The novel mixed-ligand neutral compound [Mo3O4(C2O4)2bipy-(H2O)3]·EtOH·2H2O(bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) has been prepared by the reaction of oxalic acid elution of Mo(IV) and bipy, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR. The crystal is of triclinic, space groups P1^- with a = 9.5520(2), b = 10.3730(1), c = 13.5722(2)A, a = 74.940(12),β = 80.772(14),γ= 69.898(11)°, V = 1215.73(11)A^3, Z = 2, C16H24Mo3N2O18, Mr = 820.19, Dc = 2.241 g/cm^3,μ = 1.616 mm^-1, F(000) = 808, T = 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0424 and wR = 0.0939 for 4119 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The trinuclear unit is coordinated by mixed ligands of oxalate and bipy. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among adjacent [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3] extend the compound into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules and ethal molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

A novel heterometallic complex [Na2Cu2Gd2(pdc)4(H2O)14·2H2O] (H3pdc = 1H- pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by 1R spectra, elemental analysis, and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P2 1/c with a = 7.9521(18), b = 12.251(3), c = 22.293(5) A, β = 110.173(5)°, V= 2038.5(8) A^3, Mr = 1388.13, Z = 2, F(000) = 1352, Dc = 2.261 g/cm^3,/2 = 4.380 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0409 and wR = 0.0622 for 2453 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The structural analysis shows that the Na^I, Cu^II and Gd^II ions are linked together by two kinds of bridging ligands (pdc^3- and H2O) to form a main moiety [Na2Cu2Gd2(pdc)4(H2O)14], which can be regarded as a centrosymmetric dimmer of [NaCuGd(pdc)2(H2O)7]. Many hydrogen bonds exist in the complex to build a 3D supramolecular framework.  相似文献

A new reduced molybdenum(V) phosphate (H3dien)2(H2dien)2[NaMo12O24 (OH)6 (HEPO4)(HPO4)5(PO4)2]·nH2O (n= 10.92, dien = diethylenetriamine) has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and X-ray diffraction. C16H96.84MO12N12NaO72.92P8 (Mr = 3046.73) crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.3575(18), b = 21.907(3), c = 15.654(2)A, β= 110.22(2)°, V= 4298.4(10) A^3 Dc = 2.354 g/cm^3, Z = 2,μ(MoKcr) = 1.966 mm^-1, F(000) = 2990.4, the final R = 0.0357 and wR = 0.1086 for 8739 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). It consists of sandwich-shaped cluster anions [Na{Mo6P4}2]^10- held together into a three-dimensional supramolecular framework through intermolecular hydrogen-bonding contacts. A probe reaction of the oxidation of acetaldehyde with H2O2 showed that this compound has high catalytic activity in the reaction.  相似文献

A novel coordination polymer [Na2Cd(2,6-pyda)(N3)2(H2O)6]n (2,6-H2pyda = 2,6- pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 24.416(4), b = 10.7638(17), c = 6.9224(11) A^°, β= 106.124(2)A^°, V = 1747.7(5) A^°3, Mr = 515.64, De= 1.960 g/cm^3,μ = 1.365 mm^-1, F(000) = 1024, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0426 and wR = 0.1320. In the title complex, there exist two kinds of metal centers in the structure, cadmium ions and sodium ions. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom shows a distorted pentagonal-dipyramidal geometry defined by two O and one N atoms from one deprotonated pyda ligand and four N atoms from four μ-1,1,3 azido groups. The adjacent cadmium atoms are bridged via two μ-1,1,3 azido groups, along the c axis to afford an extended chain. There is also a 2D network which is comprised of binuclear subunits [NaE(H2O)6] connected by O atoms from coordinated water between the adjacent Cdn(pyda)n(Na)2n infinite chains. Furthermore, each cadmium atom is connected with four adjacent sodium atoms through the bridging N3- ligand in μ-1,3 patterns. Thus, the title complex exhibits a novel three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

A three-dimensional supramolecular architecture, {[Co(proH)(H2O)3]2[P2Mo5O23]}·7H2O (1, pro = praline), has been synthesized and characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2 with a = 20.600(3), b = 11.6980(11), c = 9.2944(10)A, β = 107.837(4)°, V = 2132.1(4) A^3, Z = 2, C10H46Co2Mo5N2O40P2, Mr = 1493.99, Dc = 2.327 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1468, μ(MoKα) = 2.375 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0339 and wR = 0.0844 for 4169 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). Singlecrystal X-ray crystallographic analysis reveals that the helical water chains and {[Co(proH)- (H2O)3]2[P2Mo5O23]}n chains are perpendicular to each other and extend into an overall three-dimensional supramolecular architecture by hydrogen-bonding interactions. The magnetic investigation indicates weak antiferromagnetic interactions in the compound.  相似文献

