The title complex has been synthesized with 2,2'-biphenyl dicarboxylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)in the solvent mixture of water and methanol.It crystallizes(C38H28CuN4O6,Mr = 700.1)in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 1.0868(2),b = 1.2175(2),c = 1.6206(3)nm,α = 110.161(2),β = 102.605(3),γ = 93.667(2)o,V = 1941.6(6)nm3,Dc = 1.198 g/cm3,Z = 2,F(000)= 722,R = 0.0558 and wR = 0.1208.The crystal structure shows that the copper atom is coordinated with one oxygen atom from 2,2'-bphenyl dicarboxylic acid molecule and four nitrogen atoms from two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules,forming a distorted square-pyramidal coordination.The TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable under 160.0 ℃.  相似文献

Terbium p-chlorobenzoate complex with 1,10-phenanthroline, [Tb( p-ClBA)_3phen]_2 (1) has been obtained in the ethanol solution, where p-ClBA=p-chlorobenzoate and phen=1,10-phenanthroline. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1, a=1.008 1(2) nm, b=1.185 7(2) nm, c=1.431 1(3) nm, α=110.826(4)°, β=96.436(4)°, γ=101.737(4)°, Z=2. The two Tb(Ⅲ) ions are linked by four carboxylate groups through their bidentate bridging modes, forming a dimeric unit with crystallographic inversion center. Each terbium ion has an eight-coordinate geometry with four of the coordination sites occupied by four oxygen atoms from the four bridging carboxylates, respectively, two oxygen atoms from bidentate carboxylate, and the remaining positions occupied by two nitrogen atoms from a 1,10-phenanthroline molecule. The Tb(Ⅲ) ion adopt a distorted square antiprism coordination geometry. The excitation and luminescence data observed at room temperature show that the title complex emits very intensive green fluorescence under ultraviolet light. The result of thermal analysis indicates the complex [Tb(p-ClBA)_3phen]_2 is quite stable to heat. CCDC: 221921.  相似文献

One new cobalt complex [Co(phen)3][(C6Hs)2C(OH)COO]2·7H2O with benzeneacetic acid (BAA), 1,10-phenanthroline and cobaltous perchlorate has been synthesized by means of solvent method. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P^-1, with a = 1.14181(13), b = 1.64417(18), c = 1.65342(18) nm, α = 74.2830(10), β= 84.4490(10), γ = 74.9430(10)°, V = 2.8842(6) nm^3, Dc = 1.359 g/cm^3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1234, R = 0.0621 and wR = 0.1673. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from three 1,10-phenanthroline molecules, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. There are a lot of hydrogen bonds in the complex, from which a two-dimensional network is constructed. The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable below 130.0 ℃.  相似文献

A new complex has been synthesized with o-methylbenzoyl-benzoic acid(HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) in the mixture of water and ethanol. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 13.6328(18), b = 17.7876(18), c = 19.998(2), β = 104.720(4)o, C54H48N4O11Zn, Mr = 994.33, V = 4690.2(9)3, Dc = 1.408 g/cm3, Z = 4, F(000) = 2072, μ(MoKα) = 0.59 mm-1, R = 0.0736 and wR = 0.2029. The crystal structure shows that the zinc ions are coordinated with two oxygen atoms from two HL molecules and four nitrogen atoms from two phen molecules, forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The fluorescent and thermal stability properties of the complex are studied. The result shows that it has one fluorescent emission band at around 412 nm. In addition, the complex is stable under 210 ℃.  相似文献

A novel complex Zn(phen)(m-CBA)2(H2O) with m-chlorobenzoic acid (m-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and zinc chloride has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, space group P1, a = 0.8361(5), b = 1.2455(7), c = 1.3107(7) nm, α = 115.637(8), β = 91.014(9), γ = 104.857(8)o, V = 1.1763(11) nm3, Dc = 1.623 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 584, GOOF = 1.078, the final R = 0.0453 and wR = 0.1192. Structure analysis shows that the zinc ion coordinates with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule, three oxygen atoms from two m-chlorobenzoic acid molecules and one water molecule, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

A dinuclear cobalt(Ⅱ) complex [Co2(α-furacrylato)4(Phen)2(H2O)]·C2H5OH has been synthesized with α-furacrylic acid and 1,10-phenanthroline as the ligands, and its crystal structure was determined. The crystal is of monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=1.07388(8), b=2.4300(2), c=1.86708(14)nm, β=104.3830(10)o, V=4.719.4(7) nm3 , Dc=1.503 g/cm3 , Z=2, F(000)=2196, GOOF=1.053, the final R=0.0343 and wR=0.0883. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring cobalt(Ⅱ) ions are linked by the bridging coordination of two α-furacrylic acid anions and one water molecule, and their end positions are respectively coordinated with two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules and two α-furacrylic acid anions, forming a dinuclear structure. Both cobalt(Ⅱ) ions adopt hexa-coordinated distorted octahedral geometry. The electrochemical and fluorescence properties of the title complex are also discussed.  相似文献

