Semihydrogenation of α,β‐unsaturated ynoates and ‐ynones bearing a γ‐alkoxy group can be performed using triphenylphosphine and water. α,β‐Unsaturated ynoates were reduced to a mixture of cis and trans α,β‐unsaturated enoates, whereas, ynones were reduced to trans α,β‐unsaturated enones as the only products.  相似文献

α,β‐Unsaturated N‐benzenesulfonyl imine 1 was treated with 1.1 eq methyllithium to afford 1,2‐addition adduct as a sole product. However, when compound 1 was treated with 2 eq MeLi, 1,2‐addition product, benzenesulfonamide derivative 3 and 2H‐1,2‐benzothiazine 1,1‐dioxide derivatives 4 and 5 were isolated.  相似文献

A series of N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides were produced efficiently by treating N‐aryl 3‐(phenylsulfonyl)‐propanamides with potassium tert‐butoxide in THF at 0°C. With out isolation, it was further treated with an additional equivalent of potassium tert‐butoxide and allyl bromide to give N‐allyl N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides in one pot in good yields. Followed by a ring‐closing metathesis reaction, these N‐allyl N‐aryl 2‐alkenamides were respectively converted into corresponding N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in moderate yields.  相似文献

Promoted by Samarium diiodide (SmI2), α,β‐unsaturated amides were formed from nitrogen anions (formed in situ by the reduction of nitro compounds) and α,β‐unsaturated esters. This reaction contrasts with the conjugate addition between amines and α,β‐unsaturated esters promoted by samarium triiodide (SmI3) and provides an alternative attractive way to obtain α,β‐unsaturated amides using SmI2.  相似文献

The mass spectra of a series of N‐aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams were studied. Besides the molecular ion, the three characteristic fragments such as [M+‐29], [M+‐55], and [M+‐82] were commonly found in a series of N‐Aryl α,β‐unsaturated γ‐lactams in EI/MS. Further more the mechanism for the interpretation of these fragments is also de scribed.  相似文献

A simple and high‐yield method for the synthesis of several 1,5‐diaryl‐1,5‐dicarbonyl compounds has been established starting from TBAF‐mediated isomerization and dimerization reaction of β,γ‐unsaturated arylketones (allyl arylketones) with mono‐, di‐, and tri‐methoxy groups, which is derived from allylation of commercially available different benzaldehydes and followed by oxidation of the resulting secondary alcohols.  相似文献

Phenanthrene derivatives were prepared by reacting an α,α‐dicyanoolefin with different α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds resulting from Wittig reaction of ninhydrin and phosphanylidene or condensation of barbituric acid and an aldehyde. The easy procedure, mild and metal‐catalyst free, reaction conditions, good yields, and no need for chromatographic purifications are important features of this protocol. The structures of the product of type 3 and 5 were corroborated spectroscopically (IR, 1H‐ and 13C‐NMR, and EI‐MS). A plausible mechanism for this type of reaction is proposed (Scheme 1).  相似文献

A series of β‐bromoketones and β‐chloroketones were synthesized by the addition reactions of α,β‐unsaturated ketones under BX3 (X = Br, Cl) and ethylene glycol reaction system. α,β‐Unsaturated aldehydes and ketones were reduced readily and exclusively to their corresponding allylic alcohols with NaBH4 and catalytic amounts of titanyl acetylacetonate at room temperature. Reduction reactions were carried out in CH3CN or THF. This reducing system was also efficient for the reduction of α‐diketones and acyloins to their corresponding vicinal diols in CH3CN.  相似文献

