An efficient and rapid microwave-assisted solution-phase method for the synthesis of 2-amino-4-arylpyrimidine-5-carboxylic acid derivatives has been developed. The five-step linear protocol involves an initial Biginelli multicomponent reaction leading to dihydropyrimidine-2-thiones which are subsequently S-alkylated with methyl iodide. The resulting 2-methylthiodihydropyrimidines are sequentially oxidized first with manganese dioxide and then with Oxone to provide 2-methylsulfonyl-pyrimidines which serve as excellent precursors for the generation of a variety of 2-substituted pyrimidines via displacement of the reactive sulfonyl group with nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur, and carbon nucleophiles. A modified protocol using a solid-phase method has also been developed.  相似文献

二维液相色谱(2D-LC)因具有较高的峰容量,在复杂样品的分离分析中获得了广泛的关注。然而,制备型2D-LC以纯化高纯单体为目标,在方法开发和设备构成等方面与分析型2D-LC有较大的不同,目前尚未得到充分的开发,在大规模的制备纯化中应用较少。本文以一套制备液相色谱模块为分离系统,以稀释泵、切换阀和捕集柱阵列为接口,构建了新型的制备型2D-LC系统,旨在规模化纯化多个活性成分。以烟叶中可以用作医药原料的烟碱、绿原酸、芦丁和茄尼醇等组分为目标物,考察了不同类型填料对样品的捕集效率、过载条件下的色谱保留行为等,优化了制备色谱条件。进而利用在线2D-LC系统实现了烟叶提取物的纯化,通过一次运行获得了4个高纯化合物。该系统具有中压色谱纯化成本低、系统在线运行自动化程度高、稳定性好及容易放大等优点。烟叶中活性化学成分的回收利用对促进烟草行业的发展及带动地方农业经济开发具有重大的意义。  相似文献

Nano-layered sorbents for CO(2) capture, for the first time, were developed using layer-by-layer nanoassembly. A CO(2)-adsorbing polymer and a strong polyelectrolyte were alternately immobilized within porous particles. The developed sorbents had fast CO(2) adsorption and desorption properties and their CO(2) capture capacity increased with increasing nano-layers of the CO(2)-adsorbing polymer.  相似文献

A protocol for the enantioselective [3 + 2] cycloaddition of trimethylenemethane (TMM) with imines has been developed. Central to this effort were the novel phosphoramidite ligands developed in our laboratories. The conditions developed to effect an asymmetric TMM reaction using 2-trimethylsilylmethyl allyl acetate were shown to be tolerant of a wide variety of imine acceptors to provide the corresponding pyrrolidine cycloadducts with excellent yields and selectivities. Use of a bis-2-naphthyl phosphoramidite allowed the successful cycloaddition of the parent TMM with N-Boc imines, and has further permitted the reaction of substituted donors with N-tosyl aldimines and ketimines in high regio-, diastereo-, and enantioselectivity. Use of a diphenylazetidine ligand allows the complementary synthesis of the exocyclic nitrile product shown, and we demonstrate control of the regioselectivity of the product based on manipulation of the reaction parameters.  相似文献

An iron(Ⅲ)-catalyzed selective oxidation of 5-HMF to 2,5-DFF in air at room temperature was developed.This approach gives 2,5-DFF with good selectivity and yields. Additionally, a two-step process was developed for the oxidation of 2,5-DFF to 2,5-FDCA at remarkably high substrate concentrations. This work demonstrates unequivocally the great potential of iron as a cheap and earth-abundant catalyst for the development of new protocols for the conversion of biomass to value-added chemicals.  相似文献

Catalysts that were recently developed by Toyota for the control of automobile exhaust are reviewed. (1) A system combining a close-coupled catalyst with high heat resistance and an under-floor catalyst with high oxygen storage capacity were developed for low emission vehicles. (2) Based on a new concept, a three-way catalyst having the ability to store NOx at oxidizing atmosphere and to reduce stored NOx at stoichiometric or reducing atmosphere was developed for automotive lean burn engines. (3) A thin wall ceramic substrate was developed for better catalyst performance.  相似文献

