Polyfunctional pyrazoles. 3.* Synthesis of 3-(3-aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids and their amides

3-(3-Aryl-4-formyl-1-pyrazolyl)propionic acids were synthesized by the reaction of 3-aryl-1-(2-cyanoethyl)-4-formylpyrazoles with concentrated hydrochloric acid. Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

Synthesis and Anti-HIV-1 Activity of 2-[2-(3,5-Dimethylphenoxy)ethylthio]pyrimidin-4(3H)-ones

New 2-[2-(3,5-dimethylphenoxy)ethyl]thio derivatives of pyrimidin-4(3H)-one containing various substituents at positions 5 and 6 of the pyrimidine ring were synthesized. It was shown that alkylation of 2-thiouracils with 1-bromo-2-(3,5-dimethylphenoxy)ethane in DMF takes place exclusively at the sulfur atom. The obtained 6-benzyl and 6-(2,6-difluorobenzyl) derivatives have clearly defined virus-inhibiting properties with respect to type 1 human immunodeficiency virus in vitro and suppress its reproduction by 50% at concentrations of 1.3 and 11.2 mM respectively.     

4-甲基-苯磺酸-2-氧-2-[3-(5-芳基-[1,3,4]噁二唑-2-基)-硫脲]-乙基酯的合成及生物活性研究

合成了12个未见文献报道的4-甲基-苯磺酸2-氧-2-[3-(5-芳基-[1,3,4]噁二唑-2-基)-硫脲]-乙基酯, 其结构经元素分析、¹H NMR和IR确证. 初步活性测试结果表明: 部分化合物有较好的杀菌活性.     

微波辐射下2-[4-二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酰腙化合物的合成

微波辐射条件下, 以丙酮作溶剂, 1-[二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪与氯乙酸乙酯反应得到2-[二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酸乙酯(1), 1与水合肼在微波辐射条件下反应得到2-[二-(4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酰肼(2), 进一步在微波辐射条件下由2-[二- (4-氟苯)甲基]哌嗪乙酰肼(2)与取代芳香醛反应制得目标化合物3a～3f. 合成的6个目标化合物通过熔点测定和质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱分析、元素分析对其结构进行确证.     

Synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3-(3-cyanopyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles and their hydrogenated analogs. Molecular structure of 6-amino-5-cyano-3-(3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole

Substituted 3-hydroxypyrazoles, which were prepared based on ethyl esters of substituted 4-(pyridin-2-ylthio)- or 4-(1,4-dihydropyridin-2-ylthio)acetoacetic acids and hydrazine hydrate, were used in the synthesis of 6-amino-4-aryl-5-cyano-3-(pyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazoles. The molecular and crystal structure of 6-amino-5-cyano-3-(3-cyano-4,6-dimethylpyridin-2-ylthiomethyl)-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-2,4-dihydropyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole was established by X-ray diffraction analysis.     

First Asymmetric Total Synthesis of (R,E)-1-[4-(3-Hydroxyprop-1-enyl)phenoxyl]-3-methylbutane-2,3-diol

A new anti-inflammatory active phenylpropenoid, (R,E)-1-[4-(3-hydroxyprop-1-enyl) phenoxyl]-3-methylbutane-2,3-diol (1), isolated from the stem wood of Zanthoxylum integrifoliolum, has been synthesized for the first time using commercially available 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde (2). The key step involves the Sharpless asymmetric dihydroxylation of olefin (3).

3-间硝基苯基/对硝基苯基-6-芳基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑衍生物的合成

报道了以3-间硝基苯基/对硝基苯基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑与芳酸在磷酰氯的作用下,合成了16个标题化合物,并研究了合成反应的条件。观察了部分标题化合物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有明显的抑菌作用。

3-Aryloxychromones are recyclized under the action of hydrazine into derivatives of 4-aryloxy-3-(2,4-dihydroxyphenyl)pyrazole.     

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯的合成及与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应

报道了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(2-吡嗪)-三氮烯化合物的合成及其与镉(Ⅱ)的显色反应。在非离子表面活性剂Triton X-100存在下,pH 10.5的Na2B4O7-NaOH的缓冲介质中,该试剂能与镉(Ⅱ)与发生显色反应,形成摩尔比为4∶1的黄棕色配合物,配合物在波长453 nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数ε为6.90×104L.mol-1.cm-1,镉(Ⅱ)质量浓度在0~0.56μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律。用拟定方法测不同废水中的镉(Ⅱ)。     

Synthesis of 1-(2-Ethoxyethyl)-4-hydroxy-4-[2-(1-hydroxycyclohexyl)ethynyl]piperidine and Heterocyclization under the Conditions of Hydration

