Microstructure, revealed by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and Mössbauer spectroscopy, and magnetic properties such as magnetic susceptibility, its disaccommodation, core losses and approach to magnetic saturation in bulk amorphous (Fe0.61Co0.10Zr0.025Hf0.025Ti0.02W0.02B0.20)100−xYx (x=0, 2, 3 or 4) alloys in the as-cast state and after the annealing in vacuum at 720 K for 15 min. are studied. The investigated alloys are ferromagnetic at room temperature. The average hyperfine field induction decreases with Y concentration. Due to annealing out of free volumes its value increases after the heat treatment of the samples. The magnetic susceptibility and core losses point out that the best thermal stability by the amorphous (Fe0.61Co0.10Zr0.025Hf0.025Ti0.02W0.02B0.20)97Y3 alloy is exhibited. Moreover, from Mössbauer spectroscopy investigations it is shown that the mentioned above alloy is the most homogeneous. The atom packing density increases with Y concentration, which is proved by the magnetic susceptibility disaccommodation and approach to magnetic saturation studies.  相似文献

The temperature and field dependent magnetic properties of melt-spun amorphous Fe89−xyZr11Bx(Co,Mn)y (x=5, 10 and 0≤y≤10) alloys in the temperature range 5-1200 K are reported. The Curie temperature and saturation magnetization at room temperature increase (decrease) almost linearly with Co (Mn) addition. With increasing Co concentration, the room temperature coercivity increases at the rate of 2.26 (0.28) A/m per at% for the x=5 (10) samples. The high-field magnetic susceptibility and local magnetic anisotropy decrease (increases) rapidly with increasing Co (Mn) concentration. The thermomagnetic curves show a marked increase in magnetization above 850 K corresponding to the crystallization of α-FeCo (α-Fe) phase in samples containing Co (Mn). The Curie temperature of the crystalline phase increases (remains same) with increasing Co (Mn) concentration with the formation of α-FeCo (α-Fe). Addition of Co up to 10 at% in Fe-Zr-B improves the room temperature saturation magnetization from 0.56 to 1.2 T, and Curie temperature from 315 to 476 K. Also, the coercivity increases with Co addition from 1.27 to 23.88 A/m for x=5 and from 7.64 to 10.35 A/m for x=10 alloy. The non-collinear spin structures that characterize Fe rich Fe-Zr-B amorphous alloys have been used to describe the observed results.  相似文献

In this paper, the effect of microstructural and surface morphological developments on the soft magnetic properties and giant magneto-impedance (GMI) effect of Fe73.5−xCrxSi13.5B9Nb3Au1 (x=1, 2, 3, 4, 5) alloys was investigated. It was found that the Cr addition causes slight decrease in the mean grain size of α-Fe(Si) grains. AFM results indicated a large variation of surface morphology of density and size of protrusions along the ribbon plane due to structural changes caused by thermal treatments with increasing Cr content. Ultrasoft magnetic properties such as the increase of magnetic permeability and the decrease of coercivity were observed in the samples annealed at 540 °C for 30 min. Accordingly, the GMI effect was also observed in the annealed samples.  相似文献

The critical parameters provide important information concerning the interaction mechanisms near the paramagnetic-to-ferromagnetic transition. In this paper, we present a thorough study for the critical behavior of La0.7A0.3(Mn1−xBx)O3 (A=Sr; B=Ti and Al; x=0.0 and 0.05) polycrystalline samples near ferromagnetic-paramagnetic phase transition temperature by analyzing isothermal magnetization data. We have analyzed our dc-magnetization data near the transition temperature with the help of the modified Arrot plot, Kouvel-Fisher method. We have determined the critical temperature TC and the critical parameters β, γ and δ. With the values of TC, β and γ, we plot M×(1−T/TC)β vs. H×(1−T/TC)γ. All the data collapse on one of the two curves. This suggests that the data below and above TC obey scaling, following a single equation of state. Critical parameters for x=0 and xTi=0.05 samples are between those predicted for a 3D-Heisenberg model and mean-field theory and for xAl=0.05 samples the values obtained for the critical parameters are close to those predicted by the mean-field theory.  相似文献

Under various amplitude of AC magnetic fields domain wall motion is the main mechanism in the magnetization process. This includes domain wall bulging and domain wall displacing. In this paper complex permeability-frequency spectra of (Fe1−xCox)73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 (x=0,0.5x=0,0.5) nanocrystalline alloys were measured as a function of the AC magnetic field, ranging from 0.001 to 0.04 Oe. Obvious changes have been found in complex permeability spectra for alloy x=0x=0 with the change of the amplitude of AC magnetic field, but variation of AC magnetic field has little effect on complex permeability spectra for alloy x=0.5x=0.5. This is attributed to the increased pinning field after substitution of Fe with Co in Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 nanaocrystalline alloy.  相似文献

Curie temperature, crystal structure and crystallization behavior of amorphous alloys with the stoichiometry Fe81−xNixZr7B12 (x=10–60) have been studied by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and AC-magnetization (TMAG) measurements as functions of temperature. The thermal stability of long-range magnetic order, TC vs. Ni content in as-quenched amorphous alloys exhibits maximum at 352 °C for x=40. The primary crystallization has been detected during annealing at the first crystallization stage of all ribbons investigated.  相似文献

A series of powders of M-typed barium hexaferrites doped with Co, Zn and Sn of general formula BaFe12-2xCox/2Znx/2SnxO19 (x=0-2.0) were prepared by the co-precipitation/molten salt method. The structures, particle morphology and magnetic properties of the products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer and ESEM/EDX. The results show that the crystallinity of the samples decreases with increase in the doping amount x. When x is less than 0.6, it is possible to obtain perfectly crystallized hexagonal BaFe12-2xCox/2Znx/2SnxO19, where the diameters of the particles are around 500 nm. The saturation magnetization of pure barium ferrite BaFe12O19 produced with this method is 71.9 A m2 kg−1 at room temperature and the intrinsic coercivity (Hc) is 367.8 kA m−1. The doped barium hexaferrite powder obtained when x is between 0.3 and 0.4 exhibits high saturation magnetization and a temperature dependence of coercivity close to zero.  相似文献
