The effects of La3+ on inward K+ channels at plasma membrane in vicia guard cells are investigated using the whole-cell patch-clamp recording mode. It is
shown that La3+ on both sides of plasma membrane blocks inward K+ currents in a concentration-dependent manner, indicating that La3+ binding sites may exist on both sides of plasma membrane in guard cells in vicia. The dose response is fitted by the Michaelis-Menten
relation characterized by an inhibitor constant K
i
of 2.56±0.25 μmol · L−1 (outside membrane) and (1.18±0.11)×10−15 mol · L−1 (inside membrane). Intracellular La3+ has much stronger inhibitory effect on inward K+ currents than extracellular La3+ does, suggesting there may exist stronger binding sites inside membrane than outside membrane. of guard cells directly affect plant stomatal movement and water status, our results imply that rare earth elements might

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Fe3+掺杂的Fe-K2La2Ti3O10.光催化剂,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射(DRS)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术对其进行了表征和分析,考察了不同掺杂量对K2La2Ti3O10的性质及光催化分解水制氢活性的影响.结果表明,Fe-K2La2Ti3O10.在400-650 nm范围内显示强吸收,光谱响应扩展到可见光区(λ>400 nm),掺杂Fe3+后,K2La2Ti3O10.的可见光区的光催化制氢活性显著提高,掺杂量为nPe/nn=0.04时活性最佳,当催化剂用量为0.1 g,反应液为CH3OH(30 mL)+H2O(90 mL)时,产氢量达到1.92 μmol·h-1,为未掺杂时的4倍. 相似文献

用LKB-2277生物活性检测系统采用停流法于37℃测定了克拉红霉素及克拉红霉素分别与Pr(NO3)3和La(NO3)3混合后,对大肠杆菌生长抑制作用的热效应变化.根据热动力学模型进行了定量解析,得到了各体系的克拉红霉素浓度c与大肠杆菌生长速率常数k之间关系式及其半抑制浓度Ic50.克拉红霉素:k=0.03106-1.273×10-3cIc50=8.81μg·mL-1(0.5~20μg·mL-1)克拉红霉素+Pr3+:k=0.02967-1.332×10-3cIc50=7.38μg·mL-1(1~15μg·mL-1)克拉红霉素+La3+:k=0.02741-1.194×10-3cIc50=6.34μg·mL-1(1~15μg·mL-1)微量热结果不仅表征了克拉红霉素的抗菌活性强于红霉素,Pr3+或La3+与克拉红霉素协同作用也使抗菌活性增强,而且反映了不同药物作用下细菌的生理、生化和代谢过程热动力学特征的变化. 相似文献

为进一步弄清La3+离子对光合磷酸化及Hill反应影响作用机制,采用分光光度法,控制反应液中La3+离子浓度在0~20μmol.L-1范围,对纯化的游离态CF1-ATPase水解ATP活性测定结果表明:La3+离子对CF1-ATPase具有明显的促进作用。而且随La3+离子浓度增大,CF1-ATPase活性动力学曲线明显呈现"S"型。但当La3+离子浓度大于25μmol.L-1之后,La3+离子对游离态CF1-ATPase则表现出一定的抑制作用。而La3+离子浓度在0~30μmol.L-1范围内,受La3+离子作用类囊体膜CF1-ATPase活性动力学曲线则呈现双"S"形曲线。热稳定性实验结果表明:La3+离子可以降低CF1-ATPase活化能,提高CF1-ATPase的热稳定性。La3+离子对CF1-ATPase活性的影响可能与CF1-ATPase分子上别构位点有关,这也可能是La3+离子促进叶绿体Hill反应的关键部位。 相似文献

Whether La3+ can enter human peripheral blood lymphocytes by the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger or not and the effect of La3+on the Na+/Ca2+ exchanger activity are examined by fura-2 technique. And that whether La3+ is sequestered by intracellular organelles (mainly endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondria) is studied by this method. La3+uptake is obviously stimulated by pre-treating the cells with ouabain and by removing extracellular Na+, and intracellular La3+concentration ([La3+]i) is directly proportional to its extracellular concentration ([La3+]o). But when [La3+]o exceeds 0.4 mmol/L, the 340/380 nm ratio of fluorescence is no longer varied and the maximum [La3+], is 1.5×10-12 mol · L-1. The higher concentration of La3+ (0.1 mmol/L) increases Na+/Ca2+ exchange-mediated calcium influx, but lower concentration (10 μmol/L) appears to block calcium influx. The results also suggest that cytosolic La3+ is transported by the ATP-dependent Ca2+ pump. Intracellular Ca2+ stores are depleted by ionomycin, and then ion 相似文献

A superconducting oxide with a stoichiometry La3CaBa3Cu7O15.5+x, in which x = 0.75, was prepared. It had a tetragonal triple-perovskite structure with lattice parameters a = 3.879 Å and c = 11.637 Å. According to resistivity measurements, a sharp superconducting transition, ΔTc(10-90%) = 1.5 K, and Tc(zero) = 80 K were observed. When it was measured at a small magnetic field (10-20 gauss) with field cooling, the sintered pellet showed a positive magnetic susceptibility, but the powdered sample exhibited (he diamagnetism of a typical superconductor. However, no peculiar shielding effect was found in both the sintered and powdered samples. 相似文献

