Two isomeric building units, 4-oxo-4-(2-pyridinylamino) butanoic acid (defined as G1) and 4-oxo-4-(3-pyridinylamino) butanoic acid (defined as G2) formed fiber- and tree-like crystals in aqueous solutions, respectively. The crystal formation process of G1 was suggested based on the layered cross section of an individual crystal and the single crystal structure. Through cooling the aqueous solutions of their mixtures under G1/G2 molar ratios ranged from 7/1 to 1/3, a series of supramolecular hydrogels were formed based on hydrogen bonds as the main driving force. As decreasing G1/G2 ratios, the first observed aggregates in solution changed from fiber to particle form, while the gelating time became longer and longer. At the collapsing temperature, the gels formed at G1/G2 ratio 3/1 kept the original gel shape but released water, while at G1/G2 ratio 2/1 they broke into pieces without releasing water. The "dropping ball" experiment indicated that the highest gel-to-sol dissociation temperature (T(gel)) is obtained at G1/G2 ratio of 2/1. As measured by UV-vis spectroscopy, the two building units distributed uniformly within the gel formed at G1/G2 ratio of 1/1, indicating they assembled together in forming hydrogel. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) and infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) analysis of the dried samples indicated that the backbone shape changed from fiber to sheet and the content of free carboxyl groups increased with decreasing G1/G2 ratios, therefore resulting in hydrogels with different stability. The simple gelator structures and the possibility in controlling gel structure and stability make the hydrogels suitable for various uses.  相似文献

A simple drug compound, 4-oxo-4-(2-pyridinylamino) butanoic acid (defined as AP), was able to gel water at 4 wt% concentration under various conditions. In the superstructure, AP molecules assembled into fibrous aggregates driving by hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interaction. The gels with different backbone structures released drug molecules in different speeds.  相似文献

We have studied the hydrogenation of the sodium salt of 2-oxo-4-(3-pyridyl)butenoic acid on palladium black in the temperature range 20-70°C in aqueous-alcohol medium. The products of the reaction are the sodium salts of 2-oxo-4-(3-pyridyl)butanoic acid and 2-hydroxy-4-(3-pyridyl)butanoic acid together with hydrogenolysis products. The hydrogenation of 4-(2-furyl)-2-oxobutenoic acid sodium salt on a nickel catalyst has been studied. Using Raney nickel catalyst, the corresponding salts of 4-(2-furyl)-2-oxobutanoic acid, 4-(2-furtyl)-2-hydroxybutanoic acid, and aliphatic hydrogenolysis products of the initial compound were obtained. The sodium salt of 2-hydroxy-4-(2-tetrahydrofuryl) butanoic acid and the condensation product 4-(2-furylethyl)-3-(2-furylmethyl)-2-oxo-3,4-didehydroglutaric acid were detected in the hydrogenolysate. The stereoselective synthesis of two epimeric screening substrates, (4R, 5R, 6R)- and (4S, 5R, 6R)-6-dipropylcarbamoyl-2-oxo-4,5,6-trihydroxy-hexanoic acid, for the directed evolution of sialic acid aldolase is described. The complementary methods relied on stereoselective indium-mediated additions of ethyl alpha-bromomethyl acrylate to functionalised aldehydes. With an alpha-hydroxy aldehyde, (2R, 3R)-2,3-dihydroxy-4-oxo butanoic acid dipropylamide, the addition was chelation controlled, and the syn product, (6R, 5R, 4S)-6-dipropylcarbamoyl-2-methylidene-4,5,6-trihydroxy-hexanoic acid ethyl ester, was obtained. In contrast, the stereochemical outcome of the addition to (2R, 3R)-N,N-dipropyl-2,3-O-isopropylidene-4-oxobutyramide was consistent with Felkin-Anh control, and the anti adduct, (4R, 5R, 6R)-6-dipropylcarbamoyl-2-methylidene-4-hydroxy-5,6-O-isopropylidene-hexanoic acid ethyl ester, was the major product. Ozonolysis and deprotection gave the screening substrates as mixtures of furanose and pyranose forms, in good yields.  相似文献

