The non-enzymatic hydroxylation of phenylalanine to tyrosine has been effected by atmospheric oxygen in aqueous solution in the presence of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydropterines, FeII or FeIII, and EDTA, in a phosphate buffer at pH 6,9. A possible reaction mechanism is discussed.  相似文献

HMO and semi-empirical SCF calculations on pterine systems of biochemical interest have been performed. The most basic center of each molecule has been determined by correlating the perturbation effect on the transition energy and the spectroscopic data. Additional calculations attempt to show why the redox-system which interfers in hydroxylation reactions consists of 5,6,7,8-tetrahydropterine and a quinoidic form. Finally the formation of radicals in the oxidation step of hydrogenated pterines is discussed.  相似文献

The four pseudoprotoberberins extracted from Isopyrum thalictroides L. were reduced with sodium borohydride to the corresponding tetrahydropseudoprotoberberins. Comparison between the 13C NMR spectra of these and of synthetic protoberberins allowed us to assign a trans-1 configuration to the four reduced alkaloids and also to provide for this particular configuration an unequivocal criterion for the differentiation (based on the chemical shift of C-8) between tetrahydroprotoberberins (9, 10 substituted) and tetrahydropseudoprotoberberins (10, 11 substituted).  相似文献

Some fissions involve loss of the ethylenic group, while others are related to cleavage of the dithiane ring, eventually followed by recyclizations involving the ethylenic chain stabilized by the resonance possibilities. Phosphorus chemical shifts have been evaluated by means of the perturbation theory using CNDO/S wave functions in phosphine, phosphite, phosphonate and phosphate derivatives. The necessity of introducing 3d orbitals of phosphorus and of using Zeff3d as an adjustable parameter for each family of compounds is shown. Calculated values agree with experimental ones.  相似文献

A method, using the radiolysis of an alkane, for the obtention of a great number of branched hydrocarbons is given. The retention index at 100° as well as its variation with temperature is determined on Apiezon L for 200 alcanes containing between seven and twenty four carbons. It is shown that for branched hydrocarbons the decrease of the retention index is mainly due to the length of the substituent group but also to its position on the chain. Some rules between retention index and molecular structure are deduced that allow the determination of the index of higher branched hydrocarbons. It is also shown that the variation of the retention index with temperature is only a function of the length of the substituent group.  相似文献

By differential thermal analysis of some Au-Cu alloys the order-disorder transformation AuCu I? AuCu II of the compound AuCu is shown to be a first order transformation accompanied by a variation of enthalpy. The 13C NMR parameters of 3-O-acetyl-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidène-α-D-[U-13C] glucofuranose, used as a sample for analysis in double labelling biosynthetic experiments, have been measured. Homonuclear double resonance experiments 13C? {13C} at 62.8 MHz have permitted the determination of all the 13C? 13C coupling constants. By theoretical computation of spectra, in connection with the second order effects existing at 25.2 MHz and 15.08 MHz, the sign of the coupling constants has been determined. The theoretical computation of spectra took into account all the isotopomers and was calculated with the help of a program (adapted from the LAOCOON program) allowing for the weighted addition of the spectra.  相似文献

Stability in aqueous solution of some complexes of heavy metals with diaza-polyoxamacrocyclic ligands Stability of metal complexes (Mn+ = Cu2+, Ni2+, Co2+, Zn2+, Pb2+, Ag+ and Cd2+) with five diaza-polyoxamacrocycles (L = [2.1.1], [2.2.1], [2.2.2], [2.1] and [2.2] ) have been determined at 25°, in 0.1 M Et4N+ClO aqueous solutions, by means of potentiometric titrations. All cations form MLn+ complexes; Cu2+ also forms the MHL(n+1)+ protonated species with both [2.2.1] and [2.1.1] ligands. The stability of these complexes has been discussed in terms of structure and by considering the ionic radii of the cations together with the radii of the macrocyclic cavities. Different behaviour is observed between some of these complexes and the well known alkali and alkaline-earth cryptates, partly due to the more covalent nature of bonds formed by the investigated cations and the donor sites of the ligands. The effect of the substitution of two oxygen by two sulfur atoms in the pentadentate ligand [2.1] on the stability of the complexes is reported.  相似文献

The mass spectrometric study of a series of enolic phosphates of type A leades to fragmentation patterns influenced by the nature of the substituents (R, R′ and R″). It is generally observed that a simple or double hydrogen rearrangement occurs with the loss of the enolic groups. When R and R′ are alkyl groups, the migrating groups are the hydrogen atoms on the alkyl group at position 1. When there is no alkyl group at position 1, the hydrogen atoms of the alkyl group at position 2 induce the rearrangement process. Finally, if R, R′ and R″ are hydrogen atoms, the loss of the enolic chain occurs without any rearrangement.  相似文献

We have demonstrated that the compounds obtained by quaternization of thiazolo[3,2-d]tetrazole, and two of its derivatives, 3-phenyl-thiazolo[3,2-d]tetrazole and tetrazolo[5,1-b]benzothiazole, are tetrazolium salts. The quaternization effects are discussed as a function of the 13C NMR results.  相似文献
