提出了基于垂直层叠结构的双波段传感器,该结构为同时对可见波段和近红外波段进行成像提供了可能。它的基本原理是利用不同波长的光在硅材料中穿透深度的非线性分布,即:短波长的可见光主要在表面被吸收,长波长的近红外光则主要在更深的位置被吸收。通过垂直层叠结构,抽取不同深度的光生载流子,即可以得到相应波段的成像信息。数值仿真分析表明,结构参量为D1=2μm,D2=18μm的结构能在400~1200 nm波长范围得到响应峰值波长为550 nm和1000 nm的最佳可见/近红外响应。  相似文献

We investigated the current-voltage characteristics and responsivity of photodiodes fabricated with silicon that was microstructured by use of femtosecond-laser pulses in a sulfur-containing atmosphere. The photodiodes that we fabricated have a broad spectral response ranging from the visible to the near infrared (400-1600 nm). The responsivity depends on substrate doping, microstructuring fluence, and annealing temperature. We obtained room-temperature responsivities as high as 100 A/W at 1064 nm, 2 orders of magnitude higher than for standard silicon photodiodes. For wavelengths below the bandgap we obtained responsivities as high as 50 mA/W at 1330 nm and 35 mA/W at 1550 nm.  相似文献

We demonstrate high-resolution fluorescence imaging of single molecules using near-field scanning optical microscopy (NSOM) with a tiny aperture probe for two different wavelengths in visible range in the illumination mode of operation. The spatial resolutions obtained at both excitation wavelengths were almost the same and the highest resolution realized was about 10 nm. To discuss the achievable resolution in aperture NSOM, we also employed a computer simulation by the finite-difference time-domain method for various aperture sizes and wavelengths. The resolution of 10 nm is predicted to be contributed by the single peak of localized near-field light around the rim of the aperture.  相似文献

本文基于衍射光学设计理论,提出了仅用一种简单结构实现波长和偏振态同时复用全息显示新方法.构建了不同入射条件下超表面微元的结构参数与透过相位之间的映射关系,建立了科学的评价函数,优化得到超表面每个像素点处最优的单一结构超表面微元尺寸.仿真结果表明,本文设计的超表面实现了波长为532 nm的x线偏振光和波长为633 nm的y线偏振光入射显示不同形状字符的功能.  相似文献

We have obtained stationary bright spatial solitons in a planar photorefractive strontium barium niobate waveguide for visible light ranging from 514.5 to 780 nm. Even for larger wavelengths (lambda=1047 nm) strong self-focusing of the beam was observed; however, input power had to be some orders of magnitude higher than for visible light for self-focusing to occur. Furthermore, we found transient self-trapping of red light (lambda=632.8 nm) that corresponds to the formation of bright quasi-steady-state solitons.  相似文献

The smallest structures that conventional lenses are able to optically resolve are of the order of 200 nm. We introduce a new type of lens that exploits multiple scattering of light to generate a scanning nanosized optical focus. With an experimental realization of this lens in gallium phosphide we imaged gold nanoparticles at 97 nm optical resolution. Our work is the first lens that provides a resolution better than 100 nm at visible wavelengths.  相似文献

We experimentally study the combined nonlinear effects,including four-wave mixing,stimulated Raman scattering,soliton dynamics,and cross-phase modulation by coupling femtosecond pulses around 850 nm into the normal dispersion region near the zero-dispersion wavelength in the fundamental mode of a homemade silica photonic crystal fiber. The nonlinear optical dynamics at different stages are demonstrated,and the discrete ultraviolet(UV) to visible wavelengths widely separated from the pump wave are generated by the interaction of several nonlinear effects involved. The UV to visible wavelengths can be used as short pulse sources for multiphoton ionization,fluorescence spectroscopy,and biochemical imaging.  相似文献

玉米种子的形态特征是玉米品种识别的重要因素之一.采用高光谱成像系统获取9个品种共432粒玉米种子的高光谱反射图像,对图像进行校正和预处理,提取每个样本在563.6~911.4nm共55个波段范围内的形状特征.分别利用单波段、多波段和全波段下的玉米种子形状特征结合偏最小二乘判别法进行模型分类.结果显示,全波段范围内训练集和测试集的平均正确识别率达到98.31%和93.98%,均优于多波段和单波段的正确识别率.研究表明,该方法能充分利用高光谱图像中可见光和近红外区域的有效特征信息,较准确地鉴别玉米品种,为玉米品种的自动识别领域提供了一种新方法.  相似文献

Supercontinuum generation by dual-wavelength nanosecond pumping in the vicinity of both zero-dispersion wavelengths of a photonic crystal fiber (PCF) is experimentally demonstrated. It is shown in particular that two pumps at 1535 nm and 767 nm simultaneously pumping near the two zero-dispersion wavelengths of a specially designed PCF yields a combined visible and infrared supercontinuum spectrum spanning from 0.55 μm to 1.9 μm. We discuss the generation mechanisms underlying the continuum formation in terms of modulation instability and cascaded Raman generation.  相似文献

Siliceous frustules were extracted from fresh water diatoms by treating with concentrated HCl. The diatom frustules consist of nano-porous silica structures that exhibit unique optoelectronic and photonic properties. Photoluminescence (PL) properties of diatom frustules at various excitation wavelengths were done. A visible PL band centered at 440 nm was observed when excited at 300 nm, 370 nm and 380 nm wavelengths. The observed PL activity of the diatom frustules has the potential for use in optoelectronic and photonic devices.  相似文献

