Irradiation of inclusion complexes of pyridones and optically active host compounds, (R,R)-(-)-1,6-di(o-chlorophenyl)-1,6-diphenylhexa-2,4-diyne-1,6-diol and (R,R)-(-)-trans-4,5-bis(hydroxydiphenylmethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-dioxacyclopentane, in the solid state gave optically active β-lactam derivatives.  相似文献

Compounds consisting of two or three uracil fragments were synthesized by reaction of methyl-substituted uracil sodium salts with 1-(6-bromohexyl)-3,6-dimethyluracil or 1,6-dibromohexane. Treatment of these compounds with paraformaldehyde gave the corresponding pyrimidinophanes and acyclic compounds in which the uracil fragments are linked through methylene bridges. Uracil derivatives having no substituent on N3 were synthesized by reactions of silylated uracils with 1,3-bis(6-bromohexyl)uracil or 4,4′-(6-bromohexyloxy)diphenylmethane. The acyclic compound was converted into pyrimidinophane containing uracil fragments with N3H groups. A trinucleotide analog including uracil and two adenine fragments was synthesized from 1,3-bis(6-bromohexyl)uracil.  相似文献

The synthesis of a new class of chiral C(2)-symmetric tridentate N-donor ligands, a series of 2,5-bis(2-oxazolinylmethyl)pyrroles, was achieved in four steps starting from the known 2,5-bis(trimethylammoniomethyl)pyrrole diiodide (1). Reaction of 1 with NaCN in dimethyl sulfoxide gave 2,5-bis(cyanomethyl)pyrrole (2) cleanly, which was then cyclized with amino alcohols to give the 2,5-bis(2-oxazolinylmethyl)pyrroles 3 a-c (3 a: bis[2-(4,4'-dimethyl-5-hydrooxazolyl)methyl]pyrrole; 3 b: (S,S)-bis[2-(4-isopropyl-4,5-dihydrooxazolyl)methyl]pyrrole; 3 c: (S,S)-bis[2-(4-tertiobutyl-4,5-dihydrooxazolyl)methyl]pyrrole). Metallation of 3 a-c with one molar equivalent of tBuLi and their subsequent reaction with a stoichiometric amount of [PdCl(2)(cod)] (cod=cyclooctadiene) gave the palladium(II) complexes 4 a-c. Whereas the arrangement of the N-donor atoms in the crystallographically characterized complex 4 a is almost ideally square planar, all three heterocycles in the ligand are twisted out of the coordination plane, leading to a chiral conformation of the complex. Attempts to freeze out these two conformers in solution at 200 K (NMR) failed, and this suggests that the activation barrier for conformational racemization is significantly below 10 kcal mol(-1). The palladium-induced shift of two double bonds as well as the porphyrinogen/porphyrin-type oxidation of the complexes 4 a-c led to the planarization of the 2,5-bis(oxazolinylmethyl)pyrrolide ligands in the palladium(II) complexes 5 a-c, 6 b, and 6 c, and to the formation of rigid chiral C(2)-symmetric systems as shown by X-ray diffraction studies. The formation of the conjugated system of double bonds in this transformation is accompanied by the emergence of an intra-ligand chromophore. This is evident in the absorption spectrum of 6 c which displays an intense band with a maximum at 485 nm attributable to an intra-ligand pi*<--pi transition and a characteristic vibrational progression of nu approximately 1350 cm(-1). Complexes 4 b and 4 c were tested in the catalytic asymmetric Michael addition of ethyl 2-cyanopropionate to methyl vinylketone (catalyst loading: 1 mol %) and were found to give maximum ee values of 43 % (4 b) and 21 % (4 c) at low conversions.  相似文献

