A mononuclear manganese complex [Mn(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)4]·(m-phth) (2,2′-bipy=2,2′-bipyridine, m-phth=isophthalate) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthorhombic, space group Pnna with a=0.766 8(8) nm, b=2.050 2(2) nm, c=1.247 0(13) nm, V=1.960 4(4) nm3, Z=4, Mr=447.30, Dc=1.376 g·cm-3, μ=0.722 mm-1, F(000)=924, Rint=0.027 0, R=0.028 0 and wR=0.075 5. In the crystal the manganese atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyradine and four oxygen atoms from water molecules, completing an octahedral coordination geometry. The isophthalate molecules are included in the lattice and connected to Mn(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)4 by hydrogen bonding interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. 双核金属配合物对于生物化学和磁化学都是非常重要的。在本文中,1,2,3-三氮唑-4,5-二羧酸(H3tda)配体和硝酸镍在常温常压下反应得到了1个三氮唑桥联的双核镍配合物[Ni2(Htda)2(H2O)6]·4H2O (1),并通过元素分析、红外光谱、X-射线单晶衍射、热重分析以及超导量子干涉仪(SQUID)对其晶体结构和磁、热性质进行了表征。晶体数据表明该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群为P1。在配合物1中,2个1,2,3-三氮唑-4,5-二羧酸配体利用2个相邻的氮原子桥联2个金属镍离子形成一个双桥的双核镍配合物。这些双核镍单元又通过体系中存在的大量的氢键相互作用形成了三维超分子骨架。磁性分析显示双核镍单元内镍镍之间存在反铁磁相互作用。  相似文献

The complex has been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques and single-crystal X-ray analysis. The crystal is orthorhombic , space group P212121 with a=1.6620(3)nm, b=1.7300(4)nm, c=0.5450(1)nm and Z=4. In the crystal lattice, the molecules create a two-dimensional network structure through hydrogen bonds. The C-H…O intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the title complex to form layer super-molecular plane structure perpendicular to the axis b, with the layers stacked by the Van der Waals interaction. The crystal is monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=16.544(3),b=15.137(2), c=17.334(3)?, β=99.90(1)°, V=4276.3(12)?3, Z=4, Dc=1.479g·cm-3, Mr=951.55, F(000)=1998, μ=1.489mm-1, R=0.0399, Rw=0.0958. The title complex has been synthesized by using terephthalic acid (PTA), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) and copper monohydrate. It crystallizes in monoclinic space group C2/c with a=2.959 0(2) nm, b=1.466 4(10) nm, c=1.764 3(12) nm, β=105.593(11)°, V=7.372(9) nm3, Dc=1.489 g·cm-3, Z=8, F(000)=3 416, R1=0.043 6, wR2= 0.151 9. The crystal structure shows that the copper atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two phens and one oxygen atom from one terephthalic acid, forming a distorted square-pyramid coordination geometry. A novel binucleus mixed-ligand[Cd2(phen)4(bmal)2]·3H2O (phen=phenanthroline; bmal=benzylmalonic acid radical) has been synthesized by the reaction of phen and bmal with cadmium(Ⅱ) salt. X-ray crystal structure analysis was carried out to determine the crystal structure of the title complex. The crystal of the title complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=1.119 1(8) nm, b=2.480 5(17) nm, c=1.063 4(8) nm, β=142.042(12)°, Z=4, V=2.887(3) nm3, Dc=1.613 g·cm-3, R1=0.046 2, wR2=0.115 6, F(000)=1 424. One carboxyl of bmal is coordinated to Cd(1) with monodentate form, the others are coordinated to Cd(2) with bidentate form. The complexes form a 1-D chain structure bridged by hydrogen bonds that formed by uncoordinated water and oxygen atom of carboxyl group in bmal, the 2-D network structure was formed by π-π interaction of neighbouring phen. A complex [Ni(α-furacrylic acid)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)5]n with α-furacrylic acid, 4,4′-bipy and Nickel perchl-orate has been synthesized by means of hydrothermal way and characterized. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group P21/ca=1.122 2(2) nm, b=1.084 1(2) nm, c=1.081 6(2) nm, β=98.37(3)°, V=1.301 8(5) nm3Dc=1.524 g·cm-3, Z=2, μ(Mo Kα)=0.813 mm-1F(000)=624, S=1.073, R1=0.041 2, wR2=0.093 4. The crystal structure shows that the Nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Nickel(Ⅱ) ion are bridged by 4,4′-bipy groups and the adjacent Ni(Ⅱ)…Ni(Ⅱ) distance is 1.122 2 nm. The Nickel(Ⅱ) ion isn′t coordinated with α-furacrylic acid .The complex molecules form 2D structure through hydrogen bonds. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. The new complex formulated [(DPC)2Co2(H2O)5]·2H2O (HDPC- is pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate) has been synthesized and the crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of the complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c, a=0.83850(10) nm, b=2.7386(4) nm, c=0.9610(2) nm, β=98.280 (10) °, V=2.1838(6) nm3, Z=4, Dc=1.746 g·cm-3, μ=1.597 mm-1. In the crystal the two Co2+ are in distorted octahedrons. The part of [Co(DPC)2] possess an approximate D2d symmetry, while the part of [OCo(2)(OH2)5] has an approximate C2 symmetry.  相似文献

