Summary. A simple and efficient procedure was developed for the synthesis of S-alkyl (aryl) thiocarbamates under solvent-free conditions without the use of a catalyst. The significant features of this protocol are (a) operational simplicity, (b) mild reaction conditions, (c) short reaction times, (d) solvent-free conditions, and (e) high product yields.  相似文献

An environmentally benign highly atom-economic protocol for the construction of the CC bond has been developed under catalyst- and solvent-free conditions. This protocol involves the efficient coupling of 2-methyl quinazolinones with 3-(trifluoroacetyl)coumarins for the access of quinazolinone derivatives in excellent yields (up to 90 %). The crystal structure of compound 3di was investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis. The biological activities, such as in vitro antifungal activity of the quinazolinone derivatives against Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium moniliforme, Fusarium oxysporum, Phytophthora parasitica var nicotianae, and Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, were investigated. The bioassay results indicated that most of the target products exhibited promising fungicidal activities, and compound 3 cl exhibited 95 % fungicidal activity against R. solani, with an EC50 value of 10.6 μg/mL.  相似文献

Nitrogen derivatives of carbonyl compounds such as oximes, hydrazones, and semicarbazones were found to be excellent candidates for the Willgerodt-Kindler reaction. They can be used directly in a solvent-free reaction, under both classical and microwave conditions, to give the corresponding thiomorpholides in good yields.  相似文献

A facile procedure for the synthesis.of quinoxalines is being reported starting from benzil and 1,2-diaminobenzene. Thereactions were carried out catalyst-free, solvent-free and under microwave irradiation conditions in high yield (84-98%) with short time (3-6 rain) and environmental benign, as well as convenient operation. The structures of all the compounds have been confirmed on the basis of their IR, 1H NMR, and/or 13C NMR, mass spectral data.  相似文献

A catalyst-free and solvent-free synthetic route for convenient one-pot synthesizing pyrano[2,3-d] pyrimidine scaffolds through Knoevenagel-Michael cyclocondensation is reported using visible light irradiation as a green promoter at room temperature based on green chemistry principles. Completing the reactions takes thoroughly less time while obtaining the products in outstanding yields. This green method includes the application of non-hazardous reaction circumstances, direct work-up without column chromatographic separation, catalyst-free, solvent-free, cost effective, simple synthesis, one-pot procedure, and high atom-economy.  相似文献

Selected imines and one bis-imine react via their enamine tautomers with terminal perfluorinated epoxides, e.g. hexafluoropropene oxide to produce fluorinated enamino ketones or imino ketones. An efficient synthesis of polyhydroquinolines is achieved via a four-component reaction of aldehydes, dimedone, active methylene compounds, and ammonium acetate in one-pot under solvent-free conditions at room temperature on grinding. The present method does not involve any hazardous organic solvent or catalyst. The key advantages are the short reaction time, high yields, simple workup, and purification of products by non-chromatographic methods, i.e., by simple recrystallization from ethanol.  相似文献

In this paper, epoxidation of a wide range of alkenes by calcium hypochlorite (Ca(OCl)2) was investigated under catalyst- and solvent-free conditions. It was noticed that the highest yield was achieved with crushing, when the reaction was between vinyl cyanides and Ca(OCl)2. The structure of the synthesized epoxides was confirmed by IR, 1H and 13C NMR and elemental analysis. Short reaction times, the use of a simple experimental procedure, and reducing of energy consumption are other important advantages of our work that could be mentioned too.  相似文献

A catalyst-free reaction of 1-(N-acylamino)alkyltriphenylphosphonium tetrafluoroborates with silyl enolates was developed to prepare β-amino carbonyl compounds. The reported method is a useful approach for the preparation of N-protected β-amino esters as well as N-protected β-amino ketones. The starting 1-(N-acylamino)alkyltriphenylphosphonium tetrafluoroborates are readily available from N-protected α-amino acids. Therefore, the presented approach can be considered a new method for the α-homologation of N-protected α-amino acids to prepare β-amino acid derivatives.  相似文献

