水下爆炸气泡射流载荷是中近场水下爆炸壁压载荷的重要组成部分, 将水下爆炸气泡射流简化为一段高速水柱来研究水下爆炸气泡射流载荷特性是研究水下爆炸气泡射流载荷的主要手段。本文基于腔内爆炸提出了一种新的高速水射流实验方法,并给出了实验装置设计、实验方法以及实验系统。基于实验系统,开展了不同工况下高速水射流的实验研究,研究了腔口位置、腔深对水射流形态的影响,并对水射流的形态形成因素进行了分析。使用压电型壁压传感器测得了水射流冲击壁压,给出了水射流冲击壁压的特性及其特点。实验结果表明:腔口位置与腔深是影响水射流端面形态的重要因素;生成的高速水射流冲击壁压峰值满足水锤理论。基于腔内爆炸的高速水射流实验方法能够应用于包括水下爆炸气泡射流在内的高速水射流形态、壁压特性的研究。

以质量守恒与动量守恒定律为基础, 建立了高压水射流冲击煤体的力学模型。运用此模型分析了高压水射流在冲击煤体的过程中, 未破水体、破碎水体、煤体的破碎区与扩孔区的力学特征, 利用严格的力学守恒关系得出高压水射流冲击煤体的简化常微分方程组。将理论计算结果与现场实验和数值模拟结果进行对比, 结果表明:理论计算结果与数值模拟结果和实验结果基本一致。此模型具有明确的力学意义, 且能够反映真实的冲击过程。  相似文献

为开展模型高速斜入水和水中高速航行的水流场实验研究,研制了立式和卧式气炮与水箱组合的实验系统。通过快速阀和活塞阀控制气炮激发和驱动状态,一级气炮采用高压空气直接驱动弹托和模型,二级气炮采用高压空气驱动重活塞压缩使集气腔中产生高压气体,再驱动弹托和模型达到预定速度。通过调节水箱和发射管角度,使高速模型斜入水或水平入水。其中,立式可变发射角二级气炮可发射质量1~1000 g的模型至2500 m/s最大速度,卧式一级气炮可发射质量1~100 kg的模型至300 m/s最大速度。和小气室、高燃气压力火药驱动方式相比,新型气炮采用大体积、中低驱动压力气室,高压气体更接近等熵膨胀做功,调节高压气体压力,能较好地满足模型质量和速度的宽范围要求。结合光反射通断法测速、高速摄影和阴影流场显示等测量技术,得到立式气炮压缩管重活塞运动速度、压缩管末端压力时间曲线和模型倾斜与水平入水的流场阴影图像。结果表明:重活塞速度在膜片破裂前和理论计算值符合较好,但破膜后差异较大。立式气炮流场阴影图像反映了模型斜入水产生的空中和水中激波以及在气水界面的反射激波、空泡形成和侧向气水界面的破碎与飞溅等现象。从卧式气炮的模型水平入水阴影图像提取气泡轮廓,清楚地看出尾部气泡气水界面的波动和失稳。和商业计算软件Fluent计算结果相比,空泡上游区域基本重合,但尾流区域强湍流导致两者存在明显差异。和水洞实验相比,气炮水箱实验系统近真实地再现高速入水过程伴随的冲击和动态空化等物理现象和模型尺度效应。  相似文献

The formation of wave structures on an unstable (in the Rayleigh-Taylor criterion) boundary of a plane cavity is studied using high-speed video filming. It is shown that at the head of the cavity a quasiperiodic wave regime develops, with a mean wavelength similar to that obtained from a linear stability analysis for the cavity boundary. Observations of the initial-regime breakdown show that its scenarios are similar to the development of subharmonic instability in the one-mode regime. The waves are classified with respect to the wave development rate. It is shown that the large-wave amplitude growth law is on average closely approximated by a quadratic parabola, with the total gas entrainment from the cavity being proportional to the square of the cavity length. The existence of a scaling effect is detected, which in the case considered reduces mainly to a dependence of the gas entrainment coefficient on the Weber number. It is shown that with decrease in the Weber number the gas entrainment coefficient may significantly increase.  相似文献

