Langmuir-Schaefer (LS) films of copper(II) tetrakis-(isoprpoxy-carbonyl)-phthalocyanine (TiPCuPc) have been deposited onto various solid supports. Its floating film have been characterized at the air-water interface by means of Brewster Angle Microscopy and Langmuir curves. Vibrational modes of multilayer transferred LS film have been studied by Raman spectroscopy and the optical parameters (refractive index n and extinction coefficient k) have been determined in the visible range of the electromagnetic spectrum. Linearly polarized light absorbance measurements have been performed at room temperature in the 400-800 nm spectral range and the average orientation of the phthalocyanine rings have been estimated. Transmission electron microscopy has been also used to characterize the morphological properties of the LS film and a close packed arrangement of the deposited molecules has been observed.  相似文献

利用密度泛函理论对ClO与ClO自由基反应机理进行了深入理论探讨,在B3LYP/6-311++G(3df)水平上对该反应体系的反应物、中间体、过渡态及产物进行了几何构型优化,对反应通道进行了IRC(内禀反应坐标)路径解析,计算了沿各反应通道的能垒和离解能,并进行了零点能校正.从量子拓扑学的角度,对反应通道IRC途径上一些重要点进行了电子密度拓扑分析,讨论了反应过程中化学键的断裂、生成以及键的变化规律,找到了反应途径的能量过渡态和结构过渡态.  相似文献

The surface disproportionation reaction mechanism of aluminum subchloride on the aluminum (100) surfaces has been investigated by the plane-wave density functional theory (DFT).Three kinds of possible reaction mechanism of AlCl disproportionation reaction on the aluminum (100)surfaces have been taken into account. The structures of reactants and products have been optimized, transition states have been confirmed and activation energies have been calculated. The adsorption energy of reactants and desorption energy of products have been determined. All of these have been employed to confirm the reaction mechanism and the rate determining step of AlCl disproportionation reaction on the aluminum (100) surfaces.  相似文献

Two new cyclic sulfite eudesmane derivatives have been investigated. Their (R) and (S) sulfur configuration and the structural arrangement of their "A" rings have been assigned by means of their 13C and 1H NMR chemical shifts and have been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray analyses. Microbial-transformation of these epimer cyclic sulfites and their dihydroxyeudesmane precursor have been studied using the hydroxylating fungus Rhizopus nigricans. Increased biocatalysis rates and considerable differences in the biotransformation of both cyclic sulfite eudesmanes have been found. Promising 8alpha,11-dihydroxy derivatives have been isolated from the (S)-diastereomer bioconversion.  相似文献

Two new types of unsymmetrical bis(thiosemicarbazone) proligands and their neutral zinc(II) and copper(II) complexes have been synthesized. These bifunctional ligands both chelate the metal ions and provide pendent amino groups that can be readily functionalized with biologically active molecules. Functionalization has been demonstrated by the synthesis of three water-soluble glucose conjugates of the new zinc(II) bis(thiosemicarbazonato) complexes, and their copper(II) analogues have been prepared in aqueous solution via transmetalation. A range of techniques including NMR, electron paramagnetic resonance, cyclic voltammetry, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), UV/vis, and fluorescence emission spectroscopy have been used to characterize the complexes. Four compounds, including two zinc(II) complexes, have been characterized by X-ray crystallography. The connectivity and conformation of the glucose conjugates have been assigned by NMR spectroscopy. Time-dependent density functional theory calculations have been used to assign the electronic transitions of the copper(II) bis(thiosemicarbazonato) chromophore. Two copper-64-radiolabeled complexes, including one glucose conjugate, have been prepared and characterized using radio-HPLC, and transmetalation is shown to be a viable method for radiolabeling compounds with copper radionuclides. Preliminary cell washout studies have been performed under normoxic conditions, and the uptake and intracellular distribution have been studied using confocal fluorescence microscopy.  相似文献