In the context of our studies on ruthenium(II) complexes containing polyazaheterocyclic ligands as functionalised photosensitisers for singlet molecular oxygen generation in heterogeneous phase, we describe the synthesis and spectroscopic characterisation of different amide-functionalised N-1,10-phenanthrolin-5-ylalkylamides. These chelators are used to obtain heteroleptic [Ru(phen)2L]2+ complexes, where L stands for 2-iodo-N-1,10-phenanthrolin-5-ylacetamide (5-iap), 4-oxo-4-(1,10-phenanthrolin-5-ylamino)butanoic acid (5-suap), 5-oxo-5-(1,10-phenanthrolin-5-ylamino)pentanoic acid (5-glap) and tert-butyl 4-oxo-4-(1,10-phenanthrolin-5-ylamino)butylcarbamate (BOC-5-ngap). The spectroscopic data, excited state lifetimes and quenching rate constants with O2 (ca. 3.7×109 L mol−1 s−1) of these novel complexes are also reported.  相似文献

4-(2-Pyridinylamino)-1,1,1-trifluoro-3-penten-2-ones 3, obtained from the reaction of commercially available 2-aminopyridine derivatives and 4-methoxy-1,1,1-trifluoro-3-penten-2-one 2, were converted to 6-(dimethylamino)-4-(2-pyridinylamino)-3,5-hexadien-2-ones 4 by treatment with dimethylformamide dimethyl acetal. Azannulation of hexadienones 4 afforded 4-(2-pyridinylamino)-2-trifluoromethylpyridines 5 and 2-(trifluoroacetylmethylene)pyrido[1,2-a]pyrimidines 6, classes of compounds particularly interesting from a chemical and biological point of view.  相似文献

A discussion of solid-phase extraction method development for acidic herbicides is presented that reviews sample matrix modification, extraction sorbent selection, derivatization procedures for gas chromatographic analysis, and clean-up procedures for high-performance liquid chromatographic analysis. Acidic herbicides are families of compounds that include derivatives of phenol (dinoseb, dinoterb and pentachlorophenol), benzoic acid (acifluorfen, chloramben, dicamba, 3,5-dichlorobenzoic acid and dacthal--a dibenzoic acid derivative), acetic acid [2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D), 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid (MCPA) and 2,4,5-trichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4,5-T)], propanoic acid [dichlorprop, fluazifop, haloxyfop, 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)propanoic acid (MCPP) and silvex], butanoic acid [4-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)butanoic acid (2,4-DB) and 4-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)butanoic acid (MCPB)], and other miscellaneous acids such as pyridinecarboxylic acid (picloram) and thiadiazine dioxide (bentazon).  相似文献

A series of 4-phenyl-2-aryl-8-methyl-6-oxo-7-phenylhydrazo-2H,4H,6H,7H,8H[1,3,4,2]-oxadiazaborolo[2,3-b][1,3,2]oxazaborines were prepared in high yields via the reaction of phenylboronic acid with various N-acylhydrazones of 3-keto-2-(2′-phenylhydrazono) butanoic acid in the presence of 4 Å molecular sieves. These derivatives represent a novel class of zwitterionic, tetrahedral boron heterocycles. Single crystal X-ray analysis of a representative boron containing product is reported.  相似文献

The reaction of chloroacetamide with 2 equiv of γ-aminobutyric acid potassium salts provides a convenient method for the synthesis of substituted 4-[(2-amino-2-oxoethyl)amino]butanoic acids. Alkylation products of 2-aminoacetic and 3-aminopropanoic acid with chloroacetamide were isolated. Thermal cyclization of substituted 4-[(2-amino-2-oxoethyl)amino]butanoic acids afforded 2-(2-oxopyrrolidin-1-yl)acetamides.  相似文献

A capillary liquid chromatography (cLC) method with gradient elution has been used to determine chlorophenoxy acid herbicides: 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid, 4-chloro-2-methylphenoxyacetic acid, 2-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)propanoic acid, 2-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)propanoic acid, 4-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy)butanoic acid, 4-(4-chloro-2-methylphenoxy)butanoic acid, 2-(2,4,5-trichlorophenoxy)propanoic acid, 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic-1-methyl ester and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic-1-butyl ester in spiked apple juice samples with amounts between 0.025 and 0.150 mg kg(-1) of each herbicide. Clean-up and preconcentration of acid and esters were carried out in an Oasis MCX polymer. Detection limits obtained by cLC, between 0.005 and 0.018 mg kg(-1), allowed the determination of chlorophenoxy acids and their esters in apple juice samples around the levels permitted by the European Regulations, with recoveries in the range 84-99% and RSDs between 1 and 4%.  相似文献

