Three major metabolites of felbamate, namely 2-(4-hydroxyphyenyl)-1, 3-propanediol dicarbamate. [4], 2-hydroxy-2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol dicarbamat [12], and 2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol monocarbamate [17] were prepared. The first metabolite, 4, was synthesised from p-methoxy-phenylacetic acid [1] via five steps involving carboxylation, reduction, phosgenation, demethylation, and carbonation. The second one, 12, was prepared from 2-phenyl-1,3-propanediol [7] by the following five steps; phosgenation, halogenation, carbonation, dehalogenation, and ammonolysis. The synthesis of the third metabolite, 17, started with 7, via the following five steps: methylation, phosgenation, carbonation, and demethylation. 相似文献

We have synthesized a series of (1R,2R,4S,5S,8S)-2,8-diaryl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1-aza-3,7-dioxabicyclo[3.3.0]octanes as a result
of reaction of (1S,2S)-2-amino-1-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,3-propanediol with aromatic aldehydes. The structure of the compounds obtained
was established on the basis of 1H NMR data.

Treatment of 3-methyl-2-phenylcycloprop-2-ene-1-carboxylic acid with potassium tert-butoxide induced its isomerization into trans-2-methylidene-3-phenylcyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid which was converted into methyl ester, and heating of the latter for 1 h in toluene gave methyl (E)-2-(2-phenylcyclopropylidene)acetate. Thermal isomerization of methyl (E)-2-(2-phenylcyclopropylidene)acetate on prolonged heating in toluene afforded 5-methoxy-3-methyl-2-phenylfuran, and the reaction with 1,3-diphenyl-2-benzofuran resulted in [4 + 2]-cycloaddition at the exocyclic double bond. 相似文献

Various chiral ligands bearing phosphorus or nitrogen donor atoms were obtained in a straightforward manner starting from trans-(2R,3R)-diphenylcyclopropane-1,1-dimethanol as a key structure. These chiral ligands were tested and compared in palladium(0)-catalyzed asymmetric allylic alkylation reactions (up to 71% ee) and rhodium(I)-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenations (up to 88% ee). Moreover, in the asymmetric allylic alkylation, we observed excellent activity with a diphosphinite ligand (TOF = 600 mol 17 × [mol Pd × h)?1]. 相似文献

A thorough experimental and theoretical study of the enantioselective cyclopropanation of alkenes catalyzed by chiral bis(oxazoline)- and azabis(oxazoline)-copper complexes, which comprise a new family of ligands that lack C2 symmetry, has been conducted. Surprisingly high enantioselectivities were observed with some of these ligands, which were rationalized on the basis of molecular modeling studies. The course of the asymmetric induction in connection with ligand symmetry and the implications for supported enantioselective catalysts are discussed. 相似文献

Chelating properties of C2-symmetric chiral bipyridine ligands are discussed. In particular we report the syntheses of the cobalt(II), nickel(II), zinc(II) and copper(II) complexes of (4S,5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(2-pyridyl)-1,3-dioxolane. All compounds have been characterized by IR spectroscopy, and an X-ray diffraction analysis has been carried out on one of them: Co(L)(NO3)2. The ligand coordinates the cobalt atom by the two nitrogen donors N(1) and N(2). A seven-membered chelation ring is formed, presenting a remarkable non-crystallographic twofold pseudosymmetry around the axis connecting Co and the midpoint of the C(6)–C(7) bond. The metal also binds two monodentate nitrates, thus completing a distorted coordination tetrahedron. 相似文献

Epoxidation of (?)-(1R,2R,4R)-2-endo-cyano-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-exo-yl acetate ((?)-5) followed by saponification afforded (+)-(1R,4R,5R,6R)-5,6-exo-epoxy-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one ((+)-7). Reduction of (+)-7 with diisobutylaluminium hydride (DIBAH) gave (+)-1,3:2,5-dianhydroviburnitol ( = (+)-(1R,2R,3S,4R,6S)-4,7-dioxatricyclo[3.2.1.03,6]octan-2-ol; (+)-3). Hydride reductions of (±)-7 were less exo-face selective than reductions of bicyclo[2.2.1]heptan-2-one and its derivatives with NaBH4, AlH3, and LiAlH4 probably because of smaller steric hindrance to endo-face hydride attack when C(5) and C(6) of the bicyclo-[2.2.1]heptan-2-one are part of an exo oxirane ring. 相似文献

Alkylation of alkaloid D-pseudoephedrine with bromoacetophenone results in a morpholine derivative. Structural and energy characteristics of the molecules of the starting, intermediate, and final reaction products were calculated by ab initio method in the HF/6-31G(d,p) approximation.
