采用高温熔融法制备Ce~(3+)或Tb~(3+)单掺和Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+)共掺钆-钡-硅酸盐闪烁玻璃。通过透射光谱、光致激发和发射光谱、X射线激发发射光谱及荧光衰减曲线等手段对其发光性能进行研究。实验结果表明:在紫外光的激发下,Tb~(3+)掺杂闪烁玻璃发出明亮的绿光(544 nm),而Ce~(3+)掺杂闪烁玻璃发出蓝紫光。对于Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+)共掺闪烁玻璃,在紫外光和X射线激发下均观察到Ce~(3+)离子敏化Tb~(3+)离子发光的现象,这是由于存在Ce~(3+)→Tb~(3+)的能量转移。Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+)共掺闪烁玻璃的最佳Ce2O3掺杂摩尔分数为0.2%,此时Ce~(3+)离子向Tb~(3+)离子的能量传递效率为45.7%。在X射线激发下,Ce_2O_3摩尔分数为0.2%的Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+)共掺闪烁玻璃在544 nm处的发光强度是Bi_4Ge_3O_(12)(BGO)闪烁晶体在500 nm处发光强度的4.2倍,积分闪烁效率达到BGO晶体的55.6%,这有利于在高分辨率医学成像中降低辐射剂量。  相似文献

The color conversion glass ceramics which were made of borosilicate matrix co-doped(SrBaSm)Si_2O_2N_2:(Eu~(3+)Ce~(3+)) blue–green phosphors were prepared by two-step method in co-sintering. The change in luminescence properties and the drift of chromaticity coordinates(CIE) of the(SrBaSm)Si_2O_2N_2:(Eu~(3+)Ce~(3+)) blue–green phosphors and the color conversion glass ceramics were studied in the sintering temperature range from 600℃ to 800℃. The luminous intensity and internal quantum yield(QY) of the blue–green phosphors and glass ceramics decreased with the sintering temperature increasing. When the sintering temperature increased beyond 750℃, the phosphors and the color conversion glass ceramics almost had no peak in photoluminescence(PL) and excitation(PLE) spectra. The results showed that the blue–green phosphors had poor thermal stability at higher temperature. The lattice structure of the phosphors was destroyed by the glass matrix and the Ce~(3+) in the phosphors was oxidized to Ce~(4+), which further caused a decrease in luminescent properties of the color conversion glass ceramics.  相似文献

A Ce~(3+)tion-doped α-Na YF_4 single crystal of high quality is grown successfully by an improved flux Bridgman method under the conditions of taking the chemical raw composition of Na F:KF:YF_3:CeF_3 in the molar ratio of30∶18∶48∶4, where the KF is shown to be an effective assistant flux. The x ray diffraction, absorption spectra,excitation spectra, and emission spectra of the Ce~(3+)t-doped α-Na YF_4 single crystal are measured to investigate the phase and optical properties of the single crystals. The absorption spectrum of the Ce~(3+)t:α-Na YF_4 shows a strong band that peaks at the wavelength of 300 nm. The emission spectrum of the Ce~(3+)t:α-Na YF_4 emits an intense ultraviolet(UV) band at the wavelength of 332 nm under the excitation of 300 nm light. Two separated luminous bands of 330 and 350 nm, which correspond to the transitions 5d → 2F25∕2and 5d → F7∕2, can be obtained by Gauss fitting. The strong emission intensity at the UV band and the excellent optical transmission in the range of UV wavelengths indicate that Ce~(3+)t:α-Na YF_4 single crystals can be considered as a promising material for UV lasers.  相似文献

A series of barium pyrophosphate Ba_2P_2O_7 (BPO) phosphors doped with Ce~(3+)or Tb~(3+)ions is synthesized via a co-precipitation method under reducing atmosphere. The phase structures, photoluminescence(PL) properties, and thermal stabilities of the samples are characterized by using powder x-ray diffraction(PXRD) and PL spectra. The emission colors of samples can be tuned from blue(0.1544, 0.0310) to green(0.2302, 0.4229) by changing the doping concentrations of Tb~(3+)under ultraviolet excitation. The energy transfer mechanism between Ce~(3+)and Tb~(3+)in the BPO is dipole–dipole interaction with a critical distance of 25.86 °A and an energy transfer efficiency of about 85%, which are determined through the PL spectrum and the decay curve. Moreover, the Ce~(3+)/Tb~(3+)co-doped sample has good thermal stability for temperature quenching, and the emission intensity at 423 K is maintained at 95% measured at 298 K. The above results show that the BPO:Ce~(3+), Tb~(3+)can serve as a promising candidate of green emitting phosphor for solid-state lighting.  相似文献