The photochemistry of binuclear metal-metal bonded complexes [(NC) 5Pt-Tl(solv) x ] (solv is water or dimethylsulfoxide) has been studied in aqueous and dimethylsulfoxide solutions. Both stationary and nanosecond laser flash photolysis have been carried out on the species. The metal-metal bonded complexes have been photolyzed by irradiation into the corresponding intense MMCT absorption bands. Photoexcitation results in the cleavage of the platinum-thallium bond and the formation of a solvated thallous ion and a cyano complex of platinum(IV), [Pt(CN) 5(solv)] (-), in both cases. The species have been characterized by multinuclear NMR and optical spectroscopy. The products of the photoreaction indicate a complementary two-electron transfer occurring between platinum and thallium ions in the binuclear Pt-Tl species. Quantum yield values for the photodecomposition of the species have been determined. The intermediates of the photoinduced metal-to-metal electron transfer have been detected and characterized by optical spectroscopy. The kinetics of transient formation and decomposition have been studied, and mechanisms of the photoactivated redox reaction have been suggested.  相似文献

Optimisation of microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) for the extraction of polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) from soil samples has been accomplished using an experimental design approach. Variables studied have been: percentage of acetone (v/v) in an acetone:n-hexane mixture, solvent volume, extraction time, microwave power and pressure inside the extraction vessel. Five samples of a certified soil (CRM 481) have been extracted under the optimum conditions of the developed method and the results have been compared to those obtained by Soxhlet extraction. Good recoveries (>95%) have been obtained for all the PCBs studied. All extracts have been analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) and an optimum determination method for the electron impact mass spectrometric (EIMS) has also been developed.  相似文献

The well-characterized, monodisperse nature of reverse micelles formed by sodium bis-(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate/water/isooctane and their usefulness in assimilating compounds of varied interests have been exploited to investigate the effect of acetyl modified amino acids (MAA) viz., N-acetyl-L-glycine (NAG), N-acetyl-L-aspartic acid (NAA) and N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC), on the water pool and physiochemical properties. Non-invasive techniques such as FTIR and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy have been employed to analyze the interactions of MAA with core water and the AOT headgroup. The micropolarities on both sides of AOT interface have further been investigated by UV-vis absorption probes, methyl orange (MO) and methylene blue (MB). The dynamics of water and temperature induced percolation process have also been studied. The MAA molecules have been found to assist the process with the increase in water content where as a contrary behavior has been observed with the increase in temperature. Conductivity results have been further rationalized in terms of scaling equations, which delineate the dynamic nature of the percolation process. The results have also been analyzed in the light of activation energy of the percolation process and thermodynamics of droplet clustering.  相似文献

Carbazole-based receptors functionalized with two sulfonamide groups have been synthesized and their properties as anion receptors have been evaluated. The receptor with bis(trifluoromethyl)aniline groups has shown a very high affinity for halide ions, especially remarkable as only two hydrogen bonds are formed in the complexes. (1)H NMR and fluorescence titrations have been carried out and binding constants up to 7.9 × 10(6) M(-1) have been reached. X-ray structures have been obtained and a modelling study has shown the possible reasons for the large affinity of these compounds for halide anions.  相似文献

Trends of copper(II), nickel(II), cobalt(II), and zinc(II) extraction recovery from ammoniac solutions by 3-substituted 2-sulfonylaminothiophenes have been studied. The compositions and structures of extractable complexes have been determined. A mechanism has been proposed suggested for the recovery of nonferrous metals. The spin crossover (SC) compounds [Fe(PM-AzA)2(NCX)2] and [Fe(PM-FIA)2(NCX)2] (with PM-AzA = N-2'-pyridylmethylene-4-(phe-nylazo)aniline, PM-FIA = N-2'-pyridylmethylene-4-(2-amino)fluorene, and X = S, Se) have been prepared. The SC regimes have been deduced from variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data. The enthalpy and entropy changes associated with the SC have been evaluated from DSC measurements. A cooperativity factor, C, has been defined, and its values for the different compounds have been deduced from the spin crossover curves. At 10 K, the light-induced excited spin state trapping (LIESST) effect has been observed within the cavity of the SQUID magnetometer. The critical temperatures Tc(LIESST) have been determined for [Fe(PM-AzA)2(NCS)2] and [Fe(PM-F1A)2(NCX)2], and the role of cooperativity has been analyzed. A linear correlation has been found between the Tc(LIESST) and C values. The kinetics of HS-->LS relaxation have been investigated; a thermally activated mechanism at elevated temperatures and a nearly temperature independent relaxation behavior at low temperatures have been found. Finally, the magnetic behavior recorded under light irradiation in the warming and cooling modes has revealed the occurrence of the light-induced thermal hysteresis (LITH) effect.  相似文献

