A simple chromatographic procedure for clean separation of the important radionuclide,99m Tc, in the equilibrium mixture,99Mo−99mTc, has been demonstrated. Separation of pure99mTc has been achieved by preferential extraction of the radioisotope through an anion exchange resin column of Amberlite IRA-410 using Na-ascorbate solution at pH 7 as an eluent. The radiochemical purity of the separated radiotracer has been verified by taking recourse to γ-ray spectrometry. The potentiality of the developed procedure lies in the facts that the eluting agent, ascorbic acid, itself h got its own biomedical importance as Vitamin C and the concerned radioisotope can be obtained in both Tc(IV) and Tc(VII) states as per requirement for diagnostic purposes.  相似文献

The radionuclide 99Mo, which has a half-life of 65.94 h was produced from 238U(γ, f) and 100Mo(γ, n) reactions using a 10 MeV electron linac at EBC, Kharghar Navi-Mumbai, India. This has been investigated since the daughter product 99mTc is very important from a medical point of view and can be produced in a generator from the parent 99Mo. The activity of 99Mo was analyzed by a γ-ray spectrometric technique using a HPGe detector. From the detected γ-rays activity of 140.5 and 739.8 keV, the amount of 99Mo produced was determined. For comparison, the amount of 99Mo from 238U(γ, f) and 100Mo(γ, n) reactions was also estimated using the experimental photon flux from 197Au(γ, n)196Au reaction. The amount of 99Mo from the detected γ-lines is in agreement with the estimated value for 238U(γ, f) and 100Mo(γ, n) reactions. The production of 99Mo activity from 238U(γ, f) and 100Mo(γ, n) reactions is a relevant and novel approach, which provides alternative routes to 235,238U(n, f) and 98Mo(n, γ) reactions, circumventing the need for a reactor. The viability and practicality of the 99Mo production from the 238U(γ, f) and 100Mo(γ, n) reactions alternative to 235,238U(n, f) and 98Mo(n, γ) reactions has been emphasize. An estimate has been also arrived based on the experimental data of present work to fulfill the requirement of DOE.  相似文献

The long-lived -radionuclidic impurities in the columns of spent99Mo/99mTc generators one year after the calibration date have been determined by -spectrometry. Three radionuclidic impuritiesfission products (103Ru,106Ru and125Sb) were detected. Also in the majority of samples three radioisotopes of tungsten (181W,185W and188W) were also present. The contents of the impurities were found to vary greatly. According to the activity, energy and half-life, the main contribution to the residual activity in the spent generators is due to the presence of125Sb.  相似文献

An industrial chromatographic 99Mo–99mTc generator has been developed with the aid of chromatographic alumina to obtain 99mTc in a non-aqueous medium. This generator system takes advantage of tributyl phosphate to extract 99mTc selectively with appreciable yield and in high radiochemical and radionuclidic purity. This facile, versatile and efficient approach provides 99mTc at industrial sites in a medium soluble in hydrocarbon solvents, for radiotracer applications.  相似文献

制备了一种以邻二氮菲合铁配离子与γ-氨基丁酸形成的缔合物为电活性物的γ-氨基丁酸碳糊电极,并对其性能做了测定。结果显示该电极对γ-氨基丁酸有较好的能斯特响应。γ-氨基丁酸的线性范围为1.0×10-5~8.0×10-2 mol.L-1,极差电位为38mV.pc-1,测定下限(10S/N)为5.2×10-6 mol.L-1。电极用于糙米、青稞籽和茶叶中γ-氨基丁酸含量的测定,结果与分光光度法结果相符。  相似文献

The preparation of insoluble 12-molybdocerate(IV) from99Mo of low specific activity, produced by thermal neutron irradiation of MoO3, is described. Samples of the material are dried at 50, 100 and 200°C and used as column matrices from which the generated99mTc activity is periodically eluted with saline solution or saline solution containing 5·10–5M K2CrO4 as an oxidant. The elution yields of99mTc are high and reproducible (95–81%) with radionuclidic purity 99.98%. Both chemical and radiochemical purity (as TcO 4 ) of the eluates decrease with increasing drying temperature of the column matrix. Using chromated saline solution as eluent improves the radiochemical purity of the99mTc eluate.  相似文献

研究了结肠癌细胞CL-187、肺腺癌细胞L-973以及乳腺癌细胞MCF-7分别对99mTcN-MIBI和99mTc-MIBI配合物的摄取情况.结果表明,99mTcN-MIBI在3种肿瘤细胞内培养20~40min时的摄取达到极大值,并且摄取量明显高于99mTc-MIBI,特别是在结肠癌细胞CL-187中.99mTcN-MIBI在乳腺癌细胞MCF-7内的摄取量最高,培养40min时的单位细胞摄取百分率约为30%/105个细胞;在结肠癌细胞CL-187内的摄取量次之;在肺腺癌细胞L-973内的摄取量最低.细胞摄取条件实验结果表明:细胞浓度和培养温度的变化均会对细胞摄取产生影响.  相似文献

报道了含△6去饱和酶的深黄被孢霉菌丝提取物催化亚油酸合成γ-亚麻酸,研究了辅酶,温度,时间等对γ-亚麻酸合成的影响。结果表明,反应温度降低,γ-亚麻酸的产率提高,在10℃以下,γ-亚麻酸的产率达到最大值;苹果酸盐对该反应有明显促进,γ-亚麻酸的产率随体系pH增加而增加。且在pH=7-8时产率较高;该反应需在分子氧存在下进行;NADPH,ATP和CoA是该反应的必需辅酶。在优化的反应条件下,γ-亚麻酸的疸这到.21mg/mL。  相似文献

γ-Acetylenic carboxylic acids are cyclized to spirolactones under mild conditions, in the presence of Ag2CO3 catalyst. The corresponding spiro-5-alkylidene-γ-butyrolactones were isolated in high yields, and this process constitutes an easy and efficient route to analogous structures of natural products of biological interest.  相似文献

Transport of 99mTcO4 ions across TOPO-kerosene based supported liquid membrane was investigated at different concentrations of phosphoric acid as a feed solution and different concentrations of TOPO in the membrane, where 0.9% NaCl aqueous solution was used as a stripping solution. The flux of TcO4 ions across this liquid membrane varied with the concentration of both H3PO4 and TOPO. The best permeability coefficient was obtained at concentrations, [H3PO4] = 3 mole·l–1 and [TOPO] = 0.5 mole·l–1 (P = 2.08·10–9 m2·s–1). The results were utilized for the separation of 99mTc from 99Mo, where a selective and effective separation was obtained since no 99Mo transport across this liquid membrane was noticed while a high rate of 99mTc transport took place.  相似文献