采用高温熔融法,在还原气氛(CO)下制备了Ce~(3+)掺杂的Gd2O3基氟氧闪烁玻璃,系统地研究了BaF_2对闪烁玻璃密度,光学性能以及闪烁性能的影响。比较了闪烁玻璃与BGO晶体在紫外激发以及X射线激发下的荧光强度。结果表明:BaF_2能增加玻璃的密度,且Ba F2含量越高,玻璃密度越大;BaF_2能增强Ce~(3+)的紫外以及X射线激发发光,BaF_2的最佳摩尔分数为15%;BaF_2含量相同时,由于电荷迁移猝灭以及Gd~(3+)的浓度猝灭,随着Gd_2O_3含量增加,Ce~(3+)的紫外激发以及X射线激发发光强度逐渐降低,X射线激发的光谱积分强度从相当于BGO的143%下降到BGO的19%,荧光寿命从46.5 ns降低到30.5 ns。该玻璃的光致发光强度明显强于BGO晶体,但是闪烁发光却弱于BGO晶体。  相似文献

A series of Ce~(3+), Sm~(3+)-doped Zn_2GeO_4 phosphors are prepared by the solid-state reaction. A blue photoluminescence(PL) of Zn_2 GeO_4 is observed as the recombination of the electrons trapped on V·_O and Zn·_i with holes trapped on V_(Ge)and V' _(Zn). The energy transfer process between Ce~(3+)and Sm~(3+) is confirmed by the PL spectra and decay curves, and the emission colors can be adjusted from blue to orange–red. Furthermore, we verify unambiguously that the energy transfer from Ce~(3+) to Sm~(3+) occurs. Besides, Ce~(3+) ions can act as a bridge,possibly promoting the energy transfer from the Zn_2GeO_4 host matrix to Sm~(3+) ions.  相似文献

The effects of Al_2O_3, Yb_2O_3, Er_2O_3 and OH~- on spectral properties of P_2O_5.Na_2O.SrO.Al_2O_3.Yb_2O_3.Er_2O_3 erbium phosphate glass were studied. 5, 8, and 13 mol% Al_2O_3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 mol% Yb_2O_3 and0.05, 0.2, and 0.4 mol% Er_2O_3 were used. It was found that Al_2O_3 can improve fluorescent lifetime ofEr~(3+)ions, but the integrated absorption cross section of Er~(3+)ions decreases with the increase of Al_2O_3concentration. Evaluating from energy transfer efficiency of Yb~(3+)to Er~(3+)and spectral parameters ofYb~(3+)and Er~(3+),we conclude that 6 mol% Yb_2O_3 and 0.4 mol% Er_2O_3 are needed for LD pumped  相似文献

The development of LASFA and the characteristics of the scintillating fibers unit are reported. <正>We report the luminescence properties and decay profiles of Ce:YAlO_3,Mn:YAlO_3,and Ce,Mn:YAlO_3 crystals grown by Czochralski method.The spectroscopic properties show that both Mn~(2+) ions and Mn~(4+) ions exist in Mn:YAlO_3 and Ce,Mn:YAlO_3 crystals.The Mn~(2+) ions have a broad emission band of 60 nm in Mn-doped YAlO_3 crystal at 530 nm.The luminescence spectra also indicate that there is significant energy transfer between Ce~(3+) and Mn~(4+) in Ce,Mn:YAlO_3 crystal.Because of the energy transfer,the first decay component in Ce,Mn:YAlO_3 decreases from 24.5 to 10.8 ns,which is much faster than that of Ce:YAlO_3.  相似文献

A series of RE~(3+)(RE=Eu∕Tb∕Ce)-activated Sr_4La(PO_4)_3O(SLPO) phosphors are synthesized with a hightemperature solid-state reaction method. The photoluminescence properties, thermal stability, morphology,and CIE values of the SLPO:Eu~(3+)∕Tb~(3+)∕Ce~(3+)phosphors are investigated. Under 394 nm excitation, the SLPO:Eu~(3+)exhibits red emission, and the SLPO:Tb~(3+)presents a green emission upon 379 nm excitation, while Ce~(3+)-doped SLPO has a broad emission band ranging from 370 to 650 nm under 337 nm excitation. The investigation results indicate that the SLPO:Eu~(3+)∕Tb~(3+)∕Ce~(3+)phosphors can be effectively excited by nearultraviolet light and may have the potential to serve as red-, green-, and blue-emitting phosphors for applications in white light-emitting diodes.  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了Er3+/Ce3+共掺新型碲酸盐玻璃(TeO2-Bi2O3-TiO2).采用差热分析方法研究了玻璃的热稳定性,测试并分析了不同Ce3+离子掺杂浓度下Er3+离子的吸收光谱、上转换光谱和荧光光谱特性.研究结果表明,制备的碲酸盐玻璃具有很好的热稳定性,玻璃析晶温度Tx与玻璃转变温度Tg之差(ΔT=Tx-Tg)达到了185℃,高于其它文献的报道;同时,Ce3+离子共掺引入的能量转移(Ce3+∶2F5/2+Er3+∶4I11/2→Ce3+∶2F7/2+Er3+∶4I13/2)有效地抑制了Er3+离子上转换发光并显著增强了1.53μm波段荧光强度,而发射截面随着Ce3+离子掺杂浓度相应增大.优异的热稳定性以及光谱性能揭示Er3+/Ce3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃是一种潜在的制备宽带掺铒光纤放大器的理想增益介质.  相似文献

