为了探索2-(2-羟基苯亚甲基胺)-4,6-二羟基-嘧啶(M1)分子醇式和酮式结构互变异构化的反应机理,利用密度泛函理论(DFT)方法,在B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p)基组水平上,对M1化合物异构化反应的势能面进行了研究,在探讨各种可能的反应途径中,发现单体至少有8种异构体和10种过渡态.结果表明:2-(2-羟基苯亚甲基胺)-6-羟基-4(3H)嘧啶酮(M6)不论是单体、与水形成的配合物,还是二聚体,比其相对应的异构体能量低,表明在通常情况下是以M6形式稳定存在的;在考察的可能反应途径中,直接进行的分子内质子转移过程需要的活化自由能为143.8 kJ· mol-1,水助催化时,反应的活化自由能为38.9 kJ· mol-1,二聚体双质子转移的活化自由能为0.6 kJ·mol-1,二聚体双质子转移所需活化自由能最低,在室温下就可以进行,由此可见氢键在降低反应活化能方面起着重要的作用. 相似文献

采用ab initio HF理论的组态相关CIS方法和连续溶剂模型PCM, 分别在6-311+G*和6-31G水平上研究了6-甲基-4-羟基嘧啶单体及二聚体激发态质子转移的异构化反应; 对其反应势能面的研究发现, 单体基态和激发态的异构化反应一起可以形成四能级的分子电子体系, 而二聚体的却不能, 由此解释了单体和二聚体的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱均对应于酮式构型的原因. 利用混合含时密度泛函TD/MPW1PW91理论方法在溶剂存在下计算了标题物质的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱. 相似文献

应用密度泛函理论的B3LYP/6-311+G(d)方法研究了6-甲基-4-羟基嘧啶单体及二聚体质子转移的异构化反应.对反应势能面的研究发现,该化含物可能存在9种单体异构体,对其最稳定的单体构型进行分析.各单体间异构化反应的过渡态共有9种,反应的活化能最小为22.06 kJ/mol,最大为356.55 kJ/mol,最可能的反应路径在室温下即可进行. 研究了2种二聚体及其异构化反应的过渡态,发现二聚体均比其对应的单体稳定,而且质子转移所需要的活化能仅为20.13 kJ/mol,比单体低很多. 氢键在这种变化中起了主要作用,由单体和二聚体的总能量计算了氢键的键能. 相似文献

经对N?(4,6-二甲基嘧啶-2-基)苯甲酰硫脲进行初步生物活性测定结果表明,该化合物具有除草活性,现经除草活性复筛测试发现,它主要抑制阔叶杂草的生长,对禾本科作物较安全。为了进一步了解该类化合物除草活性与结构的关系,也为设计新的除草剂分子提供帮助,对标题化合物进行了X射线单晶衍射,它的晶体结构数据为分子简式C14H14N4OS,分子量为286.35,三斜晶系,空间点群为P,a=8.216(1),b=9.503(1),C=9.942(11)?a=74.995(2),b=76.774(2),g=70.305,V=697.2(2)3,Z=2,DC=1.364g/cm3,F(000)=300,m(MoKa)=0.233mm-1,R=0.0457,wR=0.0965。 相似文献

Complex formation of 4,6-dimethyl-2-(1H)-pyrimidinone (thione) with dysprosium(III) tris(acetylacetonate), Dy(acac)3, in 80% (v/v) aqueous methanol was investigated by pH-metric titration and paramagnetic birefringence. Due to its higher basicity and lower acidity, 4,6-dimethyl-2-(1H)-pyrimidinone is coordinated by Dy(acac)3 without deprotonation, whereas its thio analog is coordinated in the deprotonated form. Due to the higher acidity of 4,6-dimethyl-2-(1H)-pyrimidinethione, the complex of its anion with Dy(acac)3 is much more stable than that derived from the oxo analog, as inferred from the comparison of the stability constants.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The clean, environmentally benign and effective synthesis of novel azo-linked 4-arylpyrimidin-2(1H)-one derivatives and 4,6-bisarylpyrimidin-2(1H)-ones via three-component reaction of various aldehydes or synthetized azo-linked aldehydes, urea, and acetophenone promoted by NiFe2O4@SiO2nPr@glucose amine at room temperature (25 °C) was reported. NiFe2O4@SiO2nPr@glucose amine were synthesized and characterized by transmission electron microscope (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). These compounds were obtained in high yields and short reaction times. The catalyst could be easily recovered and reused for six cycles with almost consistent activity. The structures of the synthesized 4,6-bisarylpyrimidin-2(1H)-one compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and FTIR spectral data and elemental analyses. 相似文献

3, 3-Dimethyl-1-(1,2,4-triazol)-2-butanone was treated with aqueous formaldehyde to give an additional product, and subsequent elimination by acetic anhydride yielded 4,4-dimethyl-2-(1,2,4-triazol)-1-penten-3-one. Further addition with substituted amines provideda series of (1,2,4-triazol)-4,4-dimethyl-3-pentanone, which were then reduced by KBH4 to obtaina series of (1,2,4-triazol)-4,4-dimethyl-3-pentanol. Their structures were confirmed by ^1HNMR and elemental analysis. The results of bioassay showed that the title products possess good fungicidal activities. 相似文献
