多旋风分离器及返料系统是保证循环流化床锅炉高效燃烧的关键设备,是循环流化床大型化研究的关键部件之一。本文采用电容层析成像技术结合压力测量,对多旋风分离器返料系统内部气固两相流场进行实验研究。通过六旋风分离器冷态循环流化床电容层析成像浓度分布和压力测量,揭示循环流化床多分离返料系统颗粒流动分配特性,为循环流化床锅炉大型化,特别是超临界锅炉多旋风分离器的优化布置提供科学依据,基础实验数据库和技术手段,研究内容将电容层析成像技术的应用扩展到工程设计中,对实际工程起到理论指导的作用。 相似文献

研究了磁流化床烟气脱硫过程中铁磁颗粒和外加磁场对S(Ⅳ)氧化反应的促进作用.进行了两组实验:(1)磁流化床烟气脱硫实验.测定脱硫产物成分,分析流化床的床料和外加磁场的强度对S(Ⅳ)氧化反应的影响;(2)Fe(Ⅲ)溶液SO2吸收实验.测定溶液的SO2吸收性能,确定S(Ⅳ)氧化反应的机理.实验结果表明:磁流化床以石英砂为床料时,未发生S(Ⅳ)的氧化反应;以铁磁颗粒为床料时,发生S(Ⅳ)的氧化反应.并且,S(Ⅳ)的氧化反应程度随溶液中Fe(Ⅲ)浓度的增加和外加磁场强度的增加而增强. 相似文献

Heat recovery from the incineration of municipal solid waste (MSW) can make a useful contribution to the nation's energy needs. This paper reviews the literature on the field of energy recovery from MSW incineration. This review includes (1) An historical background on the MSW methods of disposal and the recent trends. (2) The potential role of waste as a fuel from the knowledge of its analysis, heating value and quantity. (3) The alternative methods of waste disposal including the thermal (mass incineration, refuse-derived fuel and pyrolysis), the mechanical and the biochemical processes. (4) Some economic considerations regarding MSW disposal costs. (5) The combustion characteristics of MSW and waste combustion plants. (6) Heat recovery from waste burning including the main types of waste heat boilers; the heat recovery rates; heat exchange boundary conditions; fouling, erosion and corrosion of waste heat boilers; control of waste incineration particulate emissions and finally the control of nitrogen oxides emissions. The intensive data given here is essential to the proper design and operation of any MSW-to-energy plant. The design needs to be undertaken with careful consideration of the experience that already exists in order to achieve success. 相似文献

本文研究了150 t/d垃圾与煤混烧流化床锅炉在不同含氯水平和添加钙基脱硫时氯化氢和二噁英的排放特性。实验结果表明烟气中的氯化氢和二噁英浓度随燃料中垃圾比例的增加而上升,在含氯量一定的情况下,炉内燃烧状况决定了二噁英的生成量,烟气中的二噁英随燃料中含氯量的增加而增加,飞灰中的二噁英则随燃烧状况的改善而增加。钙基的加入可以有效降低氯化氢和二噁英的排放。在我国目前的垃圾组分条件下,全煤工况和垃圾与煤混烧工况的二噁英排放量很低。 相似文献

This paper describes the use of a capacitance tomography system for imaging gas bubbles in a fluidized bed in the vicinity of an air distributor plate. The results show how the solid concentration distribution varies as a function of time for three different flow regimes: bubbling, slugging and the transition to turbulent. A mathematical model is proposed to show the evolution of temperature, chemical composition and energy release or transfer in slugs, clouds and particulate phase, in a fluidized bed where there are slugs, of a mixture of air and propane, moving up through the particulate phase previously set in the state of incipient fluidization with air. The analysis begins as the slugs are formed at the orifices of the distributor, until they explode inside the bed or emerge at the free surface. The model also makes the analysis of what happens in the gaseous mixture that leaves the free surface of the fluidized bed until the propane is thoroughly burnt. It is essentially built upon a simple quasi-global mechanism for the combustion reaction and the mass and heat transfer equations from the two-phase model of fluidization. The aim was not to propose a new modelling approach, but to combine classical models, one concerning the reaction kinetics and the other the bed hydrodynamic aspects, to obtain a better insight on the events occurring inside a fluidized bed reactor, enhancing the understanding of this type of reactor. Experimental data to balance with the numerical model were obtained through tests on the combustion of commercial propane, in a laboratory scale fluidized bed, using four sand particle sizes: 400–500, 315–400, 250–315 and 200–250 μ m. The mole fractions of CO2, CO and O2 in the flue gases and the temperature of the fluidized bed were measured and compared with the numerical results. 相似文献
