Synthesis of a new 2,2′：6′,2″-terpyridine derivative and its coordination property

A novel compound, （E）-4′-（4-（but-1-en-3-ynyl）phenyl）-2,2′：6′,2″-terpyridine 1 was synthesized from 4′-（4-bromomethylphenyl）-2,2P：6P,2PP-terpyridine phosphonium salt 2 and propargylaldehyde via Wittig reaction, and characterized by EI-MS and ^1H NMR as well as elemental analysis. The spectral changes of the compound in the presence of transition metal ions, such as Cu（I） or Zn（ID, are investigated.

Two series of solid complexes of rare earth nitrates and picrates with the “back-to-back” terpyridine, 6′,6″-bis(2-pyridyl)-2,2′:4′,4″:2″,2′′′-quaterpyridine (L) have been synthesized. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy. At the same time, the luminescent properties of the Eu(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) complexes were also studied.     

Studies on Fragmentation Regularity of 5-Methoxycarbonyl-4-substit uted-6-methyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2（1H）-ones by Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometry

The electron impact time-of-flight(TOF) mass spectra of the title compounds were studied to establish their fragmentation processes. With the high resolution of the TOF instrument, the exact mass for each fragment was determined. These data were used to infer the molecular formulas and the elemental compositions for all the molecular ions and fragments through software interpretation. By further applying the fragmentation regularity, the majority of ions were fully assigned. The main fragmentation pathways of the title compounds include the formation of molecular ions by the loss of R^1 groups in the 4-position and the ester groups in the 5-position. The formed ion can be further fragmented by the elimination of MeOH.     

Synthesis of 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives

Six new 4″-benzyloxyimino-4″-deoxyavermectin Bla derivatives were synthesized from avermectin Bla by the selective protection of C-5-hydroxy group,oxidation of C-4″-hydroxy group,and deprotection followed by reaction with O-substituted hydroxylamine hydrochlorides.Their structures were confirmed by IR,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR and MS.Insecticidal activities of the derivatives against Phopalosiphum pseudobrassicae,Spodoptera exigua and Pluteua xylosteua were evaluated.     

Studies on the Interaction of Cobalt Mixed-Ligand Coordination Compound Containing Tetrapyrido [3,2-a:2′,3′-c:3″, 2″-h:2■,3■-j] phenazine with DNA

A new monometallic complex [Co(phen)_2tpphz]~(3+) (where tpphz is tetrapyrido [3,2-a:2′,3′-c:3″,2″-h:2′″,3′″-j] phenazine) was synthesized by the reaction of 5, 6-diamino-1,10-phenanthroline with [Co(phen)_2(phendione)]~(3+). It was characterized by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR, ~1H NMR, ultraviolet and fluorescence spectroscopy. The interaction of the complex with DNA was also investigated. The complex shows the absorption hypochromicity, fluorescence enhancement, the specific viscosity increased when bound to calf thymus DNA. The cyclic voltammetry (CV) measurement showed a change in peak current with the addition of DNA. All the results provide the support for the intercalative binding mode of the mononuclear complex.

基于1,2-二氢-2-(4-羧基苯基-4-[4-(4-羧基苯氧基)-3-甲基苯基](2H)二氮杂萘-1-酮的新型芳香聚酰胺的简易合成

A new monomer diacid, 1,2-dihydro-2-(4-carboxylphenyl)-4-[4-(4-carboxylphenoxy)-3-methylphenyl]phtha-lazin-1-one (3), was synthesized through the aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction of a readily available unsymmetrical phthalazinone 1 bisphenol-like with p-chlorobenzonitrile in the presence of potassium carbonate in N,N-dimethylacetamide and alkaline hydrolysis. The diacid could be directly polymerized with various aromatic diamines 4a-4e using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents to give five new aromatic poly(ether amide)s 5a-5e containing the kink non-coplanar heterocyclic units with inherent viscosities of 1.30-1.54 dL/g.The polymers were readily soluble in a variety of solvents such as N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N,N-dimethyl-acetamide (DMA), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), and even in m-cresol and pyridine (Py). The transparent, flexible and tough films could be formed by solution casting. The glass transition tem-peratures Tg were in the range of 286-317℃.

Ethyl 3-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-thioxothiazolidine-4-carboxylates were prepared in excellent yields from the reaction of corresponding primary amines with carbon disulfide and ethyl 3-bromo-2-oxopropanoate in the presence of anhydrous potassium phosphate in DMF at room temperature within 1 h. The structures of the highly functionalized products were corroborated spectroscopically （IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, EI-MS） and by elemental analyses. A plausible mechanism for such type of cyclization was proposed.

碳纳米管聚(3′,4′-亚乙基二氧-2,2′:5′,2″-三噻吩)复合材料的制备及其电化学性能研究

通过Stille反应合成了3′,4′-亚乙基二氧-2,2′:5′,2″-三噻吩(TET),并以其作为单体,采用化学氧化原位聚合方法在碳纳米管(CNT)的表面包覆新型聚(3′,4′-亚乙基二氧-2,2′:5′,2″-三噻吩)(PTET),制备了PTET-CNT纳米复合材料.通过TEM、SEM和IR对其进行了表征,并利用循环伏安、交流阻抗、恒电流充放电等电化学测试方法,比较研究了复合材料以及碳纳米管在0.1 mol/L四乙基四氟硼酸铵(Et4NPF4)的乙腈溶液中的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在电流密度为3 mA/cm2时,PTET-CNT复合材料的比电容为86 F/g,比原碳纳米管比电容20 F/g提高了3.3倍.基于这种复合材料的电容器的能量密度达到2.02 Wh/kg.     

