Previously unknown N-(2-nitroxyethyl)isonicotinamide was synthesized by the reaction of isonicotinoyl chloride with 2-nitroxyethylamine and was used as a ligand in the reactions with PdCl2 and PtCl2 to prepare new complexes, viz., trans-bis[(2-nitroxyethyl)isonicotinamide-N]dichloropalladium(ii) and cis-bis[(2-nitroxyethyl)isonicotinamide-N]dichloroplatinum(ii), respectively. The structures of the ligand and the resulting complexes were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

4-Alkyl-2-imino-1,3-dithiolanes and 4-alkyl-2-iminium-1,3-dithiolanes were prepared in excellent yields with complete regiospecificity under mild conditions by the iodocyclization of S-allyl dithiocarbamates. Dehydrohalogenation of the 4-alkyl-2-imino-1,3-dithiolanes gave 4-alkylidene-2-imino-1,3-dithiolanes in excellent yields.  相似文献

The aminonitriles3a–f react with guanidine inDMF to yield the 5,5-resp. 5-subtituted imidazolidine-2,4-diimines2a–d resp.2f, whereas2e could not be isolated. 7,14-diazadispiro[5.1.5.2]-pentadecan-15-on (7)1, 4-imino-1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-2-one (8a)1 and the 2,4-diaminotriazine (9)1 were isolated as byproducts.1-Aminocyclohexancarbonitrile (3a) reacts with urea to the 4-imino-1,3-diazaspiro[4.5]decan-2-one (8a)1;8a can be prepared from (1-cyancyclohexyl)urea (11a) as well. The structures of the new compounds are proved by NMR-, IR- and mass spectra and the mechanism of the reaction is discussed.

The structures of the reaction products of silver nitrate with monoheterotopic tridentate ligands derived from N-alkyl-3,5-bis(3-pyridylmethylene)piperidin-4-one were studied. The aliphatic nitrogen atoms are involved in the coordination, all three nitrogen atoms of the ligands being coordinated to three different silver atoms. In turn, each silver atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of the pyridine ring and one nitrogen atom of the piperidine ring of different ligands. The crystal structures of the complexes are different. Infinite ladder-like chains consisting of 16-membered metallamacrocycles as monomeric building blocks are present in the structure of the N-methyl derivative, whereas two-dimensional 4.82 nets consisting of 16-and 40-membered metallamacrocycles are observed in the crystal structure of the N-benzyl analog. The transamination of 2-amino-4-imino-2-perfluoropentene with ethylenediamine gives the corresponding 6-fluoro-5,7-bis(trifluoromethyl)-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,4-diazepine. The transamination of 2-amino-4-imino-2-perfluoropentene by diethylenetriamine is accompanied by intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of the α-fluorine atom to form 1,9-bis(trifluoromethyl)-3,4,6,7-tetrahydro-2H-pyrazino[1,2-a]pyrazine whose structure was established by an X-ray structural investigation. The reaction of 2,3-dimercaptoquinoxaline with 3-phenyl-2-propynonitrile (~10 mass % KOH, 20-25°C, 5 h, dioxane) gave the S,S-diadduct (as with unsubstituted acetylene). 2,3-Dimercaptoquinoxaline reacted with 4-alkyl-4-hydroxy-2-alkynonitriles to give 2-cyanomethyl-2-(1-hydroxy-1-alkyl)-1,3-dioxolano[4,5-b]quinoxalines or 3-cyanomethylene-8-imino-2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1,7-dioxa-4-thiaspiro[4.4]nonane.  相似文献

New fullerenopyrrolidines were synthesized by the three-component reactions of fullerene C60, N-methylglycine, and aromatic aldehydes, viz., N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)-4-aminobenzaldehyde, N-(2-chloroethyl)-N-methyl-4-aminobenzaldehyde, indole-3-carbaldehyde, 4-phenylbenzaldehyde, and anthracene-9-carbaldehyde. 以2-氨基苯并噻唑类化合物为原料, 通过碱性条件下水解, 与苯甲酸类化合物在PPA(聚磷酸)条件下脱水环化, 部分化合物通过BBr3去甲基化反应, 合成了一系列潜在的针对β-淀粉样蛋白的正电子放射性探针分子前体或作为参比的6-取代苯并噻唑苯胺类化合物, 并用1H NMR, IR, EI/ESI-MS, HRMS, 元素分析等对其进行了表征. 同时测定比较了6种化合物与早老性痴呆(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)死者脑匀浆的亲和力强弱.  相似文献

4-Dicyanomethylene-2-phenyl-4H-1-benzopyran (1) reacts with primary amines under mild conditions to give 4-imino-3-alkyl-5-alkylimino-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]-pyridine derivatives which, in turn, are hydrolyzed with acid to 4-imino-3-alkyl-2-phenyl-3,4-dihydro-5H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c]pyridin-5-ones. When more vigorous conditions are employed for the reactions of 1 with primary amines, Dimroth rearrangements take place and the products are derivatives of 4-alkyl- (or aryl)amino-5-alkyl- (or aryl)imino-2-phenyl-5H-[1]benzopyrano-[3,4-c]pyridine. The latter compounds are hydrolyzed by acid to the corresponding 5-pyridone derivatives. The reaction of 1 with piperidine gives 2-phenyl-4-piperidyl-5H-[1]benzopyrano-[3,4-c]pyridin-5-one. Sodium methoxide reacts with 1 to give 3-cyano-2-methoxy-4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-6-phenylpyridine. Two benzologs of 1 have been allowed to react with primary and secondary amines and the products are analogous to those obtained from 1 .  相似文献