文中研制了一套以激光作片光源的流场显示装置,并对单股和双股射流水垫塘流场进行了可视化研究.流场显示表明:双股射流的水垫塘流动结构可划分为六个区域,比通常的单股射流塘内水流结构增加了股间混掺区和“动水垫”影响区两个流区.分析讨论指出,双股射流入塘后水舌扩散加快和产生动水垫效应是其流态优于单股射流的两个显著特征.本文成果将为以降低塘底动水压强和充分发挥水垫塘消能效率为目标的水垫塘优化设计与计算提供指导和依据  相似文献

An experimental investigation was performed to find a new method for diagnosing three-dimensional flows in which obstacle bodies or cavities are included by means of a pressure wave. In rectangular closed tanks 200 × 337 × 250 mm (acrylic resin) and 300 × 450 × 400 mm (brass) filled with water, an impulsive pressure wave was generated by an instantaneous small spark discharge. The pressure waveforms were measured at a point on the wall with a high-frequency pressure transducer, and the data were recorded with an A/D converter. The measured wave fluctuations differed depending on wall conditions of the tank and on whether there was a submerged body in the water. The size of the submerged body also affected the pressure fluctuation. When acrylic resin and brass were used as wall materials, both the phase and amplitude of the reflecting wave differed. When a stainless steel sphere of diameters of 50.8, 30.2, or 19.1 mm was submerged in the tank, two kinds of pressure waves were observed, one passing through the sphere and the other diffracted around it. These results suggest the possibility of identifying bodies of simple shape by interpreting the precisely measured output pressure wave signals.  相似文献

An experimental investigation was carried out on the heat transfer due to a submerged slot jet of water impinging on a circular cylinder in crossflow. The cylinder diameter and the slot width are of the same order of magnitude, specifically Ds = 2.0 and 3.0 mm and Dc = 2.5 and 3.0 mm. The experimental apparatus allowed variation of the slot width, the cylinder diameter, and the distance from nozxle exit to heater. Conditions of impingement from the bottom (ascending flow) were taken into consideration as well as impingement from above (descending flow). The Nusselt number was determined as a function of Reynolds and Prandtl numbers in the range 1.5 × 103 < Re < 2.0 × 104, 2.7 < Pr < 7.0, and 1.5 ≤ z/Ds ≤ 10. The experimental data were correlated with a simple equation that fits 90% of the data with a precision of 20%.  相似文献

Two- and three-dimensional spatial direct numerical simulations of a compressible plane jet exhausting into a parallel stream are described. These simulations reveal the inadequacy of a two-dimensional model in capturing the totality of the flow physics. In two dimensions, instabilities evolve into highly organized large-scale mixing events; two-dimensional time-averaged turbulence quantities also suffer from artificial vortex organization. Mean normal velocity profiles show a significant reduction in entrainment with increased compressibility, while the effect is much less pronounced in three dimensions. While streamwise and spanwise turbulence intensities exhibit no change with increased compressibility, normal intensity and shear stress are significantly reduced.  相似文献

利用溢流恒压装置产生具有稳定出流速度的层流圆管潜射流,结合染色液流态显示方法,在多种射流时间和雷诺数组合下,实验研究了该射流动量在密度均匀黏性流体中的演化机理及其表现特征,定量分析了蘑菇型涡结构的无量纲射流长度L*、螺旋型涡环半径R*及其包络外形长度d*等几何特征参数随无量纲时间t*的变化规律。系列实验结果表明,蘑菇型涡结构的形成与演化过程可分为3个不同的阶段,分别为启动阶段、发展阶段和衰退阶段。在启动阶段,L*和d*随t*线性变化,而R*则近似为一个常数。在发展阶段,蘑菇型涡结构的演化具有自相似性,在各种射流时间和雷诺数组合下,L*,R*和d*与t*1/2均为同一正比关系,而且实验结果与基于斯托克斯(Stokes)近似的理论解结果一致。在衰退阶段,蘑菇型涡结构会发生两类形式的演化,第1类衰退出现在射流结束之后,其间L*和R*与t*1/5相关,而d*近似为一个常数;第2类衰退出现在射流结束之前,当射流动量达到某个临界值后,蘑菇型涡结构就会发生破碎等现象。  相似文献

