咪唑并邻菲咯啉类配体的钌配合物的光谱研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
多吡啶钌配合物在光物理、光化学和核酸结构探测等方面都扮演着重要的角色。该文对钌(Ⅱ)与配体(L)咪唑并[4,5-f]邻菲咯啉,2-(4-取代基)苯基咪唑并[4,5-f]邻菲咯啉形成的同配配合物RuL32+和混配配合物Ru(bpy)2L2+、Ru(phen)2L2+(bpy和phen分别为2,2′-联吡啶和邻菲咯啉)的电子吸收光谱,发光光谱,红外光谱进行了综合研究,测定了发光配合物的发光寿命。  相似文献

以2,9-二甲基-1,10-菲咯啉为初始原料,合成了2,9-二甲基-1,10-菲咯啉的dl-丙氨酸衍生物:1,10-菲咯啉-2,9-二亚甲基亚氨基-(2,2’-二甲基)二乙酸(L)。该配体经过元素分析。红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱表征。在 25±0.1℃、 I= 0.1mol·dm~(-3)NaNO_3的条件下,用pH电位滴定法测定了该配体的质子化常数及其与La(Ⅲ)的配合物的稳定常数。通过电子光谱研究了Lb(Ⅲ)的配合物与小牛胸腺 DNA的相互作用。用溴化乙锭作为荧光探针研究了 La(Ⅲ)-L配合物与小牛胸腺 DNA的相互作用的过程。作为对比,也研究了 La(Ⅲ)分别与1,10-菲咯啉(Phen)、 dl-丙氨酸( Ala)的配合物与小牛胸腺 DNA的相互作用。结果表明 La(Ⅲ)-L配合物与小牛胸腺DNA作用既有共价键合,又有插入作用。  相似文献

以邻菲咯啉(phen)、邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮(dione)为配体首次合成了高氯酸邻菲咯啉-邻菲咯啉-5,6-二酮(Ⅱ)。用荧光光谱,摩尔比,粘度,MLCT减色效应,平衡常数以及荧光能量转移研究了各合物与鱼精子DNA的结合情况,证实了该络合物与DNA存在插入作用。基于络合物对DNA能量转移造成荧光量子产率比值(Φλ/Φ320)的降低,解释了不同波长激发光下,荧光发射峰在加入DNA后产生猝灭和增强两种绝然不同的现象。  相似文献

在298K,I=0.1mol/LKNO3条件下测定了L-苏糖酸-α-氨基酸(5-取代邻菲咯啉)-铜(Ⅱ)三元配合物的生成常数.实验表明,生物配体α-氨基酸及L-苏糖酸具有良好的相容性,其三元配合物的稳定性大于相应二元配合物的稳定性.在较宽的pH值范围内,三元配合物的含量显著大于二元配合物的含量.即L-苏糖酸能作为金属离子的载体,使金属离子易于与氨基酸或蛋白质结合而被动物吸收利用.α-氨基酸及L-苏糖酸间的相容性及其三元配合物的稳定常数随α氨基酸的质子化常数及其二元配合物的稳定常数增加而增加,二者间存在良好的直线自由能关系.而在L-苏糖酸-5-取代邻菲咯啉-铜(Ⅱ)三元配合物中,由于d-p反馈π键的存在,三元配合物的稳定常数随取代邻菲咯啉质子化常数的增加而降低,二者之间也存在良好的直线自由能关系.  相似文献

以异烟酸和邻菲咯啉(phen)为原料,采用水热合成方法,合成了一个新的配位聚合物{[Cd2(phen)2(H2O)2(C6H5NO2)2]·(ClO4)}n,测定了其晶体结构。结果表明:该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P2√n。与中心镉(Ⅱ)离子配位的3个氧原子分别来自2个异烟酸根和1个水分子,3个氮原子分别来自1个异烟酸根和1个邻菲咯啉,形成六配位变形八面体结构。由于异烟酸的桥联作用及氢键作用,配合物堆积成三维网状结构;同时配合物通过异烟酸的羧基双齿桥联配位以及邻菲咯啉和水分子作为端基配位,形成了双核笼状结构,其Cd(Ⅱ)…Cd(Ⅱ)距离为0.8798 nm。此外,还研究了该聚合物的荧光性质。  相似文献

Novel fluorescent Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) films have been constructed from three different amphiphilic dicynaoquinodimethanes (DADQs). The DADQs varied in functional group structure, which had an impact on the LB film structure and the fluorescence properties. As the fluorescence of DADQs competes with non-radiative decay (conformational change), the packing and/or free volume in the LB film will influence the average fluorescence lifetime and integrated intensity. The pristine (blank) LB films were then exposed to a selection of non-fluorescent target analytes (some with environmental relevance) and the fluorescence was measured and analyzed relative to the pristine LB film. Exposure of the LB films to selected target analytes results in a modulation of the fluorescence, both with respect to average fluorescence lifetime and integrated intensity. The modulation of the fluorescence is different for different DADQ LB films and can be attributed to restricted non-radiative decays or charge transfer reactions between target analyte and DADQ LB film. The response from the DADQ LB films shows that these systems can be developed into sensing surfaces based on fluorescence measurements.  相似文献