在数字X射线成像系统中使用的X光-可见光转换屏具有相当重要的作用,其性能直接影响成像系统的性能。针对特殊用途开发了一种新型掺Tb^3 硅酸盐发光玻璃转换屏,可用于30MeV的γ光子的成像探测;在低能X光(100keV)作用下的空间分辨能力与301型发光玻璃相当,而在能量高达12MeV的X光的照射下,其空间分辨能力不低于1.5lp/mm,发光效率约为301型发光玻璃的3倍。并对其性能进行了实验研究,相应的测量结果为:SiO2的质量分数达到50%以上时才能得到玻璃性质较好的材料.并使发光性能得到提高,BaO和Cs2O的质量分数接近相等的条件下,Tb^3 离子的质量分数为10.5%时发光性能最好;适量的Gd^3 离子可以敏化Tb^3 发光,也能增加玻璃密度,而Ce^3 离子可以降低发光的余辉;其它的微量元素则主要影响玻璃的熔融温度。  相似文献

在高能的数字X射线成像系统中使用的X光-可见光转换屏具有相当重要的作用,直接影响成像系统的性能。针对特殊用途研制的一种掺Tb^3 硅酸盐发光玻璃转换屏.可用于能量高达30McV的γ光子的成像探测:在百keV级的低能X光作用下的空间分辨力与301型发光玻璃相当.而在能量高达12MeV X光的照射下,其空间分辨力不低于1.51p/mm,发光效率约为301型发光玻璃的3倍.并对发光玻璃的相关性能与其组成进行了实验研究,给出了相应的测量结果。  相似文献

A comparative study of two kinds of oxidants(H_2O and O_3) with the combination of two metal precursors(TMA and La(~iPrCp)_3) for atomic layer deposition(ALD) La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates is carried out. The effects of different oxidants on the physical properties and electrical characteristics of La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates are studied. Initial testing results indicate that La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates could avoid moisture absorption in the air after thermal annealing. However, moisture absorption occurs in H_2O-based La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates due to the residue hydroxyl/hydrogen groups during annealing. As a result, roughness enhancement, band offset variation, low dielectric constant and poor electrical characteristics are measured because the properties of H_2O-based La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates are deteriorated. Addition thermal annealing effects on the properties of O_3-based La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates indicate that O_3 is a more appropriate oxidant to deposit La_2O_3/Al_2O_3 nanolaminates for electron devices application.  相似文献

Measurements of magnetic and transport properties were performed on needle-shaped single crystals of Ce_(12)Fe_(57.5)As_(41)and La_(12)Fe_(57.5)As_(41).The availability of a complete set of data enabled a side-by-side comparison between these two rare earth compounds.Both compounds exhibited multiple magnetic orders within 2-300 K and metamagnetic transitions at various fields.Ferromagnetic transitions with Curie temperatures of 100 and 125 K were found for Ce_(12)Fe_(57.5)As_(41)and La_(12)Fe_(57.5)As_(41),respectively,followed by antiferromagnetic type spin reorientations near Curie temperatures.The magnetic properties underwent complex evolution in the magnetic field for both compounds.An antiferromagnetic phase transition at about 60 K and 0.2 T was observed merely for Ce_(12)Fe_(57.5)As_(41).The field-induced magnetic phase transition occurred from antiferromagnetic to ferromagnetic structure.A strong magnetocrystalline anisotropy was evident from magnetization measurements of Ce_(12)Fe_(57.5)As_(41).A temperature-field phase diagram was present for these two rare earth systems.In addition,a logarithmic temperature dependence of electrical resistivity was observed in the two compounds within a large temperature range of 150-300 K,which is rarely found in 3D-based compounds.It may be related to Kondo scattering described by independent localized Fe 3d moments interacting with conduction electrons.  相似文献

采用高温熔融法制备了不同Ln2O3(Ln=Lu,Y,Gd)情况下Tb3+激活的重金属氧化物闪烁玻璃样品。测试了不同Ln2O3玻璃样品的密度,差热特性,透过、发射和激发光谱。着重研究了玻璃成分中不同稀土氧化物对闪烁玻璃的密度及发光性能的影响规律及机理。结果表明:在含Ln2O3闪烁玻璃中,含Lu2O3硅硼酸盐玻璃的密度最高,接近6g/cm3,发光强度性能最差。含Gd2O3硅硼酸盐玻璃的密度接近含Lu2O3硅硼酸盐玻璃的密度,其发光强度最大。其原因是Gd3+离子能把能量以共振能量传递的形式给Tb3+离子,提高Tb3+离子的发光强度。但当Gd3+离子浓度增大到一定程度时,能量传递的效率却明显减弱。含Gd3+离子的闪烁玻璃密度较高,发光强度大,是一种很有前景的闪烁材料。  相似文献
