The title compound (C26H20ClN3O3) has been synthesized by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction from isatin, sarcosine and (Z)-4-(4-chlorobenzylidene)-2-phenyloxazol-5(4H)-one through a one-pot procedure, and its structure was confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 9.3903(19), b = 11.398(2), c = 12.603(3) , α = 83.495(3), β = 68.988(3), γ = 67.178(3)°, V = 1160.1(4) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 457.90, Dc = 1.311 g/cm3, μ = 0.198 mm-1, F(000) = 476, the final R = 0.0489 and wR = 0.1144 for 3109 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

Summary Binuclear metal complexes of the type [M(HMTE)-(H2O)2]2, where HMTE=1-(-hydroxynaphthyl)-2-(3-methyl-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazolc)2-aza-ethane and M-CuII, CoII, NiII and MnII have been prepared and characterized. An octahedral geometry around the metals is proposed. The complexes have been screened as possible fungicides.  相似文献

A facile procedure for the synthesis of 3-(2′-amino-3′-cyano-4′-arylpyrid-6′-yl)coumarins are being reported starting from 3- acetylcoumarin,aromatic aldehydes and malononitrile.The reactions were carded out on microwave irradiation in good yield with short time and easy work-up.The structures of all the compounds have been confirmed on the basis of their analytical,IR,~1H NMR, and mass spectral data.  相似文献

(4′R)- and (4′S)-Spiro(oxirane-2,4′-5α-cholestan-3′β-ol) (1) and (2) were made from (4′R)- and (4′S)-spiro(oxirane-2,4′-5α-cholestan-3-one) (8) and (9). Alkaline hydrogen peroxide oxidation of 4-methylene-5α-cholestan-3-one (7) gave compounds (8) and (9) as a readily separable (1:1) mixture. Reduction of (9) to (2) provided access to a compound which could not be made by other methods.  相似文献

The title compound 3, an intermediate in the synthesis of fluorocarbapenems, is obtained with high stereocontrol by the condensation of (R)-(+)-ethyl 4,4,4-trifluoro-3-hydroxybutanoate with N-trimethylsilyl cinnamylidenimine. Two new solvated benzohydrazone derivatives N′-(4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide-methanol-water (2/1/1) 2(C15H13N3O4)·CH3OH·H2O (1) and N′-(4-dimethylamino-benzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide methanol monosolvate C17H19N3O·CH3OH (2) are prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 17.084(2) Å, b = 12.706(1) Å, c = 15.412(1) Å, β = 113.207(1)°, V = 3074.1(4) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0567, and wR 2 = 0.1209. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions a = 15.058(1) Å, b = 6.658(1) Å, c = 17.211(2) Å, β = 94.189(2)°, V = 1720.8(3) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0611, and wR 2 = 0.1594. X-ray diffraction indicates that the asymmetric unit of 1 contains two independent benzohydrazone molecules, one methanol and one water molecules. The asymmetric unit of 2 contains one benzohydrazone molecule and one methanol molecule. Benzohydrazone molecules of the compounds display trans configurations with respect to the C=N double bonds. The crystal structures of the compounds are stabilized by hydrogen bonds and weak π...π interactions.  相似文献

Construction of new effective photovoltaic devices based on organic dyes has important implications for modern and future technologies. In this article, we studied the equilibrium, the rate, and the spectral manifestation of the reaction of [(2,3,7,8,12,18-hexamethyl,13,17-diethyl,5-(2-pyridyl)porphyrinato)cobalt(II)]–[2′-(pyridin-4-yl)-5′-(pyridin-2-yl)-1′-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)-2′,4′-dihydro-1′H-pyrrolo[3′,4′ : 1,2](C60-Ih)[5,6]fullerene] triad formation as well as its spectral properties and photo electrochemical behavior. The cobalt porphyrin–pyridyl-substituted fullerene mixtures in toluene are self-assembling systems due to axial donor–acceptor binding between Co of the porphyrin complex and N-pyridyl of the substituted fullerene. The formation rate constant, k298K, and the stability constant, K298K, of donor–acceptor triad formed by coordination of two substituted fullerene molecules to Co porphyrin are (44.4 ± 0.8) mol L?1 s?1 and (56 ± 16)×107 L2 mol?2, respectively. Modification of the titanium electrode coated with the natural oxide film was carried out using the porphyrin–fullerene triad and its individual components. Photopotential and photocurrent density of the system with modified electrode were studied. The obtained results are of interest for creating porphyrin-based donor–acceptor systems as components in organic photovoltaics.  相似文献

