A novel Cu(Ⅱ) complex of 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-5-pyrazolone was synthesized and crystallogra-phically characterized. The single-crystal structure of the complex reveals that the crystal belongs triclinic, space group P1 with cell parameters a=0.938 7(4) nm, b=1.124 4(5) nm, c=1.222 3(5) nm, α=99.538(7)°, β=104.049(8)°, γ=113.806(6)°, and Z=2, V=1.093 3(8) nm3. Cu(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-acyl-5-pyrazolone ligands, and one methanol molecule giving a coordination number of five, the coordination polyhedron around Cu(Ⅱ) ion can be described as a square pyramid. Two complex units link to each other through the hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a dimer. Meanwhile, a staircase-like layer structure was built up by offset face-to-face π…π stacking interactions and weak interactions between the dimers. CCDC: 625422.  相似文献

A new monomer diacid, 1,2-dihydro-2-(4-carboxylphenyl)-4-[4-(4-carboxylphenoxy)-3-methylphenyl]phtha-lazin-1-one (3), was synthesized through the aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction of a readily available unsymmetrical phthalazinone 1 bisphenol-like with p-chlorobenzonitrile in the presence of potassium carbonate in N,N-dimethylacetamide and alkaline hydrolysis. The diacid could be directly polymerized with various aromatic diamines 4a-4e using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents to give five new aromatic poly(ether amide)s 5a-5e containing the kink non-coplanar heterocyclic units with inherent viscosities of 1.30-1.54 dL/g.The polymers were readily soluble in a variety of solvents such as N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N,N-dimethyl-acetamide (DMA), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), and even in m-cresol and pyridine (Py). The transparent, flexible and tough films could be formed by solution casting. The glass transition tem-peratures Tg were in the range of 286-317℃.  相似文献

Four new Sm(Ⅲ) ternary complexes with 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-acethlpyrazolone-5 (HPDMAP) or 1-phenyl-2,3-dimethyl-4-trichloroacethlpyrazolone-5 (HPDMCP) as the ligand: Sm(PDMAP)3·bipy (A1), Sm(PDMAP)3·phen (A2), Sm(PDMCP)3·bipy(B1) and Sm(PDMCP)3·phen (B2) (Where bipy=2,2′-dipyridyl, phen=1,10-phenanthroline.) were synthesized and identified by elemental analysis. They were characterized by UV and FT-IR spectra analysis. Their luminescence from the solid state were studied. The results show that the fluorescence intensities of B1 and B2 are stronger than those of A1 and A2, but they all have the same order magnitude. As far as A1 and A2, B1 and B2 are concerned, both bipy and phen have affect on the fluorescence intensities of the complexes.  相似文献

A new Schiff base compound, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy- phenyl) methylidene]hydrazide methanol (C14H10Br2N2O3·CH3OH), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound consists of a Schiff base moiety 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide and a lattice methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 7.183(1), b = 15.673(2), c = 15.001(2) , β = 98.345(2)o, Z = 4, V = 1670.9(4) 3, Dc = 1.773 g/cm3, Mr = 446.10, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.872 mm-1, F(000) = 880, R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.0963. A total of 3445 unique reflections were collected, of which 2236 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The two benzene rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.061(4) ), with the dihedral angle of 7.9(3)o. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has moderate antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The solid state reaction of 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolone (MPP) with aromatic aldehydes and ke-tones benzil derivatives and imides,and the solid state Michael addition reaction of MPP with 4-arylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrnzolone 2 were investigated.Some new solid state reactions between the reactants were found,from which a series of new compounds were obtained The structures of the products were identified by IR,1H NMR,MS,elemental analyses and also by X-ray crystal analysis,and the reaction mechanism of MPP with aromatic aldehydes and ketones was proposed  相似文献

The title compound, C16H23N5O3S, ethyl 5-amino-1-(5‘-methyl-1‘-t-butyl-4‘-pyrazolyl)carbonyl-3-methylthio-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxylate (5) has been synthesized by the treatment of ethyl 2-cyano-3,3-dimethylthioacrylate with 1-t-butyl-5-methyl-4-hydrazinocarbonylpyrazole (4) in refluxed ethanol. The possible mechanism of the above reaction was also discussed. The results of biological test show that the title compound has fungicidal and plant growth regulation activities.  相似文献

Using 4-[(1-naphthylamino)phenylmethylene]-5-methyl-2-phenyl-2H-pyrazol-3(4H) one (L), its Co(Ⅱ) complex was synthesized and characterized by IR and UV in which the ligand as a -1 valence bidentate with Co(Ⅱ) form 2∶1 complex. X-ray structure analysis indicates that the Co(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with oxygen atoms of pyrazolinon, nitrogen atoms of imine and oxygen atoms of DMF molecules to form a distorted six-coordination octahedron. π-π reciprocity and aromatic stack interaction are observed. There are no intra- and inter- hydrogen bond in the crystal and the complexes are held together by electronic and Van der Waals forces.  相似文献