A novel series of 2,3-dihydropyridazin-3-ones 15 were synthesized via condensation between hydrazines and 4-(p-chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxy-2-(2-oxo-2-substituted ethyl)butanoic acids 8 which in turn were prepared by the reaction of substituted benzylpyruvic acids 6 with methyl alkyl(aryl) ketones 7. Dehydration of 8b-d by a mixture of glacial acetic acid and hydrochloric acid afforded 4-(p-chorophenyl)-2-(substituted phenacyl)-2-butenoic acids 10. Condensation reaction of 10 with hydrazines gave type 15 compounds in good yields. Also, a new series of as-triazino[3,4-a]phthalazines 20 was obtained from the reaction of substituted benzylpyruvic acids 6 with hydralazine to give the hydralazones 19 which underwent dehydrative cyclization reaction with PPA to afford 20. Structure assignments are based on 1H, 13C nmr and ir spectra.  相似文献

5-Arylidene derivatives of rhodanine show various biological activities. The new crystal structures of five derivatives investigated towards ABCB1 efflux pump modulation are reported, namely, 2-[5-([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-ylmethylidene]-4-oxo-2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl)acetic acid dimethyl sulfoxide monosolvate, C18H13NO3S2·C2H6OS ( 1 ), 4-[5-([1,1′-biphenyl]-4-ylmethylidene]-4-oxo-2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl)butanoic acid, C20H17NO3S2 ( 2 ), 5-[4-(benzyloxy)benzylidene]-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one, C17H13NO2S2 ( 3 ), 4-{5-[4-(benzyloxy)benzylidene]-4-oxo-2-thioxothiazolidin-3-yl}butanoic acid, C21H19NO4S2 ( 4 ), and 5-[4-(diphenylamino)benzylidene]-2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one, C22H16N2OS2 ( 5 ). Compounds 1 and 3 – 5 crystallize in the triclinic space group P, while 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, where the biphenyl moiety is observed in two positions (A and B). Two molecules are present in the asymmetric unit of 5 and, for the other four compounds, there is only one molecule; moreover, 1 crystallizes with one dimethyl sulfoxide molecule. The packing of the molecules containing a carboxyl group ( 1 , 2 and 4 ) is determined by O—H…O hydrogen bonds, while in the other two compounds ( 3 and 5 ), the packing is determined by N—H…O hydrogen bonds. Additionally, induced-fit docking studies have been performed for the active compounds to investigate their putative binding mode inside the human glycoprotein P (P-gp) binding pocket.  相似文献

Cyclo- condensation of compound 2 with pentane-2,4-dione gave 4-[2-(3,5- dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-2-oxoethyl]-7-hydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one (11), while with carbon disulfide it afforded 7-hydroxy-4-[(5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)methyl]-2H- chromen-2-one (12) and with potassium isothiocyanate it gave 7-hydroxy-4-[(5- mercapto-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)methyl]-2H-chromen-2-one (14). Compound 7 was cyclized to afford 2-(7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-4-yl)-N -(4-oxo-2-phenylimino- thiazolidin-3-yl) acetamide (15).  相似文献

In this work, the synthesis of 1-(pyridine-3-carbonyl)pyrrolidin-2-one ( 1a ) and 1-(2-propyl-1-pentanoyl)pyrrolidin-2-one ( 1b ) by cyclization of the corresponding GABA derivatives, is reported. Two different methods are developed. For the synthesis of 1a , the parent molecule 4-[(pyridine-3-carbonyl)-amino]butanoic acid ( 2a ) is treated first with thionyl chloride and then with triethylamine. The second derivative, 1b , is produced by an intramolecular dehydration of 4-(2-propylpentanoylamino)butanoic acid ( 2b ) using an acid catalyst.  相似文献