A thin circular liquid sheet can be formed by impinging two identical round jets against each other. The liquid sheet expands to a certain critical radial distance and breaks. The unsteady process of the formation and breakup of the liquid sheet in the ambient gas is simulated numerically. Both liquid and gas are treated as incompressible Newtonian fluids. The flow considered is axisymmetric. The liquid-gas interface is modeled with a level set function. A finite difference scheme is used to solve the governing Navier-Stokes equations with physical boundary conditions. The numerical results show how a thin circular sheet can be formed and break at its circular edge in slow motion. The sheet continues to thin as it expands radially. Hence, the Weber number decreases radially. The Weber number is defined as ρu 2 h/σ, where ρ and σ are, respectively, the liquid density and the surface tension, and u and h are, respectively, the average velocity and the half sheet thickness at a local radial location in the liquid sheet. The numerical results show that the sheet indeed terminates at a radial location, where the Weber number reaches one as observed in experiments. The spatio-temporal linear theory predicts that the breakup is initiated by the sinuous mode at the critical Weber number We c =1, below which the absolute instability occurs. The other independent mode called the varicose mode grows more slowly than the sinuous mode according to the linear theory. However, our numerical results show that the varicose mode actually overtakes the sinuous mode during the nonlinear evolution, and is responsible for the final breakup. The linear theory predicts the nature of disturbance waves correctly only at the onset of the instability, but cannot predict the exact consequence of the instability.  相似文献

运用全解耦流固耦合理论,建立了水射流冲击岩石介质流固耦合数值分析模型,给出了数值算法,计算分析了考虑和不考虑孔隙流体耦合效应对射流冲击岩石时应力分布的影响规律。结果表明,在射流冲击作用下,如不考虑孔隙流体耦合作用,最大拉应力位于冲击面,离冲击中心径向距离与喷距成正比,最大剪切应力位于岩石冲击中心下部约0.5倍喷嘴直径位置;如考虑孔隙流体耦合作用,最大拉应力位于岩石冲击中心下部约0.4倍喷嘴直径位置。数值分析结果可为水射流破岩机理研究中岩石破坏准则的选择提供依据。  相似文献

为了解弹道枪水下全淹没发射时,水深对膛口流场演化特性的影响,建立了二维轴对称非稳态膛口流场模型。采用流体体积函数多相流模型、标准k-ε湍流模型和Schnerr-Sauer空化模型,结合动网格及用户自定义函数技术,对水下全淹没发射膛口流场演变全过程进行了数值模拟。搭建了弹道枪水下可视化射击实验平台,对12.7 mm口径弹道枪在水中全淹没式发射时膛口流场演化过程进行了观测,并验证了数值模型的合理性。在此基础上,对比了不同水深下(h=1~100 m)膛口流场的演化特性。通过对比发现:在不同水深条件下,在膛口流场影响范围内,弹丸膛外行程随时间的变化均满足指数函数规律;水越深,膛口流场典型波系结构形成所需时间越长,且燃气在膛口轴向马赫盘处的温度和压力峰值越低,压力振荡幅度也越小,更快趋于平稳,但在径向上,水越深,压力振荡持续时间越长。