The title compound (C20H21N3O4, Mr = 367.40) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 7.5143(15), b = 13.901(3), c = 18.545(4) , V = 1937.1(7) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.260 g/cm3, μ = 0.089 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0616 and wR = 0.0912. X-ray diffraction reveals that the molecule adopts an E configuration about the central C=N double bond. The intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bond stabilizes the crystal structure by causing the formation of a supramolecular architecture.  相似文献

A new organic photochromic compound, 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(4-fluoro)-benzal-5-pyrazolone ethanyl-thiosemicarbazone (PM4FBP-ETSC) was found to undergo photochromic reactions in the solid state. Upon irradiation with 365nm light the white powder sample turned light yellow. The photochromic properties were characterized by the time-dependent UV-vis reflective spectra. The structure of PM4FBP-ETSC was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Four new Schiff bases were designed and synthesized. 5‐Methyl‐4‐(4‐aminophenylamino‐phenyl‐methylene)‐2‐phenyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐one (compound 1 ) and 5‐methyl‐4‐(2‐aminophenylamino‐phenyl‐methylene)‐2‐phenyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐one (compound 2 ) were synthesized by interaction of 1‐phenyl‐3‐methyl‐4‐benzoyl‐2‐pyrazolin‐5‐one (PMBP) with o‐ and p‐phenylenediamine, respectively; 4,4′‐(1,2‐phenylenebis(azanediyl)bis(phenylmethanylylidene))bis(3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐one) (compound 3 ) and 5‐methyl‐4‐(phenyl(2‐((3‐phenylallylidene)amino)phenylamino)methylene)‐2‐phenyl‐2,4‐dihydro‐pyrazol‐3‐one (compound 4 ) were synthesized by interaction of compound 2 with PMBP and cinnamaldehyde in an ethanolic medium, respectively. The molecular structures of the title compounds were first characterized by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Synthesis of {3‐[1‐(ethoxycarbonyl)‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl]‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl}methyl ethyl oxalate ( 2 ), ethyl 4‐[5‐(acetoxymethyl)‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐yl]‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]quioxaline‐1‐carboxylate ( 4 ), [4‐halo‐1‐phenyl‐3‐(1‐phenyl‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]quioxalin‐4‐yl)‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl]methyl acetate ( 11 ), {4‐halo‐3‐[1‐methyl‐[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl]‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyraz‐ol‐5‐yl}methyl acetate ( 13 ), and [3‐([1,2,4]triazolo‐[4,3‐a]quinoxalin‐4‐yl)‐4‐halo‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5‐yl] methyl formate ( 15 ) was accomplished. A novel one‐pot diastereoselective synthesis of trans‐6‐aryl‐5‐hydroxy‐2,3‐dihydro[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐ones 3a , 3b , 3c , 3d , 3e , 3f , 3g , 3h is described via the Darzens condensation reaction of 2‐chloro‐1‐(5‐hydroxy‐3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)ethanone ( 2 ) with different aromatic aldehydes in aqueous basic medium. 3‐Methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐((2‐phenyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)methylene)‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐ones (5a‐i) was prepared by the condensation reaction of different 3‐formyl‐2‐phenylindole derivatives (2a‐i) and 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐2‐pyrazoline‐5‐one in quantitative yield by applying various green synthetic methods as grinding, microwave irradiation using different catalysts under solvent‐free mild reaction conditions with high product yields. The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, infrared, 1HNMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. The synthesized compounds were screened for free radical scavenging, antimicrobial, and DNA cleavage activities. Most of the tested compounds belonging to the 3‐methyl‐1‐phenyl‐4‐((2‐phenyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)methylene)‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐ones series exhibited promising activities.  相似文献