Cyclopolymerization of 4,4-bis(pivaloxymethyl)-1,6-heptadiyne containing a bulky ester group was examined by group 5,6-transition metal catalysts. Both of the MoCl5-based and WCl6-based catalysts were effective for the cyclopolymerization. The obtained polymer was characterized to have planar backbone and recurring cyclic ring structure by various spectroscopy. The poly[4,4-bis(pivaloxymethyl)-1,6-heptadiyne] was soluble in common organic solvents to easily cast the free standing film. The polymer film had good mechanical property and high oxygen permselectivity to nitrogen. The oxygen permeability coefficient (PO2) and permselectivity of oxygen to nitrogen (PO2/PN2) of poly[4,4-bis(pivaloxymethyl)-1,6-heptadiyne] were 19.7 barrer and 5.71, respectively. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A series of benzo-crown ethers containing the thiazole subcyclic moity have been synthesized. Reaction of 1,2-bis(thioamidomethyloxy)benzene 2 with ethyl bromopyruvate in ethanol provided 1,2-bis(thiazolyl)benzene 4 (80%) along with thiazole 5 (14%). Reduction of 4 with lithium aluminum hydride followed by mesylationbromination gave 7 . Similar treatment of 5 with lithium aluminum hydride followed by bromination resulted in 12 . Benzo-crown ethers 8, 9, 10 , and 13 were prepared from the reactions of 4-bromomethylthiazole derivatives 7 and 12 with catechol and resorcinol derivatives in the presence of potassium hydride.  相似文献

Some perfluorinated ethers have been prepared containing both alkyl and aryl groups and either one or two oxygen atoms.Pentafluorophenylmagnesium bromide, with octafluoroadipoyl chloride, perfluoro-oxydiacetyl chloride and perfluoro-oxydipropionyl chloride, gave the corresponding diketones which, upon treatment with sulphur tetrafluoride, afforded perfluoro-1,6-diphenylhexane, perfluoro-bis(2-phenylethyl)ether and perfluoro-bis(3-phenylpropyl)ether, respectively.Pentafluorophenylmagnesium bromide with perfluoro-2-methyl-3-oxanonanedioyl fluoride (prepared from octafluoroadipoyl fluoride and hexafluoropropene oxide) gave a diketone which was treated with sulphur tetrafluoride to give perfluoro-2-methyl-1,9-diphenyl-3-oxanonane.Reactions between octafluoroadipoyl chloride and pentafluorophenol, nonafluoro-4-hydroxybiphenyl and perfluoro-3-hydroxy-4,4′-dimethylbiphenyl gave the corresponding diester which were then each treated with sulphur tetrafluoride and hydrogen fluoride. The first two diesters gave perfluoro-1,6-diphenoxyhexane and perfluoro-1,6-bis(4-phenylphenoxy)hexane, but the corresponding diether was not isolated from the third diester.The effect of structure upon the liquid ranges of the ethers is discussed.  相似文献