4- (4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)-3-硫代脲酸甲酯的合成晶体结构及量子化学研究

4-（4,6-Dimethylpyrimidin-2-yl）-3-thio-allophanic acid methyl ester was synthesized with mixing 2-amino-4,6- dimethylpyrimidine, potassium thiocyanate and methyl chloroformate in ethyl acetate. Single crystals suitable for X-ray diffraction measurement were obtained by recrystallization from dimethylformamide at room temperature. The crystal belongs to monoclinic symmetry with space group C2/m, and crystal parameters of a= 1.7537（5） nm, b= 0.6759（2） nm, c=1.1148（3） nm, β=118.557（4）°, V=1.1605（6） nm^3, Z=4, De= 1.375 g/cm^3,μ=0.271 mm^-1, F（000）=504, and 1519 [1〉2σ（I）] observable independent reflections were used for the determination and refmement of the crystal structures with final R1 of 0.0372 and wR2 of 0.0992. The theoretical investigation of the title compound was carried out with DRT-B3LYP/6-311G, HF/6-311G and MP2/6-311G methods, and the atomic net charges and the population were discussed.

A binuclear terbium complex with 2,4,6-Trimethylbenzoate and 1,10-phenanthroline, [Tb₂(TMBA)₆(Phen)₂], has been synthesized (TMBA=2,4,6-Trimethylbenzoic acid and phen=1,10-phenanthroline) and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction methods. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2₁/c with a=1.327 5(2) nm, b=2.817 9(5) nm, c=1.282 5(2) nm, β=116.692(3)°, V=4.286 2(13) nm³, Z=4，D_c=1.423 g·cm^-3. There are four bridged carboxylate groups of the 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid bonded to the two terbium ions, each ions is also chelated with the two oxygen atoms of a molecule of the 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid and the two nitrogen atoms of a 1,10-phenanthroline respectively, forming a 8-coordination distorted square antiprism. Average Tb-O and Tb-Ndistance of the two Tb(Ⅲ) ions are equal respectively. This shows the two terbium ions are in the same chemical enviorments. The complex emits intense green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. CCDC: 619215.

The new compound （NH3CH2CH2NH3）2{Na2[μ2-（C6H4O2）2]（C6H4OOH）2} has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV, NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The yellow crystals crystallized in the triclinic system with space group P-1 and a=0.6091（2） nm, b= 1.0274（3） nm, c= 1.2466（4） nm, α=89.073（6）°, β=89.376（6）°, γ=78.873（5）°, V=0.7653（4） nm^3, Z= 1, R1=0.0568, wR2=0.1198. Every sodium ion coordinates in trigonal prismatic fashion with two O atoms from a terminal chelating catecholato ligand and four O atoms from bridging P2 catecholato ligands, Two neighboring NaO6 trigonal prisms are face-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center consisting of four tri-bridging O atoms to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[μ2-（C6H4O2）2]}^2- anion. The comparison of ^13C NMR spectrum of tlie complex in solid state with that in solution indicated that the rapid exchange between the bridging [μ2-（C6H4O2]^2- and terminal [C6H4OOH]^- ligands was present in solution.     

Crystal Structure and DFT Studies of a Triazole Derivative： 4- （ 2-Hydrobenzylideneamino ） -3- （ 1,2,4-triazol-4-ylmethyl） 1H-1, 2,4-triazole-5 （4H） -thione

A novel triazole derivative 4-(2-hydrobenzylideneamino)-3-(1,2,4-triazol-4-ylmethyl)-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5(4H)-thione(1) was synthesized and characterized using elemental analysis, FTIR, and 1H NMR, and its crystal structure was determined via X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. Crystal data: monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a=0.83335(9) nm, b=1.49777(16) nm, c=1.14724(12) nm, β =107.990(2)°, D=1.470 Mg/m3, and Z=4. The geometries and the vibrational frequencies were determined using the density functional theory(DFT) method at the B3LYP/ 6-31G level. To demonstrate the accuracy of the reaction route of compound 1, one of the important intermediates was also tested using the same method. The structural parameters of the two compounds calculated using the DFT study are close to those of the crystals, and the harmonic vibrations of the two compounds computed via the DFT method are in good agreement with those in the observed IR spectral data. The thermodynamic properties of the title compound were calculated, and the compound shows a good structural stability at normal temperature. The test results of biological activities show that it has a certain bactericidal ability.     

A Rapid and Efficient Synthesis of 2, 4, 6-Triarylpyridines under Microwave Irradiation

In the interest of driving down the cost of DCM-type light emitting materials, we have found a new approach to prepare 2-（t-butyl）-6-methy1-4H-pyrone, which is cost effective and more amenable to large scale production than the reported method. Furthermore, three new DCM-type dyes, N,N-bis-[p-（2-（4-dicyanomethylene-6-t-butyl-4H- pyran-2-yl）-vinyl）-phenyl]-4-t-butyl-aniline （BDCM-BA）, N,N-bis-[p-（2-（4-dicyanomethylene-6-t-butyl-4H-pyran- 2-yl）-vinyl）-phenyl]aniline （BDCM-A） and N,N-bis-[p-（2-（4-dicyanomethylene-6-t-butyl-4H-pyran-2-yl）-vinyl）- phenyl]-4-methoxyl-aniline （BDCM-MA） were synthesized in good yields using 2-（t-butyl）-6-methyl-4H-pyrone as starting material. They can be utilized in OLEDs as nondoped red emitting materials as the result of the restricted concentration quenching effect.
