Zusammenfassung Aus Vinca minor L. wurde neben Vincamin das neue Alkaloid Isovincamin isoliert. Beide isomeren Alkaloide werden physikalisch charakterisiert.Mit 4 Abbildungen.     

Über Evonymus-Alkaloide, 3. Mitt.: Konstitution und Konfiguration von Evonin und Evonolin (aus Evonymus europaea L.)

Zusammenfassung In Fortsetzung unserer Untersuchungen^1,2 wurde die Konstitution und die relative Konfiguration des Evonins und eines Nebenalkaloides, des Evonolins, entsprechend den Formeln (1) bzw. (2) ermittelt.

Evonymus alkaloids, III. The constitution and configuration of evonine and evonoline

In continuation of our earlier studies^1,2 the constitution and relative configuration of evonine (1) and an accompanying alkaloid, evonolin (2), were determined.

     

Alkaloide aus Cortex Condurango

From the CH₂Cl₂ extract of the bark of Marsdenia cundurango Reichenb. fil. (Cortex Condurango) a mixture of basic compounds could be isolated. Repeated thin layer and column chromatography yealded two alkaloids in pure form. For Kondurangamin A, which would be the mayor alkaloid with a content of 0.0007%, the structure was determined as 3β, 14β,20-trihydroxy-11 α-nicotinoyloxy-12β-acetoxy-5α,14β-pregnane and for Kondurangamin B as 3β,11α,12β,14β-tetrahydroxy-20-nicotinoyloxy-5α,14β-pregnane.

Alkaloide aus Vincetoxicum officinale Moench

Zusammenfassung In Vincetoxicum officinale Moench, wurden erstmalig Alkaloide nachgewiesen. Die chromatographische Trennung ergab zwei Hauptbasen, von denen sich die eine als Tylophorin identifizieren ließ. Die Konstitution der zweiten neuen Base wurde weitgehend aufgeklärt.

For the first time, alkaloids have been detected in Vincetoxicum officinale Moench. Chromatographic separation yielded two major bases, one of which has been identified as tylophorine. The structur of the second, new base has been elucidated to a considerable extent.

Die Isolierung weiterer Alkaloide aus Pleiocarba talbotii WERNHAM. 150. Mitteilung über Alkaloide

From the leaves of the Apocynaceae Pleiocarpa talbotii WERNHAM three new indole alkaloids were isolated and identified as 3,4,5,6-tetradehydrotalbotine ( 2 ), 5,6-dehydrotalbotine ( 3 ) and deformyl talbotinic acid methylester ( 4 ). From the stem bark of the same plant normacusine B (tombozine) was isolated.

Die Alkaloide aus Hedranthera barteri (Hook. f.) Pichon. 139. Mitteilung über Alkaloide

From the root bark of the apocynacea Hedranthera barteri (Hook. f.) Pichon were isolated the known indole alkaloids vobtusine ( 1 ), voacamine ( 2 ), callichiline ( 3 ), voacangine ( 4 ) and conoflorine ( 5 ), as well as the unknown plant bases amataine, goziline and owerreine, and also beninine and 1, 2-dehydrobeninine. The structures of the two last mentioned alkaloids were shown in an earlier publication to be 6 and 7 , respectively. Amataine, goziline and owerreine are bis-indole alkaloids, which on the basis of their chemical and spectroscopic (especially mass spectroscopic) properties have been assigned the structures 8 , 9 and 10 , respectively.     

Tubotaiwin-N-oxid aus der Wurzelrinde von Conopharyngia johnstoni Stapf. 148. Mitteilung über Alkaloide

From the root bark of Conopharyngia johnstonii Stapf (Apocynaceae) the hitherto unknown tubotaiwine-N-oxide ( 2 ) together with tubotaiwine ( 1 ) were isolated and characterized.     

Indolalkaloide aus Conopharyngia durissima STAPF. 134. Mitteilung über Alkaloide [1]

The alkaloids akuammiline ( 1 ) and anhydrovobasindiol ( 6 ) were isolated from the trunk bark of the Apocynacea Conopharyngia durissima STAPF . The structure of the unknown base anhydrovobasindiol was elucidated and this base was partially synthetised from the alkaloid vobasine. The well-known akuammiline could be correlated by LiAlH₄ reduction to picralinol ( 4 ).

Über das Alkaloid Lonicerin aus Callichilia barteri. 137. Mitteilung über Alkaloide

The alkaloid lonicerine was isolated from Callichilia barteri (Apocynaceae). By chemical and spectroscopic evidence it could be shown to be 16-epi-aspidodasycarpine ( 1 ).     

Zur quantitativen papierchromatographischen Bestimmung der Alkaloide aus Stechapfel (Datura Stramonium)

Zusammenfassung Bekannte papierchromatographische Verfahren zur Trennung der Tropaalkaloide wurden auf ihre Trennleisbung geprüft. Als bestes Fließ-mittelsystem zur Trennung der Alkaloide aus Folia Daturae Stramonii werden wassergesättigtes n-Butanol bzw. Amylalkohol vorgeschlagen. Die Trennung erfolgt auf puff er-imprägnierten Papieren (p_H 7,0 bis 7,6). Die getrennten Alkaloide können nach der Elution aus dem Papier quantitativ photometrisch bestimmt werden. Es wird gezeigt, daß die in Pharmakopöen vorgeschriebenen Methoden zur Bewertung der Droge viel zu hohe Resultate liefern.

Summary A study was made of the separating efficiency of the known paper chromatography methods of separating the tropaalkaloids. Water-saturatedn-butanol or amyl alcohol were proposed as the best liquid flow system for separating the alkaloids from Folia Daturae Stramonii. The separation occurs on papers impregnated with buffer (pn 7.0 to 7.6). After elution from the paper, the separated alkaloids can be determined quantitatif ely by photometry. It was shown that the methods prescribed in the pharmacopoeias for the assay of drugs yield far too high results.

Résumé On a étudié le rendement du partage dans les procédés connus de séparation des tropalcaloïdes par chromatographie sur papier. On recommande une solution aqueuse saturée de butanol-n ou d'alcool amylique comme phase mobile la meilleure pour la séparation des alcaloïdes de »Folia Daturae Stramonii«. La séparation s'effectue sur papier imprégné d'un tampon (pH 7,0 à 7,6). On peut doser les alcaloïdes séparés après l'élution du papier, par photométrie. On montre que les méthodes décrites dans les pharmacopées pour l'évaluation de la drogue conduisent à des résultats trop forts.