A comprehensive study into the coordination chemistry of two C3-chiral tripodal amido ligands has been carried out. The amido ligands contain a trisilylmethane backbone and chiral peripheral substituents. The amine precursors. HC(SiMe2NH[(S)-1-phenylethyl]]3 (1) and HC[SiMe2NH[(R)-1-indanyl]]3 (2) were found to be in equilibrium in solution with the cyclic diamines HC[SiMe2N[(S)-1-phenylethyl]2](SiMe2NH-[(S)-1-phenylethyl]] (3) and HC[SiMe2NH[(R)-1-indanyl]][SiMe2NH[(R)-1-indanyl]) (4), which are generated upon ejection of one molecule of the chiral primary amine. Reaction of these equilibrium mixtures with three molar equivalents of butyllithium instantaneously gave the trilithium triamides HC[SiMe2N(Li)[(S)-1-phenylethyl]]3 (5) and HC[SiMe2N(Li)[(R)-1-indanyl]]3 (6), both of which were characterised by an X-ray diffraction study. Both lithium compounds possess a central heteroadamantane core, in which the two-coordinate Li atoms are additionally weakly solvated by the three aryl groups of the chiral peripheral substituents, the Li-C contacts being in the range of 2.65-2.73 A. Reaction of 5 and 6 with [TiCl4(thf)2] and ZrCl4 gave the corresponding amido complexes [TiCl-[HC[SiMe2N[(S)-1-phenylethyl]]3]] (7), [TiCl(HC[SiMe2N[(R)-1-indanyl]]3]] (8), [ZrCl[HC[SiMe2N[(S)-1-phenylethyl]]3]] (9) and [ZrCl[HC[SiMe2N[(R)-1-indanyl]]3]] (10), respectively. Of these, compound 7 was structurally characterised by X-ray structure analysis and was shown to possess a C3-symmetrical arrangement of the tripod ligand. The chiral anionic dinuclear complex [Li-(OEt2)4][Zr2Cl3[HC[SiMe2N[(S)-1-phenylethyl]]3]2] (11) was isolated from reaction mixtures leading to 9. An X-ray diffraction study established its dimeric structure, in which the chiral amido ligands cap the two metal centres, which are linked through three symmetrically arranged, bridging chloro ligands. Reaction of 9 and 10 with a series of alkyl Grignard and alkyllithium reagents yielded the corresponding alkylzirconium complexes. X-ray structure analyses of [Zr(CH3)[HC[SiMe2N[(S)-1-phenylethyl]]3]] (12) and [Zr(CH3)-[HC[SiMe2N)[(R)-1-indanyl]]3]] (20) established their detailed molecular arrangements. While the reaction of 12 with the aryl ketones PhC(O)R (R = CH = CHPh, iPr, Et) gave the corresponding C-O insertion products, which contain an additional chiral centre in the alkoxy group, with low stereoselectivity (0-40% de). The corresponding conversions with several aryl aldehydes yielded the alkoxo complexes with high stereoselectivity. Upon hydrolysis, the chiral alcohols were isolated and shown to have enantiomeric excesses between 68 and 82%. High stereodiscrimination was also observed in the insertion reactions of several chiral ketones and aldehydes. However, this was shown to originate primarily from the chirality of the substrate. In analogous experiments with carbonyl compounds, the ethyl- and butyl-zirconium analogues of 12 did not undergo CO insertion into the metal-alkyl bond. Reaction of cyanoacetanilides with 3,3-bis(methylthio)-2-cyano-N-arylacrylamides proceeds to form isomeric N,1-diaryl-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamides. A single crystal consisting of 2-amino-4-methylthio-N-(2-methoxyphenyl)-6-oxo-1-phenyl-5-cyano-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamide and 2-amino-4-methylthio-1-(2-methoxyphenyl)-6-oxo-N-phenyl-5-cyano-1,6-dihydropyridine-3-carboxamide was studied by XRD.  相似文献

In the palladium-catalyzed asymmetric hydrosilylation of styrene (3a) with trichlorosilane, several chiral monophosphine ligands, (R)-2-diarylphosphino-1,1'-binaphthyls (2a-g), were examined for their enantioselectivity. The highest enantioselectivity was observed in the reaction with (R)-2-bis[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]phosphino-1,1'-binaphthyl (2g), which gave (S)-1-phenylethanol (5a) of 98% ee after oxidation of the hydrosilylation product, 1-phenyl-1-(trichlorosilyl)ethane (4a). The palladium complex of 2g also efficiently catalyzed the asymmetric hydrosilylation of substituted styrenes on the phenyl ring or at the beta position to give the corresponding chiral benzylic alcohols of over 96% ee. Deuterium-labeling studies on the hydrosilylation of regiospecifically deuterated styrene revealed that beta-hydrogen elimination from 1-phenylethyl(silyl)palladium intermediate is very fast compared with reductive elimination giving hydrosilylation product when ligand 2g is used. The reaction of o-allylstyrene (9) with trichlorosilane catalyzed by (R)-2g/Pd gave (1S,2R)-1-methyl-2-(trichlorosilylmethyl)indan (10) (91% ee) and (S)-1-(2-(propenyl)phenyl)-1-trichlorosilylethanes (11a and 11b) (95% ee). On the basis of their opposite configurations at the benzylic position, a rationale for the high enantioselectivity of ligand 2g is proposed.  相似文献

