采用计算量子场论的方法,对振荡场加稳恒场的组合外场下真空中正反粒子对的产生特性进行了研究.通过一系列的对比得到当振荡场的宽度减小时,一方面可增加正反粒子对的产生量,另一方面也可减小正反粒子对的能量分布宽度从而得到能量单一性更好的粒子对.同时,通过分析产生量、能量分布宽度与振荡场宽度的关系可得出,仅在一定范围内减小振荡场的宽度可使能量分布更加集中,则能量分布宽度趋于某个极限值.因此,要得到产生量多且能量分布集中的正反粒子对应选择合适的参数,这可为今后的实验设计提供数据参考. 相似文献

A linear scaling method for calculation of the static ab initio response within self-consistent field theory is developed and applied to the calculation of the static electric polarizability. The method is based on the density matrix perturbation theory [Phys. Rev. Lett. 92, 193001 (2004)]], obtaining response functions directly via a perturbative approach to spectral projection. The accuracy and efficiency of the linear scaling method is demonstrated for a series of three-dimensional water clusters at the RHF/6-31G(**) level of theory. The locality of the response under a global electric field perturbation is numerically demonstrated by the approximate exponential decay of derivative density matrix elements. 相似文献

A three-dimensional model of GaAs/A1GaAs quantum double rings in the lateral static electric field is investigated theoretically.The eigenvalue problem with the effective-mass approximation is solved by means of the finite-element method.The energy levels and wave functions of quantum-confined electrons and heavy holes are obtained and show an agreement with our previous theoretical and experimental studies.It is shown in the approximation of neglecting the Coulomb attraction between the electron and heavy hole that a relatively large Stark shift of exciton emission of 4 meV is attainable with an applied electric field of 0.7 kV/cm. 相似文献

The possibility of stabilizing effects that an rf electric field imposes on drift instabilities in an inhomogeneous plasma is investigated. A two-species, nonisothermal plasma, situated in an externally applied static magnetic field is considered with the rf electric field applied in the same direction as the dc magnetic field. The plasma is "mildly" inhomogeneous in density, with a density gradient perpendicular to the confining magnetic field. Using a hydrodynamic model for the plasma it is found that under certain conditions an increase in the frequency of the drift oscillations is obtained as the result of the application of the rf electric field. The increase in the frequency of the drift oscillations results in an increase in the magnitude of the stabilizing term associated with Landau damping which in turn yields a smaller growth rate for the drift instability. Discussions of the state of the plasma for different values of the frequency of the applied electric field are presented and the feasible ranges of values of the above quantity required for stabilization are determined. It is concluded that the resulting stabilization is significant only in a very narrow rf band. Therefore, the application of this technique appears to be a difficult experimental undertaking. 相似文献

We present holographic storage of three-dimensional(3D) images and data in a photopolymer film without any applied electric field.Its absorption and diffraction efficiency are measured,and reflective analog hologram of real object and image of digital information are recorded in the films.The photopolymer is compared with polymer dispersed liquid crystals as holographic materials.Besides holographic diffraction efficiency of the former is little lower than that of the latter,this work demonstrates that the photopolymer is more suitable for analog hologram and big data permanent storage because of its high definition and no need of high voltage electric field.Therefore,our study proposes a potential holographic storage material to apply in large size static 3D holographic displays,including analog hologram displays,digital hologram prints,and holographic disks. 相似文献
