制备了四种不同孔隙率的Pb0.99(Zr0.95Ti0.05)0.98Nb0.02O3铁电陶瓷,并研究了冲击波作用下孔隙率对陶瓷去极化性能的影响.研究表明:短路负载条件下陶瓷的放电波形不随孔隙的加入而改变,均为方波.多孔陶瓷的放电脉冲幅度较低,脉冲宽度较长.释放的电荷量随着孔隙率的增加而减小,与静态电滞回线测试结果一致.多孔陶瓷具有较低的冲击阻抗,改善了与封装介质的阻抗匹配.用Lysne模型拟合了材料在高电阻负载条件下的放电行为,并指出高电阻负载条件下材料的介电常数是静态介电常数的4—5倍,而且材料的介电常数随孔隙率的增加而减小.冲击波通过样品以后,电路的放电时间常数随着孔隙率的增大而增大.随着电阻的增大,样品负载电压增高,材料铁电-反铁电相变受到抑制,电流上升沿变缓,致密陶瓷出现了击穿现象.  相似文献

Poled Pb0.99(Zr0.95Ti0.05)0.98Nb0.02O3 ferroelectric ceramics in different porosity depoled under shock wave load. Porosity and material dielectric characteristic effects on the depoling current evolution were discussed. The results showed that under open circuit condition, the dielectric constant of all samples exhibited obvious increase, but as the porosity increased, the dielectric constant decreased. As a result of lower dielectric constant of porous samples during depoling process, the charge-releasing rate is faster than that of dense sample.  相似文献

Pb0.99Nb0.02(Zr0.95Ti0.05)0.98O3 (PNZT95/5) ceramics with 1 mol% and without Mn doping were prepared via conventional solid state reaction process. X-ray diffraction patterns show that the PNZT95/5 and Mn-doped PNZT95/5 (PNZTM95/5) ceramics, with composition near the boundary of the ferroelectric phase (FE)/antiferroelectric phase (AFE), have a rhombohedral perovskite structure. The ferroelectric behavior of PNZT95/5 ceramics is strongly affected by Mn doping. Without any aging process the PNZTM95/5 ceramics possess double hysteresis loops (P–E loops), whereas the PNZT95/5 ceramics possess normal single hysteresis loops. Due to the defect dipoles formed by effectively negatively charged Mn3+ dopants and positively charged O2− vacancies, the PNZTM95/5 ceramics exhibit the double P–E loops. The defect dipole effect has been proved by investigating the P–E loops under different external fields. As a result, the PNZTM95/5 ceramics become “hardened”, exhibiting a high mechanical quality factor (1300).  相似文献

The dielectric and pyroelectric responses of MgO-modified Pb0.99(Zr0.95Ti0.05)0.98Nb0.02O3 ceramics were investigated near FR(LT)–FR(HT) phase transition. It was found that MgO additive reduced the FR(LT)–FR(HT) phase transition temperature from 41 °C to room temperature (24 °C). Superior room-temperature pyroelectric properties were obtained in the composition of 0.10 wt% MgO addition without DC bias. The largest pyroelectric coefficient, 65 × 10−8 C cm−2 K−1, was detected. Accordingly, the detectivity figures of merit Fd had maximum values of 20 × 10−5 Pa−1/2, and especially the voltage responsivity Fv = 0.91 m2C−1 is the highest value reported so far among all pyroelectric materials. It shows promising potential for application in uncooled pyroelectric infrared detector.  相似文献

采用掺铌的锆钛锡酸铅(PNZST)反铁电陶瓷作为研究对象,研究了不同的直流电场作用下,等静压力诱导极化态反铁电陶瓷发生去极化过程(同时发生铁电/反铁电相变)的规律.当极化态样品两端电场强度为6 kV/cm时,去极化压力为128.8 MPa;当极化态样品两端电场强度为-6 kV/cm时,去极化压力为74.2 MPa.在与极化电场方向相反的外加电场作用下极化态样品具有较小的去极化压力.讨论了外加直流电场影响极化态反铁电陶瓷去极化压力的内在机理.得到了不同外置电场下的去极化压力,并绘制了该材料的外加直流电场(< 关键词: 去极化 反铁电体 相变  相似文献