Treatment of N-methylmorpholinium 4-R-6-amino-3,5-dicyano-1,4-dihydropyridine-2-thiolates (R = 2-ClC6H4 and 2-MeOC6H4) with primary amines in the presence of an excess of formaldehyde gave 13-R-8-thioxo-3,5,7,11-tetraazatricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2-ene-1,9-dicarbonitrile derivatives in high yields (66–95%). In a similar way, aminomethylation of 3-R-10-amino-7,11-dicyano-9-aza-3-azoniaspiro[5.5]undeca-7,10-diene-8-thiolates (R = Me and Et) afforded 1′-alkyl-8-thioxospiro[3,5,7,11-tetraazatricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2-ene-13,4′-piperidine]-1,9-dicarbonitriles in 43–91% yields. Alternatively, these compounds were obtained by multicomponent cyclocondensation of N-alkylpiperidin-4-ones, cyanothioacetamide, primary amines, and aqueous formaldehyde. The starting 3-R-10-amino-7,11-dicyano-9-aza-3-azoniaspiro[5.5]undeca-7,10-diene-8-thiolates were prepared by a new method from N-alkylpiperidin-4-ones and cyanothioacetamide. The structure of 5,11-bis(4-ethoxyphenyl)-13-(2-methoxyphenyl)-8-thioxo-3,5,7,11-tetraazatricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridec-2-ene-1,9-dicarbonitrile was examined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Two seven-membered ring compounds and three five-membered ring compounds were obtained by reaction in hot xylene of 3,3-dimercapto-l-phenyl-2-propen-1-one (1) with N-alkyl-o-phenylenediamines (2) . Compounds isolated were the 4-phenyl-5-alkyl-1,5-dihydro-2H-1,5-benzodiazepine-2-thiones (3) the 1-alkyl-4-phenyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-1,5-benzodiazepine-2-thiones (4) , the 1-alkyl-2-phenacylbenzimidazoles (5) , the 1-alkyl-2-phenylbenzimidazoles (6) and the 1-alkyl-2-methylbenzimidazoles (7) . The structures of these compounds were elucidated from their chemical reactivity and their nmr and ir spectra.  相似文献

Summary N-Acylanthranilamides react with dibromotriphenylphosphorane in the presence of triethylamine as HBr captor to give 4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazines in good yields. If the reaction is carried out without acid acceptor, N-acetylanthranilamides yield 2-methyl-4-quinazolones, whereas N-benzoylanthranilamides give 2-phenyl-4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazines. It has also been found that 2-methyl-4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazines rearrange under the influence of HCl or HBr into the respective 2-methyl-4-quinazolones; 2-phenyl-4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazines, however, do not undergo such a rearrangement.
Synthese und Umlagerung von 4-Imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazinen
Zusammenfassung Die Umsetzung von N-Acyl-anthranilsäure-amiden mit Triphenyldibromphosphoran in Gegenwart von Triethylamin als HBr-Akzeptor führt mit guten Ausbeuten zu 4-Imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazinen. Wird die Reaktion ohne säurebindendes Mittel durchgeführt, dann entstehen aus N-Acetyl-anthranilsäure-amiden 2-Methylchinazolone-4, jedoch erhält man aus N-Benzoylanthranilsäure-amiden 2-Phenyl-4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazine. 2-Methyl-4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazine erleiden unter dem Einfluß von HBr oder HCl eine Umlagerung in entsprechende 2-Methylchinazolone-4, während 2-Phenyl-4-imino-4H-3,1-benzoxazine zu einer solchen Umlagerung nicht befähigt sind.

Electrochemical oxidation of 2H-imidazole N-oxides was studied using cyclic voltammetry and ESR spectroscopy. The formation of the 2,2-dimethyl-4,5-diphenyl-2H-imidazole 1,3-dioxide radical cation was noticed for the first time. The possibility of reaction between the 2H-imidazole N,N-dioxide radical cation and methanol including the detachment of a hydrogen atom from the MeOH methyl group was demonstrated.  相似文献

Condensation of diazotizedo-nitroaniline with 3-ethylphenol or with 2-ethylphenol followed by reduction of the resulting azo compound with zinc dust in sodium hydroxide solution gave 2-(2-ethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazole and 2(3-ethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazole, respectively. The individual compounds were acetylated, brominated withN-bromosuccinimide to the corresponding 1-bromoethyl compounds which were then dehydrobrominated with triethyl amine in acetonitrile and hydrolyzed to 2(2-vinyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazole or 2(3-vinyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)2H-benzotriazole. The two monomers could be polymerized and copolymerized with styrene and methyl methacrylate. The ethyl as well as the vinyl compounds and the corresponding polymers, when tested, are ineffective as ultraviolet absorbers as they have structures of 4-hydroxyphenyl rather than 2-hydroxyphenyl compounds with respect to the benzotriazole ring.
