Five [D-Ala2, D-Leu55]enkephalin (DADLE) analogs containing fluorinated Tyr1 or Phe4 residue, that is, [Phe(2F)4] (I), [Phe(3F)4] (II), [Phe(4F)4] (III), [Tyr(3F)1] (IV) and [Tyr(2F)1] (V), were synthesized by the solid phase method and their opioid receptor affinities were examined. Affinity profiles of five derivatives for the mu- and delta-receptor were similar to those of DADLE, and the affinity for kappa-receptor was zero or negligible.  相似文献

The bioconjugation of organometallic complexes with peptides has proven to be a novel approach for drug discovery. We report the facile and chemoselective reaction of tyrosine-containing G-protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) peptides with [Cp*Rh(H(2)O)(3)](OTf)(2), in water, at room temperature, and at pH 5-6. We have focused on three important GPCR peptides; namely, [Tyr(1)]-leu-enkephalin, [Tyr(4)]-neurotensin(8-13), and [Tyr(3)]-octreotide, each of which has a different position for the tyrosine residue, together with competing functionalities. Importantly, all other functional groups present, i.e., amino, carboxyl, disulfide, phenyl, and indole, were not prominent sites of reactivity by the Cp*Rh tris aqua complex. Furthermore, the influence of the Cp*Rh moiety on the structure of [Tyr(3)]-octreotide was characterized by 2D NMR, resulting in the first representative structure of an organometallic-peptide complex. The biological consequences of these Cp*Rh-peptide complexes, with respect to GPCR binding and growth inhibition of MCF7 and HT29 cancer cells, will be presented for [(η(6)-Cp*Rh-Tyr(1))-leu-enkephalin](OTf)(2) and [(η(6)-Cp*Rh-Tyr(3))-octreotide](OTf)(2).  相似文献

A series of nickel(II) complexes with polydentate aminopyridine ligands N,N,N'-tris-[2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl]ethane-1,2-diamine (L1), N,N,N'-tris-[2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl]-N'-methylethane-1,2-diamine (L2), and N,N'-bis-[2-(2'-pyridyl)ethyl]-N,N'-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine (L3) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic methods. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies showed that the Ni(II) ions have five-coordinate square-pyramidal geometry in [NiL2](ClO(4))(2), similar to that previously found in [NiL1](ClO(4))(2) x CH(3)NO(2) (Hoskins, B. F.; Whillans, F. D.J. Chem. Soc., Dalton Trans. 1975, 657), and square-planar geometry in [NiL3](ClO(4))(2). All three nickel(II) complexes are reduced by sodium borohydride or sodium amalgam in organic solvents to nickel(I) species, which were identified by highly anisotropic EPR spectra at 100 K: g(1) = 2.239, g(2) = 2.199, and g(3) = 2.025 for [NiL1](+); g(axially) = 2.324 and g(radially) = 2.079 for [NiL2](+) and [NiL3](+). Cyclic voltammetry of the nickel(II) complexes in acetonitrile exhibited reversible reduction waves at -1.01 V for [NiL1](2+), -0.91 V for [NiL2](2+), and -0.83 V for [NiL3](2+) versus SCE, potentials which are significantly less negative than those of most previously characterized Ni(II) complexes with nitrogen-only donor atoms. Complexes [NiL1](2+) and [NiL2](2+) showed high catalytic activity in the electroreduction of 1,2-trans-dibromocyclohexane to cyclohexene.  相似文献