微波辐射下合成5-(2-甲基/三氟甲基-苯并咪唑-1-亚甲基)-3-(苯基/p-取代苯基)-2H-1'''',2'''',4''''-三唑[3,4-b]-1",3",4"-噻二嗪

分别采用微波辐射法和加热回流的常规方法,将1-氨基-2-(2-甲基/三氟甲基-苯并咪唑-1-亚甲基)-5-巯基-1,3,4-三唑与α-溴代芳基乙酮3a～3e反应,合成了一系列未见文献报道的1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b]-1',3',4'-噻二嗪类化合物4a～4e和5a～5e.微波辐射法具有反应时间短、产率高、副反应少等优点.标题化合物经元素分析,IR,1HNMR,MS确证结构.     

DIASTEREOSELECTIVE SYNTHESIS AND STEREOCHEMISTRY OF (Z)-1-[3-ARYL-2-(PHENYLSULFANYL)-2-OXIRANYL]-1-ETHANONES

Diastereoselective synthesis of a series of (Z)-1-[3-aryl-2-(phenylsulfanyl)-2-oxiranyl]-1-ethanones was effected from the reaction of (Z)-4-aryl-3-(phenylsulfanyl)-3-buten-2-ones with alkaline hydrogen peroxide in tetrahydrofuran. The stereochemistry of the oxiranes has been deduced from two-dimensional NOESY spectrum.     

微波作用下1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑的合成及生物活性

采用微波和相转移催化法通过1-苯基-5-(4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-5-巯基-3-甲硫基)四唑(2)与2-氯乙酰芳胺(3)反应高效、快速地合成了10种尚未见文献报道的1-苯基-5-[5-(芳胺羰基甲硫基)-4-苯基-1,2,4-三唑-3-甲硫基]四唑. 其结构经 IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR 和元素分析表征. 生物活性实验结果表明, 该类化合物在较低浓度下部分化合物对小麦芽有很好的促进作用.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1-（4-Fluorophenyl）-2-hexylthiobenzo[4,5]-furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5（1H）-one

The crystal structure of the title compound 1-(4-fluorophenyl) -2-hexylthio-benzo [4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-5(1H) -one(C23H21FN4O2S,Mr = 436.5) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 13.9854(3) ,b = 17.2678(4) ,c = 18.1828(5) ,β = 99.364(2) °,V = 4332.58(18) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.338,F(000) =1824,μ = 0.185 mm-1,MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073) ,R = 0.0538 and wR = 0.1162 for 4728 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) . X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bond and π-π interactions.     

Thermodynamic parameters and stability constants of some tervalent lanthanide complexes of 1-(3-aryl-5-hydroxy 4-isoxazolylazo) 4-sulphonic acids

The stability constants of some tervalent lanthanide chelates of 1-(3-aryl-5-hydroxy 4-isoxazolylazo) 4-sulphonic acid (PHI-4S) and its substituents have been carried out by potentiometric and spectrophotometric methods. The results indicated the formation of 1:1 and 1:2 complexes with an order: Yb(III) > Y(III) > Gd(III) > Dy(III) > Tb(III) > Sm(III) > Nd(III) > Pr(III) > La(III). The stabilities increase with a decrease in the ionic or crystal radii [except a small break at Gd(III)], indicates the absence of extensive covalent bonding due to the non-availability of 4f-orbitals for bond formation. Structure-reactivity relationships of complex formation have been discussed by Hammett’s and Irving-Rossotti theories. Thermodynamic parameters have been discussed in terms of iso-equilibrium relationship.

Synthesis of 5-Hydroxymethyl-8-methyl-3-(3-aryl-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-5-yl)-2H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyridin-2-ones and Their Esters

New 5-hydroxymethyl-8-methyl-3-(3-aryl-[1,2,4]oxadiazol-5-yl)-2H-pyrano-[2,3-c]pyridin-2-ones and their esters were synthesized. The structure of obtained compounds was determined through a complete ¹H NMR analysis.     

三苯基锡-2-(1, 2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸 酯的合成及晶体 结构

由2-(1,2-亚乙二硫)亚甲基-3-羰基-5-芳基-4-戊烯酸与三苯基氢氧化锡反应,合成了九个标题化合物3。用X射线衍射法测定了3b的晶体结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,a=0.9074(2)nm,b=1.6809(3)nm,c=2.1834(4)nm,α=77.57(3)ⅲ,β=88.04(3)ⅲ,γ=89.47(3)ⅲ,V=3.2503nm^3,Z=2;R=0.0592。由锡氧原子间距离可推测,该晶体中羧酸根作为双齿配体与锡原子形成了分子内五配位结构。
