A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, {[Cd(3-CNPP)(Py)3]·2H2O}n (3-CNPP2-=2-(3-carboxymethyl-4-nitrophenyl)propionate dianion, Py=pyridine) was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/ n, a=0.974 81(19) nm, b=1.992 3(4) nm, c=1.459 8(3) nm, β=95.92(3)°, and V=2.820 0(10) nm3 Z=4, R=0.037 3, wR=0.083 8. Each cadmium(Ⅱ) atom is seven-coordinated by four oxygen atoms from two different 3-CNPP2- groups and three nitrogen atoms from three pyridine ligands, forming a distorted pentagonal bipyramindal coordination geometry. The cadmium(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by the tetradentate 3-CNPP2- groups, constructing a one-dimensional zigzag chain structure along c axis. The adjacent distance of Cd…Cd atoms is 0.979 6 nm. The two-dimensional hydrogen-bonding supramolecular network was formed via the hydrogen bond interactions. CCDC: 254257.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional coordination polymer, [Cd( μ-DPIA)2(H2O)]n (HDPIA=4,5-Diphenylimidazole-1-acetic acid), was synthesized and characterized by the element analysis, IR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthogonal space group Pca22 with unit cell parameters: a=1.509 6(3) nm, b=0.611 1(1) nm, c=3.216 4(6) nm, and V=2.967 1(10) nm3, Z=4, R=0.032 7, wR=0.086 7. The Cd atom is seven-coordinated by four O atoms and two N atoms from two chelating DPIA- ligands and one water molecule, and displays a distorted pentagonal bipyramid coordination geometry. Each DPIA- ligand bridges two adjacent Cd atoms, forming a infinite chain along the a axis direction. The Cd…Cd separation within the polymer is 0.765 0(3) nm. A layer structure which parallels to the ab plane is further constructed by hydrogen bonding interactions. CCDC: 254247.  相似文献

The complex {[Co(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)4](Fum)·4H2O}n(where 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine and Fum = fumarate) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The complex consists of one-dimensional chains containing cobalt(Ⅱ) ions bridged by 4,4′-bpy molecules. The six-coordination of Co2+ is achieved by means of four water molecules. The fumarate is not coordinated to cobalt ion while it forms hydrogen bonds with coordinated and non-coordinated water molecules and extends the structure into three-dimensional hydrogen bonding network. 在甲醇和水的混合溶剂中用2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酸(2,4,6-TMBA)、邻菲咯啉(phen)、高氯酸镉为原料采用水热法合成了一维链状配位聚合物Cd(phen)(2,4,6-DMBA)2(H2O)。该配合物晶体属四方晶系,空间群I41。晶体中镉原子与1个邻菲咯啉的2个N原子、2个2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酸酸根中的3个羧基氧原子及1个水分子中的氧原子配位,晶胞参数:a=2.042 5(7) nm,c=1.395 2(5) nm,V=5.820(3) nm3Dc=1.454 g·cm-3,Z=8,F(000)=2 608,GooF=1.064,R1=0.034 8,wR2=0.070 4。形成六配位的变形八面体结构。对晶体进行了热稳定性分析,结果表明:配合物在240.0 ℃以下稳定性好。  相似文献

A coordination polymer of [Cd{5-(NO2)sal}2(2,2′-bipy)]n(5-(NO2)sal=5-nitrosalicylate, 2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction single crystal structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=2.730 8(16) nm, b=1.272 3(5) nm, c=0.674 5(3) nm, β=96.73(2)°, V=2.327(2) nm3, Z=4, R=0.022 2, wR=0.057. The 5-nitrosalicylate anions doubly bridge the Cd(Ⅱ) atoms to form one-dimensional polymeric chain with the repeated eight-membered ring units (Cd-O-C-O)2. The crystal structure is stabilized by intra- and interchain hydrogen bonds interactions. CCDC: 694568.  相似文献

