Two types of conformal load-bearing antenna structures (CLAS) were designed with microwave composite laminates and Nomex honeycomb cores to secure both the structural rigidity and a good electrical performance. One was a 4 × 8 array for the synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) system and the other was a 5 × 2 array for the wireless local-area network (LAN) system. The design was based on a wide bandwidth, high polarization purity, low losses, and high structural rigidity. The design, fabrication, and structural/electrical performances of the antenna structures were studied. Their flexural behavior was examined by three-point bending, impact, and buckling tests. The electrical measurements were in a good agreement with simulation results. The complex antenna structures obtained have good flexural characteristics. The design of this antenna structure is extended to give a useful guide for sandwich panel manufacturers as well as antenna designers. 相似文献

A simple mathematical model for the fatigue life of composite materials in which the basic load is taken up by parallel rigid components (fiber strands) is offered. Based on the Markov chain theory, the model allows us to obtain an S-type curve for the growth of internal stresses and to calculate the relationship between the parameters of static strength distribution and the S-N fatigue curve (Wholer curve). The model is too simple and does not provide a numerical coincidence with experimental fatigue-test data, but, when used with additional parameters, it agrees with experiments and can be applied to the model of nonlinear regression in describing the fatigue curve and its variation as the parameters of static strength change. 相似文献

本文采用三维各向异性有限单元模拟纯弯曲载荷下的复合材料层合板,给出了应力、应变沿厚度方向的变化规律。分析结果表明,在斜交对称铺层层合板的中心区域(远离加载端和自由边的区域),板的层间粘接界面附近,有根强的应力集中现象,可称之为层间效应。层间界面处力学性质的突变导致了层间应力的产生,并使层合板处于三向应力状态。三维数值模型给出的应变分布不同于基于Kirchhoff-Love直法线假设的经典层合板理论给出的应变分布。 相似文献

In this paper a theoretical approach is presented for analyzing the ply cracking in general symmetric laminates subjected to any combination of in‐plane mechanical loading and uniform temperature changes. The energy release rate for a ply cracking is explicitly expressed as a function of stiffness reduction parameters of the laminate before the ply cracking and after the ply cracking. Finally, the model is used to predict the thermomechanically cracking stress for the first‐ply‐cracking. 相似文献

Finite order rank-one convex envelopes are introduced and it is shown that the i-th order laminated microstructures, or laminates in laminates, can be solved by any of the k-th order rank-one convex envelopes with k i. It is also shown that in finite element approximations of microstructures, replacing the non-quasiconvex potential energy density by its k-th order rank-one convex envelope, one can generally obtain sharper numerical results. Especially, for crystalline microstructures with laminates in laminates of order no greater than k + 1, numerical results with up to the computer precision can be obtained. Numerical examples on the first and second order rank-one convex envelopes for the Ericksen-James two-dimensional model for elastic crystals are given. A numerical example on finite element approximations of a crystalline microstructure by using the first order rank-one convex envelope and the periodic relaxation method is also presented. The methods turn out to be very successful for microstructures with laminates in laminates. 相似文献

论文提出一种新的疲劳寿命分布—两参数广义Birnbaum-Saunders极小值分布(BSMin(α,β)),研究了该分布的密度函数与失效率函数的图像特征。其次,给出了该分布在全样本下两个参数的分位数估计与回归估计,并通过蒙特卡罗模拟比较发现分位数估计较优,同时也探讨了两个参数的矩估计、极大似然估计以及对数矩估计。此外,论文还指出BSMin(α,β)分布取对数后用泰勒展开可近似看作两参数极小值分布,由此得到两个参数的近似区间估计,并通过蒙特卡罗模拟考察了近似区间估计的精度。最后,利用模拟数据说明了论文所提的点估计和近似区间估计方法的应用。 相似文献

在变速恒频风力发电机组的各类并网逆变器控制策略中,零d轴电流控制和空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)以能够提高风能利用系数和稳定逆变器输出电压的优势得到了广泛的应用.在理论研究阶段需要对其进行仿真,然而在Matlab/Simulink中并没有可以实现上述功能的并网仿真模型.因此推导了变速恒频风力发电机组及控制策略的数学模型,并在Matlab/Simulink中完成搭建、当风速恒定不变时,对发电系统的运行情况进行了仿真.结果表明,零d轴电流控制与SVPWM的结合,既提高了风能利用系数,又有效地提高了逆变器的输出电压,保证当电网电压升高时不影响发电系统向电网输送功率的效率. 相似文献
