<正>对苯二胺是一种重要的化工原料,常用作偶氮染料和硫化染料的中间体,也是合成染发剂中的主要成份,因其对人体有强烈的致敏作用,染发剂中最高允许含量为6%。同时对苯二胺也是国际公认的一种致癌物,随着化工工业的迅速发展,对苯二胺的废水排放量日益增加,严重污染了环境,也危害着人体健康。  相似文献

在硫酸性介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)能够催化H2O2氧化甲基红褪色反应,对苯二胺和间苯二胺都能阻抑该催化氧化褪色反应的速度,两者对Fe(Ⅲ)催化H2O2氧化甲基红褪色反应阻抑作用不具有加和性,根据这一现象,用人工神经网络处理非线性体系的优势进行数据处理,从而建立了一种新的测定对苯二胺和间苯二胺混合物的人工神经网络阻抑动力学光度法。对6组混合样品进行测定,回收率均在95%~105%之间。该方法运用于实验室水样的分析。  相似文献

Poly(p-phenylene pyromellitimide) (PMDA-PDA), poly(oxydiphenylene pyromellitimide) (PMDA-ODA), and poly(4,4′-oxydiphenylene p-phenylene pyromellitimide) random copolyimide thin films with different p-phenylene diamine (PDA) contents were prepared. Nanoindentation was used to characterize the mechanical properties (hardness and modulus), and a prism coupler was used for measuring the optical properties (refractive index and birefringence). The hardness and modulus were calculated from curves of the nanoindentation load versus the displacement. The effect of the PDA content on the hardness and modulus was studied. The hardness of the polyimide thin films varied from 0.248 to 0.613 GPa, and the modulus varied from 3.78 to 6.75 GPa at a load of 0.127 mN. The hardness and modulus increased with increasing PDA content, whereas the penetration depth and plastic deformation decreased. As the load increased, the penetration depth increased. The hardness of PMDA-ODA films remained constant, whereas that of PMDA-PDA and PMDA-ODA/PDA films decreased with increasing load. The in-plane refractive index varied from 1.7219 to 1.8244, and the out-of-plane refractive index varied from 1.6390 to 1.5827, as a function of the PDA content. The birefringence varied with the PDA content from 0.0829 to 0.2417. The morphological structure of the prepared polyimide thin films was investigated with wide-angle X-ray diffraction. The mechanical properties and optical properties of the polyimide thin films were strongly dependent on the changes in the morphological structure, which originated from the variation of the composition. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Methods are described for obtaining conformational and packing information about para-linked phenylene polymers from wide-angle X-ray scattering. On the basis of these procedures, together with conformational energy calculations, a random chain conformation is determined for non-crystalline poly(p-phenylene sulphide), in which the phenylene groups are rotated away from the coplanar position by 40° and the conformation persists for ~15 Å. Whilst there is no evidence for parallel chain packing at any level, it is necessary to invoke local pairwise correlation of phenylene groups within an otherwise random chain packing system, to obtain satisfactory agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

The elastic modulus El of the crystalline regions in the direction parallel to the chain axis was measured by X-ray diffraction for polyimide derived from polyamic acid (biphthalic dianhydride and p-phenylene diamine). These specimens were cured by two different routes: curing at 200 °C, and at 400 °C for 1 h, respectively (2STEPS), and curing from 80 °C to 400 °C stepwise (nine steps) for 1 h at each step (STEPWISE). The El values of 54–169 GPa were obtained for the STEPWISE specimen and 80–178 GPa for the 2STEPS specimen, depending on the meridional reflection employed for measurement of the El value. A linear relationship between the El value and the fiber identity period was obtained from each meridional diffraction, such that the El value increased with an increase in the fiber identity period. The El value of the fully extended structure was estimated to be 210 GPa. These are considered to be due to the coexistence of polymorphs with different skeletal structures. The crystalline regions of the 2STEPS specimen seems to consist of a more extended skeleton than those of the STEPWISE specimen. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The crystal structures of two cyclic poly(phenylene sulfides) have been determined. The structure of the (p–C6H4–S)1 heptamer contains four crystallographically independent molecules, which are related in pairs by approximate symmetry centers. The molecules in the pairs have similar conformations and form alternating monomolecular layers parallel to the ab plane. The molecule of the (p–C6H4–S)8 octamer has S4 crystallographic symmetry (a saddle-shaped conformation), and solvent molecules are found in the intramolecular cavities in the crystal.A. N. N-substituted poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide)s (PPTA), such as N-alkylated, N-aralkylated, and N-carboxymethylated poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide), were synthesized from PPTA and the corresponding halides by the polymer reaction via the metalation reaction in a solution of sodium methylsulfinylcarbanion in dimethyl sulfoxide at low temperature. The introduction of various substitutional groups into the amide groups of PPTA increased their solubilities, but decreased their thermal stabilities compared with PPTA. The effects of various substitutional groups on the thermal properties and the solubilities are discussed. Liquid crystal formation was noticed for PPTA substituted with bulky groups such as 9-anthrylmethyl group.  相似文献