In the usual forcespinning (FS) process, a meso-scale fluid jet is forced through an orifice of a rotating spinneret, where the ambient fluid is air. This leads to the formation of a jet with a curved centerline. In this study we make use of a phenomenological viscosity model for polymeric fluid to investigate the properties of nonlinear polymeric fiber jets during FS process. We apply multi-scale and perturbation techniques to determine the governing modeling systems for such nonlinear rotating jets and their stabilities. First, we calculate numerically the expressions for the leading order nonlinear steady solutions for the jet quantities such as radius, speed, stretching rate, strain rate and trajectory versus arc length, and we determine, in particular, these quantities for different values of the parameters that represent effects due to rotation, viscosity and relaxation time. Next, we calculate the stability of the nonlinear jet versus different types of perturbations. We find that the nonlinear fiber jet flow can be stable in most cases and uncover conditions for which fiber radius reduces and the jet speed or stretching rate increases.  相似文献

介绍了准直管磨料射流的工作原理和特点,准直管磨料射流在准直管内的流动属于气(汽)、液、固多相混合介质的瞬变流动,分析了磨料在多相流体介质中的受力,推导了多相流体介质在准直管内有阻运动时的磨料运动方程式,提出了各种损失的经验计算方法,研究表明,气(汽)、液流体介质和磨料介质在准直管中的速度和密度是逐渐变化的,在0.4~3m管长范围内磨料速度基本保持不变,短管时采用细磨粒,长管时长采用粗磨粒。  相似文献

Results of a numerical study of three-dimensional supersonic jets propagating in a cocurrent flow are described. Averaged parabolized Navier-Stokes equations are solved numerically on the basis of a developed scheme, which allows calculations in supersonic and subsonic flow regions to be performed in a single manner. A jet flow with a cocurrent flow Mach number 0.05 ⩽ M ⩽ 7.00 is studied, and its effect on the structure of the mixing layer is demonstrated. Experimental results are presented for characteristics of impingement heat transfer caused by three slot jets. Experimental values were obtained for the dimensionless distance H = 0.5−3, dimensionless pitch P = 6−16, and Reynolds number Re = 500−8000. For laminar impinging flow, they were compared with numerical results. For turbulent impinging flow, two peaks of the local Nusselt number were obtained behind the second nozzle. The position of the second peak approached the nozzle as the space between nozzle and impinged surface decreased. The average Nusselt number between the central and second nozzles was determined from the ratio P/H and the Reynolds number based on the pitch of the nozzles.  相似文献

高速列车致声屏障在极短的时间内受到交变气动力作用,一旦声屏障因强度或疲劳破坏而失效,有可能危及行车安全,因此准确评估高速列车致声屏障的脉动风压分布是结构设计需考虑的关键要素.利用数值风洞技术,模拟了道路及桥梁两侧分别布置5m、3.5m高声屏障,350km/h的列车通过时致声屏障的极值风压分布特性.研究结果表明列车驶过声屏障会产生气流挤压的正压波及气流填充的负压波,正压数值较负压数值大;极值风压随声屏障高度的增加而减小,且列车中心与声屏障的距离、声屏障的高度都会明显减弱极值风压的数值;两列车的交会相比单列车的通过,会更明显地挤压声屏障区域内的气流,从而在声屏障上产生更大的极值风压,且随着列车与声屏障距离的靠近,挤压增大极值风压的特性表现更为明显.最终通过选取京沪高铁试验段,进行相关的现场高速列车致声屏障极值风压试验测试,试验结果验证了数值模拟结果的准确性.  相似文献

The present paper describes experimental investigation on the flow pattern and hydrodynamic effect of underwater gas jets from supersonic and sonic nozzles operated in correct- and imperfect expansion conditions. The flow visualizations show that jetting is the flow regime for the submerged gas injection at a high speed in the parameter range under consideration. The obtained results indicate that high-speed gas jets in still water induce large pressure pulsations upstream of the nozzle exit and the presence of shock-cell structure in the over- and under-expanded jets leads to an increase in the intensity of the jet-induced hydrodynamic pressure.  相似文献