应用in-cell和cell free核磁共振(NMR)方法分别研究了柠檬酸镧与大肠杆菌细胞内^15N标记的钙调蛋白(CaM)以及La^3+和大肠杆菌无细胞提取液(Cell free extract,CFE)的相互作用。将所得^1H-^15N HSQC NMR谱与纯化过的以不同组成比结合Ca/La的CaM的^1H-^15N HSQC NMR谱比较,发现在细胞内因胞内环境拥挤,蛋白运动能力下降,使CaM的NMR信号较少且峰宽增加。而柠檬酸镧可以透过细胞膜进入细胞,并与胞内的CaM结合。无细胞提取液的NMR谱显示,加镧之前细胞内CaM主要以Ca结合态存在,而加入La^3+可能形成Ca2La2CaM混合金属配合物。这和无细胞的化学体系的实验结果一致。实验结果显示,细胞水平NMR方法可用于研究稀土以至其他金属配合物与细胞的相互作用如何与细胞内钙调蛋白作用,以及有关的生物功能。 相似文献

利用Tb3 离子的发光, 研究了Tb3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM)结合的荧光光谱及荧光滴定曲线特点, 然后利用Tb3 4*CaM系统在221 nm直接激发和280 nm敏化激发的光谱变化研究了Ca2 , La3 和Al3 与拟南芥钙调素 (CaM) 的竞争结合作用. 结果表明: Tb3 , La3 与钙调素的竞争结合能力强于Ca2 , 而Tb3 的竞争结合力又大于La3 , Ca2 与钙调素的结合力远大于Al3 . 竞争实验的结果从分子水平上揭示了Tb3 , La3 和Al3 等金属离子生物效应可能的分子机制. 相似文献

研究了La3+或Eu3+与微过氧化酶-8(MP-8)相互作用并比较了它们与MP-8相互作用的强弱. 紫外-可见(UV-Vis)吸收光谱和电化学的结果表明, 不论在不含NaCl或含NaCl的溶液中,一个La3+或Eu3+优先与MP-8分子中血红素上两个丙酸基中的羧基氧发生强的键合作用,而过量的La3+或Eu3+与肽链上的羰基氧发生弱的相互作用.实验结果还清楚地证明Eu3+与MP-8的相互作用要强于La3+与MP-8的相互作用. 相似文献

A microcalorimetric technique was used to evaluate the influence of La3+ on mitochondria isolated from the liver tissue of Avian chicken. By means of LKB-2277 bioactivity monitor, ampoule method
at 37°C, we obtained the thermogenic curves of the metabolism of mitochondria. After isolation from the chicken liver tissue,
mitochondria still have metabolic activity and can live for a long time depending on the stored nutrients. In order to analyze
the results, the maximum power (P

d) were obtained. The addition of La3+ results in an increase of the maximum heat production and decline rate constants. Furthermore, values of P

Catalysts of Co,K/La2O3 have been prepared by wet impregnation. The samples have been calcined at 400°C and 700°C and have been characterized for phase composition using x‐ray diffraction and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The XPS analysis of the samples has been obtained by examination of the O 1s, K 2p, C 1s and La 3d spectral regions. The XPS data are discussed with respect to the calcination temperatures and the soot combustion performed in the spectrometer reaction chamber. Analysis of the XPS data indicates considerable carbonation of the surfaces of all samples, even after burning the soot. The K/La2O3 solid presents the highest content of surface carbonated species, showing the highest catalytic activity for soot combustion. Interaction of the catalysts with CO2 is studied by temperature‐programmed desorption and microbalance experiments. Kinetic studies and surface characterization of the potassium‐containing samples suggest that an appropriate surface potassium concentration is necessary for a synergetic action between potassium and lanthanum. In the cobalt‐containing catalysts calcined at 700°C, an increase is observed in the concentration of the outer‐layer perovskite species when the potassium content increases, following the same tendency observed in the bulk. 采用微波辅助通过酸交换、胺柱撑、离子交换等步骤制备了CdS插层的K2La2Ti3010(ia做CdS-K2La2Ti3010)复合光催化剂.利用x射线粉末衍射(xgo),场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM),紫外一可见漫反射吸收光谱(UV-Vis)和光致发光光谱(PL)等对产物进行表征,考察了CdS.KzLa2Ti3010在紫外光及可见光下催化制氢活性.结果表明,微波辅助法与传统法制备的插层复合催化剂晶型结构相似,同时大大减少了离子交换反应时间,减少了对层间结构的破坏,拓展了催化剂的可见光吸收范围.微波辅助制备的催化剂在紫外光和可见光照射3h后的产氢量分别为221.53mmol/(gcat.)和3.23mmol/(gcat.),并对光催化机理进行了分析. 相似文献

采用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)分析了凝胶体系中混合添加剂酒石酸和La~(3+)对草酸钙(Ca Oxa)晶体生长的影响。研究结果显示,酒石酸可以抑制Ca Oxa晶体的生长、聚集,并诱导二水草酸钙(COD)生成;La~(3+)不仅可诱导COD生成,而且可使一水草酸钙(COM)的形貌发生变化;而酒石酸和La~(3+)的联合作用则不仅增强了对COD的诱导能力,并使COM的聚集程度降低、比表面积减小。酒石酸和La~(3+)的联合疗法对尿石病的预防和治疗有较大的参考价值。 相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La^3+非均匀掺杂的TiO2薄膜。通过对甲基橙的光催化降解实验来评价催化剂薄膜的催化活性,结果表明:La^3+的掺杂方式对TiO2的催化活性有很大的影响,采用非均匀掺杂方式可以明显提高TiO2的催化活性,掺杂浓度以0.5%(原子分数)为最佳。紫外-可见漫反射光谱鼎示其吸收带边明显红移;电化学行为表明其光生空穴一电子对的形成能力和分离效率得到提高。通过比较太阳能光电池异质结的“窗口效应”理论,初步探讨了La^3+非均匀掺杂对TiO2的光催化活性的影响机制。 相似文献