The reaction of [PPN](3)[Re(7)C(CO)(21)] with Hg(2)(NO(3))(2).2H(2)O in dichloromethane formed the complex [PPN](4)[(Re(7)C(CO)(21)Hg)(2)] ([PPN](4)[1]), isolated in 60% yield. Analogous salts of [1](4-) with [PPh(4)](+) and [NEt(4)](+) were also prepared. The crystal structure of [PPN](4)[1] showed that two carbidoheptarhenate cores are linked by a dimercury(I) unit (d(Hg-Hg) = 2.610(4) A), with each individual mercury atom face-bridging. Oxidative cleavage of the Hg-Hg bond in [1](4-) was effected by 4-bromophenyl disulfide to form [Re(7)C(CO)(21)HgSC(6)H(4)Br](2-) ([4](2-)), by I(2) to form [Re(7)C(CO)(21)HgI](2-) ([5](2-)), and by Br(2) to form [Re(7)C(CO)(21)HgBr](2-) ([6](2-)). Oxidation of [1](4-) by ferrocenium ion (2 equiv) in the presence of tetramethylthiourea resulted in the derivative [Re(7)C(CO)(21)HgSC(NMe(2))(2)](-) ([7](-)). The molecular structure of [PPN][7] was determined by X-ray crystallography. This is the first example of a carbidoheptarhenate-mercury complex with a neutral ligand on mercury, and ligand exchange was demonstrated by displacement with triethylphosphine. Complex [7](-) can also be prepared by protonating [Re(7)C(CO)(21)HgO(2)CCH(3)](2-) in the presence of tetramethylthiourea. Cyclic voltammetry data to calibrate and compare the redox properties of compounds [1](4-) and [7](-) have been measured.  相似文献

Different inorganic and organometallic gold(III) and gold(I) complexes have been tested in the addition of water and methanol to terminal alkynes. Anionic and neutral organometallic gold(III) compounds can efficiently mediate these reactions in neutral media in refluxing methanol. The compounds are added in catalytic amounts (1.6-4.5 mol % with respect to the alkyne). Thus, compounds of the general formula Q[AuRCl(3)], Q[AuR(2)Cl(2)], [AuRCl(2)](2), and [AuR(2)Cl](2) (Q = BzPPh(3)(+), PPN: N(PPh(3))(2)(+) or N(Bu)(4)(+); R = C(6)F(5) or 2,4,6-(CH(3))(3)C(6)H(2)) seem to behave as Lewis acids in nucleophilic additions to triple bonds. Some intermediates could be detected in the stoichiometric reaction between [Au(C(6)F(5))(2)Cl](2) and phenylacetylene that was followed by variable temperature (1)H, (19)F[(1)H], COSY (19)F[(1)H]-(19)F[(1)H], and (2)H[(1)H] NMR experiments. Compound [Au(C(6)F(5))(2)Cl](2) is also able to catalyze the hydration of phenylacetylene at room temperature. A plausible mechanism for the hydration reaction has been proposed.  相似文献

A series of chiral M(6)M'(8) cluster compounds having twelve free carboxylate groups, [M(6)M'(8)(D-pen-N,S)(12)X](5-) (M/M'/X = Pd(II)/Ag(I)/Cl(-) ([1](5-)), Pd(II)/Ag(I)/Br(-) ([2](5-)), Pd(II)/Ag(I)/I(-) ([3](5-)), Ni(II)/Ag(I)/Cl(-) ([4](5-)), Pt(II)/Ag(I)/Cl(-) ([5](5-)), Pd(II)/Cu(I)/Cl(-) ([6](5-)); D-H(2)pen = D-penicillamine), in which six cis-[M(D-pen-N,S)(2)](2-) square-planar units are bound to a [M'(8)X](7+) cubic core through sulfur-bridges, was synthesized by the reactions of cis-[M(D-pen-N,S)(2)](2-) with M' in water in the presence of halide ions. These M(6)M'(8) clusters readily reacted with La(3+) in aqueous buffer to form La(III)(2)M(6)M'(8) heterotrimetallic compounds, La(2)[1](CH(3)COO), La(2)[2](CH(3)COO), La(2)[3](CH(3)COO), La(2)[4](CH(3)COO), La(2)[5](CH(3)COO) and La(2)[6]Cl, in which the M(6)M'(8) cluster units are linked by La(3+) ions through carboxylate groups in a 1?:?2 ratio. While the La(III)(2)M(6)Ag(I)(8) compounds derived from [1](5-), [2](5-), [3](5-), [4](5-) and [5](5-) have a 1D helix supramolecular structure with a right-handedness, the La(III)(2)Pd(II)(6)Cu(I)(8) compound derived from [6](5-) has a 2D sheet-like structure with a triangular grid of the Pd(II)(6)Cu(I)(8) cluster units. When aqueous HCl was added to the reaction solution of [6](5-) and La(3+), another La(III)(2)Pd(II)(6)Cu(I)(8) heterotrimetallic compound, La(2)[6]Cl·HCl, in which the Pd(II)(6)Cu(I)(8) cluster units are linked by La(3+) ions to form a 2D structure with a rectangular grid, was produced. The solid-state structures of these La(III)(2)M(6)M'(8) compounds, determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, along with the spectroscopic properties of the M(6)M'(8) cluster compounds in solution, are described.  相似文献