The structure and properties of mixed monolayer or LB film of 5,10,15,20-tetra-4-oxy(2-stearic acid)phenyl porphyrin/C60 were studied. A isotherms and small angle X-ray diffraction (SAXD) results show that C60 molecules were incorporated into the cavities of por-phyrin molecules in mixed monolayer and LB film . UV-vis spectra of mixed LB films show that the absorption intensity of porphyrin varied compared with pure porphyrin film, probably arising from the interactions between C60 and porphyrin ring. C60 molecules in mixed systems are well-dispersed. The TPP(CO2H)/C60 mixed LB film is a kind of two-dimensional host-guest system.  相似文献

合成了化学组成为Y1-xTbxL3和La1-xTbxL3(L=C8H7O2)的两种荧光粉,将其掺杂到聚丙烯中,制得两种聚丙烯荧光薄膜,通过测试机械性能,微分扫描式量热法分析,紫外分光光谱和荧光光谱测定,研究膜的物理和荧光性能。结果表明:这两种掺铽聚丙烯膜在365或254nm紫外光激发下,都能发出黄绿色荧光。掺入Y1-xTbxL3的聚丙烯膜的荧光强度大于掺La1-xTbxL3的聚丙烯膜。  相似文献

通过在溶胶-凝胶过程中引入高分子组分,并将稀土配合物掺杂其中的方法得到了具有良好发光性能的无机/高分子杂化薄膜,它们有很好的韧性和透明性,测定了薄膜的荧光光谱和荧光寿命,发现它们均发射出稀土离子的特征荧光且寿命比本体配合物增长。透射电镜的观察表明配合物在SiO~2/高分子互穿网络中分布较均匀,分散尺度在20~30nm之间。  相似文献

In this study, the CdS nanoparticle in a long fatty chain matrix doped with a metallic positive ion was prepared. The results showed that the nanoparticle prepared had a layered structure similar to LB films and the injection of the metallic ion had obviously changed the luminescent properties of the CdS nanoparticles. Polymers doped with rare earth complexes are advantaged in film production for many applications in the luminescent field. In this luminescent polycarbonate (PC) films doped with diaquatris(thenoyltrifluoroacetonate)europium(III) complex [Eu(TTA)3(H2O)2] were prepared and their calorimetric and luminescent properties in the solid state are reported. The thermal behavior was investigated by utilization of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). Due of the addition of rare earth [Eu(TTA)3(H2O)2] into PC matrix, changes were observed in the thermal behavior concerning the glass transition and thermal stability. Characteristic broadened narrow bands arising from the 5D0 → 7FJ transitions (J = 4−0) of Eu3+ ion indicate the incorporation of the Eu3+ ions in the polymer. The luminescent films show enhancement emission intensity with an increase of rare earth concentration in polymeric matrix accompanied by decrease in thermal stability.  相似文献

Five polyimide films prepared from 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid'dianhydride (BTDA) and diamines, 4,4′-oxydianiline (ODA), 3,3′-diaminobenzophenone (DABP), or 3,3′-diaminodiphenylcarbinol (DADPC) and doped with Li2PdCl4 (LTP) or Pd[(CH3)2S]2Cl2 (PDS) were selected for a detailed x-ray photoelectron spectroscopic (XPS) study to determine the oxidation state of palladium and the relative distribution of this and other elements in these films, especially as they relate to electrical resistivity. XPS shows that Pd in the films is present as a mixture of zero and +2 valence states. Films that contain lithium as part of the dopant all show that metal is present as Li+ and Li2O, a fact that may have a bearing on film electrical properties. An Auger electron spectroscopic (AES) or XPS profiling was performed on two of the electrically conductive films. A film doped with PDS reveals a majority of palladium at the surface as Pd(0) and much smaller amounts in film bulk as a mixture of Pd(0) and Pd(II). Film behavior is similar to a metal-vapor deposited film. An LTP doped film, by contrast, exhibits a homogeneous composition with a mixture of Pd(0) and Pd(II). These studies support others that use chemical etching on the film surfaces. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) has been used to provide surface evaluations.  相似文献

基于氧对荧光的猝灭作用, 含荧光探针的高分子复合物已成为定量测定氧浓度或氧分压的新型功能材料. 本工作将酞菁及酞菁的氯铝、镁、硅和铜配位化合物掺杂在芘/聚二甲基硅氧烷光学-氧压传感材料中, 观察了它们的氧猝灭光物理作用. 结果表明, 酞菁配合物掺杂对氧猝灭显示良好的线性响应; 酞菁的硅和铜配合物可有效地增加氧猝灭灵敏度; 而酞菁氯铝降低了氧猝灭的温度系数. 这与发射谱上芘的I3/I1值, 芘的微环境极性相对应, 并可归因为芘与酞菁配合物的电子转移性质对荧光猝灭的影响, 以及共轭结构的稳定化和均质化作用.  相似文献

A procedure for preparing an organosoluble stoichiometric complex based on a cationic polyelectrolyte and an anionic surfactant is described. A method is proposed for forming monolayers at the water-air interface, along with conditions for preparing fluorescent nanosized solid films based on polyelectrolyte complex and organic dyes using the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) method. The spectral and luminescent properties of the obtained films are investigated. It is established from the absorption and fluorescence spectra of LB films that electrostatic interaction between the molecules of polyelectrolyte complex and oxazine dyes results in dimer formation.  相似文献