One novel complex Mn2(phen)2(p-CBA)4(H2O) has been hydrothermally syn- thesized from p-chlorobenzoic acid (p-CBA), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and anhydrous man- ganese(Ⅱ) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, with a = 2.3416(3), b = 1.5604(2), c =1.5605(2) nm, β = 121.048(2)o, V = 4.8849(12) nm3, Dc = 1.510 g/cm3, Mr = 555.26, Z = 8, μ = 0.798 mm-1, F(000) = 2256, GOOF = 1.032, the final R = 0.0393 and wR = 0.0816. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ ) ions are linked together by two bridge-chelating p-chlorobenzoic groups and one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure with the Mn–Mn bond distance of 0.3512 nm. Each manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three p-chlorobenzoic acid anions and one water molecule, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltammetric behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

One cadmium(Ⅱ)coordination polymer [Cd(phen)(4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophtha-lic acid)]n(1)has been synthesized with 4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophthalic acid,phen(phen = 10-phenanthroline),and cadmium nitrate in the mixture of DMSO:H2O(V:V = 2:1).Crystallogra-phic data for this complex:monoclinic,space group P21/c,with a = 11.668(2),b = 11.841(6),c = 14.446(2),β = 102.440(4)°,V = 1.9491(8)3,Dc = 1.805 g/cm3,Z = 1,F(000)= 1056,GOOF = 0.999,R = 0.0280 and wR = 0.0662.The crystal structure analysis indicates that the cadmium ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and five oxygen atoms from three 4,6-dimethyl-5-nitro-isophthalic acid molecules.The curve of TGA shows that 1 is stable up to 380.0 ℃.  相似文献

One-dimensional chain copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been synthesized and characterized in the solvent mixture of water and alcohol with o-acetamidobenzoic acid,4,4'-bipyridine and copper perchlorate.It is of tetragonal,space group P41212 with a=1.57756(10),b= 1.57756(10),c=2.1438(3)nm,V=5.3352(8) nm3,Dc=1.524 g/cm3,Z=4,F(000)=2536,R= 0.0479 and wR=0.0979.The crystal structure shows two coordination modes.The copper(1) is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 4,4'-bipyridine molecule and two oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules,forming a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry;the copper(2) is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 4,4'-bipyridine molecule,four oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules and two water molecules,generating a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable below 180.0 ℃.  相似文献

A one-dimensional chain-like coordination polymer [Mn(phen)(2,4,6-TMBA)2(H2O)]n has been synthesized from 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, 1,10-phenanthroline and anhydrous manga- nese(Ⅱ ) sulfate and then characterized. Crystal data for this complex: tetragonal, space group I41, a = 2.05643(16), b = 2.05643(16), c = 1.3939(2) nm, V = 5.8946(11) nm3, Mr = 579.54, Z = 8, Dc = 1.306 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.490 mm-1, F(000) = 2424, S = 0.985, the final R = 0.0411 and wR = 0.0950. The Flack factor is -0.01(2). The crystal structure shows that two neighboring man- ganese(Ⅱ ) ions are linked together by one bridge-chelating 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic group, forming a one-dimensional chain structure. The manganese(Ⅱ ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline, three oxygen atoms from three 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acids and one water oxygen atom, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated.  相似文献

Crystal data for this complex:monoclinic,space group C2/c,a=1.082 34(16)nm,b=2.445 8(4) nm,c=1.857 4(3) nm,β=104.353(2)°,V=4.763 5(12) nm3,Dc=1.471 g·cm-3,Z=4,F(000)=2 168. Final GooF=1.004,R1=0.039 7,wR2=0.108 7. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridging α-furacrylic acid radicals and one bridging water molecule,forming a cage structure. The Mn(1)…Mn(1A) bond distance is 0.357 6 nm. Each manganese(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three α-furacrylic acid radicals and one water molecule,forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry. One novel binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu 2 (Hpt) 2 (CO 3) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ]·H 2 O with copper carbonate and 3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole (Hpt) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR and X-ray diffraction analysis.The complex crystallizes in triclinic,space group P2 1 /n with a=0.6862(1),b=0.7805(1),c=1.1983(2) nm,α=72.03(2),β=107.72(3),γ=75.28(2)o,V=0.5884 nm 3,D c=2.105 g/cm 3,Z=1,F(000)=357,GOOF=1.041,the final R=0.01859 and wR=0.04348.The whole molecule is composed of two cooper ions,two Hpt molecules,two carbonate and three water molecules,forming a binuclear structure.The crystal structure shows that the cooper ion is coordinated with three nitrogen atoms from two Hpt molecules,two oxygen atoms from one carbonic acid and one water molecule,forming a distorted square pyramidal geometry.The TG analysis result shows that the title complex is stable under 131.0 ℃.  相似文献

