曾有报道在Belousov-Zhabotinsky (BZ)体系的实验研究中未实现超混沌。但 通过不同类型的变量耦合方式,我们在该体系的Montanatar模型中得到了超混沌发 现无论采用何种耦合方式,只要耦合强度足够小,均能得到超混沌。另外,对两个 所产生的超混沌BZ体系,在全变量耦合、双变量耦合及K-B空间标量耦合法的策略 下,均实现了同步调制,并且从横截Lyapunov指数判据理论给予验证。探索了个别 状态变量在耦合中对同步所起的作用。通过双变量耦合发现[Ce~(4+)]不起作用; 通过K-B空间标量耦合法发现只有[Br~-]和[HBrO_2]的线性组合能起作用,可能由 于它们出现在同一个基元反应中。  相似文献

The self-assembly of DPPC molecules starting from a random, solution-like configuration in the presence of water molecules is described in the present MD simulation study. Simulations were performed with either anisotropic or isotropic pressure coupling. Use of anisotropic pressure coupling led to the formation of a bilayer/bilayerlike aggregate; the features of the bilayer are in agreement with those reported from earlier simulation and experimental studies. In contrast, simulating the same system with isotropic pressure coupling led to the formation of a cylindrical micelle/lamellar structure with a large water hole. The formation of micelles seems unrealistic since diacylphosphatidylcholines having hydrocarbon tails with nine or more carbon atoms have been shown to form only bilayers. Simulations were also performed with preformed bilayerlike configurations with either anisotropic or isotropic pressure coupling. The bilayer characteristics deduced from simulations using anisotropic pressure coupling are in better agreement with those reported from earlier experimental and simulation studies. Thus, the choice of the pressure coupling method has a significant effect on the spontaneous aggregation of DPPC molecules but makes relatively lesser effect if the bilayer has formed already.  相似文献

A series of functionalized 4-bromopyridines, representing the C-ring of the anticancer agent streptonigrin have been prepared and their abilities to undergo Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling with streptonigrin D-ring siloxanes were evaluated. The coupling reaction was generally tolerant to the preparation of hindered CD biaryls; however, the electronic effects of both partners play a pivotal role in the success of the coupling process. Analogs of the CD biaryl were prepared by coupling of aryl siloxane derivatives (D-ring component) with highly functionalized 4-bromopyridines (C-ring); however, the CD biaryl of the natural product could not be prepared in high yield by siloxane coupling due to the facile formation of reduced pyridine under the coupling conditions. Alternatively, the fully functionalized CD biaryl of streptonigrin was prepared using a Suzuki coupling of appropriately functionalized C-ring bromide and D-ring aryl boronic acid. The described approach is highly convergent and readily amenable to the synthesis of analogs.  相似文献

Temperature dependence of cis- and trans-vicinal spin-spin coupling constants of substituted cyclic 5-membered compounds is discussed. The temperature dependence of trans-vicinal coupling constants is shown to be essentially stronger than that of cis-vicinal coupling constants if the energies of the conformers corresponding to potential energy curve minima are different. The temperature dependence of 33 vicinal spin-spin coupling constants has been studied for di- and trisubstituted thiophanes with a known configuration of substituents. Experimentally determined changes of trans-vicinal coupling constants with temperature are markedly larger than those for cis-vicinal coupling constants, whose values, in most cases, are practically temperature independent. Differences in the temperature dependence of cis and trans-vicinal spin-spin coupling constants can be applied for the determination of the configuration of substituents in saturated 5-membered rings.  相似文献

By using the field-theoretic method, we established a unified systematic formulation of a model of counterions and coions confined in two similarly charged plates, and calculated the density distributions of counterions and coions with various coupling parameters by the two methods: Poisson-Boltzmann (PB) approach and the strong coupling (SC) theory, respectively. We also performed Monte Carlo simulations, and obtained the density distributions of counterions and coions with several different coupling parameters. Comparing our theoretical results with those from Monte Carlo simulation, we find that the PB approach is valid when the coupling parameter Xi is smaller than 1, but, as Xi > or = 1, the results by the PB approach deviate from the corresponding Monte Carlo simulation data, and the deviation gets larger with the coupling parameter increasing. This shows that the PB approach is completely invalid when the coupling parameter is equal to 1 or larger than 1. For the latter case, the development trend of the distribution curve calculated by SC theory agrees with that from Monte Carlo simulation as the coupling parameter increases. This demonstrates that the SC theory can give a qualitative available explanation on the density distribution of the counterions in the system in which the coupling parameters are strictly confined.  相似文献

