The title compound, C9H19N3O·C4H7NO2, displays strong intramolecular O—H⃛N [O⃛N 2.6743 (13) Å] and N—H⃛N [N⃛N 2.6791 (15) Å] hydrogen bonds, and strong intermolecular O—H⃛N [O⃛N 2.7949 (15) Å] and N—H⃛O [N⃛O 3.0924 (16) Å] hydrogen bonds. This creates chains of per­hydro­pyrimidine mol­ecules, linked by hydrogen bonds. Each chain is linked to a partner chain, through hydrogen bonds to two butane-2,3-dione monooxime mol­ecules, in a structure reminiscent of a ladder.  相似文献

The title compound, C10H13N5O6, exhibits a highly polarized molecular–electronic structure and the conformation is influenced by two intramolecular N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds. The mol­ecules are linked into a single framework by hydrogen bonds of types O—H⃛O [O—H = 1.22, H⃛O = 1.38, O⃛O = 2.558 (6) Å and O—H⃛O = 160°], N—H⃛O [H⃛O = 2.26, N⃛O = 2.866 (6) Å and N—H⃛O = 126°] and O—H⃛N [O—H = 1.26, H⃛N = 1.56, O⃛N = 2.811 (6) Å and O—H⃛N = 170°]. In the title compound, [Ag(C7H5O2)(C5H6N2)2], the AgI atom is tricoordinated by two independent pyridine N atoms and one benzoate O atom in a nearly planar geometry. An intramolecular N—H⃛O hydrogen bond forms an S(8) graph ring. The packing is built from molecular layers stabilized by two types of N—H⃛O hydrogen bond. In the title compound, C18H17N3O2, a strong intramolecular O—H⃛N hydrogen bond [N⃛O 2.607 (3), O—H 0.97 (3) and H⃛N 1.71 (3) Å, and O—H⃛N 153 (2)°] was observed, which leads to a unique phenol–imine tautomerism in the solid state. The C=N imine bond distance and the C—N—C bond angle [1.287 (2) Å and 121.7 (1)°, respectively] indicate the existence of this phenol–imine tautomer. In solution, the phenol–imine tautomer of the title free Schiff base ligand is dominant in both polar and non-polar solvents, as supported by 1H NMR and UV–visible spectroscopic data.  相似文献

In 3-acetyl-6,7-di­hydro­indolo­[2,3-a]­quinolizin-4(12H)-one monohydrate, C17H14N2O2·H2O, the structure is stabilized by O—H⃛O, N—H⃛O and C—H⃛O hydrogen bonds, with the ordered water mol­ecule playing a crucial role in the self-assembly. The anions are linked by O—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [O⃛O 2.442 (4) and 2.458 (4) Å; O—H⃛O 170 and 171°] into zigzag chains; orientationally disordered cations are linked to the anion chains by means of N—H⃛O hydrogen bonds [major orientation: N⃛O 2.695 (3)–3.071 (4) Å, N—H⃛O 148–179°; minor orientation: N⃛O 2.75 (2)–3.34 (2) Å, N—H⃛O 147–170°] and link the chains into sheets.