Intestinal diamine oxidase (DAO) acts as a protective barrier against exogenous histamine. A deficit of DAO activity can lead to the appearance of histamine intolerance, a clinical condition that may be treated by a low-histamine diet and oral DAO supplementation to enhance intestinal histamine degradation. As sources of DAO, porcine kidneys and certain legume seedlings are suitable components for the formulation of a DAO supplement. The aim of this work was to develop a rapid and reliable methodology for the in vitro determination of DAO activity in food matrices based on an enzymatic assay coupled to UHPLC-FL. The proposed method showed a satisfactory linearity and sensitivity and provided a relative standard deviation lower than 3%, guaranteeing method precision, and a mean recovery greater than 99% both for lyophilized pea sprouts and porcine kidney protein extracts. A high specificity is a key attribute of this method due to the use of histamine as the reaction substrate and the direct quantification of its degradation. Moreover, the lack of interference of catalase and hydrogen peroxide is another advantage in comparison with previously published methods. Lyophilized pea sprouts showed the greatest histamine-degrading activity (0.40 ± 0.01 mU/mg), followed by porcine kidney protein extracts (0.23 ± 0.01 mU/mg) and commercial DAO supplements (0.09 ± 0.06 mU/mg). This technique could be used as a tool to validate the DAO activity of food matrices of potential interest for the treatment of histamine intolerance.

An amperometric diamine sensor is developed for clinical applications in diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis (BV). The sensor is based on crosslinked putrescine oxidase (PUO) which catalyzes the conversion of diamines (mainly putrescine and cadaverine) to products including hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide is detected anodically at platinum electrode polarized at 0.5 V versus Ag/AgCl. Platinum-plated gold electrodes used as a substrate for the sensor construction, are batch-fabricated on a flexible polyimide foil (Kapton(R), DuPont). A three-electrode cell configuration is used in all amperometric measurements. The sensor construction is based on three layers: an inner layer to reject the interference effect of oxidizable molecules, an outer diffusion controlling layer, and in addition, an enzyme middle layer. The enzyme layer was immobilized by crosslinking PUO with bovine serum albumin (BSA) using glutaraldehyde (GA). An optimization study of the enzyme solution composition was carried out. With the optimized enzyme layer, the biosensor showed a very high sensitivity and fast response time of ca. 20 s. The sensor has a linear dynamic range from (0.5-300 muM) for putrescine that covers the expected biological levels of the analyte. Selenites of ethylene diamine, propylene diamine and butylene diamine were prepared by crystallization from aqueous solution. The crystal structure was solved for all the substances. Ethylene diammonium(2+) selenite crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P21212, a=11.3710(2) Å, b=11.4390(5) Å, c= 4.6290(4) Å, V= 602.11(6) Å3, Z=4, R=0.0341 for 5729 observed reflections. 1,3-Propylene diammonium(2+) selenite dihydrate crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, a=16.241(14) Å, b=6.673(5) Å, c=17.731(14) Å, β=110.88(2)°, V=1795(3) Å3, Z=8, R=0.0271 for 12,233 observed reflections. 1,4-Butylene diammonium(2+) selenite dihydrate crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a=6.686(5) Å, b=16.597(14) Å, c=9.282(8) Å, β=96.653(14)°, V=1023.2(14) Å3, Z=4, R=0.0465 for 2918 observed reflections. The FTIR an FT Raman spectra of all the compounds were recorded and interpreted. The thermoanalytical properties were studied by the TG, DTG, and DTA methods in the 293–633 K temperature range. DSC measurements were carried out in the range from 98 K to the temperature of decomposition of the compounds. No thermal effect indicating a phase transition was observed in this temperature region.  相似文献

Water vapor sorption experiments have been conducted on Kevlar 49 at 30 degrees C over a range of water vapor pressures in 0-90% of saturation and on the as-polymerized form of the material at 30, 45, and 60 degrees C over a series of water vapor pressures of 0-60%, 0-25%, and 0-15%, respectively. For each of the differential steps in water vapor pressure, dynamic uptake curves were generated and analyzed according to a number of different mathematical models, including Fickian, Coaxial cylindrical, and intercalation models. The intercalation model was demonstrated to be the most successful model and considered two time-scales involved in the diffusion process, i.e., a penetrant-diffusive time-scale and a polymer-local-matrix-relaxation time-scale. The success of this model reinforces previously reported adsorption and desorption isotherms which suggested that water may penetrate into the surface layers of the polymer crystallite through a process known as intercalation.  相似文献

Electron diffraction patterns of highly oriented poly(p-phenylene vinylene) films obtained by the soluble polymeric precursor route are interpreted on the basis of a monoclinic unit cell containing two monomer units: c (chain axis) = 0.658 nm, a = 0.790 nm, b = 0.605 nm, α ? 123°.
