Treatment of 3-alkyl-2-ethynylaziridines with InI in the presence of Pd(PPh(3))(4) and H(2)O gave allenylindium reagents bearing a protected amino group in high yields. Stereoselective addition of the allenylindium to aldehydes affords 2-ethynyl-1,3-amino alcohols bearing three chiral centers in good yields.  相似文献

The pendant nitrogen atom of the Ph2PPy ligand in the Pd(II)-allyl complexes [PdCl(η3-2-CH3-C3H4)(Ph2PPy)] (1) and [Pd(η3-2-CH3-C3H4)(Ph2PPy)2]BF4 (3) has been protonated with methanesulfonic acid to afford the corresponding pyridinium salts [PdCl(η3-2-CH3-C3H4)(Ph2PPyH)](CH3SO3) (1a) and [Pd(η3-2-CH3-C3H4)(Ph2PPyH)2](CH3SO3)2(BF4) (3a).Protonation strongly influences the 1H and 13C NMR spectral parameters of the allyl moieties of 1a and 3a whose signals resonate at lower fields with respect to the parent species indicating that upon protonation Ph2PPy becomes a weaker σ-donor and a stronger Π-acceptor. The allyl moiety, which in 1 is static, becomes dynamic in 1a, the observed syn-syn and anti-anti exchange being due to deligation of the protonated phosphine from the metal centre. Treatment of complex 3 with diethylamine in the presence of fumaronitrile gives the new Pd(0)-olefin complex [Pd(η2-fumaronitrile)(PPh2Py)2] (4) which has been characterized by elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy. Low temperature protonation of 4 with methanesulfonic acid leads to the bis-protonated species [Pd(η2-fumaronitrile)(Ph2PPyH)2](CH3SO3)2 (4a) which is stable only at temperatures <0 °C.  相似文献

Tetraphenylcyclobutadienepalladium dichloride reacts with 1,2,3,4-tetraphenyl-1,4-dilithiumbutadiene or with sodium with abstraction of halide to give the sandwich compound bis(tetraphenylcyclobutadiene)palladium(0). In order to gain a broad access to phosphinic acid derivatives, a palladium catalysed coupling reaction of aryl iodides with hypophosphorous acid derivatives has been developed on the solid phase. The resulting arylphosphorous acids (or esters) were derivatised using addition reactions with aldehydes, imines and isocyanates, to give phosphinic acids (or esters) with alpha-hydroxy, alpha-amino or aminoacyl groups attached to the aryl phosphorus moiety. This approach provided a broad chemical entry into a class of polar phosphinates compounds which were rather difficult to handle using normal solution phase synthesis. The synthetic potential of this solid phase based methodology was demonstrated by the synthesis of targeted libraries against the enzyme dihydrodipicolinate synthase (DHDPS).  相似文献

An efficient Pd(0)-mediated, base-assisted reaction of phenols with difunctionalised allylic halides results in the formation of coupled products in good yields. The reactions proceed with excellent stereo-, regio- and chemocontrol. An appropriately functionalised Weinreb amide, synthesised by this methodology, undergoes halogen-lithium exchange and subsequent intramolecular 1,2-carbonyl addition/elimination to give an advanced macrocyclic intermediate with potential use in the synthesis of likonide B.  相似文献

[reaction: see text]. A highly flexible and stereoselective protocol for the synthesis of branched (E)- and (Z)-trisubstituted alkenes has been developed. The key steps are hydrozirconation-iodination of (1-alkynyl)trimethylsilane followed by Negishi-type cross-coupling. The resultant (Z)-vinyl silane is iododesilylated and subjected to a second cross-coupling reaction to give the trisubstituted olefin. Model studies aimed at the construction of the C14-C15 (Z)-trisubstituted olefin of discodermolide and the C8-C9 (Z)-trisubstituted olefin of callystatin A and analogues are also described.  相似文献