We report an all-solid-state intracavity Raman laser with intracavity nonlinear sum-frequency generation providing visible output wavelengths selected from second harmonics and sum frequencies of the fundamental and Stokes fields. The laser comprises a diode end-pumped Nd:YAG laser, an acousto-optic Q switch, a KGd(WO4)2 Raman crystal, and a lithium borate nonlinear converter in a resonator designed to accommodate dynamic thermal lensing. For 20 W of pump power, output powers up to 1.8 W are demonstrated at wavelengths of 532, 555, 579, and 606 nm, selectable by angle and temperature tuning of the nonlinear medium.  相似文献

In this short letter, we describe the effects of low temperature on the Metal-Enhanced Fluorescence (MEF) phenomenon. Fluorophores close to Silver Island Films (SiFs) show on average two- to ten-fold enhancements in their fluorescence signatures at room temperature. However, at 77 K, we have observed that MEF is even more pronounced as compared to an identical glass control sample. We also demonstrate that the further enhancements in MEF occur at low temperature over a range of visible wavelengths for different fluorophores, for both SiFs and 20 nm surface deposited gold colloids.  相似文献

Erbium oxide and silicates were embedded in the pores of synthetic opal by using the chemical bath deposition technique. Electron-microscopic images showed the synthesized compounds to be deposited predominantly in a thin uniform layer on the inner surface of the pores. An analysis of the transmittance spectra suggested that the opal-erbium composite thus obtained retained the photonic band-gap properties of the original ordered opal matrix. The Er3+ ions in the composite emitted light at several wavelengths in the visible and near-IR regions (550, 860, 980, 1240, 1530 nm) at 80 K.  相似文献

We exploit nondegenerate four-wave mixing to generate narrow-bandwidth visible light from blue to orange in microstructured optical fiber. The process is excited by nanosecond dual-wavelength pump pulses (532/1064 nm) produced by a frequency-doubled passively Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. A linearly polarized, fundamental mode signal wave is generated in the visible, accompanied by an idler wave in the near-infrared. The signal and idler wavelengths are adjustable by the design of the microstructure.  相似文献

By coupling a train of femtosecond pulses with 100 fs pulse width at a repetition rate of 76 MHz generated by a mode-locked Ti:sapphire laser into the fundamental mode of photonic crystal fibre(PCF) with central holes fabricated through extracting air from the central hole,the broad and ultra-flattened supercontinuum(SC) in the visible wavelengths is generated.When the fundamental mode experiences an anomalous dispersion regime,three phases in the SC generation process are primarily presented.The SC generation(SCG) in the wavelength range from 470 nm to 805 nm does not emerge significant ripples due to a higher pump peak power and the corresponding mode fields at different wavelengths are observed using Bragg gratings.The relative intensity fluctuations of output spectrum in the wavelength ranges of 530 nm to 640 nm and 543 nm to 590 nm are only 0.028 and 0.0071,respectively.  相似文献

We present an experimental and numerical study of supercontinuum generation extended in the visible part of the spectrum by using a selective optical coupling of the pump wave in the largely anomalous dispersion regime. The broadband frequency generation is induced by an initial four-wave mixing process that converts the pump wave at 1064 nm into 831 nm anti-Stokes and 1478 nm Stokes wavelengths. Phase matching is ensured on such a large frequency shift thanks to a microstructured multimodal fiber with a specific design. Continuum generation is therefore enhanced around the two generated sidebands.  相似文献

We demonstrate wavelength-selectable visible emissions from a miniature crystalline laser that combines the stimulated Raman scattering(SRS) effect in an Nd:YVO4 crystal with intracavity frequency mixing in an angle-tuned beta barium borate(BBO) crystal.The presented laser is operating on demand at any one of three wavelengths in the green-yellow spectral region.Up to 600,560,and 200 mW output powers at 559,532,and 588 nm,respectively,are obtained from the continuous wave(CW) laser having a 18 mm long resonator and a 3.8 W laser diode end pumping.The pump threshold for each visible wavelength is less than0.4 W.  相似文献

We synthesized zinc sulfide (ZnS) nanopowders with size ranging from 2 to 100 nm by a simple, low-cost, and mass production chemical method. The nanoparticles (NPs) were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and UV-vis absorption spectroscopy. Our study concerns also the change in the refractive index of deionized water in presence of ZnS nanospheres. We present experimental results on effective index variation of water dispersed ZnS NPs at different wavelengths in visible spectrum.  相似文献

Laser removal of small copper particles from silicon wafer surfaces was carried out using Nd:YAG laser radiation from near-infrared (1064 nm) through visible (532 nm) to ultraviolet (266 nm). It has been found that both 266 nm and 532 nm are successful in removing the particles from the surface whereas 1064 nm was shown to be ineffective in the removal of particles. The damage-threshold laser fluence at 266 nm was much higher than other wavelengths which provides a much wider regime for safe cleaning of the surface without causing any substrate damage. The cleaning efficiency was increased with a shorter wavelength. The effect of laser wavelength in the removal process is discussed by considering the adhesion force of the particle on the surface and the laser-induced cleaning forces for the three wavelengths.