A novel one-dimensional chain coordination polymer of terbium(Ⅲ) with p-methylbenzoic acid, 2,2′-bi-pyridine and 4,4′-bipyridine has been synthesized and characterized. The crystal data of this complex C39H37N3O8Tb are as follows: monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a=0.974 01(10) nm, b=2.605 8(3) nm, c=1.457 77(14) nm, β=96.108(2)°, V=3.678 9(6) nm3, Dc=1.507 g·cm-3, Mr=834.64, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=1.978 mm-1, F(000)=1 684, R1=0.032 4, wR2=0.063 4. The crystal structure of the complex shows that the terbium(Ⅲ) ion is coordinated with eight oxygen atoms, six from five p-methylbenzoic acid molecules and two from two water molecules, respectively, forming the distorted tetraprism geometry. A one-dimensional (1D) Z conformation coordination polymer, [Ag(bix)(NO3)(H2O)]n was obtained by the reaction between AgNO3 and flexible ligand of 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-benzene under hydrothermal conditions. It crystallizes in triclinic with space group P1. The crystallographic data of the compound are: a=0.777 1(2) nm, b=1.043 4(3) nm, c=1.082 7(3) nm, α=71.403(4)°, β=80.946(5)°, γ=88.794(4)°. The 1D chainlike structure was connected by π-π interaction between phenyl rings, leading to a 2D layered network. The lattice water and the NO3- anions were involved between the layers, therefore the 2D layered structure further extended to an intricate 3D framework. CCDC: 257100.  相似文献

The novel coordination polymer {[Cd(p-CMSP)(Him)(H2O)]·3H2O}n ( p-CMSP2-=p-(carboxymethoxy)phenylthioacetate, Him=imidazole) was synthesized by the reaction of Cd(NO3)2, imidazole and p-(carboxymethoxy)phenylthioacetic acid in an aqueous solution, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.144 0(2) nm, b=1.876 7(4) nm, c=0.877 89(18) nm, β=106.31(3)° and V=1.808 9(7) nm3, Z=4, R=0.023 2, wR=0.051 4. Each Cd(II) atom displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, defined by three carboxyl O atoms from different p-CMSP2- ligands, one S atom from thioether, one N atom from imidazole and one water molecule. Adjacent Cd(II) ions are bridged by p-CMSP2- groups, resulting in a 2D layer structure. The adjacent Cd…Cd distances are 0.492 7 nm and 1.144 0 nm. Furthermore, such layers are linked through hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. CCDC: 269474.  相似文献

在水热条件下,稀土氧化物与2,2′-联苯二甲酸及异烟酸反应得到了两个新颖的一维交替链状配位聚合物[Er(dpa)(pya)(H2O)]n和[Nd2(pya)6(H2O)4]n(H2dpa=2,2′-联苯二甲酸;Hpya=异烟酸)。测定了它们的晶体结构,并进行了红外光谱和元素分析等 性质的表征。晶体结构测定表明这两个化合物同属单斜晶系,并具有相同的空间群P21/n, 晶体学参数分别为配合物1a= 0.8830(3) nm,b=1.058 5(3) nm,c=2.089 1(6) nm,β=98.429(4)°,Dc=1.883g·cm-3V=1.931 4(10) nm3Z=4; 配合物2a=0.968 9(4) nm,b=1.978 3(9) nm,c=1.164 2(6) nm,β=112.106(7)°,Dc=1.756 g·cm-3V=2.067 5(17) nm3Z=4。  相似文献

在水和乙醇混合溶液中合成了配合物{[Ni(DNBC)2(Im)(H2O)]·0.25H2O}n(DNBC=3,5-二硝基苯甲酸,Im=咪唑),并进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重分析(TG)对其进行了表征,用单晶X-射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。结果表明此配合物属正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,a=1.5022(6)nm,b=1.5146(6)nm,c=1.9269(7)nm,V=4.384(3)nm3,Z=8,F(000)=2320。配合物中金属镍原子采用五配位,分别与4个氧原子和1个咪唑氮原子配位,形成1个扭曲的四方锥体。  相似文献

The crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.437 9(2) nm, b=1.323 4(2) nm, c=1.970 5(3) nm, β=104.00(3)° and V=3.638 3(10) nm3, Mr=423.28, R=0.065 9, wR=0.130 3. The Mn(Ⅱ) ion displays a distorted octahedral coordination configuration, defined by three carboxyl O atoms from different 4-CPOA2- groups, two N atoms from the 2,2-bipyridine ligand and one water molecule. Adjacent Mn(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups into a chain structure with the Mn…Mn separation of 0.977 1(3) nm. A novel coordination polymer, [Cu(m-BDOA)(bipy)·H2O]n (m-BDOA2-=benzene-1,3-dioxyacetate), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, X-ray single crystal structure analysis. Crystallographic data are as follows: orthorhombic, space group Pna21, a=1.606 9(3) nm, b=1.685 9(3) nm, c=0.699 7(1) nm, V=1.8955(7) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.619 g·cm-3, μ=1.200 mm-1, F(000)=948,R=0.038 1, wR=0.038 6. The copper atom is five-coordinated involving two oxygen atoms of different m-BDOA2- ligand, two nitrogen atoms of 2,2′-bipy ligand and one coordinated water, there is a distorted square pyramidal environment. Two copper atoms are bridged by m-BDOA2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along a axis. The adjacent distance of Cu…Cu atoms is 0.877 3nm. The crystal network was formed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond and π-packing interactions.  相似文献

One dimensional chain nickel(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been synthesized with 2,4,6-trimethylbenz-oic acid, 4,4′-bipyridine and nickel perchlorate anhydrous, and characterized in the solvent mixture of water and methyl-alcohol. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/ca=2.154 7(7) nm, b=1.131 9(2) nm, c=1.655 7(8) nm, β=129.66(3)°, V=3.108 7(19) nm3Dc=1.370 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=1 360, final GooF=1.042, R1=0.034 4, wR2=0.078 7. The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipyridine molecules and four oxygen atoms from two 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid molecules and two water molecules, respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. It was characterized as crystallizing in the triclinic space group P1, with: a=1.138 1(2) nm, b=1.165 2(2) nm, c=1.223 3(2) nm, α=88.47(3)°, β=88.00(3)°, γ=65.78(3)°, V=1.478 4(4) nm3, Dc=1.446 g·cm-3, Z=1, F(000)=670. Final GooF=1.106, R1=0.041 5, wR2=0.110 4. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion is lined with one 4,4′-bipy molecule, forming a one-dimension chain with Z-type structure, which coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from two p-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex was stable under 230.0 ℃. CCDC: 741932.  相似文献

The crystal structure shows that the cobalt(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by 4,4′-bipy groups, resulting in a 1D chain structure. The adjacent Co(Ⅱ)-Co(Ⅱ) distance is 1.147 0 nm. The cobalt(Ⅱ) ion isn′ t coordinated with α-Furacrylic acid. The complex molecules form 2D structure through hydrogen bonds. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. Crystallographic facts are as follows: monoclinic crystal system, space group P21/na=0.688 96(14) nm, b=1.652 3(3) nm, c=1.651 1(3) nm, β=95.20(3)°, V=1.871 9(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.618 g·cm-3F(000)=932, μ=1.211 mm-1R=0.048 2 and wR=0.062 2. The copper atom exhibits a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry, involving two oxygen atoms of different 3-cpoa2- ligands, two nitrogen atoms of 1,10-phen ligand and one coordinated water molecule. The copper atoms are bridged by 3-cpoa2- ligand, forming a one-dimensional chain along c axis. The distance of adjacent Cu…Cu is 0.916 6(4) nm. A three-dimensional network structure is constructed by the intermolecular hydrogen bond and π-stacking interactions. CCDC: 219724.  相似文献
