In 2000, Branciari replaced the triangle inequality by a more general one which today is known as the rectangular inequality and introduced the notion of generalized metric space or rectangular metric space. Subsequently Azam, Arshad, and Beg introduced the concept of rectangular cone metric space and proved fixed point results for Banach-type contractions in rectangular cone metric spaces. In this paper, we establish fixed point results for mappings that satisfy a contractive condition of Perov type in rectangular cone metric spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we present fixed point results for generalized contractions defined on a complete gauge space . Also, we consider families of generalized contractions where is closed and can have empty interior. We give conditions under which the existence of a fixed point for some imply the existence of a fixed point for every . Finally, we apply those results to infinite systems of first order nonlinear differential equations and to integral equations on the real line.

The main aim of this paper is to establish some new half-linear Volterra-Fredholm type integral inequalities on time scales. Letφ:R n × [0,∞) → [0,∞) be a function such that φ(x,·) is an Orlicz function and (·,t) ∈ A ∞loc (Rn) (the class of local weights introduced by Rychkov).In this paper,the authors introduce a local Musielak-Orlicz Hardy space hφ(Rn) by the local grand maximal function,and a local BMO-type space bmoφ(Rn) which is further proved to be the dual space of hφ(Rn).As an application,the authors prove that the class of pointwise multipliers for the local BMO-type space bmo φ (Rn),characterized by Nakai and Yabuta,is just the dual of L 1 (Rn) + h Φ 0 (Rn),where φ is an increasing function on (0,∞) satisfying some additional growth conditions and Φ 0 a Musielak-Orlicz function induced by φ.Characterizations of hφ(Rn),including the atoms,the local vertical and the local nontangential maximal functions,are presented.Using the atomic characterization,the authors prove the existence of finite atomic decompositions achieving the norm in some dense subspaces of hφ(Rn),from which,the authors further deduce some criterions for the boundedness on hφ(Rn) of some sublinear operators.Finally,the authors show that the local Riesz transforms and some pseudo-differential operators are bounded on hφ(Rn).  相似文献

Anisotropy is a common attribute of the nature, which shows different characterizations in different directions of all or part of the physical or chemical properties of an object. The anisotropic property, in mathematics, can be expressed by a fairly general discrete group of dilations {A k : k ∈ ?}, where A is a real n × n matrix with all its eigenvalues λ satisfy |λ| > 1. The aim of this article is to study a general class of anisotropic function spaces, some properties and applications of these spaces. Let φ: ? n ×[0,∞) → [0,∞) be an anisotropic p-growth function with p ∈ (0, 1]. The purpose of this article is to find an appropriate general space which includes weak Hardy space of Fefferman and Soria, weighted weak Hardy space of Quek and Yang, and anisotropic weak Hardy space of Ding and Lan. For this reason, we introduce the anisotropic weak Hardy space of Musielak-Orlicz type H A φ,∞ (? n ) and obtain its atomic characterization. As applications, we further obtain an interpolation theorem adapted to H A φ,∞ (? n ) and the boundedness of the anisotropic Calderón-Zygmund operator from H A φ,∞ (? n ) to L A φ,∞ (? n ). It is worth mentioning that the superposition principle adapted to the weak Musielak-Orlicz function space, which is an extension of a result of E. M. Stein, M. Taibleson and G. Weiss, plays an important role in the proofs of the atomic decomposition of H A φ,∞ (? n ) and the interpolation theorem.  相似文献

In this paper we derive decomposition results for the number of customers in polling systems under arbitrary (dynamic) polling order and service policies. Furthermore, we obtain sharper decomposition results for both the number of customers in the system and the waiting times under static polling policies. Our analysis, which is based on distributional laws, relaxes the Poisson assumption that characterizes the polling systems literature. In particular, we obtain exact decomposition results for systems with either Mixed Generalized Erlang (MGE) arrival processes, or asymptotically exact decomposition results for systems with general renewal arrival processes under heavy traffic conditions. The derived decomposition results can be used to obtain the performance analysis of specific systems. As an example, we evaluate the performance of gated Markovian polling systems operating under heavy traffic conditions. We also provide numerical evidence that our heavy traffic analysis is very accurate even for moderate traffic. Let p ∈(0, 1], q ∈(0, ∞] and A be a general expansive matrix on Rn. We introduce the anisotropic Hardy-Lorentz space H~(p,q)_A(R~n) associated with A via the non-tangential grand maximal function and then establish its various real-variable characterizations in terms of the atomic and the molecular decompositions, the radial and the non-tangential maximal functions, and the finite atomic decompositions. All these characterizations except the ∞-atomic characterization are new even for the classical isotropic Hardy-Lorentz spaces on Rn.As applications, we first prove that Hp,q A(Rn) is an intermediate space between H~(p1,q1)_A(Rn) and H~(p2,q2)_A(R~n) with 0 p1 p p2 ∞ and q1, q, q2 ∈(0, ∞], and also between H~(p,q1)_A(Rn) and H~(p,q2)_A(R~n) with p ∈(0, ∞)and 0 q1 q q2 ∞ in the real method of interpolation. We then establish a criterion on the boundedness of sublinear operators from H~(p,q)_A(R~n) into a quasi-Banach space; moreover, we obtain the boundedness of δ-type Calder′on-Zygmund operators from H~(p,∞)_A(R~n) to the weak Lebesgue space L~(p,∞)(R~n)(or to H~p_A(R~n)) in the ln λcritical case, from H~(p,q)_A(R~n) to L~(p,q)(R~n)(or to H~(p,q)_A(R~n)) with δ∈(0,(lnλ)/(ln b)], p ∈(1/(1+,δ),1] and q ∈(0, ∞], as well as the boundedness of some Calderon-Zygmund operators from H~(p,q)_A(R~n) to L~(p,∞)(R~n), where b := | det A|,λ_:= min{|λ| : λ∈σ(A)} and σ(A) denotes the set of all eigenvalues of A.  相似文献

This paper concerns G-invariant systems of second-order differential operators on irreducible Hermitian symmetric spaces G/K. The systems of type (1,1) are obtained from K-invariant subspaces of . We show that all such systems can be derived from a decomposition . Here gives the Laplace-Beltrami operator and is the celebrated Hua system, which has been extensively studied elsewhere. Our main result asserts that for G/K of rank at least two, a bounded real-valued function is annihilated by the system if and only if it is the real part of a holomorphic function. In view of previous work, one obtains a complete characterization of the bounded functions that are solutions for any system of type (1,1) which contains the Laplace-Beltrami operator.  相似文献