The 1 : 3 Schiff base condensates of tris(2-aminoethyl)amine (tren) or tris(3-aminopropyl)amine (trpn) with 4-methyl-5-imidazolecarboxaldehyde, H3L1 and H3L2, respectively, were generated in situ and used to prepare complexes with manganese(II) and iron(III). The resultant complexes, [MnH3L1](ClO4)2, [MnH3L1](ClO4)2.EtOH.H2O, [MnH3L2](ClO4)2, [FeH3L1](ClO4)3.1.5(EtOH) and [FeHL1](I3) (0.525)(I)(0.475).2.625H2O, have been characterized by EA, IR, ES MS, variable temperature magnetic susceptibility, X-ray crystallography, and M?ssbauer spectroscopy for the iron complexes. The three manganese(II) complexes are high spin with [MnH3L2](ClO4)2 exhibiting coordination number seven while the others are six coordinate. [FeH3L1](ClO4)3.1.5(EtOH) has two iron sites, a seven coordinate and a pseudo seven coordinate site. The complex is high spin at room temperature but exhibits a magnetic moment that decreases with temperature corresponding to conversion of one of the sites to low spin. [FeHL1](I3) (0.525)(I)(0.475).2.625H2O is low spin even at room temperature. In the present complexes the apical nitrogen atom, N(ap), of the tripodal ligand is pyramidal and directed toward the metal atom. The data show that the M-N(ap) distance decreases as the oxidation state of the metal increases, as the number of bound imidazole protons on the ligand increases, and as the number of carbon atoms in the backbone of the ligand (tren vs. trpn) increases. In a limiting sense, short M-N(ap) distances result in high spin seven coordinate mono capped octahedral complexes and long M-N(ap) distances result in low spin six coordinate octahedral complexes.  相似文献

Six new copper(I) clusters, [Et4N]2[(MOS3)2Cu4(mu-SBu(t))2](1a: M = Mo; 1b: M = W), [Et4N][(MOS3)2Cu6(mu-SBu(t))3](2a: M = Mo; 2b: M = W) and [Bu4N]2[(MOS3)3Cu9(mu-SBu(t))3(mu3-SBu(t))][I](3a: M = Mo; 3b: M = W) have been prepared by the reactions of thiomolybdates and thiotungstates with CuSBu(t) under various conditions. The [(MOS3)2Cu4(mu-SBu(t))2](2-) dianions in 1a and 1b represent the first examples of double butterfly-shaped Mo(W)/Cu/S clusters. Addition of more Cu atoms to 1a or 1b resulted in the formation of incomplete double cubane-like clusters 2a or 2b. Single crystal structural studies showed that the anions of 2a and 2b are formed in a mouth-to-mouth fashion by two incomplete cubanes [MOS3Cu3](M = Mo, W) with three mu-SBu(t-) linkages. In the molecular structure of 3b, the SBu(t-) ligands act as mu- and mu3-bridges which link three WOS3Cu3 incomplete cubane-like fragments. An iodide ion crystallises in the cavity defined by the three incomplete cubanes in 3b. The spectroscopic and electrochemical properties of all the clusters are also studied.  相似文献