2,6-Dilithio-1,6-heptadienes 3 undergo intramolecular carbolithiation in Et(2)O/N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (TMEDA) at the lithiated double bonds to afford 1,2-bis(lithiomethyl)cyclopentenes 5. Reaction of these dianions with electrophiles affords a number of 1,2-difunctionalized cyclopentene derivatives 7-10. The ease of carbolithiation of 2,6-dilithio-1,6-heptadiene (3a) compared to that of 2-lithio-1,6-heptadiene (14) has been studied experimentally. A series of ab initio molecular-orbital calculations on the course of the reaction were carried out and the results were compared to those for the corresponding intramolecular carbolithiation of an isolated double bond. The Li-C interactions found in the transition state by this theoretical study support a carbolithiation pathway for the cyclization of 2,6-dilithio-1,6-heptadienes.  相似文献

Reaction with hexafluoroacetone of 2-fluoroalkoxy-5,6-benzo-1,3,2-dioxophosphorinan-5-ones containing a chiral fluorinated exocyclic substituent on the phosphorus atom, with hexafluoroacetone leads to formation of 4,4-bis(trifluoromethyl)-6,7-benzo-1,4,2-dioxaphosphepines with a high regio- and stereoselectivity. The configuration of all isolated individual diastereomers was established by X-ray diffraction. The molecular and supramolecular structure of the compounds were examined in terms of the proposed model that takes account of the revealed effect of separation of hydrophilic and lipophilic regions in the crystal.  相似文献

Novel optically active 2-(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridines have been prepared using resolved the O-methyl ether of atrolactic acid as a source of the adjacent quaternary carbon stereocenter. Different regioisomers were formed selectively in the reaction of 2-hydrazinopyridines with the chiral 1,3-diketone and in the nucleophilic substitution of 2-chloropyridines with the potassium salt of the chiral pyrazole. The second route gave 2-(pyrazol-1-yl)pyridines with the stereogenic center neighboring the coordinating nitrogen in the pyrazole ring. Also, new C2-symmetric chiral ligands based on 2,6-bis(pyrazolyl)pyridine and 6,6′-bis(pirazolyl)-2,2′-bipyridine structures were obtained.  相似文献

Cyano-functionalized allylic phosphine substrates containing the ortho-metalated (R)-(1-(dimethylamino)ethyl)naphthalene as the chiral auxiliary were synthesized from bromoacetaldehyde dimethylacetal via a one-pot process. The diastereoselective hydrophosphination reactions of the cis- and trans-allylic phosphine substrates gave the cyano-functionalized chiral 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane products with high yield and stereoselectivity. The subsequent organic transformation reactions of the cyano-substituted products chemoselectively afforded the formyl- and hydroxyl-functionalized chiral 1,2-diphosphine complexes with retention of stereochemistry. The coordination properties and absolute configurations of the novel 1,2-diphosphine complexes were established by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The optically pure 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane ligands with cyano-, formyl- and hydroxyl-functionalities could be liberated in high yields from the corresponding dihalo palladium complexes by treatment with aqueous potassium cyanide.  相似文献

Reaction of 1,2-diacetoxy-1,2-bis(acylamino)ethanes with acetamide and urethane gave rise to 1,2-bis(acetylamino)-1,2-bis(acylamino)ethanes and 1,2-bis(acylamino)-1,2-bis(ethoxycarbonylamino)ethanes respectively. Reaction was studied of 3,4-dihydroxyhexa-2,4-diene-1,6-dioic acid esters with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine that led to the formation of esters of (3E)-3-[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)-hydrazinylidene]-4-oxohexane-1,6-dioic and (3E,4E)-3,4-bis[2-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydrazinylidene]-hexane-1,6-dioic acids.
