The possible existence of the CF(5)(-), CCl(5)(-), SiF(5)(-), SiCl(5)(-), GeF(5)(-), and GeCl(5)(-) anions has been investigated using ab initio methods. The species containing Si and Ge as central atoms were found to adopt the D(3h)-symmetry trigonal bipyramidal equilibrium structures whose thermodynamic stabilities were confirmed by examining the most probable fragmentation channels. The ab initio re-examination of the electronic stabilities of the SiF(5)(-), SiCl(5)(-), GeF(5)(-), and GeCl(5)(-) anions [using the OVGF(full) method with the 6-311+G(3df) basis set] led to the very large vertical electron detachment (VDE) energies of 9.316 eV (SiF(5)(-)) and 9.742 eV (GeF(5)(-)), whereas smaller VDEs of 6.196 and 6.452 eV were predicted for the SiCl(5)(-) and GeCl(5)(-) species, respectively. By contrast, the high-symmetry and structurally compact anionic CF(5)(-) and CCl(5)(-) systems cannot exist due to the strongly repulsive potential predicted for the X(-) (F(-) or Cl(-)) approaching the CX(4) (CF(4) or CCl(4)). The formation of weakly bound CX(4)···X(-) (CF(4)···F(-) and CCl(4)···Cl(-)) anionic complexes (consisting of pseudotetrahedral neutral CX(4) with the weakly tethered X(-)) might be expected at low temperatures (approaching 0 K), whereas neither CX(5)(-) (CF(5)(-), CCl(5)(-)) systems nor CX(4)···X(-) (CF(4)···F(-) and CCl(4)···Cl(-)) complexes can exist in the elevated temperatures (above 0K) due to their susceptibility to the fragmentation (leading to the X(-) loss).  相似文献

The synthesis of (R)- and (S)-7,7′-dimethoxy-2,2′-bis(diphenylphosphino)-1,1′-binaphthalene 5a and 5b is described. The phosphorus atoms in (S)-(−)-5b are shown to be slightly more basic than the phosphorus atoms in (S)-BINAP by comparing the magnitude of the 1J (31P–77Se) coupling constant in their respective diselenide derivatives. A short and efficient synthesis of the title compounds is described. (S)-(−)-β-Cuparenone was prepared in 31% yield from p-tolualdehyde and mesityl oxide in eight steps. The reaction of 5-acetylindole with hydroxylamine with subsequent reduction of the resulting oxime gave -(5-indolyl)ethylamine. A series of η6-(biphenyl)-η5-(cyclopentadienyl)iron(II) hexafluorophosphates have been prepared. Demethylation occured during the synthesis of the 2′-OMe derivatives to yield the correspoding 2′-OH product. The mechanism of this process is discussed. In all cases the complexation involved the unsubstituted phenyl ring. From 13C NMR data, values of Hammett resonance parameters σR, were calculated which show that the [CpfeC6H5]+ group behaves as an electron-withdrawing substituent comparable in strength to the cyano group. Approximate values of the biphenyl interplanar angle (θ) were obtained. θ appeared to be significantly lower when electron-releasing substituents were present. 57 Fe Mössbauer data support the strong electron acceptor properties of the [CpFe+C6H5] moiety. In particular the quadrupole splitting (QS) shows a marked increase for the 4-OMe derivative relative to the unsubstituted comples. This is in direct contrast to the aryl ferrocenes. Here, the ferrocenyl and OMe substituents are electronically and so there is no (QS) enhancement.  相似文献

The inelastic neutron scattering (INS) spectra were measured for two materials of chiral molecules: (S)-4-(1-methylheptyloxy)-4?-cyanobiphenyl (8*OCB) and (S)-4-(2-methylbutyl)-4?-cyanobiphenyl (5*CB), revealing solid state polymorphism with two partially disordered crystalline phases I and II and glassy state of liquid and of crystalline phase in each substance. The experiments were performed in the energy range up to 30 µeV in the temperature range from 4 to 35 K. For 8*OCB the elastic scans were measured as well up to 300 K illustrating well the phase diagram. For all solid phases of both substances in the µeV range of INS spectra, the existence of the excess density of vibrational states over that typical for fully ordered crystalline phases was evidenced. Contribution of this so-called boson peak occurred to be much larger in glass of isotropic phase than in the phase II and glass of phase I of 8*OCB, while for 5*CB it was larger in the phase I and glass of phase II than in glass of cholesteric phase. The quasi-elastic broadening of elastic peak corresponding to stochastic reorientations in the ns time scale was detected for both substances. Comparison of the results obtained for glassy and crystalline phases of 8*OCB and 5*CB compounds have been given and confronted with those obtained previously in meV energy range.  相似文献