The polyoxoanion incorporated {Mn(CO)3^+} complex, (n-Bu4N)2[Mo6O16(OCH3)2{HOCH2C(CH2O)3}2·{Mn(CO)3}2](1), has been synthesized by the reaction of (n-Bu4N)4[Mo8O26] with Mn(CO)5Br in methanol, in the presence of C(CH2OH)4. The complex 1 has been characterized by IR, UV-Vis, X-ray single crystal diffraction, and TG. Crystal data for the complex 1:C25H48MnMo3NO16 (1), Triclinic Pi, a=0.9405(3) nm, b=1.3351(4) nm, c=1.5455(4) nm, α=103.206(5)°, β=102.165(5)°, γ=100.784(5)°, V=1.7896(9) nm^3, Z=2, R1=0.0703, wR2= 0.1495. The structure analysis of complex 1 shows that the complex consists of two tetrabutylammonium cations and a polyoxomolybdate anion that incorporates two fac-Mn(CO)3^+ units. The anion of complex 1 can be considered as the dimer of two rhomb-like anions by sharing of two comers.  相似文献

A homodinuclear complex (NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3)2 {Na2[(C6H4O2)2] (C6H4O2H)2} (1) has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[(C6H4O2)2](C6H4OOH)2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.  相似文献

Reactions of the preformed cluster precursor [Et4N]2[Mo2S2(μ-S)2(edt)2] (edt = ethanedithiolate) (1) with [Au(PPh3)Cl] in MeOH/MeCN gave rise to a new heterobimetallic Mo/Au/S cluster [Et4N][Mo2S4(AuPPh3)(edt)2]·0.25Et2O·0.25MeOH (2·0.25Et2O·0.25MeOH). It was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum and X-ray analysis. 2·0.25Et2O·0.25MeOH crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 20.117(4), b = 9.2705(19), c = 44.418(9) A^°, β= 93.19(3)°, V = 8271(3) A^°^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.794 g/cm^3, T = 193 K, C31.25H43AuMo2NO0.50PS8, Mr = 1116.96, F(000) = 4380, μ(MoKa) = 4.603 mm^-1, S = 1.019, R = 0.0672 and wR = 0.1708 for 7243 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The anion of 2 consists of a butterfly-shaped Mo2S4Au core in which one [AuPPh3]^+ cation is coordinated by one bridging S and two terminal S atoms of the [(edt)2Mo2(S)2(μ-S)2] moiety. The Au(I) center adopts a pseudo-tetrahedral coordination geometry, and the Au-S bond lengths vary from 2.425(2) to 2.898(3)A^°.  相似文献

The title complex [Cu2(Sams)2(H2O)2(bipy)]·(H2O) 1 (H2Sams = N-(2-hydroxybenzy) aminomethanesulfonic acid, bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine) has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu- (CH3COO)2·H2O, nESams and 4,4′-bipyridine in aqueous methanol. It was characterized by IR, elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffraction analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a= 10.9533(17), b = 8.3408(13), c = 16.714(3) A^°, β = 101.295(4)°, V = 1494.3(4) A^°3 and Z = 2. The asymmetric unit is comprised of a tridentate Schiff base Sams^2- anionic ligand, a 4,4′-bipyddine and two coordinated water molecules, thus forming a binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex. The coordination environment at Cu^Ⅱ center is described as a slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. Via intermolecular hydrogen bonds C(10)-H(10)…O(3) and C(13)- H(13)…O(3), an infinite supramolecular chain is yielded. A number of intermolecular hydrogen bonds greatly contribute to the stabilization of the solid-state structure for 1.  相似文献