在-100~200℃温度范围内,测量了(Pb0.97La0.02)(Zr0.65Sn0.35-xTix)O3(PZST,0.1≤x≤0.14)反铁电陶瓷的热膨胀性质.实验结果表明,组分在0.1≤x≤0.12的试样室温下为反铁电(AFE1)四方相,热膨胀系数(α)在低温段发生“弯曲”,而变温x射线衍射谱(XRD)显示材料保持四方相结构;当Ti含量在0.125≤x≤0.14时,室温下是铁电三方相(FER),温度升高时FER→AEE1相变体积收缩,AEE1→立方顺电(PEc)相变体积增大;变温XRD谱证明了材料相结构随温度的转变过程.用多元复杂化合物存在纳米线度组分非均匀的观点解释了热膨胀性质随Ti含量演化的物理机理,并得到了该系统的温度-Ti(x)含量相图.  相似文献

The piezoelectric properties of Pb[(Fe1/3Sb2/3) x Ti y Zr z ]O3 with x + y + z = 1, x = 0.1, y = 0.43–0.48 ceramics have been investigated over a broad temperature range using a resonance technique. The influence of modification of PZT normal ferroelectric synthesized near the morphotropic phase boundary by a relaxor Pb(Fe1/3Sb2/3)O3 compound on its physical properties was studied. The coefficients s 11, k 31, and d 31 were calculated from the parameters characterizing the behavior of damped harmonic oscillator in the vicinity of the piezoelectric resonance. Several anomalies of the piezoelectric coefficients have been found in the temperature range 300–600 K. Two diffuse phase transitions were observed in Pb[(Fe1/3Sb2/3) x Ti y Zr z ]O3. The anomaly near 530 K for y = 0.43 is responsible for the transition from the rhombohedral phase to the tetragonal one. For y > 0.44 this transition is found to be very diffuse and the coexistence of rhombohedral and tetragonal phases occurs. The observation of low piezoelectric activity confirms the existence of polar regions in Pb[(Fe1/3Sb2/3) x Ti y Zr z ]O3 above T m.  相似文献

Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3(PZT)是一种重要的钙钛矿结构铁电固溶体,在其准同型相界处发现单斜相引起研究的热潮,文章报道了作者最近对沿着[100]赝立方方向组分调制的PZT体系的铁电性质的研究结果,发现组分调制导致极化偏离调制方向,在准同型相界附近诱导出新型的铁电三斜相和C型单斜相,以及极高的机电特性,证明偶极相互作用是导致以上行为的主要微观机制。  相似文献

利用X射线衍射、弱场介电温度谱、强场极化强度研究了不同La含量(Pb1-xLa2x3)(Zr06Sn03Ti01)O3(000≤x≤012)(PLZSnT)陶瓷的相变与电学特性.实验发现,随La含量增大,室温下材料由铁电三方相(x=000)转变为反铁电四方相(003≤x≤009)和立方相(x=012).介电测试表明,La含量增大,反铁电→顺电相变温度降低,峰值介电常量减小.在x=006的PLZSnT三元相图中,反铁电四方相区扩大到Ti含量约为18at%,该系统反铁电陶瓷具有“窄、斜”型双电滞回线和“三电滞回线”;在高Zr、高Sn区,反铁电→顺电相变呈现弥散相变和介电频率色散特征,即反铁电极化弛豫现象.从ABO3钙钛矿结构的容忍因子(t)和反铁电相的结构特征出发,讨论了La对Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3相变与电学性质的影响机理 关键词: 场诱相变 弛豫型反铁电体 介电性能 La调节Pb(Zr Sn Ti)O3  相似文献