Reaction of the ditopic semirigid ligand 1,2-bis(imidazolylmethyl)benzene (1,2-bImb) or the flexible ligand 1,4-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)butane (C4BIm) with AgX (X = ClO4-, BF4-, CF3CO2-) afforded five new complexes, namely, [Ag2(1,2-bImb)2](ClO4)2 (1), [Ag2(1,2-bImb)2](BF4)2 (2), [Ag2(1,2-bImb)2](CF3CO2)2.2CH3OH (3.2CH3OH), [Ag2(C4BIm)2](ClO4)2.2DMF (4.2DMF), and [Ag2(C4BIm)2](CF3CO2)2.2H2O (5.2H2O), all of which contain a centrosymmetric, rectangular-shaped cationic disilver(I) metallacycle [Ag2(L)2]2+. In 1-3, a pair of 1,2-bImb ligands takes on the syn conformation to connect two Ag(I) ions to give a compressed rectangle with a transannular Ag...Ag separation of 3.27-3.36 angstroms, whereas in 4 and 5, the pair of planar C4BIm ligands acts in the cis conformation to connect two Ag(I) ions to yield a normal rectangle with a transannular Ag...Ag separation of 7.67-7.91 angstroms. The anions form Ag...O or Ag...F weak interactions in 1-3 and O-H...O or N-H...O hydrogen bonds in 4 and 5 in crystal packing but exhibit no significant influence on the formation of the disilver(I) macrocycles. The solution structure and dynamic behavior of the complexes studied by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry, 1H NMR, and variable-temperature NMR indicated that the dynamic equilibrium between the [Ag2(L)2]2+ cation and the open-ring oligomers or other potential species occurs via solvent-assisted dissociative exchange. The metal-ligand exchange barrier was estimated to be 54.5 kJ mol(-1).  相似文献

Systematic theoretical studies of the [XMYH](n) inorganic rings and clusters (M = Al, Ga, In; Y = N, P, As; X = H, F, Cl, Br, I; n = 1-6) have been carried out using hybrid Hartree-Fock density functional theory. A consistent set of the structural and thermodynamic properties has been obtained. The stability of the MY bond decreases in the order Al > Ga >or= In; N > P > As. Terminal groups X have a minor influence on the subsequent elimination enthalpies of the clusters. In the case of X = H, hydrogen elimination makes formation of the [HMYH](6) oligomers from MH(3) and YH(3) thermodynamically favorable; while in the case of halide substituents, formation of [XMYH](6) is thermodynamically unfavorable, except for the system with the strongest MY bond (AlN). Substitution of the acidic hydrogen by X is favorable energetically for all [HMYH](6) clusters, but is complicated by the processes of cluster destruction to form the [X(2)MYH(2)](2) dimers. The high stability of the [HMNH](6) clusters makes them attractive single-source precursors for the production of 13-15 composites.  相似文献

Ten Tyr-D-Arg-Phe-betaAla-NH(2) (YRFB) analogs in which specific amino acid side chains are shifted to the N(alpha)-position were synthesized, and the binding to these analogs to the mu receptor and their in vitro biological properties were evaluated. Some analogs in which a N,N-bis(p-hydroxybenzyl)-Gly residue was substituted for Tyr(1) exhibited mu receptor antagonist activities (pA(2)) between 5.3 and 6.1. Of these analogs, [N,N-bis(p-hydroxybenzyl)-Gly(1)]YRFB was found to be the most potent specific antagonist for the mu-opioid receptor.  相似文献

The kinetics and mechanism of the thermal decomposition of the one-electron reduction product of [Fe(CN)(5)NO](2-) (nitroprusside ion, NP) have been studied by using UV-vis, IR, and EPR spectroscopy and mass-spectrometric and electrochemical techniques in the pH range of 4-10. The reduction product contains an equilibrium mixture of [Fe(CN)(4)NO](2-) and [Fe(CN)(5)NO](3-) ions. The first predominates at pH <8 and is formed by the rapid release of trans-cyanide from [Fe(CN)(5)NO](3-), which, in turn, is the main component at pH >9-10. Both nitrosyl complexes decay by first-order processes with rate constants around 10(-5) s(-1) (pH 6-10) related to the dissociation of NO. The decomposition is enhanced at pH 4 by 2 orders of magnitude with protons (and also metal ions) favoring the release of cyanides from the [Fe(CN)(4)NO](2-) ions and the ensuing rapid delivery of NO. At pH 7, an EPR-silent intermediate I(1) is detected (nu(NO), 1695 and 1740 cm(-1)) and assigned to the trans-[Fe(II)(CN)(4)(NO)(2)](2-) ion, an {Fe(NO)(2)}(8) species. At pH 6-8, I(1) induces a disproportionation process with formation of N(2)O and the regeneration of nitroprusside in a 1:2 molar ratio. At lower pHs, I(1) leads, competitively, to a second paramagnetic (S = 1/2) dinitrosyl intermediate I(2), [Fe(CN)(2)(NO)(2)](1-), a new member of a series of four-coordinate {Fe(L)(2)(NO)(2)} complexes (L = thiolates, imidazole, etc.), described as {Fe(NO)(2)}(9). Other decomposition products are hexacyanoferrate(II) or free cyanide, depending on the pH, and precipitates of the Prussian-Blue type. This study throws light on the conditions favoring rapid release of NO, to promote vasodilatory effects upon NP injection, and describes new processes related to dinitrosyl formation and NO disproportionation, which are also relevant to the diverse biological processes associated with NO and N(2)O processing.  相似文献