Two mixed-ligand polymeric complexes formulated as {[Zn(pda)(bpy)]·0.5H2O}n (pdathermally synthesized. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that the structures of complexes 1 and 2 possess similar one-dimensional zigzag chains. Crystal data for compound 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 15.965(2), b = 8.305(1), c = 14.856(2) (A),β= 1 1 1.048(2)°, Mr = 422.73, V= 1838.2(4) A3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.528 g/cm3, μ = 1.368 mm-1, F(000) = 868, the final R = 0.0783 and wR= 0.1469 (w=1/[σ2(Fo2) + (0.035 1p)2+ 8.0014P], where P = (Fo2+ 2Fc2)/3) based on 2025 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I); and those for compound 2: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 29.921 (7), b= 8.5400(17), c = 15.320(3) (A),β= 99.59(3)°, Mr = 487.75, V = 3859.9(14) A3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.668g/cm3, μ = 1.169 mm-1, F(000) = 1936, the final R = 0.0723 and wR = 0.1612 (w = 1/[σ32(Fo2 ) +(0.0681p)2+ 55.9577P], where P = (Fo2+ 2Fc2)/3) based on 2130 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).Fluorescent analyses show that both complexes exhibit intense blue luminescence (λmax = 485 nm for 1and 475 nm for 2) upon excitation at 330 nm.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of the (S)-(−)- and (R)-(+)-enantiomers of 15-deoxyspergualin (15-DSG) is reported. The synthesis involves preparative HPLC separation and subsequent hydrogenolysis of two diastereoisomers 10a and 10b of fully protected 15-DSG penultimates. Alternatively, diastereomerically pure amide 10b (97% de) was also prepared from acid 8b (97% de), which was obtained via crystallization of a 1:1 diastereomeric mixture of 8a and 8b.  相似文献

Treatment of 1-arylmethyl-2-(2-cyanoethyl)aziridines with a nitrile hydratase afforded the corresponding 2-(2-carbamoylethyl)aziridines, which underwent rearrangement into 5-hydroxypiperidin-2-ones upon heating under microwave irradiation. In addition, treatment of 2-(2-cyanoethyl)aziridines with a nitrilase selectively afforded 5-hydroxypiperidin-2-ones in good yields. On the other hand, chemical hydrolysis of 2-(2-cyanoethyl)aziridines using KOH in EtOH/H(2)O furnished the corresponding potassium 3-(aziridin-2-yl)propanoates, which, upon acidification with acetic acid, smoothly rearranged into 4-(aminomethyl)butyrolactones.  相似文献

A synthetic route to obtain (R)-(−) (1), (S)-(+)-3-(1-pyrrolyl)propyl-N-(3,5-dinitrobenzoyl)-α-phenylglycinate (2) and derivatives is described. In a first step, pyrrole derivatives were prepared using the Clauson-Kaas method. The esterification, second step, was performed using basic conditions due to sensitivity of the pyrrole group toward acidic conditions. A tautomeric equilibrium involving the stereogenic center induces the product epimerization. The substitution of DMAP and Et3N by a highly hindered base, proton-sponge®, furnished the final products without racemization. The ee of 1, 2 and of the corresponding methyl esters (3 and 4) were determined by 1H NMR analysis in the presence of optically active Eu(tfc)3. Epimerization was not observed in the preparation of the carboxylate salts (58).  相似文献

Trichloro- and triisopropoxy-niobium(V) and tantalum(V) alkylene dithiophosphates, (M = Nb(V) or Ta(V); G =–CHMeCHMe–,–CMe2CMe2–,–CH2CMe2CH2–,–CH2CEt2CH2–or–CMe2CH2CHMe–and X = Cl or OPri) have been synthesized by reaction of metal(V) chloride, MCl5, or triisopropoxymetal(V) dichloride, (PriO)3MCl2, with the sodium salts of O,O′-alkylene dithiophosphoric acids, in 1 : 2 molar ratio in THF under anhydrous conditions. These pink-purple or light-yellow compounds are viscous, semi-solid or solid, hydrolyzable and soluble in common organic solvents. These compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, molecular weight determinations and spectral studies like IR and heteronuclear NMR (1H, 13C and 31P), which indicated a bidentate mode of chelation of dithio ligands, leading to a pentagonal bipyramidal geometry around the niobium(V) or tantalum(V) centers.  相似文献