Every sodium ion coordinates in trigonal prismatic fashion with two O atoms from a terminal chelating catecholato ligand and four O atoms from bridging P2 catecholato ligands, Two neighboring NaO6 trigonal prisms are face-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center consisting of four tri-bridging O atoms to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[μ2-(C6H4O2)2]}^2- anion. The comparison of ^13C NMR spectrum of tlie complex in solid state with that in solution indicated that the rapid exchange between the bridging [μ2-(C6H4O2]^2- and terminal [C6H4OOH]^- ligands was present in solution.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 1 is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.599(4), b = 18.988(6), c = 22.995(7) A, β = 90.273(6)°, V = 5938(3)A^3, Z = 4, C56H59Co1.5N13O17S3, Mr = 1370.74, Dc = 1.533 g/cm^3, μ = 0.613 mm^-1, F(000) = 2842, GOOF = 1.018, the final R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.1498 for 9019 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The crystal structure of 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 18.864(6), b = 14.283(5), c = 20.246(7)A, β = 107.799(6)°, V = 5194(3)A^3, Z = 4, C49H52CoN12O10S2, Mr = 1092.08, Dc = 1.397 g/cm^3, μ = 0.480 mm^-1, F(000) = 2276, GOOF = 1.059, the final R = 0.0665 and wR = 0.1900 for 4887 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The results of X-ray crystal structure analysis revealed that complexes 1 and 2 exhibit layered supramolecular frameworks stabilized by electrostatic interactions, π-π interactions and hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

In the crystal, each formular unit consists of two dinuclear copper(H) compounds, between which the O-H…O hydrogen bonds exist. Each Cu^Ⅱ cation is six-coordinated in an octahedral geometry. A novel compound [H-IDP]4[PMo12O40]·8H2O 1 based on Keggin-type phosphor- molybdate has been synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The composite crystallizes in the mono- clinic system, space group C2/m with a = 13.937(5), b = 27.033(5), c = 10.857(5) A, β = 122.489(5)°, V = 3450(2)A^3, Mr = 2611.11, Z = 2, Dc = 2.498 g/cm^3, F(000) = 2486,μ = 2.243 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0568 and wR = 0.1216 for 2707 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray structural study shows that 1 consists of a [PMo12O40]^4- polyanion, four protonated IDP cations and eight H2O molecules. In the structure of 1, a 3D network forms by hydrogen bond of [PMo12O40]^4- polyanion, HIDP^+ cation and H2O molecules. Upon excitation wavelength of 280 nrn in hydroxylic solvents at room temperature, 1 shows fluorescence property.  相似文献

It crystallizes in a monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 30.6840(1), b = 10.9206(2), c = 17.4967(3) A, β= 111.931(1)°, V = 5438.65(14) A^3, Z = 4, C46H52N6O25S2Tb2, Mr = 1470.90, Dc = 1.796 g/cm^3, p = 2.747 mm^-1, F(000) = 2928, the final R = 0.0654 and wR = 0.1322 for 3806 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). In the neutral [Tb(SIP)(H2O)5]2 motif, the Tb(III) ions are linked by the SIP ligands to form a one-dimensional zigzag chain propagating along the c axis. The zigzag chains are linked together by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions to form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated bpy molecules act as pillars to extend the two-dimensional sheets into a distinctive pillared three-dimensional supramolecular structure through O-H...N hydrogen bonds. The photoluminescence of the complex was investigated at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

The imidazole covalently coordinated sandwich-type heteropolymngstates Na9[ {Na(H=O2}3{M(C3H4N2)}3( Sb W9O33)2]·xH=O(M=Ni^Ⅱ, Co^Ⅱ, Zn^Ⅱ, Mn^Ⅱ) were obtained by the reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, SbCl3·6H2O, NiCl2·6H2O [MnSO4·H2O, Co(NO3)2·6H2O, ZnSO4·7H2O] and imidazole at pH≈7.5. The structure of Na9[{Na(H2O)2}3{Ni(C3H4N2)}3(SbW9O33)2]·32H2O was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Polyanion [{Na(H2O)2}3{Ni(C3H4N2)}3(SbW9O33)2}3]^9- has approximate C3v symmetry, imidazole coordinated six-nuclear duster [{Na(H2O)2}3{Ni(C3H4N2)}3]^9+ is encapsulated between two (α-SbW9O33)^9-, the three rings of imidazole in the polyanion are perpendicular to the horizontal plane formed by six metals (Na-Ni-Na-Ni-Na-Ni) in the central belt, and x-stacking interactions exist between imidazoles of neighboring polyanions with dihedral angel of 60%. The compounds were also characterized by IR, UV-Vis spectra, TG and DSC, and the thermal decomposition mechanism of the four compounds was suggested by TG curves.  相似文献