The electrochemical and optical properties of films prepared from two different Fe(II) coordination polymers (TPT[Fe(II)TPT](n)(PF(6))(2)(n) (TPT = terpyridine-phenyl-terpyridine) and CTPCT[Fe(II)CTPCT](n)(PF(6))(2)(n) (CTPCT = chiral terpyridine-phenyl-chiral terpyridine)) and a coordination polymer based on Cu(I) metal centers (PDP[Cu(I)PDP](n)(BF(4))(n)) (PDP = phenanthroline-dodecane-phenanthroline) have been studied. The oxidation of a PDP[Cu(I)PDP](n)(BF(4))(n) film coated on an indium-tin oxide (ITO) electrode by stepping the potential from 0.0 to +1.4 V vs Ag/AgCl led not only to the complete bleaching of the absorption in the visible region of the spectrum within 5 min but also to a redox-induced dissociation and dissolution of the polymer. The reverse reaction of binding and reassembling the polymer at the electrode surface, upon stepping the potential back to 0.0 V, occurred with a rate which was at least 1 order of a magnitude slower. In contrast, the bis(2,2':6',2' '-terpyridine)iron(II)-based redox polymers TPT[Fe(II)TPT](n)(PF(6))(2)(n) and CTPCT[Fe(II)CTPCT](n)(PF(6))(2)(n), during similar spectroelectrochemical experiments, not only exhibited a dramatically enhanced switching rate but also displayed symmetric switching kinetics. The films did not show signs of deterioration over 150 switching cycles. Additionally, in an effort to assemble an electrochromic device with chiroptical properties, the electrochromism of films generated from the enantiomerically pure CTPCT[Fe(II)CTPCT](n)(PF(6))(2)(n) polymer was studied through circular dichroism.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of the novel 24,29-dimethyl-6,7,15,16-tetraoxotetracyclo-[19.5.5.0(5,8).0(14,17)]-1,4,9,13,18,21,24,29-octaazaenatriaconta-Delta(5,8),Delta(14,17)-diene (L) are reported. Molecule L incorporates two squaramide functions in a overstructured chain connecting two opposite nitrogen atoms of the Me(2)[12]aneN(4) polyaza macrocyclic base to obtain a cage topology. The basicity and binding properties of L towards Cu(II) were determined by means of potentiometric measurements in aqueous solution (298.1+/-0.1 K, I=0.15 mol dm(-3)). Molecule L behaves as a diprotic base under the experimental conditions employed and forms only mononuclear Cu(II) complexes in which the squaramide moieties are not involved in the stabilization of the metal ion that is stabilized by the amine functions of the polyaza base inside the three-dimensional cavity. The [CuL](2+) species was tested as a host for the series of halide anions. UV-visible spectrophotometric experiments permitted the determination of the addition constants of halides to the Cu(II)-complexed species. The [CuL](2+) species binds the anions F(-), Cl(-), and Br(-) by forming the [CuLX](+) species, but does not bind the biggest I(-) anion. A trend of selectivity as a function of the hydrogen-bonding capability as well as the dimensions of the anion were established; the maximum value of selectivity was for addition of the F(-) anion (log K=4.8). This selectivity is due to the presence of the overstructured chain containing the squaramide groups up to the Me(2)[12]aneN(4) macrocyclic base. The squaramide groups, by providing hydrogen-bond contacts, permit the [CuL](2+) species to selectively bind these anions through the formation of a hydrogen-bond network with F(-) and Cl(-). The crystal structures of the [CuLF](+) and [CuLCl](+) cations support the results obtained in aqueous solution.  相似文献