以双四唑胺(H2bta)、NdCl3·6H2O、KOH为原料,用水热法合成了1个一维异核的Nd3+配合物[KNd(bta)2(H2O)6]·H2O。通过X-射线单晶衍射、元素分析、红外光谱对该配合物进行了结构表征。该化合物属于单斜晶系,P21/m空间群。每个Nd3+与2个来自bta2-离子的4个氮原子和5个水分子形成了1个盖帽的四方双锥,通过bta2-和水分子桥联配体把Nd3+和K+连接成一维链状结构,链与链之间通过O-H…N和N-H…O氢键作用形成三维超分子结构。紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱表征结果显示该配合物的水溶液在292和412 nm表现出双四唑胺的特征吸收峰和荧光发射特征峰。  相似文献

The crystal structure shows that the nickel ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipyridine molecules and four oxygen atoms from two 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid molecules and two water molecules, respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. 由H3nta(H3nta=nitriloriacetic acid)、Phen(Phen=1,10-phenanthroline)与Cu2+离子反应,合成标题配合物[Cu2(nta)(Phen)3]NO3·6H2O。该配合物的晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c。在配合物中,2个中心铜原子分别与配位原子构成变形八面体和变形三角双锥结构。晶体中结构单元通过分子间氢键和π-π堆积,形成了三维网络结构。TG分析结果表明标题配合物在194 ℃以下是稳定的。  相似文献

The transition metal and alkaline earth metal tetranuclear complex Cu2Ca2L2(H2O)6·2H2O where H4L represents the Schiff base N-3-carboxylsalicylideneglycylglycine was prepared and its crystal structure was determined by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction method at room temperature. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c. The lattice parameters are a=2.128 2(2) nm, b=1.231 73(14) nm, c=1.32342(15) nm, β=93.619(2)°, Mr=939.81, Dc=1.803Mg·m-3, F(000)=1 928, Z=4 with R1=0.046 6. Each copper atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms, one carboxylate oxygen atom and one phenolic oxygen atom, in a square-planner manner. And each calcium atom is coordinated by three water oxygen atoms, three carboxylate oxygen atoms and one phenolic oxygen atom in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid. Crystal data for this complex: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=2.591 8(5) nm, b=1.414 2(3) nm, c=1.790 8(4) nm, β=131.80(3)°, V=4.893 3(17) nm3, Dc=1.379 g·cm-3, Z=4, F(000)=2 104 , Final GooF=1.034, R1=0.065 6, wR2=0.197 6. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridging-chelating m-methylbenzoic acid groups, one bridging water molecule, forming a cage structure and the Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) bond distance is 0.366 7 nm. Each copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 2,2′-bipyridine molecule and four oxygen atoms from three m-methylbenzoic acid molecules and one water molecule, repectiveley, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The compound crystallizes in Monoclinic system, space group C2/ca=1.017 51(11) nm, b=1.483 25(11) nm, c=1.461 21(13) nm, β=109.86(10)°, V=2.074 1(3) nm3Z=4, F(000)=1 028, μ=0.701 mm-1Dc=1.609 g·cm-3R1=0.028 9, wR2=0.078 8 [I>2σ(I)]. Crystal structure reveals that complex consists of one-dimensional chain framework bridged by hydrogen bonds that formed by uncoordinated water and oxygen atom of carboxyl group in PDC2-. 由水热法合成了锌化合物[Zn(dib)(H2O)3]SO4.2H2O(1)(dib=1,4-二咪唑基苯),并对其进行了元素分析、IR及X-射线衍射法表征。晶体结构表明:配合物1属于正交晶系,Fddd空间群。配合物1是由桥联配体1,4-二咪唑基苯连接成一维链状结构,该一维链被氢键拓展成三维超分子结构。配合物1的荧光测试研究表明它具有蓝色荧光。  相似文献