采用固态烧结工艺制备了位于反铁电/铁电相界附近的掺镧锆锡钛酸铅(PLZST)反铁电陶瓷样品.采用该样品作为阴极材料,研究了其在负脉冲激励电场下的电子发射行为.负脉冲激励下,0.5 mm厚PLZST反铁电陶瓷圆片发射阈值电压为500 V;当激励电压为500 V,抽取电压为3.5 kV时,得到690 A发射电流.结果表明,PLZST反铁电陶瓷发射阈值电压低,发射电流大,即使激励电场低于陶瓷的正向开关电场,仍能得到强发射电流.最后,讨论了PLZST反铁电陶瓷在负脉冲激励下电子发射内在机制. 关键词: 反铁电材料 铁电阴极 电子发射  相似文献

Antiferroelectric—ferroelectric (AFE—FE) phase transition in ceramic Pb0.97La0.02(Zr0.75Sn0.136Ti0.114)O3 (PLZST) was studied by dielectric spectroscopy as functions of frequency (102—105 Hz) and pressure (0—500 MPa) under a DC electric field. The hydrostatic pressure-dependent remnant polarization and dielectric constant were measured. The results show that remnant polarization of the metastable rhombohedral ferroelectric PLZST poled ceramic decreases sharply and depoles completely at phase transition under hydrostatic pressure. The dielectric constant undergoes an abrupt jump twice during a load and unload cycle under an electric field. The two abrupt jumps correspond to two phase transitions, FE—AFE and AFE—FE.  相似文献

用弱场介电温谱、热释电流谱、强场电滞回线和变温X射线衍射谱研究了微量La掺杂Pb(Zr ,Sn ,Ti)O3(PZST)反铁电 (AFEt)陶瓷在 - 10 0— 180℃温区内的结构与电学特性 .弱场介电温谱显示 ,AFEt陶瓷在低温段(- 10 0— 5 0℃ )呈现介电频率弥散 (0 1— 10 0kHz)和扩散型相变的特征 ,而变温X射线衍射谱却表明材料在这一温区内保持四方相结构 ;低温下经强场作用后 ,AFEt被诱导为亚稳三方铁电态 ,介电频率弥散消失 .基于多元复杂化合物的组分起伏理论 ,讨论了PZSTAFEt陶瓷的相变扩散与极化弛豫新现象 .  相似文献

Research on quasi-static pressure-induced depolarization illustrates that Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 ceramic may be useful in the technology of pulse power. However, lack of knowledge on the shock-induced depolarization hinders this application. To fill this gap, we investigated the shock-wave- and hydrostatic-pressure-induced depolarization of Pb0.99Nb0.02[(Zr0.90Sn0.10)0.96Ti0.04]0.98O3 ceramic. In the hydrostatic experiment, complete and sudden depolarization took place at 140 MPa. Shock wave experiments in the normal and axial modes were conducted in the pressure range from 0.81 to 4.50 GPa. At 2.50 GPa, the phase transition occurred completely and the short-circuit current reached 32 A in the normal mode. We obtained 31.0 kV voltage, 0.96 MW and 0.92 J cm?3 high-voltage pulse with 1000 Ω load. In the axial mode, the shape of the current pulse and its time integral were found to be strongly shock pressure dependent. Our work lays the foundation for the application of Pb(Zr,Sn,Ti)O3 in the single-use power supply.  相似文献

铁电阴极因其优异的电子发射性能在高功率微波管的电子束源、平板显示技术以及宇航推进器等领域 有着广阔应用前景而日益受到人们的重视.大量研究表明,铁电阴极电子发射性能受阴极材料性能的影响. 在激励电场作用下,铁电阴极材料会产生表面非屏蔽电荷而引起极化强度的变化, 这表明铁电阴极电子发射性能可能与阴极材料的极化强度变化量存在着某种关系. 为研究阴极材料极化强度变化量对铁电阴极电子发射性能的影响,以掺镧锆锡钛酸铅铁电和反铁电陶瓷样品 作为阴极材料,通过正半周电滞回线测试得到阴极材料在不同电场强度下的极化强度变化量, 测量得到电子发射电流强度随激励电场的变化曲线,并分析了电子发射电流强度与极化强度变化量的关系. 结果表明,两种样品电子发射电流强度与极化强度变化量正相关.  相似文献