The room-temperature stable CI3+ salts [CI3+[pftb](-)1 and [CI3]+[al-f-al](-) 2([pftb](-) = [Al(OC(CF3)3)4](-); [al-f-al](-) = [((CF3)3CO)3Al-F-Al(OC(CF3)3)3](-)) were prepared in quantitative yields from purified CI4 and the corresponding silver aluminates with total exclusion of light (NMR, IR, UV-VIS, X-ray diffraction). The isolated CI(3)(+) cation is trigonal planar with a sum of <(I-C-I) = 360.0 degrees (1) and 359.9 degrees (2). Attempts to prepare CHI2+ and CH2I+ salts from CHI3 or CH2I2/Ag[pftb] mixtures remained unsuccessful; the reaction with CH2I2 leads to the formation of the adduct [Ag(CH2I2)3]+[pftb](-)3, while for HCI3, dismutation with formation of 1 as well as 3 was observed. All particles were also calculated at the MP2/TZVPP level to predict the vibrational and electronic spectra as well as to calculate the Gibbs free energies of all reactions (DeltaG degrees , gas phase and CH2Cl2 solution). Quantum chemical calculations were also used to investigate the stability of the [pftb](-) anion against the electrophilic attack of the CX3+ and CHnX3-n+ cations (X = F-I, n = 1-3). The strength of the Lewis acidity of these cations and of the isoelectronic boron halides BX()and BHnX3-n have been established on the basis of their fluoride ion affinities (FIAs). The FIAs of the carbon and the boron containing compounds show opposite trends, with fluorinated halomethyl cations being stronger acids than their heavier congeners but iodinated holoboranes being stronger acids than their lighter homologues.  相似文献

Two ligands containing 1,2,3-triazole moieties 1 and 3 were easily prepared by a Cu(I)-catalysed "click reaction" between commercially available (trimethylsilyl)alkynes and benzyl azide. These ligands were used in the synthesis of Ru(II) complexes with TAP ligands, i.e. [Ru(TAP)(2)btz](2+)2 and [Ru(TAP)(2)pytz](2+)4. The electrochemical and photophysical properties of these complexes were investigated. The data show that both complexes should behave as highly oxidizing agents under illumination. However, complex 4 displays more attractive photophysical properties than complex 2 and constitutes thus a Ru-TAP compound that can be easily derivatized for photodamaging biomolecules.  相似文献

1-Ethyl-2-(1-oxy-3-oxo-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazolin-2-yl)-3-methylimidazolium bromide, [EMINN](+)[Br](-), carrying nitronylnitroxide (NN) in the cation unit, was prepared as a parent molecule and converted to seven salts, [EMINN](+)[X](-) (X = I, TFSI (bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide), BPh4 (tetraphenylborate), [EMINN](+)(1-3)[BA(1-3)]((1-3)-); BA1 (benzoic acid), BA2 (terephthalic acid), and BA3 (trimesic acid), and [EMINN](+)[BANN](-); BANN (4-NN-benzoic acid)), by the ion-exchange reaction. The molecular structure of the cation units for all salts revealed by X-ray crystallography is similar, where the dihedral angles between the imidazolium ring and the NN planes are 51-58 degrees. In the crystal structure, [EMINN](+)[X](-) (X = Br, I, TFSI, and BPh4) formed head-to-tail dimers, while the uniquely shaped dimers consisting of two [EMINN](+)[carboxylate](-) units were connected by the hydrogen bonding of water molecules to form a tape structure for [EMINN](+)[BANN](-) and 2D sheet structure for [EMINN](+)2[BA2](2-) and [EMINN](+)3[BA3](3-). In the crystalline state, [EMINN](+)[X](-) showed behavior typical of a paramagnetic species with S = 1/2. The chi(mol)T vs T plot for [EMINN](+)[BANN](-) was analyzed using a four-spin model to give J1/kB = -0.27 and J2/kB = -0.16 K. The plots for [EMINN](+)2[BA2](2-) and [EMINN](+)3[BA3](3-) were analyzed using an antiferromagnetic chain model to give J/kB = -62.1 and -86.5 K, respectively. In aqueous solution, on the other hand, the ESR spectra for all salts showed similar five-line signals due to the isolated NN moiety. The relaxivities (r1 and r2; 25 degrees C, 0.59 T, and 25 MHz) for [EMINN](+)[Br](-), [EMINN](+)[BA](-), [EMINN](+)[BANN](-), [EMINN](+)2[BA2](2-), and [EMINN](+)3[BA3](3-), are r1 = 0.13, 0.14, 0.32, 0.26, and 0.40 and r2 = 0.17, 0.13, 0.31, 0.30, and 0.46 mM(-1) s(-1), respectively.  相似文献