Novel 7‐phosphanorbornene derivatives, such as 4, 5, 10 , and 11 were synthesized utilizing 1‐phenyl‐2‐methyl‐2,5‐dihydro‐1H‐phosphole oxide ( 1 ) and 1‐cyclohexyl‐3‐methyl‐2,5‐dihydro‐1H‐phosphole oxide ( 7 ) as the starting materials. Products 4 and 10 were prepared by trapping the corresponding phosphole oxide intermediates ( 3 and 9 , respectively) by N‐phenylmaleimide, while 5 and 11 were obtained by the dimerization of 3 and 9 , respectively. The trapping reaction was studied in details; on one hand, bromo‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐phosphole oxides ( 6‐1 and 6‐2 ) were pointed out as the intermediates, on the other hand, the trapping reaction was optimized. Bri‐ dged P‐heterocycles 4, 5, 10 , and 11 were tested in the fragmentation‐related phosphorylation of methanol. Hydrogenation of phosphanorbornenes 4 and 5 led to the corresponding phosphanorbornanes ( 12 and 14 , respectively) and to a reductive type of retro cycloaddition. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Condensation of 4‐aminoantipyrine with ethyl acetoacetate, ethyl benzoylacetate, and ethyl cyanoacetate furnished the corresponding ethyl 3‐(1,2‐dihydro‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐3H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)aminoacrylate and 2‐cyano‐N‐[(1,2‐dihydro‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐3H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)]acetamide derivatives. The aminoacrylates derivatives react with acetonitrile and sodium hydride to give 2‐amino‐6‐methyl‐1‐(1,2‐dihydro‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐3H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)‐4‐pyridone. Reaction of the cyanoacetamide derivative with dimethylformamide‐dimethylacetal (DMF‐DMA) afforded 2‐cyano‐N‐[1,2‐dihydro‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐pyrazol‐4‐yl]‐2‐(N,N‐dimethylamino)methylene acetamide in high yield. Treatment of the latter with 5‐aminopyrazole derivatives afforded the corresponding pyrazolo[2,3‐a]pyrimidines. 2‐cyano‐N‐[(1,2‐dihydro‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐3‐oxo‐3H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)]acetamide also reacts with heterocyclic diazonium salts to give the corresponding pyrazolo[5,1‐c]‐1,2,4‐triazine derivatives. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Six derivatives of 4‐amino‐1,5‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐3‐one (4‐aminoantipyrine), C11H13N3O, (I), have been synthesized and structurally characterized to investigate the changes in the observed hydrogen‐bonding motifs compared to the original 4‐aminoantipyrine. The derivatives were synthesized from the reactions of 4‐aminoantipyrine with various aldehyde‐, ketone‐ and ester‐containing molecules, producing (Z)‐methyl 3‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]but‐2‐enoate, C16H19N3O3, (II), (Z)‐ethyl 3‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]but‐2‐enoate, C17H21N3O3, (III), ethyl 2‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]cyclohex‐1‐enecarboxylate, C20H25N3O3, (IV), (Z)‐ethyl 3‐[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]‐3‐phenylacrylate, C22H23N3O3, (V), 2‐cyano‐N‐(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)acetamide, C14H14N4O2, (VI), and (E)‐methyl 4‐{[(1,5‐dimethyl‐3‐oxo‐2‐phenyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)amino]methyl}benzoate, C20H19N3O3, (VII). The asymmetric units of all these compounds have one molecule on a general position. The hydrogen bonding in (I) forms chains of molecules via intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds around a crystallographic sixfold screw axis. In contrast, the formation of enamines for all derived compounds except (VII) favours the formation of a six‐membered intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen‐bonded ring in (II)–(V) and an intermolecular N—H...O hydrogen bond in (VI), whereas there is an intramolecular C—H...O hydrogen bond in the structure of imine (VII). All the reported compounds, except for (II), feature π–π interactions, while C—H...π interactions are observed in (II), C—H...O interactions are observed in (I), (III), (V) and (VI), and a C—O...π interaction is observed in (II).  相似文献

A novel and efficient access to 2‐(argio(3‐methyl‐5‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazol‐4‐yl)methyl)‐3‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione derivatives from readily available substrates in neat water is described with aid of microwave irradiation. The results of our study provide a green, simple and practical one‐pot approach to the synthesis of 3‐hydroxynaphthalene‐1,4‐dione analogs in excellent yields without further purification.  相似文献

This study is in continuation of our work related to 5‐pyrazolones aimed at synthesizing new heterocycles with dyeing and anticipated biological properties. Compounds 1 and 2 ; 1‐methyl‐ or 1‐(2,4‐dimethylphenyl)‐3‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐5(4H)‐one, 3 ; 1‐methyl‐5‐oxo‐3‐phenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐pyrazole‐4‐carbaldehyde and 4 ; 2‐(1‐methyl‐5‐oxo‐3‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐4(5H)‐ylidene)‐3‐phenylthiazolidin‐5‐one were prepared and subjected to diazotation with aromatic amines and diamines. New azo ( 1a – c , 2a, b , 3a , b , 4a , c ) and bisazo dyes ( 2c , d , 4b ) were obtained, and their structures were confirmed by spectroscopic and analytical methods. In addition, UV–vis measurements, dyeing performance, and fastness tests were carried out for all compounds.  相似文献
