Central Limit Theorems for Multiple Skorokhod Integrals

In this paper, we prove a central limit theorem for a sequence of multiple Skorokhod integrals using the techniques of Malliavin calculus. The convergence is stable, and the limit is a conditionally Gaussian random variable. Some applications to sequences of multiple stochastic integrals, and renormalized weighted Hermite variations of the fractional Brownian motion are discussed.

Linear Estimation of the Number of Zeros of Abelian Integrals for Some Cubic Isochronous Centers

This paper consists of two parts. In the first part we study the relationship between conic centers (all orbits near a singular point of center type are conics) and isochronous centers of polynomial systems. In the second part we study the number of limit cycles that bifurcate from the periodic orbits of cubic reversible isochronous centers having all their orbits formed by conics, when we perturb such systems inside the class of all polynomial systems of degree n.

In this paper, we define the Morrey spaces M_F~(p,q) (Rn) and the Campanato spaces E_F~(p,q) (R~n) associated with a family F of sections and a doubling measure μ, where F is closely related to the Monge-Amp`ere equation. Furthermore, we obtain the boundedness of the Hardy-Littlewood maximal function associated to F, Monge-Amp`ere singular integral operators and fractional integrals on M_F~(p,q)(R~n). We also prove that the Morrey spaces M_F~(p,q) (R~n)and the Campanato spaces E_F~(p,q) (R~n) are equivalent with 1 ≤ q ≤ p ∞.     

Holomorphic Curves on Hyperplane Sections of 3-Folds

In this paper we prove a conjectured height inequality of Lang and Vojta for holomorphic curves lying on generic hyperplane sections of 3-folds. As a consequence we deduce a conjecture of Kobayashi that a generic hypersurface in \Bbb P³_{\Bbb C} {\Bbb P}^3_{\Bbb C} of sufficiently high degree is hyperbolic.

On the Number of Zeros of Abelian Integrals for aClass of Quadratic Reversible Centers of GenusOne

In this paper, using the method of Picard-Fuchs equation and Ric-cati equation, for a class of quadratic reversible centers of genus one, we re-search the upper bound of the number of zeros of Abelian integrals for thesystem (r10) under arbitrary polynomial perturbations of degree n. Our mainresult is that the upper bound is 21n - 24 (n ≥ 3), and the upper bound depends linearly on n.     

On the Limit Distribution of Integrals of Shot-Noise Processes

We establish limit theorems for integrals of shot-noise processes and study the asymptotic behavior of the moments of integrals of this type.

In this paper, we discuss the estimation of the number of zeros of the Abelian integral for the quadratic system which has a periodic region with a parabola and a straight line as its boundary when we perturb the system inside the class of all polynomial systems of degree n. The main result is that the upper bound for the number of zeros of the Abelian integral associated to this system is 3n-1.

Contour Integrals and Vector Calculus on Fractal Curves and Interfaces

This article develops the definition of contour integrals over fractal curves in the plane by introducing the notion of oriented Iterated Function Systems and directional pseudo-measures. An expression for the contour integral of continuous functions over fractal interfaces is obtained through renormalization. As a result, a vector calculus on fractal interfaces which are boundaries of regular two-dimensional domains is developed by extending Greens theorem in the plane, also to fractal curves.The use of moment analysis makes it possible to obtain recursive relations and closed-form expressions for contour integrals of algebraic functions. Several physical applications are analyzed, including the properties of double-layer potentials and connections with the solution of the Dirichlet problem on bounded two-dimensional domains possessing fractal boundaries.     

Distribution of Zeros of Sections of Canonical Line Bundles Over Towers of Covers

The paper obtains the limiting behaviour of the expectationsof the zeros of holomorphic sections of the canonical line bundlesover a tower of covers of a compact complex manifold.
