this problem with the Neumann boundary condition, the periodic and antiperiodic boundary condition, and some mixed and complex boundary conditions. This is achieved by using an approach recently proposed which expresses the factorization of the partner Hamiltonians in terms of the probability density and current for the ground-state eigenfunction of one of them.  相似文献

Chains of first-order SUSY transformations for the spin equation are studied in detail. It is shown that the transformation chains are related with a polynomial pseudo-supersymmetry of the system. Simple determinant formulas for the final Hamiltonian of a chain and for solutions of the spin equation are derived. Applications are intended for a two-level atom in an electromagnetic field with a possible time-dependence of the field frequency. For a specific form of this dependence, the time oscillations of the probability to populate the excited level disappear. Under certain conditions this probability becomes a function tending monotonously to a constant value which can exceed 1/2.  相似文献

We show that some simple well-studied quantum mechanical systems without fermion (spin) degrees of freedom display, surprisingly, a hidden supersymmetry. The list includes the bound state Aharonov-Bohm, the Dirac delta and the Pöschl-Teller potential problems, in which the unbroken and broken N = 2 supersymmetry of linear and nonlinear (polynomial) forms is revealed.  相似文献

The quantum version of a non-linear oscillator, previously analyzed at the classical level, is studied. This is a problem of quantization of a system with position-dependent mass of the form m = (1 + λx2)−1 and with a λ-dependent non-polynomial rational potential. This λ-dependent system can be considered as a deformation of the harmonic oscillator in the sense that for λ → 0 all the characteristics of the linear oscillator are recovered. First, the λ-dependent Schrödinger equation is exactly solved as a Sturm-Liouville problem, and the λ-dependent eigenenergies and eigenfunctions are obtained for both λ > 0 and λ < 0. The λ-dependent wave functions appear as related with a family of orthogonal polynomials that can be considered as λ-deformations of the standard Hermite polynomials. In the second part, the λ-dependent Schrödinger equation is solved by using the Schrödinger factorization method, the theory of intertwined Hamiltonians, and the property of shape invariance as an approach. Finally, the new family of orthogonal polynomials is studied. We prove the existence of a λ-dependent Rodrigues formula, a generating function and λ-dependent recursion relations between polynomials of different orders.  相似文献

The low energy absorption cross section and the decay rate of the stationary Axisymmetric Einstein-Maxwell Dilaton Axion black hole for massless scalar particles is calculated analytically. It is shown that the partial absorption cross section increases as the rotating parameter a and the absolute value of the dilaton D decreases. It is also shown that the partial absorption cross section is not always positive due to superradianee factor ω - mΩ. However, the decay rate of this black hole is always positive.  相似文献

Exact solution of the Schrödinger equation is derived for underdamped, critically damped, and overdamped harmonic oscillators with a driving force. A unitary operator transforming Hamiltonian into a simple form is introduced. The transformed Hamiltonian, represented in terms of a modified frequency ω, is identical with the Hamiltonian of the standard harmonic oscillator for the underdamped oscillator, with the Hamiltonian of a free particle for the critically damped oscillator, and with the Hamiltonian of a system with a harmonic parabolic potential for the overdamped oscillator. The eigenvalues of underdamped oscillator are discrete while those of the critically damped and the overdamped oscillators are continuous.  相似文献

In this article, we formulate the study of the unitary time evolution of systems consisting of an infinite number of uncoupled time-dependent harmonic oscillators in mathematically rigorous terms. We base this analysis on the theory of a single one-dimensional time-dependent oscillator, for which we first summarize some basic results concerning the unitary implementability of the dynamics. This is done by employing techniques different from those used so far to derive the Feynman propagator. In particular, we calculate the transition amplitudes for the usual harmonic oscillator eigenstates and define suitable semiclassical states for some physically relevant models. We then explore the possible extension of this study to infinite dimensional dynamical systems. Specifically, we construct Schrödinger functional representations in terms of appropriate probability spaces, analyze the unitarity of the time evolution, and probe the existence of semiclassical states for a wide range of physical systems, particularly, the well-known Minkowskian free scalar fields and Gowdy cosmological models.  相似文献

An example shows that weak decoherence is more restrictive than the minimal logical decoherence structure that allows probabilities to be used consistently for quantum histories. The probabilities in the sum rules that define minimal decoherence are all calculated by using a projection operator to describe each possibility for the state at each time. Weak decoherence requires more sum rules. They bring in additional variables, that require different measurements and a different way to calculate probabilities, and raise questions of operational meaning. The example shows that extending the linearly positive probability formula from weak to minimal decoherence gives probabilities that are different from those calculated in the usual way using the Born and von Neumann rules and a projection operator at each time.  相似文献

We show that the characters of irreducible unitary representations of finite groups and compact Lie groups provide kernels of star-product on complex valued functions f(g) of the group elements g. Examples of permutation groups of two and three elements as well as SU(2) group are considered. The k-deformed star products of the functions of finite and compact Lie groups are presented. The explicit form of the quantizers and dequantizers as well as the duality symmetry of the considered star products of the functions on the finite and compact Lie groups are discussed.  相似文献

The energy eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the Schrödinger equation for Eckart potential as well as the parity-time-symmetric version of the potential in three dimensions with the centrifugal term are investigated approximately by using the Nikiforov-Uvarov method. To show the accuracy of our results, we calculate the energy eigenvalues for various values of n and l. It is found that the results are in good agreement with the numerical solutions for short-range potential (large a). For the case of 1/a i/a, the potential is also studied briefly.  相似文献

In this Letter the approximately analytical scattering state solutions of the l-wave Schrödinger equation for the Manning-Rosen potential are carried out by a proper approximation to the centrifugal term. The normalized radial wave functions of l-wave scattering states are presented and the calculation formula of phase shifts is derived. It is well shown that the poles of the S-matrix in the complex energy plane correspond to bound states for real poles and scattering states for complex poles in the lower half of the energy plane. We consider and verify two special cases: the l=0 and the s-wave Hulthén potential.  相似文献