A new complex [Pb(phen)2(4-NBA)]2·2(NO3)·H2O(phen = 1,10-phenanthroline,4-NBA = 4-nitrobenzoate) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses and IR spectroscopy.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 13.416(3),b = 14.065(3),c = 16.845(3) ,β = 110.55(3)o,V = 2976.5(10)3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.796 g/cm3,F(000) = 1564,GOOF = 0.962,the final R = 0.0686 and wR = 0.1746.The crystal structure shows that the lead ion is coordinated with two carboxylate O atoms from the 4-NBA anion,and four N atoms from two phen molecules,forming a slightly distorted pentagonalbipyramidal coordination geometry.It is further extended by various supramo-lecular interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular network.The TG analysis result shows that this complex begins decomposing at 30 ℃ and decompounding completely at 733 ℃.  相似文献

A mixed-ligand metal-organic complex [Cd(C7H3N3O2)(C12H8N2)]n was synthesized by cadmium(Ⅱ) nitrate, 1,10-phenanthroline(phen) and benzotriazole-5-carboxylate acid(H2btca). Single crystal X-ray analysis indicates that complex 1 has a two-dimensional layer structure and crystallizes in an orthorhombic space group(Pbca), with cell parameters, a=1.7422(6) nm, b=0.9264(3) nm, c=2.0729(7) nm, α=90°, β=90°,γ=90°, V=3.346(2) nm^3, Z=8. Each central Cd(Ⅱ) is six-coordinated by four N atoms, two of which are from 1,10-phenanthroline, and the other two from two different triazole nitrogen atoms and two O atoms from benzotriazole-5-carboxylate, forming a distorted octahedral geometry. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) centers are bridged by benzotriazole-5-carboxylate molecules to form a one-dimensional chain, which is further connected by the nitrogen atoms of btca^2- to form an extended two-dimensional wave-like layer, with OFF(offset face-to-face) stacking interactions between phen ligands in adjacent layers, which are helpful to forming the three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The complex [Cu(phen)2(POAc)3]ClO·4H2O has been synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, IR spec-troscopy and X-ray diffraction methods, where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, POAc = phenylacetate group). The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group PI with two molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a = 1.0579(2) nm, b = 1.2423(3) nm, c = 1.9190(4) nm, α = 71.84(1)°, β = 80.50(2)°, γ = 88.60(1)°, V = 2.3625(9) nm3, R = 0.0407 and Rw = 0.0656. The complex results from bridging of two Cu(phen)2 units by three carboxylate groups, and each Cu2 ion is in a distorted square pyramidal geometry with two nitrogen atoms of phen and three carboxylate oxygen atoms of POAc. It has been showed that intramolecular stacking interactions occur between the phenyl moieties of POAc and aromatic rings of phen, leading to a novel molecule structure with two coordinating modes of carboxylate ligands, of which two phenylacetates are μ2-carboxylate-O-bridging ligands, and the other is a μ2-carboxylate-  相似文献

The title complex [(phen)2Cu(Htcb)Cu(phen)2]H3tcb(tcb=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylato tetravalent anion; phen=1,10-phenanthroline) was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group P1, a=1.04174(8) nm, b=1.07119(8) nm, c=1.26360(10) nm, α=98.169(2)°, β=99.679(10)°, γ=93.658(10)°, V=1.37031(18) nm3, Z=1. The two copper(Ⅱ) cations are bridged by Htcb in the monodentate fashion, and have the same five-coordinated environment completed by the four N atoms from the two phen molecules and one O atom from the carboxylic group of Htcb respectively, which can be best described as distorted trigonal-bipyramid geometry. Moreover, the three dimensional network is formed by H-bonding interactions [O…O distance from 0.2506(10) nm to 0.3176(11) nm] and π-π stacking interactions between the phen rings of adjacent binuclear entities with a face-to-face separation of ca. 0.354 nm.  相似文献

The mixed ligand complex of cobalt with dibutylphosphate (HDBP) and pyridine has been synthesized. Elemental analysis yields the result that the formula of this compound is Co(DBP)_2·3Py·CHCl_3 (Py=pyridine). The thermal analsyis, visible spectra and magnetic properties of it have been studied as well. Single crystal structural analysis shows that the crystal is triclinic with space group P and the unit cell parameters are as follows:a=14.490(10), α=90.37(4)°,b=15.721(7), β=96.04(5)°,c=20.109(12), γ=105.63(4)°.The final R factor is 0.0773. Two Co atoms are connected by two bridging DBP groups to form a dinuclear molecule [Co(DBP)_2·3Py]_2 which has a C_s, symmetry. Each cell contains two dinuclear molecules and four chloroform molecules. The cobalt is coordinated in an octahedral arrangement by three oxygen atoms and three nitrogen atoms, of which one oxygen atom comes from a monodentate DBP group, two oxygen atoms from two bridging DBP groups, and the three nitrogen atoms from the three pyridi  相似文献