Oxidative cyclocondensation of 4,4′-diamino-3,3′-bi-1,2,5-oxadiazole and isomeric 3(4)-amino-4(3)-(4-amino-1,2,5-oxadiazol-3-yl)-1,2,5-oxadiazole 2-oxides under the action of dibro-moisocyanurate gave 12- and 18-membered macrocyclic systems containing two or three bifurazanyl or furazanylfuroxanyl moieties linked by azo bridges. An unsaturated 2-methoxy-substituted 1-O-alkylglycerol, (Z)-(2′R)-1-O-(2′-methoxynonadec-10′-enyl)-sn-glycerol, a new analog of bioactive ether lipids, was synthesized from oleic acid and 2,3-isopropylidene-sn-glycerol. The two key steps of this synthesis were the conversion of oleyl aldehyde to a monounsaturated epoxide using Matteson’s method followed by hydrolytic kinetic resolution and a nucleophilic epoxide opening by 2,3-isopropylidene-sn-glycerol in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide in anhydrous DMF, which appeared to be a good reagent for this purpose. Furthermore, the diol by-product of the HKR process was also easily converted back to the starting epoxide thus almost doubling the amount of target molecule.  相似文献

许多天然产物(如黄酮、香豆素、苯丙素)分子结构中含有2-[-1′-(4′-甲基-3′-戊烯基)]-2-甲基苯并呋喃(1a)和1b的结构单元,如,具有抗肿瘤生物活性的Sanggenol L 4和Kuwanol 5[1].因此寻找1a和1b便利有效的合成方法具有重要的合成价值.我们采用2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮(2a)[或2,4-二羟基苯乙酮(2b)]为原料,与柠檬醛3在有机碱(吡啶、三乙胺、N,N-二乙基苯胺)的作用下,一步反应以较好的收率40%~70%分别获得1a和1b结构单元.  相似文献

Complexes of iron(III) with ethylene glycol and 3(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-5-(4′-substituted phenyl) pyrazolines, [Fe(OCH2CH2O)(C15H12N2OX)] m ? nH2O and [Fe(C15H12N2OX)2(OCH2CH2OH)] (where OCH2CH2O and OCH2CH2OH = ethylene glycol moiety; C15H12N2OX = 3(2′-hydroxyphenyl)-5-(4-X-phenyl)pyrazoline; X = H, CH3, OCH3, or Cl; m = 2–3 and n = 2–3) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N, Cl, and Fe), molecular weight measurement, magnetic moment data, thermogravimetric analysis, molar conductance, spectral (UV-Vis, IR, and FAB mass), scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction studies. Bonding of ethylene glycol and pyrazolines in these complexes and the particle size of iron(III) complexes are discussed. Antibacterial and antifungal potential of free pyrazoline and some iron(III) complexes are also discussed.  相似文献

(3-4-Epoxycyclohexane) methyl-3′-4′-epoxycyclohexyl-carboxylate (EEC) is a typical epoxy resin (EP). In Asia, due to the unstable reactive natures of EP, various thermal hazard and runaway reaction incidents have been occasioned by EP in the manufacturing process, such as fire, explosion, and toxic release, resulting in loss of life as well financial catastrophes and social outcries. Certain catalysis substances, H2SO4, acetic acid, or NaOH, may accelerate the reaction or curing rate for EP. However, an incompatible reaction with these chemical substances may induce a thermal hazard, causing a runaway excursion during the last stage. We employed thermogravimetry (TG) to obtain thermal stability parameters under non-isothermal conditions to evaluate the runaway reactions for EEC. The experimental data were compared with kinetics-based curve fitting to assess thermally hazardous phenomena by optimizing curve fitting on the kinetic parameters. The aim of this study was to estimate the incompatible hazards for EEC, provide thermal hazard information in order to determine the optimum operation conditions, and diminish the likelihood of fire and explosion accidents incurred by EP.  相似文献

A simple and highly efficient one-pot, three-component synthesis of 3-(2-(4-chlorophenylimino)-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-2,3-dihydrothiazol-4-yl)-2H-chromen-2-ones has been reported by the reaction of 3-(2-bromoacetyl)-2H-chromen-2-one, primary amines, and phenyl isothiocyanates in presence of dimethylformamide as a solvent.