The synthesis, structure, and photoluminescence of palladium(0) and platinum(0) complexes containing biarydiphosphines, biphep (biphep = 2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-biphenyl) and binap (binap = 2,2'-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1'-binaphthyl) have been studied. X-ray structure analysis of [Pt(biphep)(2)] revealed the distorted-tetrahedral geometry of the complex. The photophysical properties of the three complexes [Pd(biphep)(2)], [Pt(biphep)(2)], and [Pd(binap)(2)] were investigated and compared with that of the previously reported [Pt(binap)(2)] complex. The [Pd(biphep)(2)] complex shows the strongest luminescence with a high quantum yield (38%) and a long lifetime (3.2 micros) in a toluene solution at room temperature. The luminescence should be due to metal-to-ligand charge transfer excited states. At room temperature, radiative rate constants of the four complexes show similar values. The difference in the luminescent properties should reflect the different nonradiative rate constants of the complexes. The temperature-dependence of the luminescence spectra and lifetime of the complexes were also discussed.  相似文献

The nickel(0) complex [Ni(bpy)(cod)] (bpy: 2,2′-bipyridine, cod: cycloocta-1,5-diene) was used as a mild reducing reagent for the synthesis of the extremely reactive low-valent palladium complexes [Pd2X2(cod)2] (1: X = Cl, 2: X = Br), Pd(cod)2 (3) and Pd(norbornene)3 (4). The X-ray analysis of 1 showed that the two [Pd(cod)(Cl)] moieties are only connected by a short Pd(I)-Pd(I) bond (bond length: 2.5379(4) Å) with the chloride ions as monodentate ligands. The X-ray structure of 3 which is also known to be an extremely reactive compound could be determined by X-ray diffraction. As expected, the Pd(0) centre is surrounded by the two cod ligands to form a PdC4 tetrahedron with typical Pd-C bond lengths. The crystal structure of 3 shows it to be very similar to the closely related complexes M(cod)2 (M: Ni, Pt). The X-ray structure of 4 displays that the Pd(0) centre is in a trigonal planar environment of the three olefin groups. According to 1H NMR measurements the complexes have the same structure in solution as found in the solid state.  相似文献

Silica-supported palladium (0) complexes have been prepared from γ-chloropropyl triethoxysilica and γ-aminopropyl triethoxysilica via immobilization on fumed silica, followed by reacting with ethylenediamine and salicylaldehyde, and then the reaction with palladium chloride in ethanol and reduction with KBH4 in ethanol. They are efficient catalysts for Heck reaction of aryl iodides with alkene at 90oC. These polymeric palladium (0) catalysts can be recovered and reused without loss in activity. Whereas treatment of the allylic mesylates of N-protected 2-alkyl-4-amino-(E)-2-alken-1-ols with sodium hydride in DMF yields exclusively the corresponding thermodynamically less stable 2,3-trans-2-alkenyl-3-alkylaziridines, exposure of the methyl carbonates of N-protected 2-alkyl-4-amino-(E)-2-alken-1-ols to a catalytic amount of Pd(PPh(3))(4) in THF or 1,4-dioxane affords predominantly the corresponding thermodynamically more stable 2,3-cis-2-alkenyl-3-alkylaziridines. The kinetically favored trans-selective aziridination would be attributed to the allylic 1,3-strain in aza-anionic intermediates. The conformational analysis of the sterically highly congested 2-alkenylaziridines thus obtained is also presented.  相似文献

The first asymmetric total synthesis of stoechospermol, a representative spatane diterpene having cis, anti, cis-tricyclo[5.3.0.02,6]decane ring system, was achieved. Using the intramolecular asymmetric (2+2) photocycloaddition reaction of the diastereomeric ester 11, the readily available butenolide 9 was transformed into the optically active dilactone 12a and 12b. Subsequent construction of tricyclic carbon ring system and introduction of substituents in a right stereochemistry gave rise to optically pure stoechospermol 1.  相似文献

We report a flexible approach to the total synthesis of 4,5-dioxoaporphines based on the palladium(0) catalyzed Suzuki cross-coupling of phenylboronic acids with sterically hindered 2-bromo phenyl acetates or bromo phenyl acetamides, followed by sequential bicyclization of biarylacetamides promoted by oxalyl chloride/Lewis acid. The reduction of 4,5-dioxoaporphines provides a chemoselective entry to aporphines, dehydroaporphines and 4-hydroxy-dehydroaporphines. A three-steps total synthesis for (±)-O,O′-dimethylapomorphine from readily accessible precursors is also reported.  相似文献
