2,3,4‐Trisubstituted quinolines, substituted with adamantan‐1‐yl or (adamantan‐1‐yl)methyl in the 4‐position, were prepared from the corresponding admantan‐1‐yl 2‐aminophenyl ketones or admantan‐1‐ylmethyl 2‐aminophenyl ketones and ketones with an α‐CH2 group. These reactions were carried out under neat conditions or in toluene, and the products were obtained in moderate‐to‐excellent yields. The scope and limitations of the examined procedures are discussed. All new compounds are fully characterized by IR and NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The molecular structures of five new quinolines, obtained via single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses, are discussed.  相似文献

Xanthenediones derivatives have attracted considerable interests in recent times because they constitute a structural unit in a number of natural products1 and have been used as versatile synthons due to the inherent reactivity of the inbuilt pyran ring2. The conventional syntheses of xanthenediones were acid or base catalyzed condensation of appropriate active methylene carbonyl compounds with aldehydes3. However, many of these procedures involved longer reaction times,low yields and side reactions of aldehydes. In recent years, room temperature ionic liquids (RTILs) have been used as novel green reaction media4. Considering that InCl3 is an efficient Lewis acid catalyst used in promoting many organic reactions, especially in several condensation processes, we herein wish to report a very simple and green method for the preparation of poly-hydrogenated xanthenediones through InCl3·4H2O promoted cascade reaction of aldehydes and 5,5-dimethyl-l,3-cyclohexanedione in ionic liquid,1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ([bmim][BF4]). The preparative process presented here is operationally simple, environmentally benign and has the advantage of enhanced atom utilization. Furthermore, the solvent and the catalyst used can be recovered easily and reused efficiently.  相似文献

Quinoline derivatives were efficiently prepared through acid-catalyzed Friedlander reaction in ionic liquid ([bmim] [BF4]). It is shown that the proposed method is operationally simple and environmentally benign in that the reaction media and the catalyst can be recovered and be reused effectively for at least four times.  相似文献

A general and benign iron‐catalyzed α‐alkylation reaction of ketones with primary alcohols has been developed. The key to success of the reaction is the use of a Knölker‐type complex as catalyst (2 mol %) in the presence of Cs2CO3 as base (10 mol %) under hydrogen‐borrowing conditions. Using 2‐aminobenzyl alcohol as alkylation reagent allows for the “green” synthesis of quinoline derivatives.  相似文献

A magnetic nanocatalyst of Fe3O4@SiO2/ZnCl2 was prepared by supporting ZnCl2 on silica‐coated magnetic nanoparticles of Fe3O4. This recoverable catalyst was used for the synthesis of quinolines via Friedländer synthesis from 2‐aminoaryl ketones and α‐methylene ketones under solvent‐free condition. The prepared catalyst was characterized by FT‐IR, TEM, SEM, XRD, EDX, ICP‐OES, VSM and BET. It was found that Fe3O4@SiO2/ZnCl2 showed higher catalytic activity than homogenous ZnCl2, and could be reused several times without significant loss of activity.  相似文献

Diels‐Alder reactions in a number of air‐ and moisture‐stable dialkylimidazolium halide‐ZnCl2 ionic liquids are reported. High yields and high endo selectivities have been observed. The ionic liquids could then be recyclable without loss of reactivity.  相似文献

Photochemical Schiemann reactions of imidazole derivatives 1 and 4 were carried out in 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid [bmim][BF4] as solvent. The effects of temperature, co-solvent and wavelength on the rate of the reaction and product yield were examined. The use of ionic liquid increases the yield of the photochemical fluorodediazoniation reaction of 2 at 0 °C. Careful temperature control is necessary to minimize the photodecomposition of the ionic liquid in order to increase the yield of product.  相似文献

A capillary electrophoretic (CE) method coupled with the use of 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (1E‐3MI‐TFB) ionic liquid as background electrolyte (BGE) has been developed for the simultaneous separation of nine tricyclic antidepressants, viz. amitriptyline (Ami), clomipramine (Clo), desipramine (Des), fluphenazine (Flu), imipramine (Imi), nortriptyline (Nor), promazine (Pro), thioridazine (Thi) and trimipramine (Tri). Resolution of TCAs with similar molecular structures and pKa values was accomplished by minute manipulation of the electrophoretic velocities of TCAs via reversed electroosmotic flow (EOF) generated by adsorption of 1E‐3MI cations onto the capillary wall. The optimal separation was obtained with a 50 mM 1E‐3MI‐TFB as the sole BGE at pH 3. Symmetric peaks with efficiencies up to 2.4 × 105 plates/m were achieved. RSD values on migration times and peak areas were in the ranges of 0.63–0.95% and 3.41–6.34% (n = 4), respectively. The role of different alkyl groups on the imidazolium cations was also investigated.  相似文献

Hydroformylation of oct‐1‐ene leading to nonanal (denoted by n) and 2‐methyloctanal (denoted by iso), in a novel series of caprolactam‐based and common imidazolium‐based ionic liquid crystals (ILCs; see Fig. 1) carried out for the first time (caprolactam=hexahydro‐2H‐azepin‐2‐one) (Scheme). Variation of the chain length (n) of the alkyl substituent (Cn) at the caprolactam cation (CP+) from n=12 to 18 caused the n/iso ratios to vary from 1.7 to 2.9. Meanwhile, the TOF (turnover frequency) decreased from 148 to 122 mol mol−1 h−1. Hydroformylation in the imidazolium‐based ILCs revealed that [C16MIm]⋅BF4 (n/iso 5.2, TOF 969 mol mol−1 h−1) was more favorable than [C16MIm]⋅MsO (n/iso 3.7, TOF 969 mol mol−1 h−1) for the formation of the unbranched aldehyde. Although the n/iso ratio in caprolactam‐based ILCs was lower than that in imidazolium‐based ILCs, the conversions are higher in the former ILCs on the whole. It should be noted that the lamellar mesophase has a strong effect on the regioselectivity and TOF of the hydroformylation. Also, it is evident that the influences of different ILCs on the hydroformylation under the various reaction conditions are greatly different. The identification of the reaction products was established by GC and GC/MS analyses.  相似文献