Processed milk and milk products produced from bovine milk, commonly contain β-casein A1 (βCA1) and β-casein A2 (βCA2). Since the presence of βCA1 is linked to milk intolerance and digestion problems, A2A2 milk, which only contains βCA2, is proposed as a healthier alternative. To support this health claim, the purity of A2A2-milk has to be guaranteed. In the presented study, a multiplex immunoassay, able to distinguish between βCA2 and βCA1, was developed and real-life applicability was shown on raw milk samples from genotyped A1A1, A1A2 and A2A2 cows. Because of its ability to discriminate between βCA2 and βCA1, this newly developed method was able to detect the addition of common bovine A1A2 milk to A2A2 milk, as low as 1%. Besides the detection of A2A2 milk purity, the developed assay can also be implemented as a rapid phenotyping method at dairy farms to replace the more invasive DNA-based screening. Additionally, the developed method was capable of detecting the addition of common bovine milk up to 1% in sheep, goat, buffalo, horse and donkey milk, which conforms to EU recommendations. In conclusion, a newly developed multiplex method capable of reliably detecting the dilution of A2A2 milk of multiple species, with common bovine milk up to 1%, is presented.  相似文献

A new analytical procedure was developed for simultaneous determination of ammonium, leachable and total metals in fine and coarse air particulate matters using a new capillary electrophoresis (CE) procedure, with a new buffer system containing 10 mM histidine, 2 mM 18-crown-6 and 8 mM lactic acids with pH adjusted to 4.0. A two complexes system, 18-crown-6 ether and lactic acid, was developed to solve the co-migration problem of NH(4)(+) and K(+) and to give satisfactory separation of transition metals. Satisfactory separation and quantitation of NH(4)(+), K(+), Ca(2+), Na(+) , Mg(2+) and Zn(2+) were obtained using the CE procedure developed for both leachable and total metals in coarse (10-3 mum) and fine (<3 mum) air particulate matters. Wide working ranges (ppb to ppm range) and sensitive detection limits (ppb) were obtained for the cations investigated. The reliability was established by parallel method comparison with the ICP-AES method. The analytical procedure developed is shown to provide a quick, sensitive, precise and economic method for simultaneous determination of ammonium, leachable and total metals in air particulate matters.  相似文献

A new synthetic approach was developed to the preparation of functional derivatives of 3-(1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-1H-indoles starting with a synthetically available 3-[5-(chloromethyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl]-1H-indole. A simple and efficient colorimetric method for the naked-eye detection and quantification of histidine in biological fluids was developed based on an indicator-displacement assay (IDA) and the Ni(2+)-histidine affinity pair. In this IDA approach, a commercially available dye, murexide, was used as the indicator and the selective detection of histidine was achieved based on the competition between indicator and histidine for the binding with Ni(2+). The competition of histidine with murexide for Ni(2+) resulted in an obvious color change of the solution from yellow to purple, and the permitted naked-eye detection of trace histidine. The developed bioassay allows the rapid, sensitive and selective detection of histidine in urine samples, and does not need complicated sample pretreatment. The detection limit was 0.4 μM with a linear range from 2 to 30 μM. The relative standard deviation for 11 replicate detections of 8 μM histidine was 2.0%. The developed sensor was successfully applied to the determination of histidine in human urine samples with recoveries from 97 to 105%.  相似文献

Spin transition theory is developed for periodic chains with two and more exchange clusters in a unit cell. A general expression is obtained for the effective magnetic moment of a unit cell μeff with several exchange clusters. For heterospin complexes Cu(hfac)2LR characterized by chains with the head-to-head motif a twosite approximation for the statistical sum of the Cu2+ Jahn-Teller paramagnetic center Cu2+ with spin 1/2 is proposed, within which a comparison with the available experimental data is performed. It is shown that the model developed describes both smooth and abrupt (cooperative) spin-crossover cases for the chains of three-spin exchange clusters.  相似文献