Self-aggregation of mixed binary nonionic and ionic surfactants comprising N-methyl-N-decanoyl glucamide (MEGA 10) and alkyltrimethylammonium bromides (C(12)-, C(14)-, and C(16)TAB) has been investigated in detail by different physical methods. The counter-ion binding, aggregation number, and polarity of the mixed micelles have been determined. The results have been analyzed in the light of the theories of Rubingh and Maeda. The thermodynamic parameters of the micellization process have been evaluated and discussed. The interfacial adsorptions of the mixed amphiphiles including their surface excesses and head-group areas have also been evaluated. Based on the head-group areas, the overall shapes of the mixed micelles have been predicted from the estimation of the amphiphile packing parameters.  相似文献

For (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)-tetraethoxysilane and (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer)-polydimethylsiloxane systems, the solubility of components has been studied in a wide range of temperatures and compositions. Phase diagrams have been constructed, pair interaction parameters have been calculated, and diffusion coefficients and activation energies of diffusion have been estimated. The temperature and concentration ranges of a change in solubility related to chemical interactions between the components have been revealed, and the structure of the modified copolymers has been studied. On the basis of the kinetic data on the movement of isoconcentration planes in diffusion zones of component mixing, time intervals corresponding to the onset of the chemical reaction between the components have been determined and the apparent activation energies of the process have been computed. Complex-shaped binodal and boundary curves have been interpreted within the framework of the classical Flory-Huggins theory.  相似文献

The use of complexons: nitrilotriacetic (NTA) and diethylenetriaminepentaacetic (DTPA) acids have been studied in extraction systems with main classes of neutral organo phosphorus extractants: phosphates (tributyl phosphate-TBP), phosphonate (diisooctylmethyl phosphonate-DiOMP) and phosphine oxides (triisoamylphosphineoxide-TiAPO) to separate lanthanides of the Ce subgroup. Optimal conditions to use complexon have been determined (extractant and salting agent concentrations). The effect of the type of extractant on the lanthanide distribution coefficients' dependence on pH of equilibrium water solution have been studied in the presence of NTA and DTPA. Unextractable cation displacers have been used to regulate distribution coefficients. The values of lanthanide separation coefficients of Ce group have been determined in extraction systems with neutral phosphorus-containing extraction agents — complexon — salting agent compared with Nd macroconcentrations and for lanthanide microconcentrations in the presence of cation displacer. These systems have been shown to be suitable for lanthanide separation of the cerium group.  相似文献

An analytical method for the determination of specific migration levels of phenolic antioxidants from low-density polyethylene (LDPE) into food simulant has been developed. The screening and response surface experimental designs to optimize the liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) of these antioxidants have been tested and the analyses have been carried out by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) coupled with ultraviolet diode-array detector. The procedure developed has been applied to specific migration tests in different commercial LDPE films. The considered antioxidants have not been found upper the legislation limits although Ethanox 330 and Irgafos 168 have been found at trace level.  相似文献

The properties, apparatus and applications of overpressured thin-layer chromatography (OPTLC) have been reviewed. In the Introduction planar chromatography has been briefly characterized, with particular attention to TLC. The general properties of OPTLC and methods of development of chromatograms in this technique have been then given. The construction of chambers and equipment for OPTLC has been described, paying attention to two-dimensional columns. The properties of chambers for OPTLC have been characterized considering the flow of eluent, sorbent-eluent interactions and the efficiency of various systems. OPTLC, TLC and HPTLC have been compared and also a comparison between OPTLC with a constant (linear) eluent flow-rate and with a decreasing eluent flow-rate has been made. Analytical applications of OPTLC have been described and examples of separations of mixtures have been given.  相似文献