The effect of electron lone-pairs on the Fermi-contact (FC) contribution to indirect nuclear spin-spin coupling constants is analyzed using new tools for their interpretation. In particular, visualization of spin-spin coupling pathways using the coupling deformation density (CDD) has been employed. Furthermore, the recently developed perturbation-stable localization procedure has been applied for decomposition of CDD and the calculated value of couplings into contributions from localized molecular orbitals (LMOs). Correlation between the overlap of densities of LMOs representing lone-pairs and the Fermi-contact contribution to spin-spin coupling constants has been demonstrated. A new way for analyzing spin-spin couplings using the expansion of CDD as a linear combination of the products of molecular orbitals has been suggested. The considered examples include two- and three-bond phosphor-phosphor couplings. Significance of the obtained insight is not restricted to spin-spin couplings of nuclei possessing lone-pairs, as demonstrated in the example of vicinal hydrogen-hydrogen coupling in ethane.  相似文献

Hammett analysis of the palladium-catalyzed allyl-aryl coupling reaction has demonstrated that the rate of the coupling reaction is enhanced by electron-withdrawing groups on the aryl siloxane. The positive slope of the Hammett plot indicated involvement of a charged transition state in which negative charge on the aryl ring is stabilized inductively. This result is consistent with either transmetalation or reductive elimination being the rate-determining step in the coupling process. Furthermore, the influence of ligand on the metal site has been assessed from competition studies as a function of ligand type, cone angle, and electronic effects. From the relative ratios of coupling products produced in the Hammett study, it is possible to gather insight into the role of the electronic as well as the steric effects of ligands on the mechanism of the coupling reaction.  相似文献

The mechanism of oxidative coupling of two naphthol molecules to form binaphthol catalyzed by Cu(OH)ClTMEDA (TMEDA=N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine) was approached by means of a gas-phase model system. Concise evidence is provided that the coupling reaction proceeds in clusters with two Cu(II) centers, whereby the intermediacy of free naphthoxy radicals in the coupling step is avoided. In the absence of TMEDA, the cluster is bound via a bridging counterion and the coupling reaction is followed by cluster cleavage. The coordination of one or two TMEDA molecules to the reactive complex results in more efficient coupling of naphthol molecules, and moreover, the binuclear cluster is also conserved after the reaction is completed. The effect of TMEDA is twofold: First, it supports clustering of copper and, second, as a ligand bound to a copper center in the reactive complex, it weakens the bond between copper and the naphtholato ligand such that the naphtholato unit is more prone to undergo C--C coupling. Furthermore, a pronounced counterion effect is found that correlates well with condensed-phase data: weakly bridging counterions (e.g., NO3(-)) yield less stable dicopper clusters and the coupling reaction hardly occurs, whereas better bridging counterions (e.g., Cl(-) or Br(-)) provide more stable clusters that make the coupling reaction more efficient.  相似文献

The electronic coupling is one of the key parameters governing electron hole transfer along DNA helices. In this study, we established the first comprehensive data base of electronic coupling elements, calculated at the ab initio level. The data set comprises all possible Watson-Crick base pair dimers, both in standard A-DNA and B-DNA geometries. We also quantified the sensitivity of the coupling elements with respect to geometry changes by varying each of the six standard base step parameters, which specify the relative orientation of neighboring base pairs. We compare the couplings in a systematic way by discussing variations in the coupling magnitude due to geometry or nucleotide sequence in the dimer, and we analyze how the structure affects the electronic coupling in terms of general and dimer-specific trends. Furthermore, we studied how the coupling changes when one introduces the chemically modified base 7-deazaguanine in the corresponding base-pair dimers. Finally, on the basis of the calculated coupling elements, we suggest a model duplex with an enhanced capacity for hole transfer.  相似文献