A flow injection analysis (FIA) system with electrochemiluminescent (ECL) detection has been established. Based on a specially designed flow-through ECL cell with a very simple structure, the system possesses rapid response and high sensitivity. With luminol as the ECL reagent, the response of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) was investigated on the developed FIA-ECL system. After optimizing the experimental conditions, such as the electric parameters, the buffer condition and the flow rate, it was demonstrated that the developed FIA-ECL system works well for quantified assays. Compared with reported works, the present results indicate that the developed FIA-ECL system has the lowest limit of detection (S/N = 3) of 3.0 × 10−9 mol/L for H2O2, which is equal to the level of chemiluminescence (CL). The developed system was successfully used to monitor the yield of reactive oxygen species (ROSs) in water vapour during the work of an ultrasonic humidifier with H2O2 as index. And the amount of ROSs in some other real samples, including tap water, drinking water and river water was detected with recoveries from 92.0% to 106%.  相似文献

Polymer composite materials based on Fenilon S-2 (FS-2) heat-resistant aromatic polyamide and filled with microcapsules containing a lubricating material were developed and used for tribological purposes. FS-2 acts both as a matrix and as a material of microcapsule shells. The choice of oils suitable for preparing the composite is limited and is determined by the capability of oils to preserve lubricating properties at high temperatures of FS-2 forming, up to 320°С. The tribotechnical and physicomechanical tests of the developed composites containing microcapsules demonstrated significant improvement of the tribological characteristics of the materials relative to the initial polymer. The polymer composites filled with microcapsules form an oriented lubricating film on the friction surfaces; this film is retained under high loads for a long time.  相似文献

We employed pulsed deposition of p-H2 onto a cold target to form a matrix sample suitable for measurements of infrared absorption. Unlike the method of rapid vapor deposition at approximately 2.5 K, developed by Fajardo et al., this method can be performed at a temperature as high as 5.5 K, achievable with a closed-cycle refrigerator; pumping on liquid helium in a cryostat is eliminated. Compared with the enclosed-cell method developed by Oka, Shida, Momose, and co-workers, this method is more versatile in sample preparation, especially for samples at a greater concentration or with high reactivity. Two experiments were tested: the pulse-deposited sample of CH4/p-H2 yields an infrared absorption spectrum nearly identical to that recorded with rapid vapor deposition, and a sample of vinyl chloride (C2H3Cl) in solid p-H2 irradiated with laser emission at 193 nm yields C2H5, in contrast to formation of HCl, C2H2, and a complex of HClC2H2 observed upon photolysis of C2H3Cl in an Ar matrix. These experiments are also compared with those with n-H2 or Ne as the matrix host.  相似文献

Nanoscale metal-organic frameworks(nano MOFs) have emerged as a promising biomedical nanoplatform because of their unique properties. However, the exploration of nano MOFs in photoacoustic(PA) imaging is still limited. Here, a novel hydrogen sulfide(H2 S)-activated nano copper-based MOF(Cu-MOF) was developed as a near-infrared(NIR) ratiometric PA probe for in vivo monitoring of endogenous H2 S level and orthotopic colorectal cancer imaging via in situ reaction of nano Cu-MOFs with endogenous H_2 S that is closely associated with tumor growth and proliferation in colon cancer. The synthesized nano Cu-MOFs displayed excellent PA responsiveness towards tumor H_2 S level with high selectivity and rapid kinetics. The result suggests the developed probe may provide a unique opportunity to investigate the malignant behaviors of H_2 S-associated events in vivo.  相似文献

A practical synthesis of benzisoxazole 1 and its conversion to alpha-aryloxyisobutyric acid 2 using 1,1,1-trichloro-2-methyl-2-propanol (chloretone) was developed. Benzisoxazole 1 was formed in high yields by the action of either methanesulfonyl chloride/base upon intermediate oxime 8 or with thionyl chloride/base, which initially forms cyclic sulfite 10. A highly reactive, short-lived intermediate derived from chloretone was detected by ReacIR and its half-life determined to be approximately 5 min. Reaction conditions for the Bargellini reaction were developed that resulted in a 95% yield of 2 from the reaction of highly hindered phenol 1 with chloretone hemihydrate and powdered NaOH in acetone. Thus highly hindered alpha-aryloxyisobutyric acids can be made in a single step in high yield.  相似文献