通过对(Pb087Ba01La002)(Zr06TixSn04-x)O3(004≤x≤020)固溶体的介电和偏压热释电性质的研究发现,当Ti含量004≤x≤007时,材料是反铁电四方相,而当009≤x≤020时,材料向弛豫型铁电体转化.在温度Ti含量相图中,x=009附近形成了反铁电铁电顺电三相共存点(Ttr).该点的相变温度最底;对于004≤x≤007的反铁电四方相,低温下呈现介电弛豫特征,并可被外电场诱导为亚稳铁电态,温度升高时,亚稳铁电→反铁电相变,反铁电→顺电相变引起两个热释电流峰,偏置电场下峰位和峰强均发生移动,在温度电场相图中也形成了铁电反铁电顺电三相点.从复杂化合物纳米相分离的观点和晶格动力学出发,讨论了相变与电学性能随Ti含量(x)和外电场(E)变化的物理机理. 关键词: 反铁电/弛豫型铁电相界 介电性能 偏压热释电性质 铁电-反铁电-顺电三相点  相似文献

In this work, lead-free Ba0.85Ca0.075Sr0.075Ti0.90Zr0.10O3 (BCSZT) ceramics were fabricated by conventional solid-state reaction route. The effect of sintering temperature on electrocaloric properties of BCSZT ceramics was studied in detail. Samples were sintered at different temperatures (1400–1500?°C) and dwell time (3–6 h). An enhanced electrocaloric behavior is demonstrated for BCSTZ ceramics at 1475?°C/4 h. Electrocaloric cooling of ~1.5 ± 0.1 K was found for BCSZT sample. This cooling was found in wide temperature range of 303–363 K. Further, the selected composition was observed to be among the better performing materials reported for electrocaloric refrigeration.  相似文献

This paper investigates the pyroelectric of poled antiferroelectric (AFE) ceramic Pb 0.97 La 0.02 (Zr 0.69 Sn 0.196 Ti 0.114)O 3 and its remnant polarization dependence of hydrostatic pressure.The results show that the bound charges of poled sample can be released in short time by temperature field or pressure field.The released charge abruptly forms a large pulse current.The phenomena of released charge under external fields result in the ferroelectric-AFE phase transition induced by temperature or hydrostatic pressure.  相似文献

通过添加造孔剂的方法制备了四种不同孔隙率未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷. 采用非接触式的数字散斑相关性分析(digital image correltation, DIC)全场应变光学测量技术, 对多孔未极化PZT95/5 铁电陶瓷开展了单轴压缩实验研究, 讨论了孔隙率对未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷的力学响应与畴变、相变行为的影响. 多孔未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷的单轴压缩应力-应变关系呈现出类似于泡沫或蜂窝材料的三阶段变形特征, 其变形机理主要归因于畴变和相变的共同作用, 与微孔洞塌缩过程无关. 多孔未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷的弹性模量、压缩强度都随着孔隙率的增加而明显降低, 而孔隙率对断裂应变的影响较小. 预制的微孔洞没有改善未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷材料的韧性, 这是因为单轴压缩下未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷的断裂机理是轴向劈裂破坏, 微孔洞对劈裂裂纹传播没有起到阻碍和分叉作用. 准静态单轴压缩下多孔未极化PZT95/5铁电陶瓷畴变和相变开始的临界应力都随着孔隙率的增大而呈线性衰减, 但相变开始的临界体积应变却不依赖孔隙率.  相似文献
