A colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe for the palladium species has been developed based on the Pd(0)-catalyzed cleavage of an allyoxycarbonyl group of amines under mild conditions. Given that peroxynitrite (ONOO?) is profoundly associated with health and diseases, a new fluorescent probe ABT was designed and synthesized for detection of ONOO?. ABT manifested not only ratiometric fluorescence signals simultaneously in response to concentrations of ONOO? (within 10?s), but high selectivity and sensitivity towards ONOO? over other physiological relevant species (detection limit?=?26.3?nM). Moreover, ABT worked in a broad pH range with biological relevance. Thus, ABT could be used to quantitative detection of ONOO? concentration and has the potential to efficiently monitor ONOO? in living organisms.  相似文献

A ratiometric fluorescent probe 1 for fluoride ion was developed based on modulation of the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) process of 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole (HPBI) through the hydroxyl group protection/deprotection reaction. The probe 1 was readily prepared by the reaction of HPBI with tert-butyldimethylsilyl chloride (TBS-Cl) and shows only fluorescence emission maximum at 360 nm. Upon treatment with fluoride in aqueous DMF solution, the TBS protective group of probe 1 was removed readily and ESIPT of the probe was switched on, which resulted in a decrease of the emission band at 360 nm and an increase of a new fluorescence peak around 454 nm. The fluorescent intensity ratio at 454 and 360 nm (I454/I360) increases linearly with fluoride ion concentration in the range 0.3-8.0 μmol L−1 and the detection limit is 0.19 μmol L−1. The proposed probe shows excellent selectivity toward fluoride ion over other common anions. The method has been successfully applied to the fluoride determination in toothpaste and tap water samples.  相似文献

A novel coumarin-based compound 1 featuring thiosemicarbazone as binding unit, was reported as a colorimetric and fluorescent probe for the detection of fluoride anion. The addition of F? to a solution of probe 1 in tetrahydrofuran resulted in evident naked-eye color change from green-yellow to orange-red under daylight and obvious fluorescence quenching within 3 s. And the detection limit toward F? was calculated to be as low as 2.16 × 10?7 mol/L. 1H NMR titrations proved that the interaction between 1 and fluoride ion: hydrogen bond at low fluoride ion concentration, deprotonation at high fluoride ion concentration. Besides, it exhibited highly sensitivity and selectivity for F? over other examined ions (Cl?, Br?, I?, AcO?, NO3?, HSO4?, H2PO4?) in tetrahydrofuran solution.  相似文献

A 4-aminonaphthalimide-based ratiometric fluorescent probe 1 employing the internal charge transfer (ICT) mechanism was designed and synthesized to detect bovine serum albumin (BSA). The interaction of 1 and BSA was investigated by fluorescence and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Upon treatment with BSA, the probe successfully exhibited a ratiometric fluorescent response at 540 nm and 480 nm. The fluorescent intensity ratio at 540 nm and 480 nm (F(540)/F(480)) increases linearly with BSA concentration in the range of 0-75.0 μg mL(-1) and the detection limit was about 2.4 ng mL(-1). Our strategy is expected to provide a methodology to quantify BSA either by a normal or by a ratiometric and colorimetric way with high sensitivity.  相似文献

We develop a novel coumarin-alkyne derivative(NC7-AL), which can specifically react with Au~(3+) and give a colorimetric and fluorescent ‘‘turn-on' response toward Au~(3+). Notably, other alkynophilic metal species such as Au+, Ag+, Pd~(2+), Ni~(2+), Cu~(2+), and Hg~(2+) do not produce an interfering signal. A good linear relationship between emission intensity at 420 nm and Au~(3+) concentration from 0 to 2 equivalent is observed, and the detection limit(3s/k) is estimated to be ca. 3.58 nmol/L. Harnessing the Au~(3+)-induced color change from light yellow to colorless, we find that NC7-AL-based modified TLC plate can be used for convenient naked-eye detection of Au~(3+).  相似文献

A 3-indolylacrylate derivative, 3-IA, prepared by connecting an ethyl acrylate in 3-position of indole has been synthesised and characterised. Ethyl acrylate moiety acts as the Michael acceptor towards H2S, and the resultant addition product then participates in intramolecular cyclisation with the ester group at 2-position to form another new heterocyclic ring. Blue fluorescence of 3-IA turned into green in presence of H2S, leading to ratiometric behaviour of the fluorescent sensor with large stokes shift of 55 nm. Probe 3-IA has excellent selectivity towards H2S over other biothiols and other competing anions. Density function theory/time-dependent density function theory calculations were carried out to validate the reaction mechanism and the electronic properties of 3-IA. Importantly, the ratiometric probe 3-IA shows great promise in H2S detection by simple visual fluorescent inspection in filter paper-based protocol. The probe shows its excellent ability to detect H2S in different natural water samples. Furthermore, we have employed our probe to detect H2S for ratiometric imaging in live Vero cell.  相似文献

A new fluorescent turn-on probe (3) for the selective sensing and bioimaging of thiols is reported. In aqueous buffer solutions at physiological pH, thiols cleave the 2,4-dinitrobenzenesulfonyl group to release the red-emissive donor-acceptor fluorophore (4). The probe displays excellent immunity to interference from nitrogen and oxygen nucleophiles and the imaging of thiols in living cells is demonstrated.  相似文献

We have developed the first two-photon colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent probe, BICO, for the detection of bisulfite (HSO3) in aqueous solution. The probe contains coumarin and benzimidazole moieties and can detect HSO3 based on the Michael addition reaction with a limit of detection 5.3 × 10−8 M in phosphate-buffered saline solution. The probe was used to detect bisulfite in tap water, sugar and dry white wine. Moreover, test strips were made and used easily. We successfully applied the probe to image living cells, using one-photon fluorescence imaging. BICO overcomes the limitations in sensitivity of previously reported probes and the solvation effect of bisulfite, which demonstrates its excellent value in practical application.  相似文献

A new ratiometric fluorescent chemosensor based on a polyimine macrocycle ligand 1 has been synthesized. The chemosensor can exhibit a pronounced fluorescence response and high selectivity to Zn2+ ion over other 15 metal ions, including Cd2+. Sensor 1 appears an emission peak at 370 nm. Upon the addition of Zn2+ ion, the typical emission peak for 1 at 370 nm is obviously quenched, but a new emission peak at around 470 nm appears and shows a large enhancement due to the formation of a 1:1 Zn2+-1 complex. In addition, there is a good linear relationship between the fluorescence ratio I470nm/I370nm and the concentration of Zn2+, which makes a ratiometric assay of Zn2+ ion possible.  相似文献