Two regioselective synthetic routes towards 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles from ynones are reported. One route takes place via first converting the ynones to ynone O-methyl oximes, followed by a palladium-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization. The other involves the formation of 5-hydroxy-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles by a cyclocondensation between ynones and hydroxylamine, and subsequent acid mediated dehydration. The two routes are not only both highly regioselective, but also complementary to each other as a pair of regioisomeric 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles are readily prepared from one single ynone substrate. The efficiency of the two routes are further evaluated and demonstrated in the synthesis of three representative 3,5-disubstituted isoxazoles.  相似文献

Lithium α-sulfinyl carbanions of 1-chloroalkyl p-tolyl sulfoxides were reacted with carbonyl compounds to afford adducts in high to quantitative yields. The adducts were treated with t-BuMgCl or LDA to give magnesium or lithium alkoxides, which were treated with i-PrMgCl or t-BuLi to afford the enolate with one-carbon elongation through β-oxido carbenoids. The enolate intermediates were found to be able to be trapped with electrophiles to give α,α-disubstituted carbonyl compounds in moderate to good yields. As a whole, this procedure offers a new and good method for synthesis of α,α-disubstituted carbonyl compounds from carbonyl compounds with one-carbon homologation in only two synthetic steps.  相似文献

Thioacids and thioamino acids were synthesized in excellent yields from readily available acyl benzotriazoles and sodium hydrosulfide in water at room temperature. The new methodology features mild reaction conditions, high yields, short reaction times, and does not involve the use of organic solvents or bases. The reaction is eco-friendly, and the workup procedure is simple and does not require chromatographic separation.  相似文献

Beta-fluoroalkylated alpha,beta-unsaturated carbonyl compounds constitute efficient building blocks for the synthesis of complex fluorinated compounds. As the fluorinated moiety generally increases their reactivity, it also brings important modifications which can change the chemical behavior and selectivity. Their use has been already largely demonstrated. Nevertheless, the synthetic potential has not yet been fully explored and, consequently should play an important role in the design of new sophisticated fluorinated molecules. Nevertheless, it shall be important to develop new synthetic methods to enlarge their availability and their diversity.  相似文献

The one-electron model of n* optical activity in chiral carbonyl compounds is carried to second-order in perturbation theory and the results are applied to systems which are predicted by the octant rule to yield zero n* optical activity. It is shown that second-order contributions to the n* rotatory strength lead to sector rules which are qualitatively different from those obtained from first-order contributions. Inclusion of three-way interactions involving the carbonyl chromophore and two different extrachromophoric perturbing groups (or atoms) lead to second-order contributions to the rotatory strength which can account for the n* optical activity in chiral carbonyl systems predicted to be optically inactive by the conventional quadrant and octant rules. These results are shown to be in agreement with the conclusions derived by Ruch and Schönhofer from a purely algebraic theory of molecular chirality.  相似文献

A one-pot, synthesis of N-arylsulfonyl-2-iminocoumarins is developed at ambient temperature by the reaction of 2-hydroxybenzaldehydes, arylacetonitriles, and aryl sulfonyl chlorides using DABCO as a base in a bio-mass-derived green solvent 2-MethylTHF. A simple telescoped process in which 2H-chromen-2-imines are formed in situ by the condensation of 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and arylacetonitriles. The formed imines are further reacted with arylsulfonyl chlorides in a one-pot approach to obtain the target compounds. This protocol provides access to 3-aryl-N-arylsulfonyl-2-iminocoumarins in a practical and environmentally benign way avoiding cumbersome steps of intermediate syntheses and purifications.  相似文献

Mg-promoted reductive coupling of aromatic carbonyl compounds (1) with chlorosilanes, such as trimethylsilyl chloride (TMSCl:2), 1,2-bis(chlorodimethylsilyl)ethane (3) and 1,5-dichlorohexamethyltrisiloxane (4), in N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) at room temperature brought about selective and facile reductive formation of both of carbon-silicon and oxygen-silicon bonds to give the corresponding α-trimethylsilylalkyl trimethylsilyl ethers (5) and cyclic siloxanes (6), (7) in moderate to good yields, respectively. The present facile and selective coupling may be initiated through electron transfer from Mg metal to aromatic carbonyl compounds (1).  相似文献