Dimeric rhodium(I) bis(carbonyl) chloride, [Rh(CO)(2)(mu-Cl)](2), is found to be a useful and convenient starting material for the syntheses of new cationic carbonyl complexes of both rhodium(I) and rhodium(III). Its reaction with the Lewis acids AlCl(3) or GaCl(3) produces in a CO atmosphere at room temperature the salts [Rh(CO)(4)][M(2)Cl(7)] (M = Al, Ga), which are characterized by Raman spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data for [Rh(CO)(4)][Al(2)Cl(7)]: triclinic, space group Ponemacr; (No. 2); a = 9.705(3), b = 9.800(2), c = 10.268(2) A; alpha = 76.52(2), beta = 76.05(2), gamma = 66.15(2) degrees; V = 856.7(5) A(3); Z = 2; T = 293 K; R(1) [I > 2sigma(I)] = 0.0524, wR(2) = 0.1586. Crystal data for [Rh(CO)(4)][Ga(2)Cl(7)]: triclinic, space group Ponemacr; (No. 2); a = 9.649(1), b = 9.624(1), c = 10.133(1) A; alpha = 77.38(1), beta = 76.13(1), gamma = 65.61(1) degrees; V = 824.4(2) A(3); Z = 2; T = 143 K; R(1) [I > 2sigma(I)] = 0.0358, wR(2) = 0.0792. Structural parameters for the square planar cation [Rh(CO)(4)](+) are compared to those of isoelectronic [Pd(CO)(4)](2+) and of [Pt(CO)(4)](2+). Dissolution of [Rh(CO)(2)Cl](2) in HSO(3)F in a CO atmosphere allows formation of [Rh(CO)(4)](+)((solv)). Oxidation of [Rh(CO)(2)Cl](2) by S(2)O(6)F(2) in HSO(3)F results in the formation of ClOSO(2)F and two seemingly oligomeric Rh(III) carbonyl fluorosulfato intermediates, which are easily reduced by CO addition to [Rh(CO)(4)](+)((solv)). Controlled oxidation of this solution with S(2)O(6)F(2) produces fac-Rh(CO)(3)(SO(3)F)(3) in about 95% yield. This Rh(III) complex can be reduced by CO at 25 degrees C in anhydrous HF to give [Rh(CO)(4)](+)((solv)); addition of SbF(5) at -40 degrees C to the resulting solution allows isolation of [Rh(CO)(4)][Sb(2)F(11)], which is found to have a highly symmetrical (D(4)(h)()) [Sb(2)F(11)](-) anion. Oxidation of [Rh(CO)(2)Cl](2) in anhydrous HF by F(2), followed in a second step by carbonylation in the presence of SbF(5), is found to be a simple, straightforward route to pure [Rh(CO)(5)Cl][Sb(2)F(11)](2), which has previously been structurally characterized by us. All new complexes are characterized by vibrational and NMR spectroscopy. Assignment of the vibrational spectra and interpretation of the structural data are supported by DFT calculations.  相似文献