A spectral moment analysis of the line shape function ω?2(ω) in the region of the (0—0) band of the 4000 Å1B2u1Ag transition in crystal anthracene at various temperatures is performed. The data are compared with the predictions of three coupling models, viz., weak exciton—photon with weak exciton—phonon coupling, strong exciton—photon with weak exciton—phonon coupling, weak exciton—photon with strong exciton—phonon coupling. The terms contributing to each spectral moment for each model are rendered explicit. The experimental data indicate that the exciton—intermolecular phonon coupling is primarily weak. The exciton interacts with optical phonons of about 90 cm-1 frequency with a coupling strength of about 140 cm-1 , a value near that predicted by a weak coupling model. The coupling strength is nearly the same irrespective of whether the exciton is created by b- or a-polarized light probably indicative of the importance of higher multipole contributions to the coupling although the existence of strong interband scattering could affect that suggestion. The coupling parameters gop and gac are about 10-1 and 10-4 respectively.  相似文献

A heavily functionalized atropisomeric biphenyl derivative (4), which is designed to possess a large lateral dipole moment, has been synthesized with use of a Suzuki coupling as the key step and resolved by chiral HPLC. The final coupling reaction is complicated by rapid hydrolytic deboronation of the sterically hindered, electron poor boronate 22. The effect of hydrodynamic coupling on the spatial orientation of rigid bent rods in electric fields has been analyzed by Brownian dynamics simulations. Bead models for smoothly bent rods were constructed with dimensions of DNA double helices, and established simulation procedures were used to calculate their diffusion tensor, including the translational-rotational coupling tensor. The electric and optical parameters were assigned on the basis of known properties of double helices. Brownian dynamics simulations of the orientation of these models in electric fields showed that both transients and amplitudes of the calculated dichroism are very strongly dependent on translational-rotational coupling over a wide range of electric field strengths. For example, the stationary dichroism of a smoothly bent 179 bp DNA fragment calculated at low field strengths is positive in the presence and negative in the absence of hydrodynamic coupling. The transients are converted from a biphasic to a monophasic shape, when hydrodynamic coupling is turned off. The large changes resulting from hydrodynamic coupling were controlled by calculations based on analytical expressions derived for electrooptical response curves in the limit of low electric field strengths; the results obtained by this independent approach are in very satisfactory agreement with our Brownian dynamics simulations. The effect is strongly dependent on the electric dipole and on its direction. In the absence of any dipole the coupling effect was not observed. The coupling effect increases with the size of the bent rods. Because most macromolecular structures are known to have induced and/or permanent dipole moments, large effects of hydrodynamic coupling on both the amplitudes and the transients of the electric dichroism/birefringence must be expected in general for structures with nonsymmetric shape.  相似文献

The use of enzymes as markers when covalently coupled to various antigens or antibodies has wide application in medical science. A variety of bifunctional reagents has been used to produced the conjugates, and there have been some attempts to investigate the conditions of reaction necessary to obtain good coupling, whilst preserving the biological function of the molecules. The present study describes the influence of coupling conditions on the coupling of a alpha-amylase and albumin by a range of commercially available bifunctional coupling reagents, and the application of thin-layer gel filtration chromatography for the rapid qualitative/semi-quantitative assessment of coupling reactions.  相似文献

Alterations have been introduced in the semi-empirical INDO parameters in order to study their influence on the Fermi contact term of the indirect spin–spin coupling constants as calculated by the finite perturbation theory (FPT). For this purpose a set of molecules containing hydrogen, carbon and/or fluorine has been selected. In general, most coupling constants are found to be much more sensitive than other molecular properties to small changes in the INDO parameters. This sensitivity depends strongly on the particular calculated coupling constant. In most cases the uncertainty in the INDO parameters leads to uncertainties in the coupling constants which are much greater than their experimental errors.  相似文献

The reductive coupling reaction between benzaldehyde and ethyl trifluoroacetate in the presence of magnesium and chlorotrimethylsilane in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone gave the acetal of the corresponding coupling compound in good yields. The yield of the coupling product largely depended on the benzaldehyde concentration in the solution and it was essential to avoid the formation of pinacol type compounds in order to obtain the coupling product in high yields. The subsequent desilylation of the acetal using tetrabutylammonium fluoride easily yielded an acyloin compound as the sole product after the transposition of the carbonyl group through keto–enol tautomerism.  相似文献

Highly efficient procedure for preparing imines from the oxidative coupling of amines catalyzed by metalloporphyrins using water as the only solvent has been developed. Manganese porphyrin showed an excellent activity for the oxidative coupling of a wide range of amines under mild conditions. Further investigations of the oxidative coupling reaction led to the elucidation of the possible mechanism.  相似文献