A novel ligand, N,N,N′,N′,N″‐penta (methyl acrylate) diethylenetriamine (MA5‐DETA), was synthesized by the reaction of diethylenetriamine with methyl acrylate in almost quantitive yield. The polymerizations of methyl methacrylate with MA5‐DETA as the ligand and α,α‐dichlorotoluene (DCT) and ethyl 2‐bromoisobutyrate (2‐EBiB) as the initiators, respectively, under different conditions were examined. The polymerization with CuCl/MA5‐DETA/DCT was closely controlled in bulk and gave polymers with quite narrow molecular weight distributions (Mw/Mn's) of 1.16–1.29. The polymerization with the system CuBr/MA5‐DETA/EBiB in bulk gave high activity. However, the system was not well controlled and gave the polymers with Mw/Mn = 1.35–1.53. The solution polymerization in anisole with CuBr/MA5‐DETA/EBiB showed a better‐controlled nature. Moreover, the addition of CuBr2 into the aforementioned system can further improve its controllability. The Mw/Mn's of the resulting polymers ranged from 1.11 to 1.21. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Selected 5‐substituted derivatives 4 of 1,1‐diethoxy‐5‐hydroxypent‐3‐yn‐2‐one were treated with propane‐1,3‐dithiol under various conditions. The unprotected hydroxy ketones underwent cyclization during the dithiol addition and gave the corresponding 3‐(diethoxymethyl)‐2‐oxa‐6,10‐dithiaspiro[4.5]decan‐3‐ols 5 in 80–90% yield as the only products (Scheme 3 and Table 1). These products can be regarded as partly modified carbohydrates in the furanose form. When the benzyl‐protected analogues 10‐Bn of the 1,1‐diethoxy‐5‐hydroxypent‐3‐yn‐2‐one derivatives were treated with the same dithiol, however, no cyclization occurred; instead the corresponding 3‐{2‐[(benzyloxy)methyl]‐1,3‐dithian‐2‐yl}‐1,1‐diethoxypropan‐2‐one derivatives 11‐Bn were formed in good yield (up to 99%; Table 4). These 1,3‐dithianes were and are in the process of being converted to a number of new carbohydrate analogues, and here are reported high‐yield syntheses of functionalized molecules 17 belonging to the 5,5‐diethoxy‐1,4‐dihydroxypentan‐2‐one family of compounds (Table 7), via 15‐Bn (Table 5) and 16‐Bn (Table 6 and Scheme 8).  相似文献

NCN‐pincer Ru‐complexes containing bis(oxazolinyl)phenyl ligands serve as suitable catalysts in the direct conjugate additions of α,β‐unsaturated carbonyl compounds, including ketones, esters, and amides, as well as vinylphosphonates, giving various β‐alkynyl carbonyl and phosphonate compounds. A bis(oxazolinyl)phenyl (phebox)–Ru complex also catalyzes the asymmetric conjugate addition of an alkyne with a β‐substituted, α,β‐unsaturated ketone to produce a chiral β‐alkynyl ketone.  相似文献

A simple and convenient method for the synthesis of 1,4‐diazabutadienes (=N,N′‐ethane‐1,2‐diylidenebis[amines]) by grinding glyoxal (=ethanedial) or an α‐diketone and anilines (=benzenamines) in the presence of TsOH in a mortar with a pestle is described. By this way, 1,4‐diazabutadienes were obtained in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

The photochemical behavior of various substituted epoxycarbonyl compounds consisting of more than one possible photo‐labile site (i.e. δ‐hydrogen, β‐hydrogen and epoxide ring) has been investigated. These compounds on photo‐irradiation produced the β‐hydroxyenones in an eco‐friendly green approach. Mechanistically, these photo‐transformations have been envisaged to occur via an intramolecular β‐hydrogen abstraction by the carbonyl group of benzoyl moiety to generate the 1,3‐biradical followed by epoxide ring opening that isomerizes into the photoproducts. The photolysis of the probed epoxy ketones didn’t furnish any photoproduct through δ‐hydrogen abstraction, whatsoever. This exclusive preference for β‐H abstraction over δ‐H abstraction by carbonyl group has been vindicated by the MM2 energy mini‐ mized program for the investigated photochemical substrates. The structures of these photoproducts were established from the analysis of their spectral parameters (IR, 1H/13C NMR and Mass) and single crystal X‐ray crystallography data.  相似文献

The aldol condensation reaction of cyclic ketones with aromatic aldehydes in ethanol under reflux conditions using ZrCl4 as a catalyst to afford the corresponding α,α′‐bis(substituted benzylidene and cinnamylidene)cycloalkanones in excellent yields has been described. We describe herein an unprecedented asymmetric α‐amination of β‐ketocarbonyls under aerobic conditions. The process is enabled by a simple chiral primary amine through the coupling of a catalytic enamine ester intermediate and a nitrosocarbonyl (generated in situ) derived from N‐hydroxycarbamate. The reaction features high chemoselectivity and excellent enantioselectivity for a broad range of substrates.  相似文献
